My absolute favorite restaurant for several years, with a large vegetarian selection and very friendly staff. Food can be prepared less spicy upon request. Even friends who don't usually eat Indian food loved it. Highly recommended!

I'm really disappointed. The food took over two hours to arrive, and it was cold, too. Furthermore, the food didn't look appetizing at all—as if it had just been thrown together in a hurry. For the price, I really expected more. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it at all.

My first experience at an Indian restaurant, and it was simply amazing! The lady served us very nicely and, above all, I highly recommend it. The price/performance ratio is excellent! It's not the cheapest, but you get quality for that. We were there on a business trip, and if I'm ever in Mannheim again, I'll definitely come back.

We ordered, and it tasted good, and the price/performance ratio was generally okay. However, a naan bread was forgotten. I then called and was told that the man on the phone would have to ask his colleague and then call us again. We waited a while for the call, and then all my subsequent calls were ignored. It can happen that something gets forgotten, but then it needs to be handled differently.

Such a strange place, the prices outside don't match the prices in the restaurant! The portions were simply ridiculous for the amount they charged. If I'm paying almost €20 for a meat dish, I don't want to just eat a sauce!!! It was the first and last time.

Very friendly service. The spiciness of the dishes is indicated on the extensive menu. The dishes are served with "regular" rice, not the spiced rice you might be used to from other Indian restaurants. We especially liked the fact that you can sit at the large tables for two people to enjoy the delicious dishes.

The food is delicious. Freshly prepared, and every dish can be adapted to vegan and vegetarian diets. Very child-friendly. They even provide a highchair for children. Truly delicious. If you like samosas, you should definitely stop by here 😋 The dish with the vegetable balls was also delicious 🤤 We'll be back.

A beautiful Indian ambiance with murals, colorful ceiling lamps, metal statues, and elephants. Delicious food served in pans on a chafing dish. Candlelight and fairy lights in front of mirrors. A lassi (mango or salty) complements the savory meal. For starters, we had garlic flatbread and pakora (fried vegetables). Both were delicious.

Not recommended. I was there and wanted to have the lunch buffet. They rudely told me I should look at the posters, which said they don't serve a buffet every day. I said it wasn't advertised. They told me I had to look more closely! It was my first time there and I wanted to try it out. The advertising itself worked! They didn't even offer me a lunch menu as an alternative. That's not how you win new customers!

I don't understand the 4.4 stars at all. The food was truly terrible. The biryani tasted like ordinary rice—my little brother cooks better rice in less than 15 minutes. The rice was also undercooked. The chicken tikka masala tasted like butter chicken—I seriously wonder if the food is even tested before it's sold. The juice cost €3.60, but it was the same old stuff from the Lidl shelf and not homemade at all. An absolute joke! I complained—but received neither an apology nor a refund. And then the portions?!?!?! Incredibly small HELLO? 5 small pieces of chicken breast in a €17 CHICKEN Tikka Masala?!?! Incredible. The entire experience was simply the worst I've ever had in a restaurant. NEVER AGAIN!

I had a very tasty mixed vegetable Madras. It was a bit spicy, as described on the menu, but veeeery good. The rice is also exceptionally good; it seems to be a special variety. This won't be my last visit.

Poor value for money! A Chicken Tikka Masala and a Lamb Tikka for €20 each only contained 4-5 pieces of meat. There was more sauce than anything else. The rice for two portions was never enough. We were really disappointed, as the restaurant had always been well-received.
