Never had such a bad Greek meal—greasy and flavorless. The best part was the ouzo at the end. The service was okay.

A truly warm welcome. A complimentary ice-cold ouzo was served. The wait for the salad was barely a cigarette's length. And immediately after the salad, the main course arrived. It was hot, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious.

Opening hours supposedly until 3 p.m. We were turned away at 2:05 p.m. But other people were sitting there and were able to eat.

We've rarely felt as comfortable in a restaurant as we did here. Everyone was super nice, and the food was 10/10. Truly a ❤️ recommendation.

In short: It's like eating with family. On Thursday evening, we spontaneously called and requested a table for 7:30 p.m. No problem! We sat outside on the lovingly furnished terrace and were treated very warmly from the start – and even used the informal "du" form of address! :D The two of us shared the Rhodes platter and can highly recommend it! All the meats were cooked to perfection. In this atmosphere and with this friendly service, you truly felt at home – except that at home, there's no bill at the end of the evening with very reasonable prices. :D We'd be happy to come back and look forward to our next friendly exchange!

This Greek restaurant impresses with very friendly service and hearty food. The portions are generous and definitely filling. Overall, the food tasted good, but the seasoning was a bit weak—one would have expected more refinement. The salad dressing was unfortunately not convincing. Nevertheless, the restaurant is worth recommending, even if it doesn't quite deserve a five-star rating.

If you're looking for delicious Greek food in Bad Ems, the "Delphi" restaurant is the perfect place. There's a wide selection of dishes, including various meat platters for one or more people. The restaurant is located directly on the Lahn River, and you can enjoy a beautiful view whether you're sitting inside by the window or on the terrace. The service is excellent; the owner and all the staff are super friendly and will fulfill any request. I highly recommend this restaurant in every respect!

Delicious food, good value for money

A nice place, but unfortunately, the food yesterday was abysmally bad. The eggplant salad was completely sour, the gyros were extremely poor quality, consisting only of fat and gristle, and were barely seasoned. On top of that, the service was completely overwhelmed and sometimes snapped at the guests. This was definitely our last visit. It's a shame because the atmosphere is great and you can certainly spend a pleasant evening here.

It's a real passion here; you can feel the passion for the restaurant. Keep up the good work. We drive all the way from the Ruhr area to eat here.

We went for dinner in the evening, and the friendly service brought us our food relatively quickly. Both the starter and main course arrived promptly. We have no reason to complain. The ambiance could be a bit better, but we don't want to overstate everything. Overall, it was worth a visit.

Very nice host. The atmosphere is a bit old and rustic. I don't understand why there has to be a huge TV hanging on the wall in a restaurant with YouTube nature videos playing. There was nothing wrong with the food at all. The lamb chops are really recommended.

We ended up in Delphi looking for a nice restaurant and had a very good meal there. The gyros tasted good, but we enjoyed the tzatziki and the garlic bot as starters even better. It was incredibly tasty and we would come back for that reason alone. But we also liked the location with a beautiful view of the Lahn and the courteous service👍🏼

After the Emser Therme we had another REALLY delicious Greek meal. The highlight on my Acropolis plate: the squid and the gyros, both tasted so different, but I still don't know which tasted better. Very nice service and great price/performance ratio.

Unfortunately I have to downgrade my good rating to 2 stars. The quality of the food has deteriorated a lot. The last two times we were not satisfied with the quality of the meat (gyros) because there was cartilage or something similar in it. The side salad appears to be prepared a long time before serving, as the cucumber slices were already completely dry (on several visits). Unfortunately, three people had stomach pains after eating. It's a shame, because the service and ambience are really great.

A Greek like there are thousands of times. The service is too friendly: "Dear man, what do you want?", so it's not genuine. But at the same time attentive. The food is absolutely average. You get exactly what you ordered and how it tastes everywhere. In short: you don't regret it, but there's no reason to come back either. And if you feel like a gyro and a meat plate: why not? If you have different expectations for over €20 per serving: move on. Although I have no idea where it would really be worth it in Bad Ems. Unfortunately. So you can eat here too.

We were in Bad Ems for a rehabilitation visit and chose this restaurant because we like Greek food and we were overwhelmed by the warmth and super friendly service. Solid Greek. Yesterday's portion felt like it was a little too little, but thanks to the starter (baked herder's cheese, which was filling), it ended up being just right. I'm a bit biased when it comes to food, I feel like everything tastes "the same" (to me personally). The gyros were a bit small, as was the tzatziki, but it was tasty. The pork steak was a little too salty. The ambience in the restaurant is appealing, the terrace offers a beautiful view of the Lahn / Bad Ems. Yesterday we had to wait twenty minutes for the bill even though there was hardly anyone there, because the landlord likes to chat. Therefore only 3 stars for the service.

We were at the Delphi for the first time today and were already impressed by the great terrace. We were warmly welcomed even without a reservation and were able to enjoy Greek hospitality during our stay. The food was excellent. We were there for the first time - but definitely not the last time.

Unfortunately, I cannot relate to the positive experiences of other reviewers. I ate in this restaurant on July 13, 24 and I and all of my neighbors had problems with their food. The problems started when one person (out of a total of 3) was brought the wrong food. As if that wasn't bad enough, the food wasn't even tasty. The gyro was almost entirely fatty, and the fries had about as much in common with potatoes as a bicycle has in common with an Audi, so nothing at all. The other two people had the same problems, fatty meat, bad fries and that for a price that couldn't be paid back. What was ordered: -2× Gyros with fries -Gyros with unidentifiable minced meat lumps and fries -4x Cola zero -tzatziki with 10 small slices of bread I would like to point out again that the "Gyros" is made up of 98% pure fat. We paid 72 euros for this attempt at serious bodily harm, including the cost of a bottle of iberogast. A friendly group of three people greet you who will now check the functionality of all the toilets in the house.
