restaurant très calme, accueil sympathique, contact avec le personnel ( en fait une personne ) était un peu compliqué car la barrière de la langue. pas de menu ni en français ni en anglais. Nous avons quand même bien mangé. les desserts du menu n'étaient pas tous disponible.

Long wait until we received the food, not so great with children. Unfortunately we had to complain about the food, rotten salad and food with cheese gratin even though we didn't order it, but we got a replacement without any problem. Food should be better for the price. The women's toilet was a disaster, there was water in the room and you couldn't lock the doors. We won't come there a second time.

We ate here during the European Championships. The food was really tasty and the price/performance ratio was more than fair. We had no reason to complain or find fault with anything. The service was great and friendly.

So the food is medium and a very long waiting time in total takes 2 hours with 4 adults and 1 child. Not recommended with children because of the waiting time

Wir haben dieses Restaurant gewählt, aufgrund der guten Bewertungen. Ambiente: drinnen sah es nett aus, aufgrund des warmen Wetters saßen wir draußen, teilweise hatte die Bestuhlung Sitzkissen, aber nicht alle. Da das Restaurant an einer viel befahrenen Straße liegt, ist der Geräuschpegel schon hoch. Toiletten: waren sauber, zumindest die linke Damen-Toilette, die rechte schien einen Wasserschaden zu haben, wodurch der Boden nass war. Angebot an Hygieneartikeln für Frauen war vorhanden. Service: freundlich und bemüht, schnell Essen: Pommes waren ok, Schnitzel waren so lala, Spätzle waren Fertigware, ebenso der Rösti. Salatdressing war lecker, da der Salat aber nur aus Lollo Rosso bestand war er trotzdem langweilig. Brot war aufgebackene Fertigware, und schon etwas trocken. Bezahlung und Preise: bar oder mit Karte möglich, Preise fand ich für die Qualität zu teuer. Auch die Getränkepreise waren teurer als woanders in der Stadt. 8,90 Euro für einen Aperol, den bekomme ich in Konstanz woanders 1-2 Euro günstiger mit einem besseren Lage bei der Außenbestuhlung.

We had very tasty, freshly prepared food there. It arrived quickly and the service was very nice! We give it 4 out of 5 stars for the price-performance ratio - the ambience could be adapted to today's times and the portions could be slightly larger for the price. Overall, very tasty and recommended!

Very tasty food combining Serbian and German cuisine. We ate cevapcici and shnitzel. Fresh juicy meat. Prices reasonable.

Friendly staff, excellent food (waiter suggested his favourite meal from the menu, “Zürcher Geschnetzeltes” which was extremely delicious), and of course good beer from the tap. :)

We were socializing and watching football. The service and atmosphere is good. The waiter was friendly and attentive. While we watched the football match in other places, it was stuffy and there wasn't enough space. There is a great atmosphere here.

Top restaurant! It has a lof of different varities of meal. Schnitzel, Burger, Pizza. I took the classic Cordon Bleu it was delicious and the meat was very soft. What I really appreciate is, salad is included. For starter we took garlic bread it was very good. The service was fast and very helpful. Very good restaurant! Recommended!

5 stars for the great service! I ordered through Lieferando, but the order was suddenly canceled 30 minutes later by the restaurant, according to Lieferando. At first I was very annoyed because, among other things, the tip wasn't refunded. However, I then spoke to the owner on the phone, he was very friendly, understanding and took care of everything and even offered a free meal. Afterwards I found out that Lieferando made a mistake and not the restaurant. Therefore I apologize for my first bad review. Although I can't rate the food (yet) as I haven't been able to try it, I have to say the owner is 100% a correct man. Thanks for the great service!

Konstanzer Schnitzel, schnitzel with ham and egg gratinated and served with fries and spaetzle. What kind of dish is this supposed to be? There's nothing to say about the schnitzel, but there's no dip for the fries and no sauce for the spaetzle and I'm generally suspicious of the combination.

We recently dined here with a large group and chose the restaurant primarily because of its convenient location. We were more than positively surprised by both the service and the food 😊 Since everything is prepared completely fresh, it takes a little longer - if you want to spend a nice evening and don't just want to eat something quickly, that doesn't bother you at all and the quality is definitely good value. We would love to come back 😊

Waited over an hour for food even though there wasn't much going on and then a complete disappointment. Food has never been so bad! It didn't taste like anything and the meat had a strange consistency. Half an hour later all 5 had stomach pains. A guest next to us put his schnitzel back in the kitchen because it wasn't ready yet. Nobody came to pay and then they said in an unfriendly tone that you shouldn't wave the waiter over like that and that we had no culture. Addendum 1.4.24: Your lawyer has a lot to do if you look at the other reviews. And a review has nothing to do with character assassination, I just shared my experience of this restaurant, that's what reviews are for. And insulting is also a criminal offense, so pay attention to your language on the internet. And yes, we ate everything because we were just hungry after the long wait.

We had dinner with 5 people on a Sunday evening, there were around 15-20 guests there, which is unusual for the time and day of the week. We received our drinks relatively quickly, which was positive, but we waited over 90 minutes for our food (with a crowd of around 20 people who all came to the restaurant at different times.) When the food finally arrived, the bottled side dish was served. After another 10 minutes the correct side dish was brought to Kolanz. The food barely tasted like anything and wasn't seasoned at all. The meat was rather well done and was ordered medium rare. Fries were not fully fried and were lying in meat juice. The portions were also small. Conclusion of the evening, I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat there. Many would be happier with McDonald's... Addendum 04/01/24 We had dinner yesterday on a SUNDAY. I shouldn't be ashamed of my opinion and experience in a place like this. It may be that the food is fresh, but that is no excuse for waiting hours for a meal. Especially if the restaurant is quiet and the food isn't even right...

Man muss ein wenig Zeit mitbringen, dafür aber ist alles frisch gemacht und ein Essen soll ja auch zelebriert werden bei einem guten Glas Wein und Zeit, um sich Austauschen. Ein ganz grosses Dankeschön an beide, Wirt im Service und der Wirtin in der Küche. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne.

There were two of us and we each ordered a schnitzel. Both were very happy with the food. While eating it you could tell that it wasn't frozen schnitzel but was freshly prepared. Gladly again !

Wir waren das erste Mal hier und wurden sehr freundlich bedient. Keine Spur mehr von der ehemaligen, spanisch geprägten, Finca Bonanza. Das Schild außen am Haus sollte aber ausgetauscht werden, sonst vermutet man immer noch den "Spanier" im "Haus Bonanza". Der Chef und auch die Servicekraft sind sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten eine Serbien-Platte und einen großen Salat. Alles war lecker und frisch zubereitet, sehr guter Balkan- Geschmack. Auch die Menge war ausreichend. Preis/Leistung stimmt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

4 of us had food - quality, service and friendliness were very poor. 1 hour wait and the meat was not fresh and had to be treated with a lot of seasoning. One of us had to spend the night on the toilet. No one will forget the meal in a hurry. What we know - we won't come to dinner anymore.

Ordered from Bonanza for the first time today through Tasty. Really really disappointing! We first waited for an hour and a half, which of course wasn't bad and it was clear to us on a Saturday evening. Then the food arrived. My friend's schnitzel was missing. We called there and they said they would let Tasty know so that he could come back and bring us the missing food. 20 minutes later we contacted Tasty support and they said that the restaurant had not contacted them. So we called the restaurant again. On the phone he said he would get a colleague on the phone and then said in the background: "Oh my God" (probably because there was so much going on and he was overwhelmed) he then said he would send someone from the restaurant to bring the missing food. In total it took two and a half hours until we got the food. When it was brought something else came up and we thought it might be something small as an apology. FAILURE! They were the fries that would have been included with a schnitzel anyway, which we only noticed later. To understand: we ordered two schnitzels (different ones) where the menu said with fries. We each ordered fried potatoes and spaetzle because we don't like eating fries delivered to us. These cost an additional 5.50. That means the fries would have been included anyway. So basically fries and my girlfriend's schnitzel were missing twice! There was neither an apology nor a small reparation. My schnitzel (Jägerschnitzel) was totally watery because of the sauce, no spices on it and the fried potatoes were also very unseasoned. There were so few of both side dishes that they didn't even cover the entire bottom of the aluminum dish! And all in all worth over 60 euros! This is absolutely underground! After all, Tasty was very nice and friendly and immediately apologized, which is something you can't say about Bonanza! I wouldn't order from a delivery service or go out to eat because it didn't taste good Addendum: The owner contacted us immediately and apologized! In addition, we received compensation! My girlfriend and I decided to give this place another chance. I think that's really commendable and a great gesture that we actually didn't expect! That's what I call responsible, so I can give it a huge thumbs up and will try the food again. Thank you very much for your quick reply, that's really nice!

I had the Jägerschnitzel with fries for lunch for under €12. Really a lot of food for the price, which also tasted good. Since I was sitting close to the kitchen, I could hear how the schnitzel was being made, so you were eating fresh. I will come back:)

You will be welcomed very friendly. The ambience is appealing, nice decoration and pleasant lighting. There is a good selection of dishes and drinks. The taste of the food was very good, but it could have been significantly warmer and a little more. The waiter was friendly and attentive. Can you go there?

Super tasty fries! We were there for lunch with a family of 8 on Boxing Day. Burgers, schnitzel selection was great and all variations were very tasty. The citizens are really handmade, the meat is medium rare. The schnitzels were juicy and regardless of whether they were fries or spaetzle, even the side dishes were convincing. The dressing for the salad with the mustard is very fine. The staff were super nice and attentive, ok it wasn't that busy, but still. As always in Konstanz, I recommend simply making a reservation. I would happily recommend the Bonanza House. PS this is NOT the Spaniard from before, just look at the map!

Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal in diesem Restaurant essen und sind überrascht worden von diesem guten Balkan Essen,der Empfang war herzlich und freundlich unsere Bedürfnisse sind aufmerksam angehört worden. Man kann das Restaurant mit guten Gewissen weiter empfehlen.Es gibt auch internationale Küche dort.Darum gebe ich dem Lokal 5 Sterne weil der Kunde Preis, Leistung fair behandelt wird.Weiter so !

Das Essen war super lecker, die Portion genau richtig. Mein Highlight war das Senf-Dressing zum Salat, welches einfach nur lecker war. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Was ich persönlich sehr genossen habe, war die Ruhe im Restaurant, obwohl genügend Tische besetzt waren. Man konnte sich gut unterhalten und es hatte absolut nichts Stressiges. Die Bedienung war zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich, achtsam aber nicht aufdringlich. Alles in allem kann ich es wirklich zu 100% weiterempfehlen und freue mich sehr auf das nächste Mal!

Wir sind hier im Sommer zu 5. essen gegangen. Vor uns waren maximal noch 3 andere Tische besetzt. Nach dem Bestellen haben wir über eine Stunde gewartet und dann nachgefragt wo unser Essen bleibt. Uns wurde dann gesagt, dass sie jetzt das Essen für den anderen Tisch fertig machen und dann mit unserem anfangen... nach einer Stunde warten... Als wir die Rechnung verlangt haben hat der Kellner pampig reagiert.

We’ve been to this place 3 times, once for drinks and twice for food and really enjoyed it. We tried both the traditional German and Balkan specialties. We do recommend the cevapcici with bread. The service was friendly and efficient and the food was outstanding. We tried the slivovitz plum brandy too. We recommend you give this restaurant a try.

Magnifique endroit ,très bien placé,juste en face du lac de Constance . Nous avons commandé un plateau de poissons pour deux ! Quel régal ... Tout était parfait , je recommande. Il y'a un parking souterrain juste a côté a même pas 20 mètres .
