Restaurant Cool Down in Bremen

A true highlight in Bremen – especially for people with celiac disease! Cool Down is something very special for us. Our son has celiac disease, and we've rarely experienced a restaurant where you feel so safe, welcome, and completely well cared for. Remo and Maddie are simply incredible – warm, attentive, and with a passion for what they do that you can feel in every detail. Remo conjures up the most amazing gluten-free dishes for our son with such care that we can completely relax and enjoy ourselves. (We call 2-3 days in advance.) For us, this means finally being able to dine out without worry – and experiencing fantastic service and a warm, relaxed atmosphere. A huge thank you to the team – we'll definitely be back!

Super friendly staff. The food was absolutely delicious. We had schnitzel with fried potatoes and fries. The fried potatoes were super crispy and the fries were delicious. The salad dressing was super tasty.

A cozy restaurant where I regularly stop for a cool-down after training. Remo cooks fantastically, and Maddie is the epitome of friendliness. Highly recommended! 😃

A really great restaurant with a great ambience and very friendly operators/staff. I hosted a larger private party here and everyone was amazing. The planning and preparation was super nice and easy. Everything went smoothly at the party and I felt like I was in good hands and had a great atmosphere. We were able to sample the food beforehand and it was so delicious. Many guests were simply thrilled. I can recommend the Cool Down without reservations. It is so much more than just a clubhouse.

I celebrated my 30th birthday here. The location was ideal for the 50 guests and the food was delicious and everyone enjoyed it. Maddy and Remo are also very friendly hosts who ensured a perfect evening.

The atmosphere is very inviting and really makes the clubhouse look great. The food is simply delicious, the fries are highly recommended (I would describe the fries as the best in Bremen). The service is very good and the waiting time between ordering and receiving food was very pleasant. Overall 5 stars and I would happily eat here again.

Ate spare ribs today. Went there by chance through friends. Food was very good, there could have been a small side dish like fries or something. Service very good and friendly, owner-managed, prices okay, we will definitely be back.

Tolles Ambiente, sehr nette Bedienung. Alles sehr sauber. Es gehört, wenn wir essen gehen zu unseren Favoriten.

Wir waren zur Pastaparty am Vorabendd zum bremer SWB - Marathon dort. Es war sehr lecker und die Bedienung sehr freundlich ! Immer wieder gerne !

Die "niederländischen" Snacks kann man so nicht anbieten. Die Panade war sehr hell und überhaupt nicht kross. Die Bitterballen, Kaassouflets etc. waren sehr hell, gerade mal warm und nicht heiss. Wer sich viel in den Niederlanden aufhält und dort isst, kann nur enttäuscht sein. Im übrigen war der Salat nur gewaschen, es gab kein Dressing. Alles in allem keine Sternstunde!

Ein Vereinsheim welches definitiv kein Vereinsheim ist, sondern eine wirklich schöne Gastronomie mit mega tollen leckeren, qualitativ hochwertigen Speisen und tollem Service. Wir lieben das Essen, insbesondere das Catering, welches optisch ebenfalls ein Traum ist. Die Spare Ribs sind die besten der Region. Wir haben erstmals hier einen Geburtstag gefeiert und wirklich alle Gäste waren begeistert. Bleibt so wie ihr seid und macht weiter so Remo und Maddy! DANKESCHÖN

Gute Location für Partys (in diesem Rahmen war ich da und bewerte auch): Das Catering ist unfassbar gut, das Team leistet tollen Service und die Raumaufteilung eignet sich super für eine Party bis 60 Personen

Nettes Ambiente. Kann auch gerne für Kindergeburtstage reserviert/genutzt werden.
