Very tasty. I was actually skeptical but it convinced me.

After we had been to the Gaston in Oldenburg several times and were always very satisfied there, the four of us wanted to test the Gaston in Bremen today. Unfortunately, the stay did not meet our expectations. We ordered the "all you can eat" option. Unfortunately the waiting time for the first two tarte flambées was an hour. This may be fine with other restaurant concepts, but we expect a shorter waiting time when preparing a tarte flambée. We were also disappointed by the reaction of the staff after we raised our concerns. Instead of an apology or an offer to find a constructive solution, we were made aware that we showed up earlier than the reservation we had made. The two tarte flambées that we received were clearly too short in the oven and unfortunately tasted below our expectations. So we decided to leave the restaurant after the first round. The staff was clearly understaffed this evening, which we understand. However, there should still be time to deal professionally with guests' dissatisfaction; we missed that today.

One of our favorite restaurant. We have been here several times and each time we have been more than satisfied. We always took all you can eat, so you can try lots of tarte flambées and eat your fill. The staff is very nice and friendly. Large drinks menu, whether cocktails or wine, large selection of tarte flambées, there is something for everyone, whether with meat, vegetarian or vegan and the tarte flambées are incredibly delicious.

Clear yet cozy interior, excellent selection of tarte flambées, varieties that you can hardly believe. All very tasty. Service very nice, can still work a little bit on the attention. All around lovely evening. I'll be back

Very simple - great load, great team, super tasty... And really 100% recommended!

Went there as a group and everyone enjoyed it very, very much. Only some tarte flambées had a little too much topping (for our taste) which made them a bit soggy and no longer as crispy. The service was loud and very friendly. A nice little restaurant decorated with attention to detail. Thank you very much, we'll be happy to come back....

A great restaurant. The menu is fine. The service is attentive and very friendly. The chairs are very comfortable. The tarte flambées are just the finest. They come served on a wooden board and cut into four. I estimate the dimensions to be 40x30 cm. The cutlery is good for this. The taste is just very good. The dough is nice and thin and not too heavily topped. All components are perfectly coordinated. All right. The time from ordering to delivery was approximately 15 minutes. Also very good. The prices are good for what is on offer. Conclusion: Recommend.

Four of us were there with the City for two. The furnishings are modern and comfortable, the staff is very nice and always available for a chat. The tarte flambées were delicious, the dough was crispy and well topped. We were happy with the food and left full. (Had all you can eat)

You get the feeling that things aren't going so well anymore. It takes longer to get your food, the service is okay but not great, and you get the feeling that everything is happening a little slower so that you don't eat as much can with the All You Can Eat option. What bothered me the most, however, was that we ordered a tarte flambée with shrimp, but these were replaced by North Sea crabs for cost reasons. This is simply customer fraud. And yet, I recognize the difference between shrimp and crabs, and a year ago there were shrimps on them too, only now they were the typical small North Sea crabs :) Edit: During my most recent visit, the replenishment went much faster and all in all everything felt like it was running more smoothly. That's why there are currently 4 stars instead of 3.

Very nice restaurant with excellent tarte flambée in Überseestadt. I had dinner here last night and really had nothing to complain about. The restaurant is stylishly decorated and offers a nice atmosphere. The drinks and the tarte flambées were super tasty and were reasonably priced. There were also 7 vegan tarte flambée options! The service was also great and very nice. I highly recommend Gaston!

First of all, thanks to the team for the nice and good service. The atmosphere is chic and modern. as it is currently. Rustic wood look, you sit well on the seating, there is the option to sit inside and outside. Online reservation is easy. Now to the essentials Eat : large selection of tarte flambées from savory to sweet The Flammk. could have been cruisers and were partly overloaded Just the sweet one with chocolate, it was delicious, but it was delicious. There's no other way to say that, but in the price range we serve, we look more and more closely at what it delivers, those are the rules :-) At 7-8 tarte flambées, msn looks over it. The homemade spritzers are delicious and creative, unfortunately not a bargain either. When you go out to eat, you want to be full, if I have to eat two it's just under €30 without drinks There were four of us and we left €150 there with a tip. 2 drinks each, 1.5 tarte flambées What I missed was homemade bread with a little home-made dip or a few olives or something like that. I would recommend this in this price range. I have to say, I bake tarte flambée myself and it's not bad. It was also clear that the flatbreads were not homemade and one was similar to the other. Nevertheless, it was a nice evening with you. I would definitely come again

Solid tarte flambée restaurant. Nice beer selection, the cakes are very well topped. Large salads 🥗 Dough seems like convenience, but is made up for by the decent filling.

We have been to the Gaston several times. The tarte flambées are very tasty, the staff is friendly and attentive and the ambience is also great. We'll definitely be back! The tarte flambée of the month was sensationally delicious!

A very nicely decorated restaurant and you can sit here very comfortably and enjoy spending a little time. There is actually only tarte flambée on the menu and I have to say they were baked perfectly. Exactly the right consistency: crispy, but still foldable. In terms of taste, we had very good tarte flambée until... The four-cheese tarte flambée in particular was overloaded with cheese and stopped being fun after a few minutes. The apple and pear tarte flambée should have been flambéed, but that didn't really work and was instead laced with alcohol. Even with the best will in the world, I can't approve of the prices for the very good tarte flambées. To be really full you need at least two tarte flambées. In larger groups, the All You Can Eat offer could be worth it. Be careful: There is a “smaller version” of tarte flambée for €2 less, but you only get half of a tarte flambée. Which is strange, because when asked, tarte flambée couldn't be served half and half. This isn't a problem in other tarte flambée restaurants. So the tarte flambée is certainly not bad and it's a nice restaurant, but I wouldn't go there again, unfortunately the price/performance ratio isn't right.

A shop like this was missing in Bremen. Taste 1A and stands out from the 0815 pizza, burger shop. Top owner who always looks after the needs of customers and makes sure everything runs smoothly. I will gladly come again!

Tarte flambée was ok, but it only tasted like the “rancid board”. In my opinion, wooden boards just don't work that well. At some point they start to stink.

The atmosphere is cozy and stylish. Located on a large, busy street, I can't really imagine sitting outside. The service staff was very nice and friendly. The menu impresses with a variety of different tarte flambée variations, all of which sound delicious. There are also vegan tarte flambées. However, the waiting times to order, have drinks and food delivered felt a bit long. The tarte flambées were generally very tasty. However, the bottom of my tarte flambée was not crispy. A pity. Otherwise it was good though. We ordered a sweet tarte flambée for dessert. This one came with Oreo cookies, strawberries and custard. The taste here is also great, but the base is not crispy. I'll be back and hope that the tarte flambées come to the table with a crispy base. Then there are also 5 stars.

I found service friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, tarte flambée (all you can eat) doesn’t taste particularly good. I think of the few types of tarte flambée, 11 were with pork. Maybe we could bring more diversity into it. It would also be super cool if you could order half-half so you can try more varieties. Maybe we could add more variety :)

We were there spontaneously and ordered a Flammkuchen Classic. The food came very quickly, was really tasty, and the drinks were also very good. Service and ambience were top. We will be back.

A nice restaurant with a quiet atmosphere. We had to wait a little longer for the drinks. However, the drinks tasted delicious. We each had a vegan tarte flambée, which we enjoyed. It would be nice if there were vegan starters or, for example, meat, fish or feta alternatives on the tarte flambée.

If you take part in a voucher program and then deny guests access, you should think about whether you should take part in the voucher program at all. A reason such as "It's too crowded today" is not very convincing. Since the review was just replied to here. It wasn't Valentine's Day. The voucher was announced before ordering, but was refused when paying the bill.

First review: The tarte flambées are really good, but what just happened to us is unfortunately not possible. Arrived at the door in the pouring rain just in time for opening time at 5 p.m. Minutes later the door was still locked, even though the employee behind the counter could clearly see us... We then went back home. Unfortunately, hospitality looks different. A pity! Edit: Our last visit on Friday was really nice. This time we weren't there until 7 p.m. ;) All the employees were super nice and the tarte flambées were excellent as usual - only the edge was a little under-filled every now and then. See you next time :) Edit 2: Outstanding evening, the tarte flambées were even better than last time (little crust, plenty of juicy toppings) and the staff were super nice as usual!

Google Maps took me there. It quickly became very full, apparently people usually make reservations in advance. Nice service. I've never heard of a tarte flambée like this before. Very thin dough, it tasted very fresh and delicious. If you were to try your hand at the menu, you would definitely come across a few delicious specialties. 5/5.

We (4) went to the Gaston for the first time yesterday on Saturday evening. The table was reserved in advance, which was an advantage because the restaurant was full! The staff was very attentive and very friendly during the hours we were there. We ordered various tarte flambées and were not disappointed with any of them as we chose All You Can Eat. The process was explained on the memory card, was easy to understand and perfect for us! As soon as the tarte flambées were brought, the order for the next round was immediately taken. We had a lovely evening and will visit Gaston again.

Wir waren gestern Anlässlich meines Geburtstags dort und ich muss sagen, so einen tollen Service habe ich noch nie erlebt! Der Tisch war geschmückt und es wurde sogar ein Prosecco zum anstoßen auf Kosten des Hauses gesponsert. Neben stets freundlichem Personal, angemessenen Preisen und leckerem Essen, kann ich absolut nur eine Empfehlung aussprechen. Wir kommen gerne und oft wieder!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Abend! Insbesondere das total nette Personal ist hervorzuheben! Unsere 2 jährige Tochter war absolut begeistert von der netten Mitarbeiterin und wir haben sie nur schwer aus dem Laden gekriegt. :)

Hier fehlt es an NICHTS!!! Wir waren zu fünft für Flammkuchen satt Essen hier. Ein gelungener Familienabend dank Gaston. Das Essen war richtig lecker und ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Aber mir persönlich ist es dort ein bisschen zu eng. Insgesamt ist der Laden trotzdem super, aber wenn du es lieber ruhiger hast, würde ich empfehlen, nicht zu den Stoßzeiten hinzugehen.

Ein super Restaurant, mit sehr freundlicher Bedienung! Eine echte Bereicherung für Walle! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Vorspeise Französische Zwiebelsuppe: Es schwammen in einer dünnen , geschmacklosen und durchsichtigen Brühe ein paar Zwiebelringe einsam vor sich hin. Ein winziger Klacks geschmolzener Käse schwamm ebenfalls in der blassen Brühe. Am Tellerrand lagen 4 geröstete, Mini-Toaststücken (1 davon knallhart und dadurch nicht essbar), garniert mit ungeputztem und ungewaschenen Rucola ohne Dressing. Wir haben die Suppe zurückgegeben. Sie wurde auch nicht berechnet. Das war wenigstens schon mal positiv. Mumbai Flammkuchen: Pressfleischhähnen (Wie man sie aus dem Supermark-Packungen kennt...diese länglichen Fleischstückchen) mit Ananas und Currysoße. Garniert mit Trockenpetersilie. Durch die Soße war der Teig leider schon sehr weich und ließ sich nur mit Mühe schneiden. Geschmacklich ok, aber schlechte Zutaten-Qualität. Positiv war die Bedienung: zuvorkommend, nett und zugewandt. 5 Sterne für Sie! Das Ambiente war ansprechend. Gesamtfazit: wir kommen nicht wieder. Schade.

Ein charmantes, kleines Restaurant mit köstlichen Flammkuchen. Der Service war erstklassig, besonders beeindruckte uns die herzliche Betreuung von Menschen mit Behinderungen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hierherkommen.

Teller waren leider schmutzig und die Flammkuchen nicht besonders lecker - teilweise auch am Rand verbrannt. Wir hatte All you can eat - konnten also einige probieren. Leider eher Massenabfertigung. Der Service war aber gut.

Wir waren gestern zum zweiten Mal dort und bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal! Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich und die bestellten Getränke wurden ohne große Wartezeit zum Tisch gebracht. Wir haben uns zu zweit für das AYCE entschieden. Die Auswahl an Flammkuchen ist sehr vielfältig, es gibt Klassiker, ausgefallene Flammkuchenkreationen und auch süße Flammkuchen. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und sorgt dafür, dass man nicht lange warten muss, bis der nächste leckere Flammkuchen dampfend auf dem Tisch steht. Das Essen war wie schon bei unserem ersten Besuch mega lecker und auch menschlich haben wir uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Da kommen wir doch gerne wieder! Bitte macht weiter so, Flammkuchen sind eh schon schwierig zu bekommen und gute Flammkuchen noch schwieriger! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Anmerken möchte ich hier noch einmal als Tipp, dass es toll wäre, wenn man den jeweiligen Flammkuchen des Monats auch bei Facebook oder auf der Homepage finden könnte, so dass man sich auch ohne (Insta-)Benutzerkonto o.ä. hierüber informieren kann. Alternativ oder zusätzlich könntet ihr auch einen Newsletter anbieten...

Wir war ca. vor einer Woche da. Wir haben ein Gutschein gehabt und haben und auch drauf gefreut! Die Begrüßung war freundlich. Wir hatten schon zwei mal bestellt, für die dritte Runde hatten wir fast 30 min warten müssen . Und der süße war total verbrannt und ohne Schokolade. So hätte der gar nicht rausgehen dürfen.
