Food has become less and of course more expensive. With the Uso you are economical. It is very crowded, therefore loud and you wait longer.

The Olympia Restaurant in Lichtenberg offers a wonderful dining experience with authentic Greek cuisine. The dishes are always fresh and delicious, and the portions are really generous. The ambience is cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed dinner. Particularly noteworthy is the friendly and attentive service, which makes a visit to the Olympia Restaurant a real pleasure. Wir geben nur 3 Sterne, da ich einfach für die Preise mehr erwarte. Wir hatten die Delphi Platte zu zweit. Es gab einen Riesen Salat zur Vorspeise mit Brot und Knoblauchcreme. Leider war dann die Knoblauch Creme schon alle als dann das Fleisch kam. Damit war es einfach zu trocken. Das Fleisch war sehr viel. Aber für mich einfach zu durch.

Unfortunately, the Greek restaurant disappointed me. For around €30 I ordered lamb with baked potatoes and tzatziki. There was also a salad as a starter. Overall, I expect more at this price. The main course was carelessly prepared, there were no vegetables on the plate, and the food overall looked unappetizing. The dessert, a tiramisu, didn't seem to be homemade but rather bought. The ambience was more reminiscent of mass processing than of a cozy restaurant. Unfortunately no recommendation.

Yes, it's a little louder because it's right on the street, but it's cozy and the service is very quick. You don't wait more than 10 minutes for the main course. I have no idea why the person who wrote it waited an hour for it. It tastes delicious. The restaurant is definitely recommended.

Wir sind eigentlich Stammgäste im Olympia, werden uns aber einen anderen Lieblingsgriechen suchen. Preise wurden extrem angezogen. Für mein Standardessen 19.90 Euro war das Gyros nur Gebrösel, statt Gyrosstücke, Knobikartoffeln so ölig, dass sie nicht knusprig waren. Auf Bemängeln des Gyros teilte man mit, der Eine will Gyrosstücken, der Andere kleiner. Wenn das das neue Konzept sein soll, muss der Gast vorher befragt werden, wie er es geschnitten haben möchte. Cola Zero für 4 Euro enthielt kaum Kohlensäure, darauf wurde gar nicht reagiert. Das war wohl das letzte Mal Olympia 》 Schade!!!

Most likely the last time we ate there. It's become like a big, loud train station. In order to be able to understand the people sitting across the table, you need to take a hearing aid with you. Unfortunately, you weren't allowed to choose the table in the restaurant; you had to be content with the middle table outside. Despite many employees, we had to wait a very long time (almost 1 hour) until the food was served. The food was tasty, despite smaller portions than a few years ago. Service wasn't very nice. When ordering, the waiter always corrected you (linguistically) as if you didn't speak German, which was very unpleasant for us. The half-empty salad plate was torn away, even though the meal had not yet been finished. No music to be heard, just a loud noise level. Entertainment almost impossible. Conclusion: Quantity comes before quality here at this place. The atmosphere is no longer like it was before the pandemic, when we really enjoyed going there.

Were here on a public holiday... Very, very crowded. There was only the option of sitting outside (very drafty and you were fogged up by the smoke from the smokers). When we asked if we could sit inside, a very nice waiter said yes. When we wanted to sit down, the boss rudely asked us outside without much explanation. Everything was reminiscent of a "train station hall" with quick processing, unfortunately... However, the food was delicious, came very quickly, and the service was very friendly and accommodating.

The food was definitely sufficient, attractive looking and very tasty. The salad starter was also not skimpy. The outdoor terrace is of course very attractive due to the roof and the spaciousness. The fact that the Malchower runs away a few meters in front of it (there is still some greenery in between) was only minimally noticeable to us, at least, and was essentially not a problem. The food is basically okay. The service is quick and friendly. But it can't be that you order fries with schnitzel and have to pay extra for ketchup and mayonnaise. It's not about 2 euros. It's about the principle. You are not a gas station. In a restaurant I expect ketchup and mayonnaise with fries at no extra cost.

Everything was very nice. I had rarely had such a lovely evening. The only thing that was a bit annoying was that the mayonnaise and ketchup were charged extra. However, the dish cost less as a result.

Unfortunately, a lot has changed since the last review 4 years ago (very good). The food on the weekend really couldn't be compared to before. I'm not even talking about the fact that the slices of meat are thinner and smaller despite the price increase. The quality of the preparation was simply poor. Very darkly cooked lamb skewers, the gyros, which is why we like to come here, as it is not offered everywhere, all portions are only lukewarm, tough and crumbly. Special requests are immediately blocked from the cellar (they don't exist here). Why can't meat be exchanged for an additional price? It's not a canteen! I think that if you pay 160 euros in a shop with five people, you can expect a small expectation of quality. A pity

Im Restaurant ist es sehr laut, das haben wir aber immer in Kauf genommen wegen der guten Küche, wir waren sehr oft hier. Hier hat sich einiges geändert, leider. Das Essen wurde sehr lieblos auf den kalten Tellern angerichtet. Die Preise haben extrem angezogen und ein Teller, wo Grillfleisch und Pommes für 25- 30 Euro nur noch mit einem Klecks Kräuterbutter serviert wird, ist ein no go. Das Auge isst schließlich mit. Auch die Salate sind nicht mehr gut. Das Fertigdessing lieblos draufgeklatscht. Das kann auch der nach wie vor sehr schnelle und freundliche Service leider nicht herausreißen.

I really liked this restaurant! We got there late around the time the kitchen closes but they still took our order and served us good food. I had moussaka and it tasted authentic and absolutely delicious. The piece they served me was huge and the price wasn't too high. I think it's extremely fair prices for what you get. I would come back anytime and I recommend this place!

The food is great! Mega tasty, rich and full of garlic - as you would expect from a Greek dish. I swear, if you open the door, every vampire within 2 miles will die from the garlic air escaping. ;-) As always, the restaurant was fully booked, book in advance! There was an emergency that evening and the ambulance had to be called, the staff reacted brilliantly. Must be praised! I've already seen other things. Well done! Of course we will go there again.

The most important thing first: Our food is always very good!! Uzo is always served well and discreetly. The few parking spaces are a negative. Dogs are also allowed in the restaurant. Or allowed is good, but a certain area would be good. Many people have allergies and that is of course a criterion. Apart from hygiene... when the dog next to you shakes on your food... Food: Main course so far very good. Good selection of drinks. Dessert has a good selection and is always perfectly prepared!! The road outside is a bit annoying in summer, a hedge would be good. Haben das Restaurant ausgewählt weil wir schon öfters da waren und ich wollte wieder mein Geburtstag dort Feiern werde dort nie wieder hingehen und es auch nicht empfehlen Die Kellner (bis auf eine Ausnahme) unhöflich nervig und sehr Gestresst das Essen nicht frisch nur auf Massenabfertigung zubereitet und Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt gar nicht der schnaps (Usus) kann man Trinken 8Stück ohne etwas zu spüren wenn man Bezahlen möchte muss man vorher wissen Bar oder Karte bei Karten Zahlung ohne Trinkgeld angeblich können sie das Trinkgeld nicht von der Rechnung trennen bei der Abrechnung und man wartet auch ewig auf Kellner. Also Fazit Unhöflich miserables Essen kein Service

No time for conversations. The taste of the food was ok, the portions are a joke for the price. Of course everything has become more expensive, but €25 for bifteki? And then so small?
