A true highlight in Bremen – especially for people with celiac disease! Cool Down is something very special for us. Our son has celiac disease, and we've rarely experienced a restaurant where you feel so safe, welcome, and completely well cared for. Remo and Maddie are simply incredible – warm, attentive, and with a passion for what they do that you can feel in every detail. Remo conjures up the most amazing gluten-free dishes for our son with such care that we can completely relax and enjoy ourselves. (We call 2-3 days in advance.) For us, this means finally being able to dine out without worry – and experiencing fantastic service and a warm, relaxed atmosphere. A huge thank you to the team – we'll definitely be back!

The tarte flambées were large and very tasty. Unfortunately, we had to wait quite a while for one of them, and the drinks also took a long time. There was also a major problem with the bill. We paid as a couple, and three out of four bills were incorrect. An apology would have been appreciated. Otherwise, it's a cozy place and definitely recommendable. It's best to calculate the total bill beforehand...

Delicious sushi at a fair price! There's absolutely nothing to criticize; the sushi tasted like it had been freshly caught from the ocean and served right on my plate. 👌🏼 The service was incredibly friendly, and the food arrived relatively quickly. Highly recommended! ✌🏼

We had made a reservation and received a very warm welcome. The ambiance is wonderfully inviting and understated, creating a calm, relaxed atmosphere that focuses entirely on enjoyment. The focus is on the quality of the cuisine, which is based on the principle of regional products (slow food). Highly recommended! We'd love to come back!
