One star, but I can't really say anything about the food since I never got around to reserving a table. I called yesterday at 9:15 p.m. to reserve a table for five people for another evening. The man on the phone just said hello and asked if I was at Gut Neuzenhof, because I wanted to reserve a table. Then the man started yelling at me, asking how I could even call now and whether I knew what time it was. I didn't even get a chance to say what I wanted. I was so speechless at the rudeness and the tone of the voice that I just hung up. Let's go somewhere else now.

"Almost anything is possible, even dreams sometimes come true" (unless it's vegan food). Since there was nothing vegan on the menu, we had "pre-notified" it by email. However, when we arrived, they didn't know anything about it and it seemed like a major problem. They did offer grilled vegetables, which was fine, but that was it. I then ordered the only vegetarian dish on the menu, and the waiter asked me if I really wanted to order that, as it was a "woman's portion." Thanks for the info, but how about more options? Bottom line: As a vegetarian/vegan, you feel more like a burden than a guest.

It's a lovely place to sit outside in the summer. The food is also highly recommended.

The service to guests is honorable and efficient, even if there is still room for improvement in some areas, especially in the constant supply of drinks. Yet these minor flaws do not detract from the magnificent experience that "Gut Neuzenhof" offers. Thus, this house stands as a shining example of the highest culinary art, fine architecture, and the tranquil beauty of the landscape, a place of choice for the dignified meals of noble gentlemen and for prestigious gatherings. May the service soon become even more perfect, so that the guest may feel even more comfortable in this noble place.

We were really looking forward to visiting this restaurant – it was supposed to be the crowning glory of our civil wedding. Unfortunately, this special occasion was significantly marred by the service. Upon arrival, we were greeted in a stressed and unfriendly manner. We had clearly communicated several times during the preliminary meeting that we would be arriving at 1:15 p.m. We don't know why the manager thought we would arrive at 12 p.m. No "congratulations," no smile – instead, the feeling that we were more of a nuisance than welcome. The entire staff was overwhelmed and unattentive. The atmosphere was tense, the service rushed and impersonal. With a bill in the high three-digit range, you expect a different level of hospitality, attentiveness, and professionalism. The bare minimum – a friendly farewell or a simple "Goodbye" – was also missing. Instead of a special evening, we were left with the impression that they were focusing on style but lacking the soul of hospitality. A real shame! A special moment turned into a disappointing experience.

The food is delicious, especially when you wait 20 minutes to order. I find it suboptimal that, given the high prices, you're ignored when you want something. At other golf course restaurants, the staff is much more pleasant.

Today on Wednesday evening there was an extremely good atmosphere and the entire golf club restaurant was fully booked. Despite the many bookings, the food was served to perfection and was very tasty and lovingly prepared. The staff were really friendly and it was almost as if you were in Italy. I was very impressed and will be happy to come back. I know the restaurant from before and somehow it has developed in a very positive way. That means that it was already good before but it has somehow become even more professional. Great.

We were on our way to Lake Constance and were looking for somewhere to rest halfway. With Gut Neuzenhof we have found the perfect location. Nestled in the beautiful Heddesheim Golf Club, it is a real oasis of peace and hospitality. We had a fantastic meal - daily recommendation: tagliatelle with black truffles. The whole thing came wonderfully in a cheese nest - we were actually already too late for the daily recommendation but the nice waiter made it possible for us anyway. So an absolute recommendation, not just for transit. Our dogs were personally pampered and we are simply thrilled... Thanks!

My wife and I go to the golf restaurant at irregular intervals because the ambience and food are harmonious. On our last visit to Gut Neuenhof we were very disappointed with the quality and service. We both had a starter (corn salad) and monkfish as a main course. Starter was okay but main course was just like a canteen. The vegetables were frozen and completely overcooked, the pasta was far from al dente. The monkfish was completely tough, a shame about the product. We reported the problem to the service staff and were asked to order the food "al dente" next time. We suspect that our food was left in the warming loop for a long time and then briefly microwaved again at the end. As compensation we received a Ramazzotti on the house.

Excellent food, great ambience.

High level? NOT when eating! The restaurant has a really beautiful and impressive ambience. Very stylish and tasteful. The staff is nice and, apart from a few small details that could be improved, quite good. The porcini mushroom soup for €10 was grainy and watered down, with rubber bacon. Served in a soup bowl with a paper napkin like in a 70s canteen. The venison medallions were well prepared, but sinewy and served medium-rare. These were sent back for further cooking, but they didn't come back to the table much better. The rump steak was unimaginative. A bit of braised vegetables and rosemary potato wedges, without any rosemary. I can prepare this myself at home in my hat and coat. But prices like the big ones. But okay, if people like it. However, if you want to enjoy culinary delights, it is better to choose another restaurant. The kitchen is not well crafted. You should recruit better specialist staff.

We will not visit the restaurant again and cannot recommend it. The food and ambience are good, but unfortunately the management is unable to keep promised bookings correctly. We booked an outdoor table for 10 people in good time and initially received the corresponding confirmation. Three days before the planned celebration, we received a call from management saying that it wasn't possible outdoors because there was a double booking. Alternatively, we could get a table indoors. However, this was not at all what we had imagined, as the ambience outside was important to us, which we emphasized several times, even when we made the reservation and this was guaranteed to us. Unfortunately, there was no suggestion as to how this problem could be solved to our satisfaction. We then canceled and now have to try to find a suitable replacement for 10 people at short notice. Very annoying - unfortunately we cannot recommend this restaurant and will take the consequences for ourselves.

Dogs are also welcome here and are treated to delicious snacks by the staff. Of course you will be asked beforehand whether you can give something. Excellent Italian restaurant on the golf course. Very nice atmosphere, very good service. Absolutely authentic Italian cuisine, everything very fresh and an absolute delight!! Price-performance ratio absolutely fine! We will definitely enjoy this more often. However, reservation is recommended.

High level? We booked the location as a surprise for our mother's birthday. Arriving the day before from a distance of 560 km, we discussed all the details about table decorations. The young lady was very friendly and noted and recorded everything down to the details. I was immediately impressed by the ambience and cleanliness and had a good feeling that we had found the right place. On the booked day a guest came spontaneously and I asked by phone whether it would be possible to extend the reservation by one person. The phone call came in a friendly manner. Everything was too beautiful until we arrived at the restaurant with the birthday boy. When I introduced myself by name and said "we have reservations", the statement came to me - the tables are free, choose one. I repeated and said something more clearly, so that mother doesn't understand, but the operation. But he didn't know anything! We took a table, my husband attended to the guests and I went to clarify things with the waitress. Later they found our flowers and decorations. I was allowed to set the table myself with light humor and entertaining guests. Later came the usual questions: Aperitif? What would you like to drink? Eat? Food was ordered... we didn't have to wait long... everyone got their plate... except our birthday child... we waited... waited... but nothing came... our food was getting slow cold... I went to the counter and asked. By the time the food came, our food got cold. The waitress apologized and started telling who made the mistake. A PITY!!! We were done eating - but unfortunately so was the surprise! If we had eaten the food warm, it would definitely taste good. Given the level of what is presented there, the forgotten food will not be added to the bill - that's what I know from other restaurants - where the quality is really high. We saved ourselves the desserts. We left with great disappointment.

Hervorragend Essen sowie Service

Once and never again !!!!! When we asked the waiter Mr. Azam to pack the rest of the food to take with us, we were loudly insulted and when he didn't have any suitable packaging, he shouted at us and said (it's not his problem if we want to take leftovers with us) we've never experienced anything like that before, totally rude and cheeky, the older women I invited were completely scared, that's just the short version, unfortunately we can't recommend this place, but the food and the location are real good, I hope the management takes care of it. According to the staff, this had happened several times with Mr. Azam.

New Year's Eve. Good menu, excellent waiters but: if it wasn't for having created the series A area on the ground floor and the series B area on the upper floor it would have been fine. the B series was penalized by being away from music and toilets plus 2 flights of stairs to climb. This is why series A and series B and yet the cost was the same for everyone. Clearly series To all VIPs.... let's call them that. Next time close the upper floor and let vippetti and medium-sized families with children celebrate together (because unfortunately it wasn't possible for the others) I find it much fairer so that discrimination doesn't arise. Es ist für uns immer ein Highlight dieses Restaurant zu besuchen. Hier stimmt einfach alles. Durch die angebotenen Speisen werden die Geschmacksnerven förmlich verwöhnt. Ein Lob gehört aber auch dem Personal -stets freundlich und zuvorkommend - Wir können das Restaurant "Gut Neuzenhof" allerbestens weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben auf der Durchreise angehalten und die Pizza war wirklich Klasse. Sehr lecker und zu empfehlen.

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen sollten uns aber in einem so hochpreisigen Restaurant die Tagesgerichte von der Tafel abfotografieren Kein Scherz! Zu Zweit durften wir uns dann obwohl das Resto fast leer war ganz unromantisch zwischen 3 6-Personentischen und einem 4er Tisch auf dem Podest mit Flutbeleuchtung entscheiden Es dauerte alles sehr lang Merlot und Pizze gab es nicht! Wir hatten Bruschetta mit viel zu vielen Trockenkräutern Gnocchis mit Steinpilzen sehr durchweicht und ein sehr sehr leckeres Saltimbocca ☆☆☆ Der sehr schmale große Kellner mit Brille hat keine Miene verzogen Erst als es zum Ende und zur Bezahlung ging hatte er Mal ein kurzes roboterhaftes Lächeln Preis Leistung Ambiente stimmt absolut nicht Künftig nur noch La Mozzarella ♡

Von einem Restaurant in der Preisklasse hätte ich nicht erwartet gebutterte Tagliatelle vorgesetzt zu bekommen. Hat wirklich nicht zu dem Saltimbocca gepasst und sollte man generell lassen…

Leckeres Essen und prima Service, der auch bei einer Gruppe von 20 Personen funktioniert.

Sehr leckeres Essen bei tollem Service und perfekter Lage....kann ich nur wärmstens Empfehlen....sehr gut auch für Events Hochzeit Geburtstag Jubiläum was auch immer...geeignet kostenfreie Parkplätze reichlich vorhanden

Wir hatten uns Rinderfilet bestellt, das Fleisch war von schlechter Qualität. Hier stimmt das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht. Da wir keine Golfer sind (keine bekannten Gäste) und uns diesen Abend als Höhepunkt gedacht hatten, waren wir alle sehr enttäuscht. Eine Dessertkarte hat man uns auch nicht gebracht, der Ober ist ist Karte und spulte uns das Dessert sprachlich herunter. Unter dem Tisch noch Reste vom Vorgänger und das Porzellan von unseren Tellern hatte auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen, jetzt kaputte angeschlagene Ecken. Nicht weiter zu empfehlen....
