Leider war das Essen teilweise kalt, keine frischen Zutaten... Eine "Fischsuppe" die in keinster Weise eine war.. Teilweise versalzen Die Kellner haben so gewirkt als würde es keinen interessieren, das wir unsere Kritik geäußert haben.. Alles in allem sehr enttäuschend und nicht empfehlenswert..

Wir wurden von einem aufmerksamem und freundlichem Herrn bedient. Die Soljanka war sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Ebenso die Königsberger Klopse im Mittagsangebot. Auch ist man sehr hundefreundlich. Einrichtung schön maritim. Wir kommen wieder.

Hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt und zu richtig guten Preisen, gefallen hat uns auch sehr das es kleine und große Portionen bestellt werden können

Sorry, bin kein Mitbewerber, sondern der Schwabe … Du weißt sicher wer. Auch wir haben festgestellt, das ist nicht mehr die Küche vom letzten Jahr. Das Essen war ok, aber auch nur das. Es fehlt die Raffinesse und offenbar auch der letztjährige Koch. Wirklich schade! Als wir essen waren, warst du jedes Mal nicht da, sonst hätten wir vor Ort mal darüber gesprochen. Ok, es ist wie immer. Auf Kritik reagiert der gute Peter wenig souverän und unsachlich, pampig und patzig und mit blödsinnigen Bemerkungen. Das zeigt, zu wieviel Selbstkritik er fähig ist. Wenn da nicht mehr kommt…. Da zieh ich doch eben auch noch einen Stern ab!

Haben lecker Fischsuppe gegessen

Wir waren hier am 22.06.26 essen. Ich bestellte mir ein warmes Essen, meine Frau bestellte sich ein Fischbrötchen. Die Fischbrötchen werden hier nicht frisch zubereitet, sondern sind vorgefertigt aus dem Kühlschrank. EISKALT. Hier darf man keine empfindlichen Zähne haben. Als wir uns beschwert haben, war der Kellner überhaupt nicht einsichtig, er hat immer recht und diskutiert herum. Letztendlich mussten wir das kalte Fischbrötchen nicht bezahlen. Sehr schade, wir haben dort ganz gemütlich gesessen und uns wohl gefühlt, bis das Essen kam.

Wir weilten am 21.06.2026 in dem Restaurant. Das Essen war sehr gut. Die Getränke sind überteuert. Sehr gestört hat uns, dass auf jeden Tisch schon sehr viel Besteck in einem offenen Behälter steckte. Das Besteck wird nicht für jeden Gast frisch serviert. Man weiß nicht, wer vorher an dem Tisch gesessen hat und ob über das Besteck geniest oder gehustet wurde.

In diesem Jahr war es super hier. Eine gewaltige Steuerung zum letzten Jahr. Wir haben sehr gut gegessen und der Service war top. Es ging alles zügig von statten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Essen hat uns gut geschmeckt. Vor allem der Mecklenburger Fischtop war sehr lecker. Die Königsberger Klopse hatten sehr viele Karpern abbekommen. Ich mag Karpern, aber es waren dann doch einige zu viel. Der Service war sehr gut. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden, Preis/Leistung haben gepasst. Vielen Dank!

Etwas versteckt zwischen den anderen Restaurants, aber die Suche wert! Sehr leckeres Essen, wir hatten natürlich Fisch, und die Preise für Hauptgerichte sind sind voll in Ordnung (große = normale Portion Fisch kostet 22-25€). Der Service ist aufmerksam und immer zur Stelle. Der Chef Peter hat ein wachsames Auge über das Geschäft und alles gut im Griff. Volle Empfehlung und volle Punktzahl von uns.

Guter Fischeintopf. Mittagskarte mit Hausmannskost im preislichen Rahmen. Günstig gelegen in der Nähe der Ostsee.

Alles in allem war das Essen ok. Aber wirklich nur ok. Wir waren danach satt und die Teller waren auch leer. Aber nicht so, dass es uns geschmacklich aus den Socken gehauen hätte. Der Außenbereich war sehr eng, aber trotz der Kälte sehr gemütlich. Mit Heizelementen wurde es gemütlich. Fazit: war ok, aber wir würden nicht nocheinmal hingehen.

Exzellentes Essen. Man merkt hier wird alles selbst gemacht. Pommes kross, Fisch auf den Punkt gegart und gewürzt. Änderungen waren kein Problem. Preis Leistung top. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Der Fisch war sehr gut zubereitet. Der Service war super auf Zack.

Der Betreiber ist ungeeignet für die Gastronomie. Billigste Fischbrötchen zum hohen Preis. Direkt um die Ecke ist die Qualität deutlich besser und das Original freundlich.

Der service war super , das Essen auch echt toll und preislich auch total okay. Man wird sehr schnell Bedient und das warten auf das Essen waren auch nur maximal 10 min. Super lecker und zu empfehlen

Sehr gutes Essen und eine tolle Erfahrung bei Peters Restaurant! Die Speisen waren frisch zubereitet und haben hervorragend geschmeckt – alles war wirklich sehr lecker. Auch das Ambiente hat mir sehr gefallen: Das Restaurant ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, sodass man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist mir der freundliche und aufmerksame Service – man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Die Qualität der Zutaten ist wirklich überzeugend. Insgesamt kann ich das Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Das Fischbrötchen war verschimmelt und der Hering hat sauer geschmeckt !!

Wir wurden super freundlich empfangen und haben Fragen zu glutenfreiem Essen ohne Umschweife beantwortet bekommen. Es wurden direkt mehrere Möglichkeiten angeboten. Schmackhaft war es ebenso. Auch kleine Kinder finden leckeres Essen. Nur zu empfehlen. Kartentzahlung ist auch möglich.

Ein sehr gemütliches kleines Restaurant an der Ostsee in Karlshagen. Freundlicher Service und tolle Atmosphäre. Die Tische auf der Terrasse sind windgeschützt und bei sonnigem, warmem Wetter erhöht, wie es bei unserem Besuch der Fall war. Die warmen Heringsbrötchen mit verschiedenen Saucen sind einfach köstlich! Und die Fischsuppen sind hervorragend – mal würzig, mal mild und kräftig. Beide bieten eine große Auswahl an Fischsorten. Der perfekte Ort für eine kurze, genussvolle Pause am Meer.

Leckeres Essen und sehr nette Kellner. Waren zu elft und absolut zufrieden.

Sehr schönes Ambiente, angepasst an die Ostsee. Personal sehr freundlich und das Essen schmeckt wirklich lecker und ist qualitativ gut und frisch zubereitet. Auch preislich eine klare Empfehlung.

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und es wurde uns sogar die Tür geöffnet. Bestell- und Bezahlprozess wie es sein soll. Das Essen war sehr schmackhaft und die große Portion war ausreichend, um mich satt zu machen. Sowohl die Fischsuppe, als auch der Seelachs in Kartoffel-Ei-Kruste, einfach prima. Ein Minuspunkt, da ein Hefebier für 6,5€ echt heftig ist. Eine Flasche kostet im Einkauf 1€. Das sind 650% Aufschlag... Wenn man auf die Toilette muss, so muss man in das Nachbargebäude. Sonst ist das Essen sehr zu empfehlen, besonders die Fischgerichte. Aufgrund Ihrer etwas merkwürdigen Antwort muss ich leider noch einen Stern abziehen. Ihr Essen hatte ich sehr gelobt und lediglich einen Hinweis zum Bierpreis gegeben. Würden Sie etwas weniger dafür verlangen, würde man zwei trinken und Sie hätten letztlich mehr Gewinn für unsere ReGIERung. Weiterhin viel Erfolg. Ich bringe mein Geld in Zukunft lieber woanders hin, wo man seine Kunden noch zu schätzen weiß und sie nicht als Kleingeistig bezeichnet.

Spontan heute eingekehrt um etwas warmes zu essen und zu trinken - Tee mit frischen (!) Kräutern war der Hit - der Glühwein und der Kakao sehr lecker. Die Fischbrötchen haben auch sehr gut geschmeckt. Waren schon oft in Karlshagen aber noch nie hier - leider wie wir heute feststellen mussten. Wir kommen wieder :-)

Ein tolles Restaurant, sehr freundliches Personal, ein flexibler Chefkoch, der mein Aufenthalt in Karlshagen gerettet hat. Ich Ernähre mich Vegan, habe eine Menge Allergien/ Unverträglichkeiten, dennoch schaffte der Chefkoch Gerichte außerhalb der Karte so zubereiten, dass ich es ohne weiteres sehr gut vertragen habe. Herzlichen Dank dafür! Es ist nicht selbstverständlich.

Super nettes Personal und das Essen war mega lecker. Die Gerichte waren alle hausgemacht und super frisch. Auch die hausgemachten Getränke waren ein Genuss. Absolut zu empfehlen wenn man mal hier ist.

I'm Januar ostsee Urlaub, Mittag,Nachmittag kein Problem. abends lieber anrufen das dann auch auf ist. Das Essen ist alles mega lecker Glühwein und Punsch ebenso, sehr große tassen sehr lecker gewürzt. Beim Essen gibt's große und kleine Portionen, sehr gut für vor und Nachspeise, ganz großes Lob auch an die asiatische Belegschaft neben dem deutschen Chef, sehr zuvorkommend, immer freundlich. Wir sind jedes Jahr Sommer oder Winter mehrmals hier.

Wenn wir Urlaub hier machen, ist das Lokal für uns Anlaufstelle Nr.1 wenn es um Fischbrötchen geht und auch zum Abendessen sehr zu empfehlen! Wir kommen sehr gern und wurden immer freundlich behandelt!

We stopped in spontaneously, as we're near the rehab center. The service was fantastic, and the atmosphere was super cozy. It's the perfect place to relax. What's really great is that you can order small or large portions. They have fresh tea with, for example, peppermint leaves. The ginger tea is delicious. A big compliment to the chef as well. Thank you for the delicious food.

We had three different fish soups and they were all incredibly delicious – truly outstanding! The covered outdoor area was especially lovely: we sat comfortably under the patio heater and drank mulled wine. Simply brilliant and perfect for the cold season. Highly recommended!

A simple restaurant at exorbitant prices... There are only four dishes to choose from. The food was okay. A 0.5l beer (Rostocker) costs €6.30. That's outrageous! It's also cold and uncomfortable. And there's no restroom in the restaurant. In short: not recommended! After the response to my review, I certainly won't be coming back. It perfectly reflects our experience. Congratulations on confirming your arrogance. And best of luck for the future. You'll need it!

Delicious food – also available gluten-free. Highly recommended!

We spontaneously stopped here for a quick bite. The fish sandwiches were freshly prepared to order. Crispy rolls and delicious fish, just as you'd want it. The highlight was the clear fish soup. Crisp vegetables, various fish fillets, and fresh herbs. Absolutely fantastic! The mulled wine, also freshly made to order, was delicious as well. The service was very friendly and truly attentive. We immediately felt at ease. We highly recommend Peter's Restaurant and will definitely be back when we have the chance.

Bullseye! The perfect end to a wonderful autumn day with white mulled wine, the best fried potatoes, and the best schnitzel on the coast. A fantastic atmosphere in the outdoor area with gas lanterns and a view of autumnal Karlshagen. Very friendly owner and staff. Simply wonderful!

We went to Peter's Restaurant three times during our week-long vacation, and I think that says a lot. The food is great. The fries alone are world-class. But the main courses and lunch dishes are also simply delicious. I particularly like that you can choose between small and large portions for the main courses. This meant I didn't end up with half a portion left over. The price-performance ratio was also absolutely fine. All in all: a clear recommendation. We'll definitely be back. 👍

Very friendly service. Good food with a lunch menu. There are both indoor and outdoor seating options. The restaurant is child-friendly, with children's meals and high chairs. The homemade lemonades are highly recommended. Ordering was very quick, and the food was very tasty and served hot.

You can eat well there...but it has been better in the past. We had made a reservation in advance, and we should have, as it was quite busy. The food was on the table in just under 20 minutes – that's what I call record-breaking, and it adds to the feeling that it was kept warm and not prepared quite fresh. A very cheerful waiter, along with his team, was extremely quick and courteous, and then asked if everything was okay. Complaints were dealt with immediately, for example with compensation in the form of a local schnapps...unfortunately, not all dishes are on the menu, but you can order other dishes from the various boards in the restaurant. Drinks arrived quickly. A good location for dinner.

Disappointing! I felt like it was greasy snack food at an unreasonable price. The location is what counts. But as a restaurateur, are you satisfied with what you're serving? Is that really your standard?

We've been here twice this week... and it's only Wednesday. Super delicious fish and the portion size is fantastic. You can choose between large and small. Highly recommended. Absolutely fantastic staff. We'll definitely be back.

The food was delicious; we had salmon and zander. It was nice that they also offered different sizes. Special requests were also accommodated. The service was quick, pleasant, and very friendly.

The food was very tasty. The price-performance ratio was good. I had the Karlshagen fish soup and the burbot.

We came here because of the excellent reviews. The ambiance is very good, the service very friendly. The food was terrible—two fried fish rolls and one herring roll. The roll was completely charred on the underside, the fried fish was basically just a thick coating of breadcrumbs, and everything was drenched in mayo or some kind of salad dressing. It was inedible. We won't be back, and we don't recommend it.

We ate there today, and it's the only restaurant on the island that we'd give 10 stars. Everything is just right here: the friendliness, the service, and especially the food. Simply unbelievably good, plentiful, and at a price that would make others pale in comparison. We almost forgot the most important thing: everything is freshly prepared and not the microwaved mush you'd find in other restaurants here. Bottom line: Peter and his crew are highly recommended to anyone who appreciates very, very good food and incredibly great service. Ten stars, minimum!!!!!!!!!!

Too expensive, too hectic,.....

I dropped in spontaneously and got a seat inside with my dog. A bowl of water was placed in front of us. The service was very friendly, and the food came quickly. It was delicious. I made a reservation on the second evening, and the water bowl was already there when I arrived. Even with a full house, the food came quickly. Simply fantastic 👍🏼

We sat outside, which had a quaint decor. The food was delicious (we had flounder from the daily special, a small schnitzel, and rhubarb lemonade), and the service was excellent. It's best to make a reservation in the evening if you want to sit outside.

We ate at Peter's Restaurant twice. We enjoyed it and enjoyed everything.

The best fish sandwiches in town

What has been described for months is what a larger group (including mentally disabled people) had to experience a few weeks ago. Communication with the staff is one thing, but instead of the non-alcoholic beers they ordered (the residents were given and drank normal beer, which was also noted on the bill). They asked three times and repeatedly made it clear: non-alcoholic beer, please. I'll spare you any further details on this and other topics here; the responsible authority/person responsible for the catering sector has been informed.

Food was delicious, came quickly.

To eat fish, definitely. Highly commendable: because of the rainy spell during our visit, the owner enclosed the outdoor area like a tent!

We've been there several times, and I can highly recommend the restaurant with a clear conscience. The super friendly chef, "Peter," and the excellent crew on board are very helpful. Compliments to the kitchen: very good, home-style cooking, a small, delicious menu... Child- and dog-friendly... keep up the good work!

We spontaneously stopped by Peter's Restaurant for a bite to eat. Unfortunately, we can't recommend the place. The boss is extremely condescending, scolding his staff in front of the entire team for not clearing the tables promptly, telling them they should "please" take care of it. The placemats were completely moldy on the underside. (We'll try to upload a photo.) When we discreetly pointed this out to the waiter, he apologized but insisted he was doing his job properly. Our attempt to speak to the boss after paying was dismissed with a shrug and referred us to his waiter. Only after we again pointed out that he wanted to speak to him did he get up from his bench and arrogantly dismissed our remark from halfway across the room in the same condescending manner as described above, and then ignored us. Absolutely outrageous and showed no respect for his guests or his staff.

I recently went to this restaurant with my friends because we were looking for a table on the spur of the moment. The manager said there was a table available right away. We ended up waiting for almost 10 minutes, but that's just the beginning. I ordered a beer, which arrived lukewarm and without a head. Then, when we ordered our food, the waitress barely understood us, and we had trouble telling her what we wanted. I ordered herring with fried potatoes, but for the price, it was beyond poor, and when I complained, the manager just yelled at my friends and told us to leave. It couldn't be more unfriendly. Never again...

Unfortunately, our visit to Peter's Restaurant in Karlshagen didn't impress us at all. Communication with the owner of the restaurant was less than friendly and respectful. The visit wasn't worth it and I wouldn't recommend it.

Unfortunately, my visit was disappointing. Communication with the staff was difficult due to misunderstandings. The owner's tone also struck me as unfriendly and rather stressed. Overall, I didn't feel comfortable and therefore unfortunately cannot recommend the restaurant.

We've eaten there many times, but we've never experienced anything like this before. The staff struggles to understand you, so the manager intervenes, and then he treats you rudely. You feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Unfortunately, we can't recommend the food there either; it arrived lukewarm and had a very bland taste. We won't be going there again on our vacation.

We've eaten here several times. The food was always delicious, as were the homemade drinks! The service was always friendly and quick. They even thought about our dog... sometimes the water came faster than our drinks! Thank you for everything!

Very good mixed fish platter, easily enough for two and leaves room for the Baltic Sea pancakes. Excellent fried potatoes and friendly service. The walk from Zinnowitz was definitely worth it.

After a long walk on the beach, we discovered this nice restaurant. Small but nice. The food and drinks were high quality with a personal touch. We were impressed by the very pleasant atmosphere as well as the natural friendliness and the little touches. Our dog included. Thank you. PS: The Baltic Sea Schmarn we took with us was very tasty.

It takes far too long for service to arrive

And for the third time in 2024 everything was perfect again. Thank you until Easter 2025. 🍾👍😀 And now it's Easter and we're here again
