Dilan Grillhaus in Heddesheim

We haven't been there for quite some time now. It's a shame, really, because the food was fine. However, my wife doesn't want to go back after being treated rather condescendingly by a younger employee and indirectly called "stupid," even though it was demonstrably true that the employee lacked intelligence. Anyway, my wife has understandably been angry ever since, and so we've decided to spend our money elsewhere in the future.

Hygiene meets disaster. The employee who takes the money also picks up the bread, the debit card machine, and more food. It's less about the taste and more about what we've learned from COVID and beyond. Plates aren't brought to the customer from the bottom up, but rather, they're properly placed with their fingers in the plate. I don't want to defame anyone, but you should be a little more careful, because the employee moves into the interior of the restaurant, pings things out, and then comes back in. Pick up the bread. All of this doesn't make a good impression.

We ate there with seven people plus a toddler. The food was truly excellent, especially the sauces, which were perfectly seasoned. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, even though it wasn't overly busy. At times, we had to ask for help or fetch drinks ourselves. There was a brief confusion when paying regarding a €30 voucher, but this was quickly resolved. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we'd be happy to return – the food and the ambiance are definitely worth recommending.

I was really pleasantly surprised! The kebab was incredibly delicious – juicy meat, perfectly seasoned, fresh, crusty bread, and crisp salad. The sauces were also delicious. Everything was freshly prepared and made with love. The portions are generous, and the value for money is excellent. A real highlight: For the first time, I saw Agustiner Hell and Tegernsee Hell beer in a kebab shop – I was really impressed! You don't experience something like that every day, and it gives the shop a very special feel. For me, one of the best kebab shops ever. I'll definitely be back!

The kebab here used to be really delicious. I went there often and was always satisfied. But since the new owner, everything has changed. The kebab doesn't taste good at all anymore. The meat is dry, the sauce tastes weird, and the bread is hard. I went there two more times, but it was bad each time. It's a shame – I won't be back.

One of the best kebab plates. Large pieces of meat, nice and crispy. But for the hefty price of 12 euros you at least get a decent portion. I also think salad with its own salad dressing and not drowned in kebab sauce is great. Always friendly service.

The guest in front of us was given about twice as much salad on the Yufka kebab, a really huge portion, but for me it was much less. Apparently something is being selected based on regular customers and sporadic unknown guests... It still tasted...

The food is delicious and the vegetables look fresh. I made a special request twice (no tomatoes), unfortunately it was ignored each time. Once with sheep's cheese came without.

There was a lot of sauce in the kebab, it was difficult to eat, but still very good and plentiful.

It has had a new owner here for over a year. It's still the name DILAN. But it no longer has anything to do with Ladenburg. The food is horrible. Some of the meat had cartilage not cooked properly. You're afraid of getting something. The sauces are inedible. Pizza had the wrong toppings several times and wasn't baked properly. We're not talking about cleanliness at the counter. If you express criticism you will be insulted in Turkish. NO STAR DESERVED. Hands off!!!!

I rarely eat kebab but you can't call it a kebab at all, it's more like mush and flaky gristle in a dough coating 😱

They haven't been part of the real DILAN chain for a year now. Since then it no longer tastes good. Sauces are totally different and don't taste good. Quality has deteriorated a lot. Staff totally unfriendly. Doner kebab is just a mess. I'd rather go to the real DILAN in Ladenburg or Feudenheim.

Old name, new owners - unfortunately poor quality. Unfortunately, since the new owners took over, the quality has not been the same. I've been there twice and it just wasn't good both times. Too bad... EDIT: a day later and I'm just sitting on the toilet... stay away

It used to be a very good kebab shop but there must have been a change. I haven't seen the old employees anymore and the new ones are hard to understand and make a kebab that is almost impossible to enjoy. The kebab is literally swimming in sauce and some of the meat is not edible. It's a shame it used to be a really good kebab...

Unfortunately, the old lady who takes orders speaks broken German and then complains when you can't distinguish between herb sauce and "jajiki" or you don't even understand what "jajiki" is supposed to be and when you ask exactly, you get very annoyed . In addition, insults are made in Kurdish/Turkish, unfortunately you don't expect that you will understand everything. On the whole, very stingy with the sauces and cried if you wanted a plastic fork with your kebab box. Doner kebab not edible either. Minimum input and hardly any love. Owners hate their job

Different sauce on the kebab without prior agreement… Bread tastes like nothing. Meat full of cartilage. “Salad” taken too literally? Since when has salad been dressed like this on a kebab? Cheese feels thicker than the rest, which is quite an art when it comes to onions. You can bite into the onion straight away. Really bad

Unfortunately, Lahmacun was a failure! I can't even call it Lahmacun!!! Hardly any minced meat, but a lot of salad and sauce, which ultimately leads to nausea.

I ordered 2 kebabs to pick up and were there less than 5 minutes later to pick them up. They were unpacked straight away in the car and were almost cold! In addition, the kebab didn't really taste good. I think it's a shame to have to drag a kebab into the dirt like that. Best regards

Unfortunately, my experiences in your restaurant are no longer positive. I've enjoyed your cooking in the past, but something has changed recently. Unfortunately, the service was no longer as professional as before and the absence of the previous staff is noticeable. I can now say that there is at least one error with every order. I was also disappointed when I ordered fries and was served almost mashed potatoes instead, and at an unreasonable price. The prices on the board did not always correspond to the final amount, especially for the drinks. In addition, I was negatively received when I raised these points. What's even worse is that I feel uncomfortable because the person I'm talking to doesn't speak German and still blames me for the errors in the order. This is unacceptable. Because of these experiences, I will not dine at your restaurant again in the future. ~ Former loyal customer

It's incomprehensible how you can eat something like that. “Meat” not at all not crispy, partly slimy, maybe still raw, I don’t know. French fries, on the other hand, had already been fried 5 times the way they looked. I'll never eat here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Delicious food, large portions, great value for money, great service

I simply ordered 1 kebab, being the “first” of 4 people in a queue. My order was taken straight away, followed by the one in line behind me. the backers who ordered afterwards, got their food straight away. On the third question what I ordered. I left the restaurant and went somewhere else. But at least the other guests' food looked good.

Gerade 3 große geholt gestern auch super 5 Sterne heute geholt da wird mir rohes Fleisch auf den döner drauf getan trotz von mir aufmerksam gesagt wird gegen gefragt woher ich aus der Türkei komme hahaha keine seriösen Eindruck Hauptsache döner für döner verkaufen mann kann seinen Angestellten sagen bei bringen wen jemand neu ist ,jetzt muss ich das im offen warm machen .Ich hab extra gesagt ich möchte keine magen Probleme haben danach wurde ignoriert bravo große Leistung sehr unverschämt

Wir wurden nach Bestellung einfach vergessen, dann nochmal bestellt. Naja hat ewig gedauert. War zum dritten Mal dort und kann die Bewertungen garnicht nachvollziehen. Der Döner und der Dönerteller ist für meinen Geschmack eher mäßig gut. Also eine vierte Chance gibt es von mir leider nicht.

Der Dilan Döner ist empfehlenswert! Ich kannte ihn schon aus Ladenburg. Hier in Heddesheim ist es jedoch deutlich angenehmer vor Ort zu essen. Da es einfach ein größerer Laden ist! Super nette Leute! Weiter so. Bis bald.

Gerät zur Kartenzahlung ist seit Wochen angeblich kaputt. Früher konnte man problemlos ab 15 EUR entspannt kontaktlos per Karte zahlen. Nun heißt es jeden Tag „wird morgen repariert“. Naja, auch ein Steuersparmodell. Sollte man nicht mehr unterstützen.

Sehr güte Küche. Ordentliche Portionen. Schmeckt immer lecker. Große Auswahl. Ich gehe sehr gerne hier hin. Kann echt empfehlen. Das Personal ist ebenfalls immer freundlich und sehr seriös. Machen stets saubere Arbeit und auch gleich einen reinen Tisch. Top!

Normalerweise lecker jedoch habe ich 2 mal eine falsche Bestellung bekommen und dann wurde mir gesagt ich hätte den Fehler gemacht. Bedienung war dann sehr unfreundlich und das bei dem preis

Essen ist lecker , verschiedene Soßen zur Auswahl. Man sitzt schön ,viel Platz. Angenehm Eingerichtet. Freundlicher Umgang.

Essen ist lecker aber sehr teuer. Ein einfacher Lahmacun mit Salat für 6,50€ ist schon ein stolzer Preis. Ich persönlich habe tatsächlich jedes Mal die Erfahrung gemacht dass mein Essen falsch zubereitet wird und hinterher behauptet wird man hätte es so bestellt. Das ist in meinen Augen ein No-Go. Wenn man sich nicht merken kann was die Kunden bestellen, kann man es sich ja aufschreiben dann passiert so etwas nicht.

Geschmacklich ein top Döner, das merkt man auch am Kundenzuwachs. Einen Stern abzug gibt es, da nur kurzweilig ein Kartenlesegerät vorhanden war. Das ist leider nicht zeitgemäß. Gerne dürfte die Bedienung im Punkto Essensaufnahme etwas fixer sein, sowie im WInter darf man auch gerne mal die Heizung anmachen, Wir saßen da leider schon öfter in der Jacke vor Ort. Alles andere ist wirklich top! Nette Bedienung, super Geschmack & zeitgemäßen, sowie sauberes Ambiente.

Döner ist relativ lecker, leider ist das "neue" Brot etwas kleiner und eckig, und damit minimal schwieriger zu essen. Es gibt sogar ein Kalbfleischspieß für diejenigen, die das lieber mögen.

Vor Kurzem hat dieses neue Türkische Restaurant aufgemacht, es Handelt sich meiner Meinung nach um ein Dönerladen mit Bestuhlung wo auch noch andere Speisen bestellt werden können ( z.B. Pizza etc.) Der Döner ist echt lecker. Man hat die Wahl zwischen Kalb- oder Hähnchenfleisch. Die Preis sind im Durchschnitt okay, aber schon eher im höheren Segment für die "Branche" Für Freundlichkeit und Sympathie ziehe ich jedoch Punkte ab, hier ist noch Luft nach oben! Aber den Döner kann ich euch empfehlen, sogar mit Gurke 🥒 Das Scharfe Gewürz ist leider etwas unangenehm scharf (also nicht extrem scharf aber eine unangenehme Schärfe im Mund)
