Wir waren gestern Abend nach kurzer Recherche ganz spontan bei Euch. Was soll ich sagen.....wir waren rundum begeistert :) das man draußen sitzen konnte war der erste Pluspunkt, gefolgt von dem super leckerem Schnitzel wo man sofort sieht und schmeckt das es frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet wurde (ich habe noch nie so gute Bratkartoffeln gegessen)und Nicole und Marlon sind sehr herzlich und man merkt einfach das sie ihren Laden mit viel Liebe und nach dem Motto "Klasse statt Masse" führen. Wir kommen beim nächsten Bremen Besuch wieder ....müssen doch das Schaschlik probieren :) LG die Kielerin und der Münsteraner ;)

Ein schöner Abend im "Das Wir"! Wir waren zu dritt in der kleinen Gastro Perle speisen und es war herrlich! Tolle Besitzer, super symphatisch, dazu sauleckere Speisen! Rouladen, Labskaus, Bratkartoffeln, mehrere Schnitzel......Man kann nur sagen CHAPEAU! EINE TOP EMPFEHLUNG!

Durch Freunde auf "DAS WIR" aufmerksam geworden und es war ein Genuss der Besuch. Wir hatten Roulade, Schnitzel, Currywurst, Bratkartoffeln.......Wie bei Muttern und Oma, HERZHAFT, LECKER UND MEHR ALS ZUM SATT WERDEN! Wir kommen wieder, auch DANK DER HERZLICHKEIT :-)

Freundliche Bedienung und preiswertes essen sehr leckeres Essen .

Heute waren wir zum ersten Mal mit vier Personen in diesem kleinen, gemütlichen Restaurant in Bremen – und wir sind absolut begeistert! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Das Essen war unglaublich lecker, frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Die Portionen sind mehr als reichlich, sodass wirklich jeder satt wird. Besonders positiv überrascht hat uns auch das super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – sehr faire und günstige Preise für diese Qualität. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl, die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich und entspannt, genau so, wie man es sich wünscht. Wir hatten einen richtig schönen Abend und kommen ganz bestimmt bald wieder vorbei. Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die richtig gutes und sauleckeres Essen mögen!

Gute Hausmannskost. Als Vegetarier habe Bratkartoffeln mit Spiegelei ohne Speck gegessen- war einwandfrei. Wurde nett bedient.

Waren heute hier essen. Ein richtig Toller Geheimtip. Wer richtig Lust auf deutsche Küche wie bei Mutti hat, wird hier nicht enttäuscht. Wir kommen definitiv wieder :-)

Dieses Restaurant habe ich zufällig im Vorbeifahren entdeckt, als ich eigentlich zu einem Inder wollte. Spontan entschied ich mich, es auszuprobieren. Wunderbar! Norddeutsche Küche, kleiner Speiseraum, familiäre Atmosphäre.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier, haben der ehemaligen Wohngegend einen Besuch abgestattet. Das Essen war köstlich, die Stimmung sehr freundlich und gemütlich. Fast ein bisschen schade, dass wir nicht mehr direkt gegenüber wohnen, dann wären wir ab sofort öfter da. Aber es ergibt sich sicherlich noch die ein oder andere Gelegenheit. Viele Grüße aus Horn 🙋

Ein süßes kleines Lokal zum Essen gehen mit seinen liebsten...sehr liebe freundliche Gastgeber (in)EHEPAAR. Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Vielen Dank. Die Musik ,Radio war mir leider zum Schluss zu laut,so daß wir dann gegangen sind. Ich mochte nichts sagen. Aber wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen ein ganz tolles Essen was ihr da zaubert.wir empfehlen euch weiter. Mich hat die Roulade mit Rotkraut , Kartoffeln und mit viel Soße an meine Kindheit. Wir gehen ab und zu zum Mittagstisch, essen aber oft von der Karte. Man kann nichts verkehrt machen. Ich hatte noch kein Gericht, was nicht geschmeckt hat!

Ein Ort, der seinem Namen alle Ehre macht – „das wir“ in Bremen „Das wir“ wurde uns von mehreren Seiten wärmstens empfohlen – und schon beim Betreten war klar: Diese Empfehlung war Gold wert. Selten erlebt man ein Restaurant, das einen so unaufdringlich und gleichzeitig herzlich empfängt. Das Lokal ist klein, gemütlich und strahlt eine angenehme Wärme aus, die sofort ein Gefühl von Ankommen vermittelt. Man wird direkt vom Chef persönlich begrüßt – freundlich, aufmerksam und ehrlich interessiert daran, dass sich seine Gäste wohlfühlen. Auch insgesamt spürt man sofort: Hier arbeiten Menschen mit Herz. Die Freundlichkeit ist nicht aufgesetzt, sondern authentisch, und genau das macht den Charme dieses Ortes aus. Die Atmosphäre ist ruhig, familiär und entspannt. Kein Lärm, kein Stress, kein hektisches Kommen und Gehen – sondern ein Ort, an dem man gern sitzen bleibt, sich Zeit nimmt und den Moment genießt. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Augenblick an willkommen, fast ein bisschen so, als würde man bei Freunden zu Gast sein. Kulinarisch verfolgt „das wir“ ein Konzept, das heutzutage leider viel zu selten geworden ist: Klasse statt Masse. Die Speisekarte ist bewusst überschaubar gehalten, dafür wird jedes Gericht frisch zubereitet, mit Sorgfalt, Qualität und viel Liebe zum Detail. Genau das schmeckt man bei jedem Bissen. Kein Schnickschnack, keine Effekthascherei – sondern ehrliche, sehr gute Küche, die überzeugt. Das Essen war hervorragend, geschmacklich auf den Punkt und spürbar frisch. Man merkt sofort, dass hier nicht einfach „gekocht“, sondern wirklich gearbeitet wird – mit Anspruch und Leidenschaft. Unser Fazit: Hier stimmt einfach alles – vom ersten Eindruck über den Service bis hin zum Essen. „Das wir“ ist ein Restaurant, das man nicht nur besucht, sondern erlebt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können diesen besonderen Ort aus voller Überzeugung weiterempfehlen. Ein echtes Highlight in Bremen.

Kleines und gemütliches Lokal. Wir fühlten uns gleich wie zuhause. Das Essen war wie bei Muttern, superlecker! Die beiden Inhaber waren sehr kompetent und freundlich. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wenn wir wieder mal in Bremen sind. In der Zwischenzeit können wir das "Das Wir" nur allen die mal einen Städtetrip nach Bremen machen, wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist ein besonderes Erlebnis, das man sich nicht entgehen lassen sollte.

Pure Dankbarkeit 🫶🏻 Was für eine herzliche Atmosphäre und was für ein sagenhaft gutes Essen 🤩 Feinste Hausmannskost und alles mega frisch und selbstgemacht. Ich war noch nie so begeistert von einem Restaurant und auch meine Eltern waren hin und weg. Bei unserem nächsten Bremenbesuch seid ihr fest eingeplant. Bleibt euch treu und bis hoffentlich ganz bald.

Im ersten Moment hat uns das kleine Restaurant super gefallen und das Konzept ist auch toll. Die Karte ist recht umfangreich für die Größe des Restaurants!! Das Essen war mega lecker und die Bedienung zunächst auch sehr freundlich. Was bisschen unangenehm war, die Teller wurden schon abgeräumt, da waren wir noch gar nicht alle fertig mit dem Essen. Das kommt nicht sehr einladend rüber. Ab da an gab es keine Form von Service mehr. Keine Frage nach Getränke Wünschen oder Dessert. Wir haben die nächsten 30 min niemanden mehr im Gästebereich gesehen. So wurde aus der anfänglichen 5 Sterne Bewertung am Ende des Abends 3 Sterne. Schade, aber es wird keine zweite Chance auf einen ersten Eindruck geben!!

ABSOLUTE EMPFEHLUNG! 5/5 ⭐ Ich war an meinem 30. Geburtstag gemeinsam mit meinen Eltern und meinem Freund in diesem Restaurant essen und es war rundum ein wundervoller Abend! :-) Schon beim Ankommen habe ich gemerkt, wie viel Herzblut Nicole und Marlon in ihren Laden stecken. Alles wirkte liebevoll, persönlich und einladend. Ein großes Highlight war für mich das Essen: unglaublich lecker und mit spürbarer Leidenschaft zubereitet. Besonders schön fand ich, dass die Soße beim Schnitzel separat in einer kleinen Schüssel serviert wurde. So blieb das Schnitzel perfekt knusprig... ein kleines Detail, das aber einen riesigen Unterschied macht! :-) Wir haben alle schon lange nicht mehr so ein leckeres und mit Liebe gemachtes Schnitzel gegessen! Mein Vater schwärmte sehr von der Balkansoße. Die Portion hat uns alle mehr als gesättigt und der Preis ist total fair. Als Krönung habe ich beim Betreten des Lokals einen dekorierten Tisch vorgefunden. Dies wurde wohl in Absprache mit meiner Mutter als kleine Überraschung vorbereitet. Diese Aufmerksamkeit und die Mühe, die sie sich gegeben haben, haben meinen Geburtstag wirklich besonders gemacht.

Ich war gegen14:00 Uhr am Restaurant, leider zu obwohl auch an der Tür steht bis 15:00 Uhr geöffnet.

About six months ago, I stumbled upon Nicole and Marlon's somewhat hidden restaurant through a newspaper article, and frankly, I was starving. A very friendly welcome, a menu was handed out, Nicole took my order and immediately passed it on to the chef... Then it began: a huge portion of schnitzel, fried potatoes, and a fisherman's cucumber salad was placed in front of me. What they were cooking up in that small kitchen was truly delicious. And when I went to pay, I thought, "They must have forgotten to charge me for something." Since then, I've been going to this small, unassuming restaurant 3-5 times a week. Keep up the great work!

We went there spontaneously and luckily got a table. The two owners are super nice and the food was delicious. I had the roulade and it was perfect! Highly recommended!

Pure delight: A very cozy little restaurant with incredibly friendly service. The food was consistently excellent. The roulade with red cabbage was tender and flavorful, the kale with sausage and smoked pork loin was robust, hearty, and perfectly seasoned. A truly wonderful experience, highly recommended. A small but excellent restaurant where the food is prepared with heart and soul, and you can taste it! I highly recommend it. We were a group of eight and everyone was completely full and happy. We were absolutely thrilled with this classic German restaurant. The food was simply outstanding – the schnitzel was perfectly crispy, the beef roulade was tender as butter and full of flavor, the fried potatoes were beautifully golden brown, and the red cabbage was wonderfully seasoned and homemade. You can tell that the food is cooked with love and quality. The service was very friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and typically German – exactly what you'd expect from a traditional inn. An all-round successful visit – we'll definitely be back and can highly recommend the restaurant!

Driving around Bremen, Germany and got hungry and since we are in Germany we wanna eat German Cuisine. Found this Gem. Don't let the unassuming exterior fool you! Das-Wir Bremen is a true hidden gem. From the moment we walked in, the service was incredibly warm and welcoming. Our server, was knowledgeable and genuinely friendly, making us feel right at home. The food was the real star: the Knipp Mit GewurzGurke/Apfelmus, dazu, Bratkartoffeln was perfectly cooked with balanced flavors, and the Rinderroulade Gefullt Mit Speck, Zwiebel, BratensoBe, Zalzkartoffeln, Rotkohl was a revelation of fresh, high-quality ingredients. Fresh Made Apple sauce has a rich, complex, and pure apple flavor without the overly sweet taste. The Crispy quality, Rich, flavorful sauces, and Perfectly fried egg of their Schnitzel Ala Benedict Art mit Spiegelei:Hollandaise was very delicious and crave-worthy. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared by the chef, who clearly takes immense pride in their craft. If you're looking for an outstanding meal in a relaxed, unpretentious setting, this is the place to go. You can eat out and smoke as well if you're a smoker. If traveling this was again we will definitely be back for another taste of their magic. 🍾

The restaurant is highly recommended. Excellent, home-style cooking where everything is still made by hand and with love. It's located in the middle of a residential area, where you wouldn't expect such a great restaurant. Parking is available, which is always a concern. If we're ever in the area again from Berlin, we'll definitely visit the two owners again for some great food. 5 stars ❗

Inside, you're greeted by a quiet, relaxed atmosphere that perfectly complements the hearty, freshly prepared dishes. The service? Absolutely top-notch! Polite, warm, and personal – you feel welcome from the very first moment. The menu is deliberately small, and that's precisely what characterizes this place: a few dishes, but everything is cooked to perfection, fresh, and with love. We ordered Knipp and Roulade – both arrived at the table in no time and were a true highlight in terms of taste. We've rarely eaten so well! You can tell that the food is still being cooked properly here. Our conclusion: A culinary gem for anyone who appreciates authentic German cuisine. We'll definitely be back – and give it a clear recommendation!

Super friendly (and enthusiastic) people and fantastic schnitzel

We discovered the restaurant by chance on Maps and then visited with a reservation. We were warmly welcomed by the owners and found a good menu with many "homely" dishes. We opted for the herring (matjes) or fried herring with fried potatoes and a mixed side salad. Everything was delicious, the atmosphere is very cozy, and the owners are very helpful and super friendly. We'll be happy to head back from Oldenburg soon to try more dishes – the lunch menus are also very promising and tempting!

The place is fantastic beyond all expectations! We ordered schnitzel and it was perfect! The meat was fantastic, cooked just right, and the portion was huge! Everything was simply wonderful! I dare say: In a year, there will be a line of people outside the shop, waiting to eat here!

We spontaneously stopped by yesterday before a concert. We were blown away. The food was just like mom and grandma used to make.😍 Everything fresh and homemade. The portions were great. The ambience does need a little updating, but since you're really focused on the tasty plate with all your senses and your eyes, the environment shouldn't be a drawback. The small restaurant is inconspicuously located in the middle of the Waller residential area. Parking spaces are very rare. Table reservations make sense. Nevertheless, a visit is very worthwhile because the food is delicious. 😋 I had beef roulade with red cabbage and fresh crispy fried potatoes with onions and bacon like mother's!!! 5 ⭐️ for the food and an extra star ⭐️ for the service and the price-performance ratio for drinks and food. We will definitely stop by there often and try out the menu up and down. Delicious home cooking to recommend.

Yes, it's "just" German cuisine and home cooking. No, not innovative cuisine. And the yardstick for a food rating here is German cuisine. Eat like Muddern - or Grandma. And it works great! In addition, very friendly service and a neat, simple living room ambience. Very successful! Everything is consistent and therefore 5 stars. Disadvantage: The We is in Bremen and not with us in Oldenburg.

What can you say? I've been there several times in the last few months, great hosts, a good cook, always in a good mood, and great food. The schnitzel is more than recommended, the fried potatoes are always delicious, the meatloaf with the sauce was a poem weeks ago! So if you want to eat well and enjoy home-style German cuisine, this is the place for you! The lunch menu is more than recommendable for the price :-) There is also another important point: you don't have to look for the food with a magnifying glass and you always come out FULL and WELL-FOOD........

Small but mighty... If you like delicious home cooking, this is the right place for you. From labskaus (large portion!), roulade, eggs in mustard sauce, schnitzel, salads (be sure to try the bean salad) to farmer's breakfast, everything is there. The delicious kale plate is also available in season. The service is also great! All of this represents a good price-performance ratio.

Very nice staff. Clean, nicely designed guest room with outdoor seating. The food tastes good, the drinks are chilled. Portion sizes were quite manageable, so we didn't think it was cheap. (Good snack food at slightly higher prices) Went there for lunch. There were obviously a lot of regulars there.
