Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos again. We ended up here through a coupon booklet, and you'd never guess it was once a sports club inside. It's super cozy, with a screen heated by a heater. Spaghetti portions seem to be quite generous; the aioli must have been delicious. I had the ricotta and spinach cannelloni, which was also very good, but a bit too small for big eaters or hungry people. You'd be better off ordering something else. The service was attentive and quick, although it wasn't very busy. We'll definitely be back.

Unfortunately, a disappointment. My parents had been there a few times in the past, and this time we were there together. Completely untrained staff, a chef who preferred to smoke and chat outside all the time. We had to wait over an hour for our food, even though it wasn't particularly busy. The food was mediocre at best. The spaghetti calamari was bone dry; it went back almost uneaten. Some of the squid wasn't cooked through. The rigatoni tasted of almost nothing; my wife could only eat half of it. The kebab shop around the corner from me would have done a better job with my truffle pizza. It was run-of-the-mill for me. We weren't even asked if we liked it...the staff obviously hadn't been trained for that yet. The spaghetti with prawns was okay, nothing more. It probably used to be much better. Too bad, that's not how you keep customers...although the ambiance is really nice.

I ordered food from the restaurant's own website. When I picked it up, I noticed that something was missing, which the waitress initially denied. Only when I showed her the order confirmation did she start looking for the missing food. But when we paid, she took all the food, including the one I initially missed. Furthermore, she only gave us 23 euros for an order of 66 euros and a payment of 100 euros. When I asked her, she played dumb, then said it was fine. Only when we both explained to her that she still owed us 10 euros did she start calculating and then, without an apology or anything like that, gave us the missing 10 euros. The boss of the pizzaria is very accommodating. We were looking for a place for coffee and cake after an abdication for about 20 people from 2:30 p.m. Although the restaurant was officially closed, it was opened for us and we were able to occupy the beautifully decorated tables and be served or served at a wonderful cake buffet. One star is already too many! I have rarely encountered such unfriendly service and the food isn't much better either. We ordered three pizzas which were quite ok and a portion of spaghetti carbonara. The spaghetti was terrible and covered in about 5cm of oil. The carbonara oil cream mixture had almost flocculated and was almost inedible. Luckily, the man has a stable stomach and can digest fat well. The service was also very annoyed and stressed for no reason, even though there weren't very many guests on site that early Wednesday evening. When we asked about mascarpone, we said that it was no longer available (which does happen) and whether we would like a crème brûlée with the mascarpone cream on the side instead. We were happy about it and accepted the offer. The cream was on the crème brûlée, which was strange, and it also tasted sour. When I pointed this out, the waitress only responded with a stroppy “It can’t be right.” She then smelled it and said that it wasn't sour... we asked her to try it and that it was inedible. She took it wordlessly without apologizing or offering a replacement. There was no response to a later request as to whether we could have another coffee. After asking again, they said that the coffee machine had already been cleaned at around 7:20 p.m. even though the “restaurant” was open until 10 p.m. But then we'll just order normal drinks. But the order was forgotten and when asked, the answer was very rude: “yes, yes, I forgot that, it can happen!” When we asked for the bill, the dessert was actually listed there, whereupon we asked them to remove it or not pay for it because we had complained about it and it was returned. She then accepted this with a sullen look and an unfriendly tone. Overall, it wasn't a nice visit to the restaurant and the food, apart from the pizzas, was catastrophic! The food (2x salad) came with the drinks within 5 minutes (2x pizza, 1 pasta dish) but only came after 45 minutes. During this time from 5 p.m. only three tables were occupied. A family that came after us and ordered had finished eating and had already left, so it took another 10 minutes for us. It doesn't work at all. The meal was satisfying. The service staff friendly.

So far so good, when we arrived at the restaurant the place was very full and the queue for pick-ups wasn't exactly short either. Some guests in the dining room had already expressed their opinion that they had been waiting forever (1 hour) for their food and would now like to leave. For us it was a little more than 30 minutes before we were able to take our order with us. When we got home, we felt a bit disillusioned. The pizza was delicious, the pasta with salmon was rather average and the salad was just carelessly prepared and only consisted of green lettuce, a few tomatoes and the turkey strips. For the price I simply expect something different. It's just a shame, there's definitely more that could be done. For now, I can only recommend that you reduce your seating or stop placing online orders as soon as the restaurant is full. Because I have to say, unfortunately you didn't convince me and I can't do the word of mouth for you either. I'll give you another chance sometime.

Never order from Dreisamtalblick again!! After many disappointing orders, we tried again today and it was disastrous. Lasagna was substandard, tasted inedible, hardly any minced meat, mini portion, bottom layer of pasta was burnt. The worst thing is the completely overpriced price of this starter portion of 14.90 euros. After so many disappointments, we will definitely not be ordering from Dreisamtalblick again, as they no longer pay attention to quality, but rather have quick processing.

Best Italian in Freiburg and the surrounding area

Gnocci 4 formaggi for €15.30 very very small portion. It would be OK for a child. The taste of everyone's food wasn't great either.

We were there with friends last week. I am 9 months pregnant and ordered a non-alcoholic Hefeweizen, which was presented to me as such by the waitress. After a few sips, my curl suddenly became quite unstable. When the staff asked whether it was possible that the Hefeweizen had alcohol, the waitress replied, "Oh yes, it must have been labeled incorrectly" and that you can always tell that the non-alcoholic beer is darker than the normal one. As if I as a customer should know that. There was neither an apology from the waiter nor any compensation and I still find it an absolute disgrace! This shouldn't happen. Regardless of whether you are pregnant (which I definitely noticed visually in the 9th month!) or a dry alcoholic - this must be guaranteed when ordering a non-alcoholic drink. And the reaction of the service staff was terrible and not exactly humane. Unfortunately, that wasn't the only thing. One of our pizzas was specifically ordered without peppers, but then came with peppers. When the comment was made that the pizza was ordered without peppers but with artichokes, the pizza was taken away and cold artichokes were simply added to it. There was still paprika on it - an absolute no-go for an allergy sufferer. Small peeling and vegetable knives were served with the pizzas. You can't cut pizza with it and our friends ordered beer and according to the waitress the beer was unfortunately "out". We definitely won't go there again and can't recommend it to anyone!

We were initially told on the phone that there was actually no room for us, but then they still had a place for us. When we arrived there (~8.30 p.m.), after 20 minutes we were alone on the terrace and there were no more guests inside, which the staff took as an opportunity to sit up around us and play loud Balkan music (only partially appropriate in a pizzeria). . Unfortunately, the food we ordered consisted mainly of convenience products (both visually and in terms of taste) and at the same time the prices were significantly higher. At the beginning this pizzeria was really good, but unfortunately it has now deteriorated significantly on all levels. For us there won't be a repeat here any time soon.

The pizza we ordered was okay, the bruschetta or pizza bread was limp, the idea of ​​pizza bread is nice, but it would have to be crispy like the bread in a classic bruschetta. The salad with goat's cheese and honey was a disgrace...goat's cheese was ok, there was no trace of honey, the "yoghurt" dressing didn't go well with it at all (nice olive oil with balsamic vinegar would be a great choice!) and the leaf salad just wasn't fresh and already turned brown. You can't eat it anymore...it's a shame, the location is really nice and you have a nice view.

Food quite ok, large pizzas with unfortunately quite dry dough. Pasta dishes are also fairly large portions, but sometimes a bit bland. The big problem for months has been the service. On the last visit everything really went wrong. There is hot seasoning oil, but you have to ask for it; it is not actively offered. A pizza was brought to our table incorrectly (different pizza than the one we ordered), and when we complained, the wrong pizza was brought again. They wanted to pack up the leftover pasta for us, but unfortunately they forgot and threw the pasta away. There was no offer of goodwill. We had to wait 20 minutes to pay and then be reminded again. We had the impression that one of the waiters might have been drugged because he made so many mistakes. But overall the service staff seemed unstructured and slow. We found the cleanliness and the house (new building) very nice. Overall: Nice location, acceptable cuisine, impossible service. A pity.

We had reserved a table for 2 people from 5 p.m. It was nice weather and we were taken to the terrace - to the most remote table on the wall of the house, there was bird poop on the table. All other tables were free at the time, why we were seated at this stupid table despite having a reservation is a mystery to me, but good. This has happened to us a few times there. Waldhaus without filter was brought to me in a bottle, so far on tap, and it's still that way on the menu on the internet. Carrot salad was ok, Vitello Tonnato too, although it tasted a bit like a can, the veal was strangely glazed and rosy. The sea bream fillet with risotto on avocado cream was great, really good for the price. The Quattro Formaggio pizza was a bit small, the crust was too big and too hard for me. The service was young and a bit impersonal, students, as is often the case after Corona in the catering industry. The ride-on lawn mower that was loud and smelly and constantly drove back and forth on the adjacent grass soccer field was totally annoying. Overall, nothing special and not worth recommending to friends/acquaintances.

Beautiful view in the mountains. Unfortunately I can't think of anything more positive about this restaurant. There were 9 of us (6 adults, 3 children). There are only 2 high chairs, and you won't find a changing table in the handicap toilet. Food: Ordering the food was quick, as was the first round of drinks. The bottom of the pizzas were burnt, and one even had the top burnt. They had a bitter aftertaste. The comment was simply ignored by the staff. The children had spaghetti and pizza. The spaghetti came at the same time as the appetizer. Well meant, but when the child was finished, of course he didn't want to sit anymore. The other children's pizza came with the adults' main course. This meant that 2 children shared the spaghetti and remained hungry (the portion was too small for €7!). Service: slightly overwhelmed and without enthusiasm. The children were given large soup spoons and forks, and child-friendly cutlery was only brought when asked. Guests who were there before us waited for their food while ours was already there! Ambiance: loud when it's busy. The entrance area quickly becomes clogged, guests and waitresses block each other. And as if that wasn't enough, we sat with empty glasses for almost 1.5 hours, there was no question as to whether the rest of us at least enjoyed it, the service was unfortunately just unmotivated and disinterested, and when we complained there was no apology ....nothing nothing....so sorry, but that's not possible, something like that can't be in their mind to scare away the guests like that!

Unfortunately, this was the second time that we had to wait over an hour for the starter we ordered, despite having a reservation and the restaurant being half empty. Meanwhile, pick-up orders were being processed diligently. Then the starter finally came, but in stages, which continued with the main course. So we couldn't eat together but watched each other. We mentioned the waiting times and instead of apologizing or informing us in advance about longer waiting times, the waitress took this rather hesitantly and apparently didn't really know what to answer. She then blamed it on a typo made by her colleague. The table next door also complained about waiting times being too long and that guests arriving later had already been served. The distribution of food seems to be haphazard rather than systematic. The online map is also not updated. Here the schnitzel comes with fries and a side salad, but on the local menu it comes without it. The price, however, has remained the same. Since I had already decided online what I wanted to eat, I didn't study the menu in detail on site. When I asked, they said "the boss changed it".... It's a real shame that the service is so lacking, because the quality (especially) of the Italian food is good and tasty. Unfortunately, you have now lost us as customers.

If you have to wait 1.45 hours for your food even though the restaurant wasn't full, it's not recommended. It wasn't the first time

After we reserved a table and were really looking forward to the food (you were recommended to us), everything went well at first. At the reception we were asked three times what name we had reserved under 🙄. Order was placed and then the food came., pizza was good. Salad with salmon was...cheeky! Two tablespoons of carrot salad, about 6 forks of leaf lettuce and maybe 4 cocktail tomatoes, halved. The salmon was probably premature and quite tiny for €16.50. And what can I say... the waitress came to take the order, bring the food and collect it. Not cleared away, not asked if it was good or if we would like anything else. Our friendly criticism that we would now like to pay to have a drink somewhere else didn't come up with anything... well, it wasn't good for me with you. Service is very important, at least to me. The girls were simply completely overwhelmed as a couple and friendliness was so so so... Sentence with X.... went and in Stegen it was so...

I celebrated my birthday there with about 16 people. The service was very courteous and always present. The food was very tasty and the portions were sufficient. Since the restaurant was very busy, we had to wait a while for our main courses, but that wasn't a problem. All in all, a really nice evening in the restaurant.

We ate here today and were unfortunately bitterly disappointed. We were there with a lot of children and the positive thing was that the children got their food relatively quickly (20 minutes). However, apart from the fries, the food that was brought was unfortunately anything but satisfactory. The calamari was delivered without fries despite being told three times, the lasagne was completely over salted and the pasta we ordered only came with half of the side dishes that were ordered. The adults then had to wait 70 minutes (there were only two tables occupied) and the wrong food that we hadn't ordered was simply brought to the table. The daily recommendation was a risotto with prawns and asparagus, but no risotto rice was used and the long grain rice was terribly overcooked. Most of the pasta was just drowned in cream. Multiple complaints were not addressed but the blame was shifted to us as customers since we had ordered the children's meals as starters. Unfortunately I have to say that it was the first and last time I was there. I absolutely cannot recommend it!

Pizza super dry. Half left lying around. The only response to the notice was the statement “it’s new dough”. So sent it out against my better judgment... No discount or anything else. And the pizza was really one of the worst ever. Wine very good! By the way, the waiting time was also unusually long...

Food is delicious and comes quickly, prices are absolutely right, staff is very friendly. We eat here regularly.

Very good pizza, friendly service, short waiting times despite the restaurant being fully booked

Unfortunately not (any longer) recommended! So far we have enjoyed getting takeaway pizza here regularly - but yesterday we were disappointed in several ways. - We ordered four pizzas an hour and a half in advance, but then had to wait another 15 minutes when we arrived. - Of the four pizzas we ordered, three were still at most lukewarm. Only one pizza was fresh and hot. - We ordered one of the pizzas with “extra mushrooms”. We found exactly eight thin mushroom slices on the whole pizza. To ask for an extra charge for this is an absolute impudence - the surface used to be much more lavish here. So we definitely don't know the Pizzeria Dreisamtalblick and were anything but happy about serving cold pizza to our visitor yesterday, 15 minutes late, which we had advertised just before!

Good food, nice ambience and good service.
