The ambiance is simple and authentic. That's all I can say about it. The chicken is amazing, and the entire meal was authentically delicious. The bread, the garlic butter, the crisp salad, and then the chicken... simply fantastic. We're already looking forward to the prawns 😋

A typically small, simple and familiar harbor restaurant. Popular with locals, little known to tourists *insider tip*. The food (chicken) was the best I have ever eaten. Orlando the owner/operator and his staff are friendly, courteous, warm hosts. You immediately feel welcome. I would be happy to come back and follow the hotel's recommendation. Next up are prawns and ribs on my list! My recommendation (insider tip)! Be sure to reserve by phone in advance.

Great Portuguese eatery. Piri piri chicken on Sundays is highly recommended. Very nice staff. Orlando great hosts. We'll definitely come back.

A typical Portuguese "cantinha" with (only on Sundays and with advance order) spicy charcoal-grilled chicken and ribs. For me, a visit is a must whenever I am in Cuxhaven.

In a typical harbor restaurant with a gastro room and pub, and an outside toilet, we got the gastro area off on the wrong foot. The service staff were busy chatting and drinking drinks in the pub. The food was cold, tough and unseasoned, contrary to the advertisement. I've never had such bad Portuguese food before. Even the salad was made from a pack of lettuce and vinegar marinade from Knorrpack. 5 STARS: The sanitary facilities in both the men's and women's areas were the cleanest I have seen in the last 15 years, anywhere!!! My respect to the cleaning staff, as the facilities are installed outside and freely accessible. You could get almost the same clean ones in the pedestrian zone in Cuxhaven at a very expensive Italian restaurant. I give 5 stars for the ambience of the location, the furnishings, for the toilets.

Lecker, Sonntags gibt es hier Sardinen und PiriPiri Hühnchen. Den Mini Mercardo scheint es nicht mehr zu geben. Aber wer ein kaltes Sagres oder Sumol trinken möchte bekommt das immer noch auf Nachfrage.

Genial! Ambiente hat ein bisschen was von einer Spielhölle, aber das Personal ist supernett und das Essen göttlich. Zentral und ruhig gelegen, man kann auch draußen sitzen. Auch preislich vollkommen in Ordnung.

Essen versalzen und nicht wirklich lecker. Bedienung nett . Wer danach noch nen portugisichen Nachsacker trinken möchte , sollte vorher nach den preis fragen sonst fällt man tod um :-) 15 € für 4 cl . Also ich muss da nicht nochmal hin.
