Gaststätte Pfälzer Hof in Heddesheim

It was our first time eating there, but definitely not the last. The food and service were very good. We were able to sit outside. The restaurant is open 24 hours a day. Finally, a restaurant open for lunch and afternoon, and even in the evening.

A very good restaurant, pleasant atmosphere, and very attentive service and owner. Every request was fulfilled, even unusual items not on the menu are possible. The food was overall very good and plentiful. The prices are reasonable and reasonable. I can highly recommend it if you want to eat well and affordably. Smokers don't have to stand in the rain either; there is a covered smoking area with seating, as well as secure parking. Dogs are never a problem. Even last-minute reservations are possible, even for 10 people or more; if necessary, a partitioned room is available. Our preferred restaurant for celebrations, get-togethers, and good food. Highly recommended. We have visited several times, and everyone was thrilled. The restaurant will remain our preferred destination for celebrations in the future. Thank you very much for the slightly extended opening hours we have accommodated you.

We always enjoy going to the Pfälzer Hof. The hosts are very friendly. The service is impeccable, the food is excellent. The surroundings are pleasant.

Never again!!!! The minced meat rolls I ordered ended up being a handful of small minced meat balls with an almost mushy consistency and absolutely not tasty. The sauce decomposed unappetizingly into fatty eyes and a red paste on the plate. The portion of fries was far too small and some of them still had green spots. The second side dish was equally laughable with a ping pong ball sized portion of rice. The salad dressing tasted watered down. Bench almost unupholstered. It is completely incomprehensible to me how guests in a RESTAURANT can be shown such little appreciation and service as they are here. This borders on cheating on the customer.

The partly positive reviews are completely incomprehensible. We had one of the worst gastronomic experiences here in recent years, which unfortunately also veered into the outrageous. The meat was tough. The products and ingredients are cheap and sometimes finished and over-seasoned to disguise the quality. The portions are incredibly small. You get - and this is not an exaggeration, it actually happens - a heaping tablespoon of rice if rice is specified as a component of a main dish. The fries seem to be counted and don't even take up a fifth of the plate. Even older, little ladies can't get enough of it. You leave this place not only hungry, but also angry. This no longer has anything to do with inflation and operating costs, but rather is ripping off guests. Avoid this store if you expect a minimum level of respect from guests.

We landed in Heddesheim from further away to get a Palatinate dish. We were disappointed when we stood in front of it and found a Greek pub in front of it. Due to time constraints we ate there. The price-performance ratio is definitely not right. The young man in service, who was friendly, could only improve this rating to a limited extent.

A real insider tip, I always thought that only alcohol was served there until I saw the menu while walking past. A good change from the typical “Greek standards”. Real Greek food, not “Germanized”. Well, there's also schnitzel 😅

Sehr nette Wirtsleute, das Essen ist super. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Man kann auch Sonderwünsche äußern und wenn es irgendwie möglich ist wird das Essen dann genau so zubereitet

Waren heute zum Silvester Abend hier leckeres Essen, und haben mit den Gastwirten und Freunden einen schönen Abend verbracht
