Sehr leckerer Döner und pizza mit frischen Zutaten und einer richtig guten Soße. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Wir waren jetzt schon öfter dort und wurden nie enttäuscht. Mittlerweile ist das definitiv unser Lieblings-Dönerladen in Freiburg!

Die Pizza war super, sie hat mir sehr gut geschmeckt. Danke, ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir kommen immer wieder gerne hierher, weil das Essen einfach köstlich ist! Riesige Portionen, viel Fleisch! Exzellenter Service! Und vor allem: Es ist sehr sauber! Auch heute waren wir sehr zufrieden. Alles war wunderbar 👍 Danke 🙂‍↔️

Das Fleisch ist schmackhaft, es ist kein grobes Kraftpaket, ich empfehle es guten Gewissens.

Auf der Pizza muss man du Zutaten mit der Lupe suchen.sind sehr Geizig.

Ich bin ziemlich schockiert! Haben oft dort bestellt und ich liebe meinen gemüse Teller mit Bulgur.Leider, war bei der gestrigen Bestellung mein Bulgur schon etwas älter.Er roch sauer und ungenießbar....darüber noch ne ladung jogurt sauce zu kippen , hat übrigens nicht geholfen!!! Traurig...den Kunden mit so einem gewissen so etwas essen zu lassen...

We've been to your place quite often, and we've also had it delivered from time to time, and it was always delicious! However, we had to pay €2 extra for the sauce for pide, but the sauce isn't extra for doner pizza? Both cost the same. Sauce is included with other dishes, too, and isn't it? So, a pide costs €12, which is totally excessive... Even when we asked, we actually had to pay €2 for a little sauce, and they didn't accommodate us. Sorry, but we're not going along with that kind of pricing.

Yufga ordered via Lieferando in the notes specially written with what boss claims I did not specify and he has no time to discuss because they made a mistake really unfriendly

It's important to note: Efes Kebab uses high-quality doner kebab skewers with a mixed topping and real meat! No pressed meat, no minced meat (without knowing what's in it). More expensive to buy than minced meat, but significantly better.

Since the change of ownership, the store has lost a lot of quality. It's a shame.

We used to always go to EFES but since the change of ownership a lot of things have been different. We ordered from EFES over the phone and mentioned several times that we wanted a pizza. When the delivery person came, we got a pide instead of a pizza. When we called again to clarify the matter, the employees just told us that that's just how it is and there was nothing they could do. I was very disappointed and angry and drove to EFES. When we got there, they didn't want to help me at first. They said they wouldn't take the pide back and wouldn't give us our money back. After a bit of discussion, the owner explained that he would make an exception for us. But instead of leaving it at that, he tried to make us feel guilty. He said that because of us he had to throw it away. He also tried several times to blame us for the situation. He said we had ordered the wrong thing. He kept stumbling during this explanation. For example, he said: "You called and ordered a pizza." I then said yes, a pizza, not a pide. But then he said a pide after all. When he finally made a pizza for us anyway, he said to his colleague: make a pide, er, pizza. So he had mixed it up himself but wanted to blame us. In itself, a situation like that isn't that bad, it can happen sometimes, but the way the employees treated us was very disappointing. In the end, the owner sold the pide we had received in error directly to another customer. As far as I know, you shouldn't sell someone a meal that was already at someone else's home. On top of that, all the talk about, hey, I'm throwing this away because of you and I'm not messing around for the 10 euros (as if we were messing around) was completely unnecessary and the owner didn't suffer any damage. It just meant we had a very stressful evening and had to pay for petrol. In the end, we didn't even get a proper apology, just an explanation of how to do it right next time. There was no free drink as an apology either. Just two Santa Shocks. Overall, I have to say, unfortunately, we won't be ordering from here again. I hope others have had better experiences!

I had the best experience ever here. They staff were so amazing and sweetest. I went to this place during my vacation and I have to say it was one of the best places I’ve ever eaten. It was also very affordable which made me come again and again while I was visiting. Would definitely visit again!

A lot has changed since the new owners arrived. Personally, I used to eat there often but not anymore.

Even though I can't speak German at all, but you can communicate in English 🙂 the service is great and the guys know their craft very well. When I pass by again, I will definitely come again 🙂🙂

We have been to the Efes fast food restaurant in Freiburg Tiengen very often. We always arrive very late and yet we still get really tasty pizza. You can also sit inside and outside. The staff are always very warm and friendly! Overall, we can only strongly recommend Efes in Freiburg Tiengen!

Far too small for 10 euros and I couldn't get enough

I've never eaten a kebab or pizza like this before. Pizza was very good and crispy. And the kebab also tasted very good. The meat was grilled very well and I recommend you the best kebab in Freiburg

Tastiest Yufka we have eaten in a long time. When ordered, one of them was actually really spicy!! Top. The sauce was very tasty and the constitution of the Yufka was also great. Very nice and fast delivery. Would be happy to order again. But now the prices are beyond good and bad. Unfortunately also for the delivery.

Best kebab in the Freiburg area 10/10

I visited Efes Kebab snack shop yesterday and was absolutely thrilled. Once the quality of the food was very good. The food was fresh and excellently prepared. I ordered pizza and my husband Yufka. Both were perfectly seasoned and very tasty. You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on good ingredients here. The portions were also generous and the value for money is unbeatable. You really get a lot for the price! We were also impressed by the staff, who were very friendly and attentive despite the many customers. As soon as we entered the snack bar we were warmly welcomed. The order was prepared relatively quickly, and although the snack bar was busy, I didn't have to wait long. The ambience is simple, nice and above all clean and tidy. The atmosphere is casual and cozy – perfect for a relaxed meal in between. I think the menu offers a wide selection, so there is something for every taste. Overall a great experience! I will definitely come back and recommend this takeaway to anyone looking for tasty and inexpensive food.

Guys, it doesn't work that way... we've always been very happy with you... we're really not fussy, but when it comes to your standards at the beginning of the opening, it's really dropped... so now you know, make something of it... then maybe there will be something in the future another good review.
