Also wenn ich 0 Sterne vergeben könnte, würde ich das sehr gerne tun. Das nenne ich mal den Inbegriff von schlechtem Service ! Wir haben im Hotel übernachtet und im Zimmer hat so stark nach Rauch gerochen, dass es wirklich unerträglich war und am schlafen nicht zu denken war. Mal abgesehen davon, dass die Bettwäsche komplett verdreckt war und weder das Internet als der Fernseher funktioniert hat. Nachdem ich per WhatsApp den Besitzer darüber in Kenntnis gesetzt habe und um eine Stellungnahme gebeten habe, kam erst tagelang keine Reaktion. Nach einigen erneuten Anfragen kam die Antwort, dass er nichts dafür könne wenn andere Gäste rauchen würden im Zimmer und das er mir einen Gutschein oder teilweise Erstattung anbieten würde. Das Angebot der Erstattung habe ich angenommen und seitdem (trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage) nie wieder was von ihm gehört. Wirklich eine absolute Frechheit und ich würde jedem abraten hier zu übernachten !!

Das Abendessen war sehr lecker, wir haben es sehr genossen. Vielen Dank an Blenord und das gesamte Küchenteam, alles war hervorragend. Vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter dieses Restaurants.

Wir haben zwei Nächte hier verbracht und das Zimmer entsprach genau den Bildern (zwei Einzelbetten, ein Schreibtisch, ein Sofa usw.). Es war sauber, die Betten waren bequem und die Ausstattung war gut. Es gab eine Minibar (die leider nicht funktionierte) sowie Wasserflaschen, Tee, Kaffee, Zucker, Tassen und einen Wasserkocher. Im Badezimmer waren Handseife, Duschgel, ein Föhn, ein Glätteisen, zwei Handtücher pro Person und eine Badematte vorhanden. Der Check-in verlief schnell und unkompliziert; man muss lediglich ins Restaurant gehen. Wir haben auch Schlüsselsafes gesehen, daher ist eine Anreise nach 14:00 Uhr wohl möglich (bitte vorher nachfragen). Zum Parken haben wir kostenlose Parkplätze an der Straße gefunden, da es auf dem Parkplatz nur drei Stellplätze gibt. Die negativen Punkte sind die sehr steile Treppe, die daher nicht für jeden geeignet ist, die Vorhänge, die überhaupt nicht verdunkeln, und der Parkettboden, der knarrt und auf dem man die Schritte der Nachbarn im Obergeschoss deutlich hört.

Katastrophe: Man gab mir den Schlüssel zum falschen Zimmer, und das Notruftelefon war abgeschaltet (um 22:15 Uhr). Ich musste mitten in der Nacht in ein anderes Hotel in einer anderen Stadt fahren. Das Zimmer war im Voraus bezahlt, und es gibt niemanden, bei dem ich mich beschweren kann. Ich komme nie wieder.

Ein sehr schönes Lokal mit einem gemütlichen Ambiente. Das Essen ist ausgesprochen lecker, und das Personal überzeugt durch Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit – man fühlt sich rundum gut aufgehoben. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der brasilianische Abend mit Live-Musik: eine traumhafte Atmosphäre, tolle Stimmung und hervorragendes Essen. Wir hatten alle großen Spaß und einen unvergesslichen Abend. Ein wunderbares italienisches Restaurant mit authentischer Küche! Die Pasta war frisch und perfekt al dente, die Pizza herrlich knusprig mit hochwertigen Zutaten. Besonders begeistert hat mich der freundliche Service und die gemütliche Atmosphäre, man fühlt sich direkt wie in Italien. Auch die Auswahl an Weinen ist hervorragend und passt ideal zu den Gerichten. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und kann dieses Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen!

Waren nur für eine Übernachtung im Hotel. Hunde erlaubt! Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut ausgestattet. Würde wieder kommen. Das Restaurant konnten wir nicht besuchen.

Dies ist kein Hotel! Die Zimmer werden nicht gereinigt und befinden sich über einem Restaurant. Die Dusche über dem Heizkörper im Badezimmer funktionierte nicht, und es gab keine Kaffeemaschine. Der Parkplatz bot nur Platz für drei Autos, und wir konnten unser Auto nicht umparken, da wir sonst einen Platz verloren hätten. Wir fühlten uns unsicher, da unser Zimmer täglich betreten wurde. Die Treppe ist sehr steil, wie eine schwarze Skipiste – nichts für ältere Menschen. Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer auf die Klimaanlage. Dies ist kein Hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The room, with simple decor, was spacious and equipped with a kettle and minibar. The location halfway between Düsseldorf and Cologne is convenient for exploring the surrounding area. There are a few parking spaces adjacent to the hotel, and street parking is free. Be careful, however, of the very steep stairs leading to the rooms; they're not easy to carry suitcases up and not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. Good value for money. We didn't have time to try the restaurant, which looked very good.

The best Italian restaurant in Hilden, Düsseldorf and probably Germany. Fresh ingredients, great tastes and very friendly staff for a reasonable price. The rooms are cosy, well decorated, not luxurious but clean and beautiful. And value for money. A great place in the heart of Hilden Sud. On top of that, lovely people who pay attention to detail and will go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and happy.

Four of us were guests at the restaurant for dinner for a small birthday party. There are about 4-5 parking spaces at the restaurant/hotel, and several parking spaces across the intersection at an abandoned kiosk. The direct street location makes for a bit of a noisy atmosphere, but we sat inside, where we didn't hear any street noise – which also made it very warm, as the windows were closed. There were numerous tables outside, and a hedge provided privacy from the street – very nice. The service and all the other staff were excellent, super attentive, and they even checked in from the kitchen every now and then to see if everyone was enjoying their meal ;-) We had a variety of starters and dishes, including fish carpaccio and beef carpaccio, as well as pizza and various pasta dishes. All delicious, although our favorite Italian restaurant does truffle dishes or seafood pasta even better, but it costs 30% more. So you have to be fair here; the price/performance ratio is absolutely right, especially the large portions, which you can't complain about. Homemade tiramisu, delicious grappa, leaves only one conclusion: We'll definitely be back and thank you for the lovely evening!

We spent five nights at this hotel. The staff at the hotel and in the cozy restaurant downstairs were fantastic. The food was delicious, and the owner, Domenico, was friendly and very nice. We will definitely be back!

My work colleague was there. The room was simply billed twice, even though only one colleague was there. The overnight stay was in December 2024, and to this day, despite multiple calls and emails, we have not received a refund. Clear fraud/rip-off!

I'm just reporting about the restaurant where I was able to spend the evening before New Year's today. Instead of a menu as discussed when making the reservation, you could order ala carte. This meant that the visit to the restaurant was shorter and the kitchen performance was very, very good. The service did its best. I will definitely come back here more often after this visit.

We wanted to order more drinks, but no one was at our table. We would have had to run after the waiter, but that was too stupid for us. We waited over 1.5 hours for the food. It's a shame because the atmosphere is very nice.

The three of us were there yesterday. The service has decreased since the nice, tall waiter, whose name I unfortunately didn't remember, is no longer there. Food okay so far. The bruschetta was relatively tasteless but too hard and dry. The 'greeting from the kitchen' with a basket of ice-cold pizza roll fluffies! When I asked the waiter about it, “it would just be a service” so I guess I shouldn’t complain?!? Well, I asked for a review several times (“everything was great, it tasted good, ...?”) The main courses were tasty, although I found the duck breast on the salad too cold. Unfortunately service was rather bad. A cutlery for several courses and then the waiter takes it from the empty plate and puts it back to the guest 😲 The request for parmesan with the pasta was politely answered in the affirmative "subito" but was not offered. Prices are moderate if you don't count the tap water in the chic carafe for just under 7 euros.

The toppings on the pizzas were very manageable. The price was too high for that. Sat outside on the patio. Cozy. Maybe we'll have better luck with the food next time. The limoncello on the house was delicious.

I myself grew up as the son of a very talented Italian chef in our two restaurants and can only say that I searched for a long time until I found someone who put this talent into practice with passion and freshly prepared dishes. This is not a given and you are happy to wait for this quality. In addition to the great Calabrian cuisine, the restaurant is run as a family business, which gives me a feeling of "at home" :-) I often go to Hilden on business and was lucky enough to discover the Hotel & Restaurant “Da Domenico”. The stylishly furnished hotel rooms are, above all, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately I was very dissatisfied and had to cut short my evening there. I had asked the waiter several times to turn off this extremely high-frequency noise, which was noticeable all the time and extremely unpleasant. I was assured twice that it would be taken care of but nothing happened. The pizza menu also had to be specifically requested, which gave the impression that they only wanted to sell us the other dishes. So I pulled the emergency brake and we were very happy elsewhere.

Bester Italiener, weit und breit. Sehr leckere Gerichte. Ich habe schon alles mögliche probiert und es hat mich noch nie etwas enttäuscht. Absolute Empfehlung. Traumhafte Pizzabrötchen, Salate, Fischgerichte, alles liebevoll hergerichtet. Ich bin immer wieder begeistert.

Also das Restaurant ist preislich sehr schick nur das Essen leider nicht so. Lasagne bestand zu 85% nur aus Teig.😓 Die Trüffel Spaghetti nahezu ungenießbar. Das Bier abgestanden. Schade.

Gutes Restaurant an zentralen und sehr traditionellen Standort in Hilden. Der Service war vorbildlich. Das Essen angenehm umfangreich. Heute kostet ka schnell alles das Dreifache und man bekommt nur noch die Hälfte. Die Teller sind nicht primitiv überladen, die Portionen sind ordentlich angemessen. Die Gerichte klassisch und handwerklich super. Die Preise absolut angemessen. Die Atmosphäre driftet ein wenig in Richtung Kitsch ab, bleibt aber schick und angenehm. Wir kommen ganz sicher und sehr gerne wieder!
