This time we ordered 6 pizzas for pickup, all with spicy oil and sliced. The pizzas were only sliced ​​after we asked, but even after we asked, there was no oil on them. I had a Calabrese (salami with pepperoni), and there had never been so few pepperonis on the pizza (4-5, used to be 10-12) as usual. The pizza itself used to be larger. My friends' pizzas were also open to criticism. The Parma pizza (Parma ham, arugula, cheese) somehow had pepperoni, which definitely didn't belong there. The Diavolo was delicious, nice and spicy, and with delicious Italian salami. However, the quality of the dough has declined in recent months. I'm a student and have ordered from this pizzeria several times before, and so far it's always been delicious, and the price/performance ratio has always been very good. Unfortunately, this time only a disappointing 2/5 stars instead of 5/5.

We were looking for a place for coffee and cake after an abdication for about 20 people from 2:30 p.m. Although the restaurant was officially closed, it was opened for us and we were able to occupy the beautifully decorated tables and be served or served at a wonderful cake buffet. One star is already too many! I have rarely encountered such unfriendly service and the food isn't much better either. We ordered three pizzas which were quite ok and a portion of spaghetti carbonara. The spaghetti was terrible and covered in about 5cm of oil. The carbonara oil cream mixture had almost flocculated and was almost inedible. Luckily, the man has a stable stomach and can digest fat well. The service was also very annoyed and stressed for no reason, even though there weren't very many guests on site that early Wednesday evening. When we asked about mascarpone, we said that it was no longer available (which does happen) and whether we would like a crème brûlée with the mascarpone cream on the side instead. We were happy about it and accepted the offer. The cream was on the crème brûlée, which was strange, and it also tasted sour. When I pointed this out, the waitress only responded with a stroppy “It can’t be right.” She then smelled it and said that it wasn't sour... we asked her to try it and that it was inedible. She took it wordlessly without apologizing or offering a replacement. There was no response to a later request as to whether we could have another coffee. After asking again, they said that the coffee machine had already been cleaned at around 7:20 p.m. even though the “restaurant” was open until 10 p.m. But then we'll just order normal drinks. But the order was forgotten and when asked, the answer was very rude: “yes, yes, I forgot that, it can happen!” When we asked for the bill, the dessert was actually listed there, whereupon we asked them to remove it or not pay for it because we had complained about it and it was returned. She then accepted this with a sullen look and an unfriendly tone. Overall, it wasn't a nice visit to the restaurant and the food, apart from the pizzas, was catastrophic! We will never go here to eat again!

The food (2x salad) came with the drinks within 5 minutes (2x pizza, 1 pasta dish) but only came after 45 minutes. During this time from 5 p.m. only three tables were occupied. A family that came after us and ordered had finished eating and had already left, so it took another 10 minutes for us. It doesn't work at all. The meal was satisfying. The service staff friendly.

So far so good, when we arrived at the restaurant the place was very full and the queue for pick-ups wasn't exactly short either. Some guests in the dining room had already expressed their opinion that they had been waiting forever (1 hour) for their food and would now like to leave. For us it was a little more than 30 minutes before we were able to take our order with us. When we got home, we felt a bit disillusioned. The pizza was delicious, the pasta with salmon was rather average and the salad was just carelessly prepared and only consisted of green lettuce, a few tomatoes and the turkey strips. For the price I simply expect something different. It's just a shame, there's definitely more that could be done. For now, I can only recommend that you reduce your seating or stop placing online orders as soon as the restaurant is full. Because I have to say, unfortunately you didn't convince me and I can't do the word of mouth for you either. I'll give you another chance sometime.

The ambience can be highlighted positively. The pizzas meet usual standards and are visually appealing. Unfortunately, I perceived the customer/service orientation to be weak: no active hospitality, long response times. The atmosphere is temporarily characterized by, among other things, staff being noisy rather than guest-oriented. A place for hungry people and unique for me/us.

Never order from Dreisamtalblick again!! After many disappointing orders, we tried again today and it was disastrous. Lasagna was substandard, tasted inedible, hardly any minced meat, mini portion, bottom layer of pasta was burnt. The worst thing is the completely overpriced price of this starter portion of 14.90 euros. After so many disappointments, we will definitely not be ordering from Dreisamtalblick again, as they no longer pay attention to quality, but rather have quick processing.

Best Italian in Freiburg and the surrounding area

Gnocci 4 formaggi for €15.30 very very small portion. It would be OK for a child. The taste of everyone's food wasn't great either.

The price is also great - to be honest, we would have thought it would be more expensive with this view. Absolutely recommended, it was a great experience!

We were there with friends last week. I am 9 months pregnant and ordered a non-alcoholic Hefeweizen, which was presented to me as such by the waitress. After a few sips, my curl suddenly became quite unstable. When the staff asked whether it was possible that the Hefeweizen had alcohol, the waitress replied, "Oh yes, it must have been labeled incorrectly" and that you can always tell that the non-alcoholic beer is darker than the normal one. As if I as a customer should know that. There was neither an apology from the waiter nor any compensation and I still find it an absolute disgrace! This shouldn't happen. Regardless of whether you are pregnant (which I definitely noticed visually in the 9th month!) or a dry alcoholic - this must be guaranteed when ordering a non-alcoholic drink. And the reaction of the service staff was terrible and not exactly humane. Unfortunately, that wasn't the only thing. One of our pizzas was specifically ordered without peppers, but then came with peppers. When the comment was made that the pizza was ordered without peppers but with artichokes, the pizza was taken away and cold artichokes were simply added to it. There was still paprika on it - an absolute no-go for an allergy sufferer. Small peeling and vegetable knives were served with the pizzas. You can't cut pizza with it and our friends ordered beer and according to the waitress the beer was unfortunately "out". We definitely won't go there again and can't recommend it to anyone!

We were initially told on the phone that there was actually no room for us, but then they still had a place for us. When we arrived there (~8.30 p.m.), after 20 minutes we were alone on the terrace and there were no more guests inside, which the staff took as an opportunity to sit up around us and play loud Balkan music (only partially appropriate in a pizzeria). . Unfortunately, the food we ordered consisted mainly of convenience products (both visually and in terms of taste) and at the same time the prices were significantly higher. At the beginning this pizzeria was really good, but unfortunately it has now deteriorated significantly on all levels. For us there won't be a repeat here any time soon.

The pizza we ordered was okay, the bruschetta or pizza bread was limp, the idea of ​​pizza bread is nice, but it would have to be crispy like the bread in a classic bruschetta. The salad with goat's cheese and honey was a disgrace...goat's cheese was ok, there was no trace of honey, the "yoghurt" dressing didn't go well with it at all (nice olive oil with balsamic vinegar would be a great choice!) and the leaf salad just wasn't fresh and already turned brown. You can't eat it anymore...it's a shame, the location is really nice and you have a nice view.

On the last visit everything really went wrong. There is hot seasoning oil, but you have to ask for it; it is not actively offered. A pizza was brought to our table incorrectly (different pizza than the one we ordered), and when we complained, the wrong pizza was brought again. They wanted to pack up the leftover pasta for us, but unfortunately they forgot and threw the pasta away. There was no offer of goodwill. We had to wait 20 minutes to pay and then be reminded again. We had the impression that one of the waiters might have been drugged because he made so many mistakes. But overall the service staff seemed unstructured and slow. We found the cleanliness and the house (new building) very nice. Overall: Nice location, acceptable cuisine, impossible service. A pity.

We had reserved a table for 2 people from 5 p.m. It was nice weather and we were taken to the terrace - to the most remote table on the wall of the house, there was bird poop on the table. All other tables were free at the time, why we were seated at this stupid table despite having a reservation is a mystery to me, but good. This has happened to us a few times there. Waldhaus without filter was brought to me in a bottle, so far on tap, and it's still that way on the menu on the internet. Carrot salad was ok, Vitello Tonnato too, although it tasted a bit like a can, the veal was strangely glazed and rosy. The sea bream fillet with risotto on avocado cream was great, really good for the price. The Quattro Formaggio pizza was a bit small, the crust was too big and too hard for me. The service was young and a bit impersonal, students, as is often the case after Corona in the catering industry. The ride-on lawn mower that was loud and smelly and constantly drove back and forth on the adjacent grass soccer field was totally annoying. Overall, nothing special and not worth recommending to friends/acquaintances.

Beautiful view in the mountains. Unfortunately I can't think of anything more positive about this restaurant. There were 9 of us (6 adults, 3 children). There are only 2 high chairs, and you won't find a changing table in the handicap toilet. Food: Ordering the food was quick, as was the first round of drinks. The bottom of the pizzas were burnt, and one even had the top burnt. They had a bitter aftertaste. The comment was simply ignored by the staff. The children had spaghetti and pizza. The spaghetti came at the same time as the appetizer. Well meant, but when the child was finished, of course he didn't want to sit anymore. The other children's pizza came with the adults' main course. This meant that 2 children shared the spaghetti and remained hungry (the portion was too small for €7!). Service: slightly overwhelmed and without enthusiasm. The children were given large soup spoons and forks, and child-friendly cutlery was only brought when asked. Guests who were there before us waited for their food while ours was already there! Ambiance: loud when it's busy. The entrance area quickly becomes clogged, guests and waitresses block each other. Here the schnitzel comes with fries and a side salad, but on the local menu it comes without it. The price, however, has remained the same. Since I had already decided online what I wanted to eat, I didn't study the menu in detail on site. When I asked, they said "the boss changed it".... It's a real shame that the service is so lacking, because the quality (especially) of the Italian food is good and tasty. Unfortunately, you have now lost us as customers.

At the reception we were asked three times what name we had reserved under 🙄. Order was placed and then the food came., pizza was good. Salad with salmon was...cheeky! Two tablespoons of carrot salad, about 6 forks of leaf lettuce and maybe 4 cocktail tomatoes, halved. The salmon was probably premature and quite tiny for €16.50. And what can I say... the waitress came to take the order, bring the food and collect it. Not cleared away, not asked if it was good or if we would like anything else. Our friendly criticism that we would now like to pay to have a drink somewhere else didn't come up with anything... well, it wasn't good for me with you. Service is very important, at least to me. The girls were simply completely overwhelmed as a couple and friendliness was so so so... Sentence with X.... went and in Stegen it was so...

I celebrated my birthday there with about 16 people. The service was very courteous and always present. The food was very tasty and the portions were sufficient. Since the restaurant was very busy, we had to wait a while for our main courses, but that wasn't a problem. All in all, a really nice evening in the restaurant.

We ate here today and were unfortunately bitterly disappointed. We were there with a lot of children and the positive thing was that the children got their food relatively quickly (20 minutes). However, apart from the fries, the food that was brought was unfortunately anything but satisfactory. The calamari was delivered without fries despite being told three times, the lasagne was completely over salted and the pasta we ordered only came with half of the side dishes that were ordered. The adults then had to wait 70 minutes (there were only two tables occupied) and the wrong food that we hadn't ordered was simply brought to the table. The daily recommendation was a risotto with prawns and asparagus, but no risotto rice was used and the long grain rice was terribly overcooked. Most of the pasta was just drowned in cream. Multiple complaints were not addressed but the blame was shifted to us as customers since we had ordered the children's meals as starters. Unfortunately I have to say that it was the first and last time I was there. I absolutely cannot recommend it!

So far we have enjoyed getting takeaway pizza here regularly - but yesterday we were disappointed in several ways. - We ordered four pizzas an hour and a half in advance, but then had to wait another 15 minutes when we arrived. - Of the four pizzas we ordered, three were still at most lukewarm. Only one pizza was fresh and hot. - We ordered one of the pizzas with “extra mushrooms”. We found exactly eight thin mushroom slices on the whole pizza. To ask for an extra charge for this is an absolute impudence - the surface used to be much more lavish here. So we definitely don't know the Pizzeria Dreisamtalblick and were anything but happy about serving cold pizza to our visitor yesterday, 15 minutes late, which we had advertised just before!

Ich war sehr positiv überrascht, als ich dorthin eingeladen war. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm, es ist sauber ruhig und ordentlich, es waren drei Familien mit Kinder da und eine mit Hund, das hat niemanden gestört. Das sehr junge Service Personal war kompetent, schnell und obwohl sie präsent waren, waren sie nicht aufdringlich. Wir hatten Pizza und die Antipasti Platte sowie vitello tonnato und alles war wirklich hervorragend. Die Pizza hatte ein sehr gute Größe!

Waren mit einer größeren Gruppe hier und waren froh so kurzfristig auf einen Freitag Abend ein Platz bekommen zu haben. Das Essen konnte uns tatsächlich nicht wirklich überzeugen. Die Pizza war sehr weich und die Lasagne etwas fad und fettig. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt für die Auswahl an vegetarischen und veganen Speisen. Trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage fand sich auf der „vegetarischen“ Pizza Speck wieder und die „vegane“ pizza wurde mit normalen Käse serviert. Das geht gar nicht. Immerhin wurde den Beiden neue Gerichte zubereitet, welche jedoch erst dann kamen, als der Rest der Gruppe schon fertig war. Auch entschuldigt hat sich niemand bei uns. Vielleicht haben wir aber auch einfach einen schlechten Tag erwischt und würden uns wünschen wenn dies in Zukunft besser läuft.

Wir mussten insgesamt eine Stunde nach Bestellung warten, andere die nach uns kamen, haben das Essen früher bekommen. Die Organisation der Küche lässt an dieser Stelle zu wünschen übrig. Die Größe des Lokals und die zusätzlichen Take-away Bestellungen scheinen Küche und Service zu überfordern. Da muss dringend nachgebessert werden.

Leckeres Essen, angemessene Preise. Ich gehe gerne wieder hin.

Wir sind zwei Tage nacheinander hier gewesen. Das Essen war köstlich, sowohl der Antipastiteller, als auch Pizza und Pasta. Die Bedienungen waren aufmerksam und ausnahmslos sehr freundlich. Wir können es mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!

Für eine "Sportgaststätte" eine super Empfehlung. Sehr gute Auswahl an Speisen. Italienische Küche. Sehr freundlicher Service. Schöne Terrasse. Vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen. Gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis.

Super Essen und so, aber am besten war das Personal. Hatten einen super Abend und die Tanzeinlage hat auch nicht gefehlt.

Das Essen schmeckt super! Das Essen kam sehr schnell und mit dem Service bin ich sehr zufrieden, sind sehr nette Leute und die Wünsche werden ohne Problem erfüllt. Reservierungen werden auch ohne Problem noch am gleichem Tag gemacht. Mit der Einrichtung bin ich auch sehr zufrieden, von der Terrasse aus gibts einen schönen Ausblick. Von mir gibt es aufjedenfall 5 Sterne!

Also als erstes möchte ich sagen, dass wir seit Jahren dort Kunden sind. Wir waren vor Corona Zeiten mind. 1-2 Mal im Monat schon dort zum Essen. Es war immer überragend von der Qualität und auch vom Ambiente. Der Service war auch immer Top...... Dann kam dieses Corona!!! Wir haben, als wieder möglich,mind. 1-2 Mal im Monat weiterhin das Restaurant unterstützt,da es uns auch sehr wichtig war, dass solch ein guter Italiener überlebt. Der Juniorchef war immer richtig freundlich,und man hat sich immer gefreut Ihn und die Crew zu sehen...... Leider ist mir seit ein Paar Monaten aufgefallen,dass die Qualität und der Service extrem nach lässt. Ich weiß nicht ob man der Meinung ist, man könnte sich ausruhen auf dem was man bisher erreicht hat?! Den Juniorchef habe ich auch seit langem nicht mehr angetroffen,um mit Ihm mal darüber zu reden. Ihm wäre es nämlich mit Sicherheit wichtig gewesen......... Heute am 09.06 waren wir mit Oma und Opa wieder essen, und hatten auf ein tolles Abendessen gehofft!!!! Leider wurden wir wieder etwas enttäuscht. Ich habe einen großen gemischten Salat und eine Bruschetta als Vorspeise bestellt. Beim Salat waren Blätter am Rand schon angelaufen. Teilweise schon braun und faulig. Zudem waren noch Schnecken an den Blättern...... Ich habe dies der Bedienung gezeigt und gebeten,dies dem Koch bitte weiter zu geben. Da so etwas in einer Gastronomie nicht passieren darf. Das leere Bierglas von unserem Opa stand ne halbe Stunde vor ihm, es kam niemand an den Tisch. Wenn wir eine Bedienung gerufen hatten, drehte sie sich um und lief nach innen. Keine Ahnung ob sie nichts gehört hat, oder nichts hören wollte. Aber Hauptsache am Nebentisch saß die Chefin mit Ihren Freundinnen und auch einer Servicekraft beim ständigen Rauchen und Aperol Spritz. Als ich dann irgendwann bezahlt habe, hatte mich gewundert, das die Servicekraft überhaupt kein Wort verloren hatte wegen dem Salat. Weder dass sie es der Küche ausgerichtet hat, und diese schauen wollen das sowas nicht mehr vor kommt...... Kein Anbieten eines Espresso's oder Kaffees wegen den Unannehmlichkeiten, nichts. Bitte nicht falsch verstehen,ich will nichts umsonst,sondern es geht mir um eine Anteilnahme und Interesse an einer guten Dienstleistung. Lieber bezahle ich mehr, wenn dafür alles passt. An unserem Nachbartisch, (wir kannten die Leute von früher) lief anscheinend auch einiges schief..... Wohl Spaghetti die noch viel zu hart waren, und dann nachdem sie in die Küche zurück gingen, haben sie komplett vergessen ne neue Portion raus zu schicken. Zum Schluss möchte ich trotzdem sagen, dass z.b alle drei verschiedenen Pizzas die wir bestellt hatten sehr lecker waren. Auch die anderen Hauptspeisen waren im Rahmen. Aber vielleicht nimmt sich nach meiner Rezension mal einer der Geschäftsführung die Zeit, und schaut dass er wieder die Führung übernimmt. Weil wie gesagt es war auch früher immer extrem gut. Und ich kann mir nicht vorstellen,dass Ihr da nicht wieder hin wollt.

War von 26.6 bis 30.6 zu Gast in Freiburg und fand dieses Lokal. Es etwa abseits am Ende des Ortes Ebnet,aber leicht zu erreichen zu Fuß wenn man eines der Gästehäuser bezogen hat. Am ersten Abend war ich echt begeistert und war überrascht von der Qualität des essens! Der Burger mit Pommes war echt super lecker! Am zweiten Abend bestellte ich mir ein Schnitzel mit Pommes (hatte darauf echt Lust), Schnitzel war echt OK. Doch die Pommes waren alles andere als lecker,sie sahen aus als wären sie auffritiert und sie driften nur so von Öl. War leider nicht das was ich vom Vortag kannte. Heute war ich erneut da, weil man ja nicht nachtragend ist und das essen gut und reichlich zubereitet ist. Doch wurde ich echt enttäuscht. Meine Bestellung war Tagliatelle mit Bolognese! Nach etwa 45 min fragte ich, ob man mich vergessen hat. Was dann kam, war die reinste Enttäuschung. Es kam Spaghetti mit etwas was aussah wie Tomatensoße wo am das Fleisch suchen musste und einen Menge Parmesankäse. Man hatte das Gefühl, das es schnell auf den Teller kam und serviert wurde! War nicht ansehnlich und schon garnicht schmackhaft (das Auge ist mit). Mein Fazit nach drei Besuchen! Es war Anfangs stark und dann ließ man stark nach! Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und ihr Blick sprachen Bände. Sorry liebes Dreisamblick Team, aber die Bewertung fällt daher nicht gerade gut aus. Wünsche euch trotzdem alles Gute und hoffe beim nächsten Besuch eine Besserung vor zu finden. Als Reisefahrer kommt man immer zweimal dreimal an den gleichen Ort!

Komme immer wieder gerne! Tolles Ambiente und super freundliches Personal! Das Essen ist auch sehr lecker! Kann es nur empfehlen !

Guter Italiener, Preise günstiger als Grieche. Ist gut besucht. Reservieren wird empfohlen. 🙂

Am gleichen Tag noch online einen Tisch reserviert - klappte völlig unproblematisch. Freundliche Bedienung, zuvorkommender Service. Tisch direkt am Fußballfeld mit Blick in die umliegenden Hügel. Essen kam rasch, war super lecker und reichlich. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne :-)
