Very cozy atmosphere, very friendly service. Food was fresh and delicious. Excellent value for money. We had carpaccio, spaghetti vongole, and spaghetti scampi.

Outing - walk with 🐶, then found a café to warm up. Dogs aren't allowed in😔, then the outdoor area. Pretty quick and unfortunately cold. Ordered a coffee and a waffle with cherries/whip (no ice cream!). The waffle came whole, and when we asked, the waitress replied: "It's always like that with us - it doesn't matter what the customer orders." I'm really picky about some things, and that's just not acceptable. The overpriced prices are one thing, but we just didn't like that. Overall, the service was less than okay. We chose Stella del Lago; everything was great here! Dogs are allowed in, and the food and service were excellent🤗

The welcome is very friendly. The young female waitress is extremely courteous and attentive! We take a seat in the winter garden overlooking the pedestrian zone on an early Sunday evening; warm blankets are provided. The simple menu, featuring the usual range of Italian restaurant/pizzeria fare, is brought quickly. I order a small non-alcoholic beer and a pizza verdure, a vegetarian pizza (€12.90). The pizza tastes delicious: a thin, crispy base, topped with a variety of broccoli, spinach, mushrooms, pepperoni, onions, and bell peppers. We have nothing to complain about – 5 stars!

We spontaneously drove to Karlshagen today, and after a stroll on the beach, we stopped at La Residenza. We received a warm welcome, and the service was very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and plentiful. Always worth a visit. We'd love to come back☺

A very good Italian restaurant with incredibly delicious pizza, friendly and attentive service, delicious cappuccino, and delicious ice cream sundaes. Excellent value for money. Water bowls for the dogs are provided outside. Open all day, but less busy between 2 and 5 p.m. Highly recommended; we'll be back. We only ate there, didn't stay overnight, so I can't rate it.

We've been to Usedom now for four days. We've visited this restaurant four times and the service has always been very friendly and attentive. The food truly deserves more than five stars. I had veal liver, which I've never tasted better. Kudos to the kitchen. The ice cream is also excellent, except for the fact that there was too much of it 😉. Highly recommended. If we come back to Usedom, I know where I'll eat.

Looking for a nice way to end the day, we wanted a relaxing and delicious dinner - this time we chose La Residenza, which turned out to be an excellent choice (for us). From the friendly service to the delicious and more than plentiful food, and the wait times, everything was wonderful! Everything arrives at your table very appetizingly and beautifully presented, and the service leaves nothing to be desired, so we immediately decided to eat there on the last (following) day of our vacation.

The food was super delicious, we had pizza, and the cocktails had a real punch :-), and they weren't overdone like elsewhere. Service was super friendly, the restrooms were very clean, and the pizzeria is our last stop when we're up here before we head home. Perfect value for money. Thank you so much. The pizza was good three times. On the fourth day, I ordered a schnitzel, but my expectations weren't high, since it's an Italian restaurant. I got a frozen schnitzel like you'd get at a kebab shop... with a handful of fries... for 16 or 17 euros. Even for an Italian restaurant in a tourist area, it probably couldn't be any worse. But it was nice and warm, from the deep fryer. 😄😩

On the Karlshagen beach forecourt, the odds of both positive and negative restaurant experiences are very close together. La Residenza clearly takes the positive side by a long way. Very good food, delicious ice cream sundaes, and particularly friendly, cheerful, and welcoming staff who offer prompt, proper service... not just occasionally, not just at the beginning or during the season, but consistently and year-round. You not only leave here satisfied, but you'll be happy to come back again and again. Definitely a FAVORITE RESTAURANT!

Very friendly staff. The service is prompt. The wait for drinks was about 2 minutes. The value for money was good. The restrooms are clean, but unfortunately, they're in the basement and only accessible via the stairs.

For us, the best Italian restaurant in Karlshagen. The food is always fresh. It can take a while if it's busy. But it has to be made first, and not just left standing there waiting for food to arrive. The staff are very friendly, and the same faces have been around for years. Everything is perfect. If you have hungry children, they'll make sure the kids' food arrives sooner. Five stars plus!

We came to the restaurant today without a reservation (four adults and two children), but we were still offered a seat. They very politely informed us that the table was reserved from 7:30 p.m. But that was enough for us, as we arrived at the restaurant around 5:00 p.m. The service was incredibly friendly and very attentive, and we all enjoyed the food. My portion could have been a bit larger, but that could also have been because it was really delicious. We HIGHLY recommend the restaurant, and we will definitely eat there again. Compliments to the service and the chef.

We were there in the evening and it was quite busy, but we still managed to get a table right away. We were a little pressed for time, but the staff and kitchen staff accommodated this very well! Kudos to them! The food, both pizza and pasta, was delicious!

We were very satisfied with the food. The bruschetta burrata, in particular, is highly recommended. They were super friendly to our son. There are many outdoor spaces that could use a bit of sprucing up (tablecloth, rug, flowers, etc.), and there's always a commotion due to the crowds.

What we'd read in other reviews is true: The pizza could have been a bit more generously topped – but it still tasted really good. We also particularly liked the large selection of vegetarian dishes – so it's highly recommended for vegetarians too.

I ordered 4 pizzas to take away, including a Belladonna. Three pizzas were okay, but instead of a Belladonna, they came with a Margherita. There's a €7 price difference between the two pizzas! Sure, that's one way to rip off vacationers. It's a shame; you don't really need that. So, people, go to other restaurants; at least they're honest there.

Yes, you can do it to "get full quickly when you're really hungry," but it wouldn't be my regular Italian restaurant where I get good Italian food. We've been there twice now because it was a good option for us, and I wanted to give it another chance with pizza after the pasta. It was okay. I'm not entirely comfortable with an Italian restaurant that doesn't have fresh garlic.

We had ordered a table for 6 people from you at Easter 5 weeks ago, but we were placed at a table for 4 people, which was far too small to spend a comfortable evening there. When we asked, we were told that we were a profit-oriented company and therefore could not respond to guests' wishes. That's what it means to us The guest is no longer the first priority, as it used to be, but only the profit. We've come this far We will avoid your restaurant in the future. After trying the ice cream and Belgian waffle there, we went there one day later in the evening. We weren't disappointed. A delicious starter is followed by the great main course. Food is always a matter of taste, but we were very satisfied. The icing on the cake is of course the service, here too we have no reason to complain. The whole thing was just great for us. We look forward to another enjoyable meal.

Service was very pleasant. Our pizzas were a bit spicy; both were labeled as spicy, but only one was. Raw green peppers and dried basil aren't a good combination, especially since the dried basil had a very unpleasant smell. The toppings were very weak. Two strips of chicken on a whole Chef pizza is also very meager.

I'm not one for complaining, but we got the worst pizzas we've ever eaten here. They were very large, but there was very little topping on them. Both pizzas (four-cheese and Hawaiian) tasted of nothing; literally nothing at all. The crust was completely bland. On the four-cheese pizza, the advertised Gorgonzola was only visible in traces and there was no taste at all. The supposed feta was definitely cow's milk cheese, and the few pieces were probably counted. On the Hawaiian pizza, there were exactly two pieces of mozzarella, along with the cheapest cooked ham from the supermarket and a few pieces of canned pineapple. There wasn't a single seasoning on the pizza; absolutely nothing. Most frozen pizzas from discount stores taste better. We wouldn't eat there again and wouldn't recommend the restaurant to anyone.

What should be highlighted is the great staff. You feel welcome here. That makes a big difference. The prices are certainly appropriate for the location. But you also get a good selection and solidly prepared Italian dishes. Daily/weekly offers are also offered. Cakes also available to take away on display. We really enjoyed staying here and will definitely come back.

We have been coming to "La Residenza" twice a year for many years, on vacation, for an ice cream sundae or dinner. The first visit was almost the last. I wasn't too impressed with the schnitzel drowned in tomato sauce. But I generally don't like it when a crispy schnitzel is drowned in sauces and the crust becomes soggy. But since everyone with me deserves a second chance, I had another visit. And since then everything has been *super class*. We are always served in a nice and friendly manner and the food that went into our stomachs also tasted great. However, there is now a small downer. We are getting older and the portions are just too big. Of course, our waiter noticed that there was still a lot left over. We assured him that we enjoyed it, but that we just couldn't manage it. He said that for some dishes (of course not all) it would be entirely possible to make them smaller and thus adapt them to our eating habits. We will of course be happy to take advantage of this offer on our next visit. Because destroying food or having it destroyed is not part of my attitude to life. We will be happy to visit this restaurant again and of course recommend it to others. 👍
