Das Essen war qualitativ sicher gut, hat aber leider so gar nicht meinen Geschmack getroffen. Dass das Entengericht mit Knochen war, hatte ich auf der Karte dummerweise überlesen.Das ich fast fleischlose Entenknochen auf meinem Teller hatte, hat nicht zu meiner Zufriedenheit beigetragen. Der Service war bemüht bis gut.

Wir waren heute zum Mittagstisch vor Ort und bestellten einmal knuspriges Hähnchen (alternativ mit Nudeln statt Reis) für 15,50 € sowie eine Reisnudelsuppe mit Hühnerfleisch und Garnelen für 14,50 €. Die Bedienung war ausgesprochen freundlich, und sowohl Getränke als auch Speisen wurden nach kurzer Wartezeit serviert. Die Gerichte kamen heiß an den Tisch, zudem stehen verschiedene Würzsoßen bereit, sodass man individuell nachwürzen kann. Auch die Portionsgrößen sind angemessen. Damit enden die positiven Aspekte allerdings weitgehend. Das knusprige Hähnchen erwies sich als sehr trocken, die Nudeln als geschmacklich wenig überzeugend. Die Beilagen bestanden aus frischen Möhrenstreifen, ungeschälten Gurkenscheiben und etwas Salat – insgesamt wenig raffiniert. Geschmacklich reicht es höchstens für eine 4-. Die Reisnudelsuppe war ebenfalls enttäuschend neutral im Geschmack: sehr viele Nudeln, dazu lediglich zwei Garnelen und etwas Hühnerfleisch. Auch optisch entsprachen beide Gerichte nicht dem, was man gemeinhin von der vietnamesischen Küche erwartet – insbesondere nicht in dieser Preisklasse, die für den Mittagstisch bereits im oberen Bereich liegt. Die wirklich freundliche Bedienung mildert den Gesamteindruck etwas, insgesamt bleibt der Besuch jedoch unterdurchschnittlich.

Mega mega lecker. Ich hatte eine Nudelsuppe zum Mitnehmen. Sehr clever gemacht: Einlage der Suppe in einem kleinen "Körbchen" im Suppen-Töpfchen, und unten drin die Brühe. So wurden die Nudeln nicht matschig, während ich sie transportiert habe. Und das Fleisch blieb auf dem Punkt gar. Dazu noch separat Sprossen. Köstlich. Sehr zu empfehlen. Würde ich in Bremen wohnen, hätte das Restaurant einen neuen Stammgast <3

Dieses Restaurant ist viel zu klein für die Anzahl der Tische. Es ist viel zu eng. Man sitzt quasi in einem Abstand von einem halben Meter zum Nachbartisch und muss sich durchquetschen um aufs Klo zu gehen. Das Essen hat leider auch nachgelassen, zu den Reisnudeln gab es plötzlich nur die Hälfte an Hühnerfleisch wie im Vorjahr, das Rindfleisch im Pho bestand nur aus Speck, kaum Fleischanteile. Dazu wird englische Radiomusik abgespielt. Schade!

Super schöner kleiner Laden, total freundliche Menschen. Ich war spontan da und habe einen Platz bekommen, das Essen war sehr lecker, ich hatte Udon Nudeln. Zutaten waren frisch und sehr lecker abgeschmeckt! Wenn ich das nächste mal in Bremen bin, teste ich eine andere Speise, da viele Gerichte auf der Karte sind, die mich ansprechen 👍

Wir haben vor Ort bestellt und mit nach Hause genommen. Service vor Ort war top .. super freundlich ! Essen war sehr lecker und trotz "ToGo" sehr schön präsentiert. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Wir waren gestern Abend relativ spät im Little Saigonl und hatten Glück, dass die Küche noch offen hatte - und das hat sich absolut gelohnt! Besonders positiv: Es gibt eine eigene vegane Seite im Menü, was man bei vietnamesischen Restaurants nicht immer findet. Ich hatte das S11 Hu Tieu (vegan) und meine Begleitung das S4 Hu Tieu Ga - beide Gerichte waren wirklich mega lecker und sehr aromatisch. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt: Die Schärfe kann individuell angepasst werden. Das steht zwar nicht direkt auf der Karte, aber einfach kurz nachfragen - das klappt problemlos. Der Service war trotz der späten Uhrzeit freundlich und entspannt. Insgesamt ein richtig gutes vietnamesisches Restaurant, das wir definitiv weiterempfehlen können. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ich habe mit Freunden zu Abend gegessen. Ich hatte eine Schüssel Rindfleischnudelsuppe nach Hue-Art, die anderen aßen Phở, Bánh Hỏi (Reisnudeln) und gebratenes Schweinefleisch. Alle Gerichte waren köstlich und absolut empfehlenswert.

Es ist köstlich, aber am Wochenende sollte man reservieren. Ich war schon ein paar Mal dort essen und das Essen war immer gut.

Mein Lieblings-Vietnamese in Bremen. Meine Favoriten sind Bun Bo Hue und Hu Tieu – einfach himmlisch! Und für den kleineren Hunger ist Banh Mi immer eine gute Wahl.

Positiv: - Es sieht alles sauber aus und die Leute sind nett. - Die Preise sind in Ordnung, insgesamt 40 EUR inklusive Trinkgeld für 2 Personen. - Die Speisen sehen auf dem Teller sehr gut aus. - Reis und Soße waren ganz nett, aber auch nichts besonderes. - Es wird explizit vor Koriander gewarnt. Das ist schlau, weil dieses Kraut eben ein game breaker sein kann. Negativ: - Es gab nicht so viele Gerichte mit Meeresfrüchten auf der Karte. Ich liebe Meeresfrüchte. Suppen haben sie dagegen ein paar. Ich brauche allerdings keine Suppen. - Wir hatten C1 und C2, also knuspriges Schwein und Ente. Das Schweinefleisch war allerdings kaum Fleisch, sondern im Grunde nur auf einer Seite knusprig angebratene Speckschwarte. Der Fleischanteil war minimal, der Großteil leider wabbeliger Speck. Zum Glück konnte ich mit meiner Frau tauschen, die keine so große Abneigung gegen solchen Speck hat, wie ich. Leider war auch die Ente nicht so toll, etwas muffig, aber zumindest knusprig und mit wenig Fett. Insgesamt war der Fleischanteil bei beiden Speisen aber einfach schlecht und das ist irgendwie nicht so toll, wenn er den Hauptbestandteil darstellt. - Es lief westliche Popmusik. Why? Wenn ich das hören will, dann gehe ich in eine der hippen Essbars in der Stadt, was ich nicht tue, weil ich keine westliche Popmusik hören will. Ist aber wohl Geschmacksache. Ich mag im asiatischen Restaurant lieber entschleunigende asiatische Musik. - Ich bat um "sehr scharf" und bekam eine einzige Chilischote im Schälchen. Abgesehen davon, dass sehr scharf für mich nichts mit nur einer Chilischote zu tun hat, mag ich es, wenn Chili im die Speisen eingearbeitet ist. Ich beschwere mich nie über zu hohe Schärfe, wenn ich sie explizit fordere. Habe ich Lust, die Schote selbst in die Speise einzuarbeiten? Nein, denn dann koche ich allein zu Hause. - Die kleinen Lampenschirme vorn an den Plätzen am Fenster waren von Spinnenweben durchsetzt und die hängen direkt über dem Essen. Das juckt mich eigentlich gar nicht, aber wegen der nicht so begeisternden Speise hatte ich viel Zeit auf Kleinigkeiten zu achten. Ganz komisch: Ich mag asiatisches Essen unglaublich gern, was meine anderen Bewertungen auch zeigen. Und das hier mag manchen sogar schmecken, der Speck zum Beispiel: Der war wahrscheinlich handwerklich gut gemacht, ich kann ihn aber nicht loben, weil ich Schweinefleisch erwartet hatte und dann war es eben nur Speckschwarte und ich hasse Speck, außer er ist komplett knusprig, was er nicht war. Alle - vielleicht gut gemachten und dann umgesetzten - Entscheidungen sind hier irgendwie so ausgefallen, dass sie meinem persönlichen Geschmack nicht entgegenkommen. Die Suppe habe ich dann auch nicht mehr gegessen, denn sie schmeckte nach warmem Wasser mit Salz. Vielleicht haben wir einfach die falschen Gerichte gewählt und alles andere rechtfertigt die ansonsten hohen Bewertungen dieser Lokalität. Wer weiß. PS: Meine Frau fand es übrigens etwas besser als ich, möchte aber auch nicht unbedingt wiederkommen.

Ich hatte die vegane Pho und sie war einfach köstlich! Der Service war wunderbar und schnell. Besonders gut gefiel mir die separate Seite mit den veganen Gerichten auf der Speisekarte. Es war toll, so viele Optionen zu haben, und als das Essen kam, war ich begeistert, wie geschmackvoll es war, vor allem die Brühe. Mit den Saucen, die dazu gereicht wurden, war es noch besser. Absolut empfehlenswert (10/10) und ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Unglaublich gute und authentische vietnamesische Küche. Und das Auge isst erfreut mit, da die Teller und Lieferpackung schon angerichtet sind. Bisher hat alles geschmeckt, war frisch und das egal ob vor Ort oder bei Lieferung. Toll fände ich Gerichte für Kinder. Gerade die gerollten Nudeln würden sich hier als halbe Portion super anbieten. Obwohl ich noch nie in Vietnam war, habe ich schon in vielen vietnamesischen Restaurants weltweit gegessen, unter anderem in Taiwan und den USA. Manchmal findet man die besten Gerichte aber direkt vor der Haustür. Ich komme schon seit meinem 19. Lebensjahr hierher und war jetzt nach langer Zeit mal wieder in diesem Restaurant. Das Bánh mì ist fantastisch, ich liebe die Reisnudel-„Pfannkuchen“ und die Nudelsuppen sind auch super. Endlich mal vegane Pho mit einer tollen Brühe, die nicht nur nach Wasser schmeckt. Alles ist mit vielen verschiedenen Aromen, Gewürzen und Kräutern verfeinert. Die Besitzer sind außerdem sehr nett.

Heute war ich in Bremen zum Spielen. Ich hatte vorher eine Rezension auf TikTok gesehen und bin deshalb zum Essen hingegangen. Die Art und Weise, wie die Vietnamesen miteinander umgehen, fand ich aber von Anfang bis Ende ziemlich langweilig. Ich komme wohl aus dem Norden, daher ist mir gebratene Pho hier nicht so zugesagt. Das Rindfleisch roch unangenehm. Meine Freundin meinte, Banh Canh sei auch langweilig. Essen ist für mich Geschmackssache, deshalb rede ich nicht so viel darüber. Aber die Atmosphäre ist wichtig, und die bewerte ich immer als Kriterium! Auch wenn es nicht besonders lecker war, wurde ich für mein Geld sehr herzlich empfangen, sodass ich mich als Gast immer wohl und zufrieden fühle.

I've eaten there several times and ordered some. It's never been bad, but I find the soups to be significantly too sweet. A certain amount of sugar is great and important, but here it's a bit too much. Additionally, a fairly large amount of spices always collects at the bottom of the bowl, making the remaining soup almost unpalatable. I can highly recommend the Banh Hoi Heo Quay, though – it's truly delicious! The staff is always very friendly and attentive, which makes the visit particularly pleasant.

It's incredibly delicious, and I definitely want to go back there next time I'm in Bremen. The value for money is excellent, and the service is very friendly.

Great restaurant at first glance. Beautifully decorated, traditional Vietnamese menu (I haven't seen anything as specific as this at any other restaurant). However, the allergen labels were misleading or incorrect. Sometimes they were listed, sometimes they were missing. When I asked, I was given clarification. The food: Starter: I would have expected the spring rolls to be larger. The taste was excellent, though. Main course: very tasty, but the soup with roasted onions came without any warning. These usually contain gluten. When I pointed this out to the waiter, an apology was offered, but it's definitely not enough for allergy sufferers. Therefore, not recommended for people with celiac disease. Portions are large for the price. Dessert: extremely special, delicious, and a large portion. I would recommend it to everyone. Overall, a very tasty meal, great atmosphere. If the allergens were better labeled, I would give it 5*.

We were at Little Saigon last night! Since every table inside was taken, we sat outside with our dog. We were immediately given water and received a very warm welcome! The staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout. The food was incredibly delicious! I don't think I've ever had such good Vietnamese food—no frills, just authentically delicious. We'll probably be back very soon because we want to try even more dishes!

Today is a day full of energy even though the weather is not winter, autumn is not autumn.. in the middle of a week of pouring rain every day, hungry, not because of the cold climate, but because of my effort, driving 4.5 hours to get to the place we chose for our winter vacation, which is Bremen city located in the northwest of majestic Germany.. accidentally chose 👍 a restaurant that must be said to be excellent in terms of food quality, service, and cleanliness. will. Eating is addictive because of the flavor and regional culture, the way of preparation is completely Southern like Hu Tieu Nam Vang and more specifically Hue dish Hue beef noodle soup is more delicious than expected "in the bowl there is also fruit (pork trotters) which makes the bowl of vermicelli more attractive." We got banh mi for lunch. The service was impeccable and very friendly. The banh mi is highly recommended; it's very, very tasty and great value for money!

A local friend who lives in Bremen brought me to a very good Vietnamese restaurant. We ordered two bowls of noodles, a sandwich and a portion of bahn hoi with grilled meat. The noodles were average, and the rice noodles were not particularly flavorful, so they were not outstanding. But the soup was delicious. However, the grilled meat rice noodles were very good. Spread the rice noodles and wrap the grilled meat, lettuce and side dishes like spring rolls. It was very unique and delicious. Worth recommending. In addition, there is freshly squeezed sugar cane in the store, which feels quite atmospheric.

Highly recommended. I had summer rolls with vegan sausage and vegan banh mi and was more than impressed. It even tasted better than in Vietnam. The waiter and the bartender were both very friendly. I'll go back when I'm back in Bremen.

I really like this place and will return. Food is tasty and authentic tasting. I had the spicy soup the first time and it was excellent, and tried the beef vermicelli and it was pretty good too. Marked one star off because the meat was a little chewy and the person I was having a meal with seemed to think his duck meal chewy. I ordered the dessert drink which was nice to see on the menu. I would have liked more shaved than crushed ice but it was nice. Service is quick and friendly and the atmosphere nice with the Vietnamese lanterns and decor.

The Little Saigon: impresses with typical Vietnamese cuisine, very good service and a reasonable price/performance ratio. The dishes are seasoned to a Western European standard, but are still well balanced in terms of taste. If you want it more spicy, you can add more seasoning. If you want to criticize something: The use of beef could have been more generous.

I've been there twice now and ordered several times. The service is great! The dishes are even explained, how you should eat what is best and what various sauces are for. I think it's great! Furthermore, the food is totally fresh. Every time I had an extra request, it was taken into account. Love this shop!

The Little Saigon restaurant in Bremen is an absolute must for fans of Vietnamese cuisine! I was particularly impressed by the beef pho - the noodles were perfectly prepared, pleasantly al dente and harmonized wonderfully with the aromatic broth and fresh herbs. The combination was a real treat and the taste took me straight to Vietnam. The service was also warm and attentive. A great restaurant that I can only recommend!

The banh mi is great here! There are also refreshing drinks here! And Che Thai is my absolute favorite :) but unfortunately Pho Bo didn't convince me here :/ Service was okay. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay here :)
