Looking for grilled meat during the summer season (it feels like all restaurants are currently on vacation), I came to this small, fine restaurant near the Verden justice system. It should be said right at the beginning that the outside area is not the highlight, but inside it is very pleasantly warm and you can take a seat. The waitresses are friendly, there is ouzo straight away, the menu, drinks with ice and straws, everything is fine. I had chosen a grill plate from the extensive menu and was given a salad plate that was ok, fresh yes, but simple store-bought dressing and I would just add cucumber, tomatoes, olives, red onions and salt/pepper, some oil and well, that would be great . The meat was great, great gyros, great skewers, flawless fries. Served with a cold sauce that was tasty but lacked the final kick. Payment can be made in cash or by card. The prices are absolutely reasonable and whatever you want to pay for this service and the good meat. I'll definitely stop by again this year

The restaurant is close to the town center and there are enough parking spaces. The service is friendly and very nice. And the food is plentiful and very tasty. I would classify the prices as reasonably normal.

Friendly staff, children's dishes are called small dishes here and can be ordered by everyone, great idea, especially if you want an appetizer. Everything was clean and pleasant, gladly again.

Leider war das Essen zum Teil gar nicht so gut, verbrannte Leber etc. der Koch hatte wohl einen sehr schlechten Tag. Wir werden dort nicht mehr Essen gehen, denn die Bedienung hat es dann auch noch komplett gekonnt und sehr freundlich überspielt. Der Koch sah sehr schmuddelig aus, also die Kleidung bei den Preisen leider ohne Stil

My wife and I have now become regular guests since it reopened: very tasty, varied food, lovingly prepared, there is absolutely no reason to complain. We always enjoy trying out new dishes from the extensive menu and have never been disappointed, even my otherwise critical mother was thrilled! The staff is very friendly, courteous and service-oriented. The atmosphere is bright, friendly and very appealing. All in all, because of the Mediterranean-style cuisine, it is by far the best “Greek” in Verden for us and we will certainly and happily come back. Top price-performance ratio!!!

We went to Dionysos Essen for the first time today and we are really thrilled, nice staff, nice ambience and the food is simply great, we will definitely be back.

Food was excellent and the service was attentive and very friendly. In our opinion it could be a little cleaner here and there. For example, on our table was: a stained tablecloth. There's still room for improvement here, but otherwise it's great.

After the restaurant was closed for a long time due to reconstruction, we curiously went and tried it. And it was so good that we were thrilled to go back!! As I said, the restaurant itself is newly built, pleasantly light and airy. The table arrangement gives you enough space so that you don't end up eating on an unknown neighbor's plate. The staff (family business??) is super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Special requests are not ignored, but efforts are made to accommodate the guest. The selection/map is understandable and clearly laid out, and there are even dishes for small appetites. The food is hot, nicely prepared and very tasty. For us it's a clear case of going back soon! Addendum: even after weeks and repeated visits, we are still thrilled and know that this time will not be the last.

I had dinner there with my daughter. The guest room is beautifully bright and warmly decorated. Food and service was great. The price was okay too. It was much more expensive elsewhere. We really liked it there. We can recommend it.

So, I was already a regular at the restaurant before the renovation and the old owner. That's why we knew each other because it was reopened by a very nice employee of the old owner. I don't want to say the wrong thing now ☝🏻but I am of the opinion that the old owner was planning on closing anyway and the Corona wave accelerated it at the time. Well now to the restaurant, I'm very excited about the renovation, everything seems more open because the benches are completely gone, the counter is different, you can't see a salad counter anymore 🤷‍♂️😂. Now I have to admit first that I started the beautiful new restaurant Almost set it on fire 😂🤷‍♂️😇🤫 I am attaching photos. It so happened that we were already eating and the person opposite asked me to try it because the dishes were completely different - one had fries, I had rice, etc. So when I swapped things back and forth, the table arrangement was in the way and it moved to the side of the candle 🙆‍♂️ not bad at first ☝🏻 Nature now came my action 🤷‍♂️ I then wanted to put my drink back and came to the edge of it The candlestick swung towards my hand. I wanted to push him back elegantly, but that was probably a bit too much due to the wax that suddenly ran over my hand... and so he swung it over to the table arrangement and immediately lit it 😬. I have to honestly say the Flemings were impressive 😁😇🫣. At first I thought about extinguishing it with the drink 😅 although I would certainly have extinguished my companion with me. I was trying to breathe. Well, I wasn't very smart either because the ash rain found its way into the accompanying drink, food and clothes. So I was very grateful when the owner rushed over and put out the fire with the towel under my supervision. So after we got new drinks and food because the subsequent ash spice seemed excessive, the host decided to serve our dishes again so that we could finish our visit with him full. Well, I have to say all in all, the food is even better than before, whether it's meat or a side dish ☝🏻 the portions are appropriate for the prices, that's fine. Even if you don't light a fire every time, but then... Receives . I would like to go there again, which is definitely ok with the owner, although he already told me I would only get a battery-operated candle on my next visit and not a real one. So I can only recommend going there, especially since the outdoor area will be equipped with a windbreak in the summer so nothing stands in the way of a longer visit. I'm excited 😇.

The food (lunch) was excellent. Gyro plate, with Metaxa sauce if desired, and an incredibly delicious calamari roll. The tzatziki was airy and light and perfectly seasoned, as was the salad. Friendly service and optimal ambience. We would love to come back...

Had a very good meal there today. The side salad was fresh and crunchy, the gyros wasn't overfat or oily, but nice and lean, of good quality and very tasty. Instead of drowning it in tzatziki as usual elsewhere, here it is served with a delicious tomato sauce. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I'd love to come back.

We were there on Friday last week, the food was very tasty but for my taste it could do with more spices, everything was a little too lightly seasoned. More courage. Otherwise everything was perfect, super nice service, nice atmosphere, keep it up, we'll be back.

Reopening after change of ownership and renovation in 2023. We were there at Christmas... Normal menu - Normal prices! Short wait for food. Delicious and filling...too much for my mother-in-law ;-) Very friendly and courteous service. We'll definitely be back!

Alles Top. Essen und vor allem der Service war sehr aufmerksam und seine Empfehlungen haben gepasst. Sanitärbereich waren auch sauber aber dürfte mal aufgefrischt und teilweise repariert werden!

Das Personal war herzlich und aufmerksam, und das Essen übertraf alle Erwartungen. Das Fleisch war saftig und perfekt gewürzt. Die frischen Zutaten und die Liebe zum Detail machten jedes Gericht zu einem wahren Gaumenschmaus. Ich kann das Restaurant nur empfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch!

Es gibt weitaus bessere griechische Restaurants.

Also Leute, griechisches Essen schaut anders aus. Mir fehlt da so einiges auf der Karte. Das was wir bestellt haben war ok. Aber gerade mal unterer Durchschnitt. Wir haben auch wirklich lange auf das Essen gewartet, obwohl wenig los war. Der Service ist offensichtlich ungeübt und ließ sich kaum blicken, allerdings freundlich. Das Lokal ist schön eingerichtet und hat ein wunderbares Ambiente.

Für 8 Personen reserviert, und nichts war vorbereitet . Über 1 Stunde auf die Essen gewartet ! Aber dann ! Der Service war die ganze Zeit sehr nett und aufmerksam . Saftiges, leckeres Essen , frisch und nichts trocken . Dafür hat sich das Warten gelohnt , die Preise sind vollkommen in Ordnung und wir kommen gerne wieder .

Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal, großzügige und schmackhafte Portionen und trotzdem annehmbare Preise. Klare Empfehlung zum gutbürgerlichen Restaurantbesuch.

Mein Freund & ich waren heute zum ersten Mal dort essen & sind begeistert von der Einrichtung. Es war hell freundlich & modern. ☺️ Das essen war auch sehr, sehr lecker. Allerdings ließ die Bedienung zu Wünschen übrig. Es war nicht voll & wir haben sehr lange auf das Essen gewartet. Das Essen, was dann kam war nicht das was wir bestellt haben & ein nachbestelltes Weizen kam gar nicht. Aber Potenzial hat der Laden auf jeden Fall. Wir werden in einem halben bis Jahr nochmal reinschauen. Dazu lernen kann man ja immer. ☺️

Es ist kein Highlight, aber auch nicht schlecht. Die Leber schmeckt hier wesentlich anders, als ich es beim Griechen gewohnt bin. Das Souvlaki war perfekt und das Gyros hätte etwas "krosser" sein dürfen. Das Essen ist aber ok und die Preise sind normal.

Alles Super ! Das Essen schmeckt wirklich sehr gut. Tolle Auswahl an Vorspeisen vorallem das angebrannte Knoblauch Brot hat mir besonders gut gefallen. Als Hauptspeise hatte ich Pasta die wirklich sehr cremig war, so wie es auch sein soll ! Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Gefunden durch Google. 1. Geschmacklich wirklich gut. 2. Warum muss ich Tzatziki extra bestellen, damit das Essen gewohnt unterstützt wird? 3. Der Terrasse fehlt die Freundlichkeit. 4. Das Brot war zu trocken. 5. Leider an einer Hauptstraße 6. Die Pommes als Beilage zu wenig 7. Keine Bierbricken für das nasse Glas Dies nur als persönliche Meinung und sollte ich In der Nähe sein, dann werde ich dort wieder essen gehen.

Hallo liebes Dionysos-Team, wir haben vom 26.08. bis 01.09.2023 Urlaub in Verden (Aller) gemacht und sind am ersten Abend bei euch zum Essen eingekehrt. Der freundliche Empfang,  das Ambiente, der tolle Service, die sehr abwechslungsreiche Speisekarte (nicht nur griechische Spezialitäten), das Essen, rundherum einfach alles hat uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben die ganze Woche bei euch gegessen (außer am Ruhetag) und werden wieder bei euch reinschauen wenn wir mal wieder in der Nähe sind. Top Preis Leistungsverhältnis, große leckere Portionen! Super netter Service! Gerne wieder!

Wenn wir mal wieder in Verden sind, kommen wir mal wieder 👍🏻

Nach einem arbeitsreichen Tag hatte ich großen Appetit auf einen griechischen Salat. Ich habe mir telefonisch einen griechischen Salat von der Speisekarte, die bei Google Maps aufgeführt ist, bestellt. Abgeholt und 11 Euro bezahlt. Zuhause angekommen habe ich eine große Überraschung erlebt. Es waren große Stücke Tomaten und Gurken übereinandergelegt, ein paar Oliven und Schafskäsestückchen, kein Salz oder gar Pfeffer, lediglich grünes, trockenes Gewürz. Eine undefinierbare graubraune Soße krönte den Salat. Also, unter einem griechischen Salat stelle ich mir etwas anderes vor. Ich habe dort angerufen und meinen Unmut über diesen Salat geäußert. Der Herr am Telefon hat mir einen Ersatzsalat angeboten, den ich dankend abgelehnt habe, da ich dort nicht mehr hinkommen werde. Die 2 Sterne beziehen sich auf das Entgegenkommen des Herren am Telefon.

Habe dort essen abgeholt Ohne liebe zubereitet geschmacklos nicht Gewürz es tut mir sehr leid aber es geht besser.

Es ist schon erschreckend, was sich manche zutrauen. Wieso betreibe ich ein Restaurant, wenn ich es nicht kann. Wir haben gestern fast drei Stunden beim Restaurant verbracht. Eine Person im Service, der noch nett war aber der Rest echt traurig. Das Essen war eine Frechheit, nicht einmal die Pommes waren ok, alles lieblos und geschmacklos. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen das das über Jahre funktioniert. Wir kommen auf keinem Fall wieder und würden anderen raten die Bewertungen aufmerksam zu lesen.

Im Großen und Ganzen war das Essen in Ordnung, Reis aber wässrig und unter Djuvec Art verstehe ich was anderes. Mein Rumpsteak wollte ich medium rare es war mehr als well done. Preis - Leistung demnach nicht ganz so okay, muss dazu sagen für über 50€ habe ich schon besser gegessen aber durchaus auch schon mal schlechter. Deswegen 3*. Kommt vielleicht auch auf das jeweilige Gericht an. Service nett und freundlich aber und das Ambiente auch schöner als vorher. Dennoch nicht mein Favorit.

Wir waren schon öfters hier, und es war jedes Mal fantastisch. Das Essen ist heiß, appetitlich und einfach lecker. Das Ambiente ist nett, sympathisch, griechisch halt. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne.

Sehr zu empfehlen: Giros mit Pommes, dazu Zaziki. Wir waren das erste Mal nach vielen Jahren wieder dort - es hat sich deutlich verbessert.

Sehr netter Service,aber nicht so super wie früher. Sehr lange Wartezeit (über1 Stunde). Teilweise Essen kalt,lieblos angerichtet (keinerlei Deko) und viel zu große Teller für die Portionsgröße .Dazu stimmt das Preis Leistungsverhältnis leider nicht.Wenn ihr möchtet das die Gäste auch wieder kommen solltet ihr was ändern.

Erster Eindruck sehr steriles Ambiente.Preise sehr hoch angesiedelt.Das Essen sehr flach angerichtet und kleine Portionen.Für Kinder kein Ketchup zu Pommes.Salat ungenießbar sauer mit Fertigdressing Essen war sehr einfallslos und einfach angerichtet und schlecht gewürzt.Wir waren Enttäuscht

Sehr gute Küche sind nicht zum ersten mal hier. Das Essen ist immer lecker....kommen gerne wieder...yammas
