Nice service, but the food is definitely not recommended. We got frozen pizza and frozen hand schnitzel. A restaurant that doesn't even bother to cook real food. Just bad.

The two of us were there for lunch and we each had a really good pizza, which you could eat the sides of (I'm cranky sometimes). Special requests were taken into account. The service was nice, friendly and attentive. I think just under €14 for a 28cm pizza is fine. Gladly again. :)

New guests were somehow ignored. We finally placed the order. The drinks came quickly, although we waited 30 minutes for two pizzas. They tasted good and were big. The toilets were very disgusting. It couldn't have been cleaned for several weeks. The floor was stuck everywhere... the rest was just as dirty.

I had fish that was undercooked and completely tasteless. The potatoes with it were good. Far too expensive for what was offered.

In our case the service wasn't that bad, friendliness could be better. Spoken more to each other in a foreign language than to the guests... I had the chicken schnitzel with fries, which wasn't bad at all. In retrospect I have to say it was just too expensive for TK. The same goes for the pizza... And you know that when the food comes after just a few minutes... Unfortunately, I didn't read any reviews beforehand because we intentionally didn't have cell phones with us. In our case, I can't say too much bad about it, except that for the money or a few euros more you can get better food somewhere else... Angi's Schlemmerstübchen offers schnitzel of a quality that cannot be compared with this. Homemade versus TK, no comparison! Taverna Thasos also has a much higher level of service and quality and offers enough alternatives on the menu. Kiek In also offers a much higher quality that is worth the extra price! The view and the restaurant aren't bad at all, but the operators probably don't have much to do with gastronomy, you can tell that in a lot of things...it's a shame! Conclusion: In our case, not really bad, but just too expensive for the food... There is potential, but that requires people who are familiar with gastronomy... apparently not quite the case here. Still 3 stars because it was a little better than the really bad reviews. I didn't take any pictures, as I said, I didn't have my cell phone! It would show a schnitzel and a pizza like you can find everywhere... Four people were there for dinner at the weekend. The menu looks very good at first glance. The prices are okay too. After ordering, I looked through the other reviews and just thought, Oh no. The pizzas all looked the same from the bottom (as if it was a simple pizza without any toppings), the schnitzel with fries was okay. It could be done better there. The weather was very good, but you could hardly see the service to order something else to drink. My conclusion: I wouldn't visit this restaurant again. It's a shame, the location is great and with more enthusiasm when preparing food, it would be a very good alternative to the surrounding restaurants.

Café is next, coffee etc. was out... Cola just under 5 euros, staff indifferent, lack of language skills, lack of cleanliness in the establishment. Checkout process was dubious. Service was extremely friendly and the location right on the lift bridge was very nice. That was it already!!! The staff was very nice and always tried hard. Unfortunately, it was immediately apparent that these were not trained staff. Dirty dishes were left on our table for 20 minutes. The food is inedible junk. We only had to wait about 10 minutes for our dishes. It was clear to me that this couldn't mean anything good. The greatest horror awaited me in the washroom. This place definitely hasn't been cleaned for several weeks. Dear owners, if you decide to run a catering business, get trained staff, a chef who can prepare food yourself and a cleaner ;-)

Unfortunately, this "restaurant" is not recommended! The pizza tastes like it comes from a mediocre delivery service, the potato pockets are frozen goods and the gyro pan isn't any better. The staff is very chaotic, smokes while serving and is dressed somewhat dingily. Without a menu number it will be difficult. The only positive thing is the terrace with a view of the lifting bridge. A better delivery service, nothing more! It's a shame, because the place definitely had potential.

It's very nice to sit outside. The food is okay if you want snacks - but the prices are too high for that. The schnitzel is offered elsewhere as a small schnitzel. The price doesn't fit here.

If I could, I would give 0 points! Had dinner there, the waiter turned his back on us when we took our order and didn't talk to us more than necessary. We had two pizzas, these had the quality of a mediocre delivery service. The temperature was similar. The hardship in general was that no card payment was possible, this was nowhere apparent (hello 2024...) and the cash register shouldn't work, so my receipt could also be issued. There wasn't even a receipt pad as a backup. I'll leave what the tax office says about this.

Blackcurrant spritzer was returned half full because it was inedible, but still had to be paid for. Bitterlemon served unrefrigerated to the table. Riffle fries carelessly served on a white dessert plate (only a handful (for over €5). Despite a complaint, also at the next table about the spritzer, no apology. There is no desire to find out what the rest of the menu is like.

Children are used as service workers and even collect money. Food tastes like finished goods. The neighboring table (which was there before us) left after 50 minutes without having received the food - we were probably lucky. Christmas decorations for Pentecost.

Food is good but service is not the best

The service was friendly. Unfortunately, that's about all the positive things you can say about your visit there. We had pike perch with riffled potatoes, herb yoghurt dip and salad. As an alternative to the riffled potatoes there would have been fries. Strange combination but so be it. The fish was probably frozen and briefly dipped in the deep fryer. The riffled potatoes were hard and dry. There was no trace of the yoghurt dip; when asked, there was tartar sauce from a squeeze bottle. We found wilted (dirty) leaf parts in the lettuce. Unfortunately, not even the Aperol Spritz was tasty but laggy. The two of us have never eaten so badly for €55 - or not eaten at all and left the restaurant hungry. Actually it's our own fault, the New Year's Eve/Christmas decorations at Pentecost should have put us off.

Drinks take at least 25 minutes even though there is very little going on. Never again.

This restaurant gets one star for the friendly but completely incompetent service. The food was poor quality and not edible. The chef was probably off work since there was only frozen food available. The fries were just warm and flaky, the finished schnitzels made from molded meat were fried to death and the burgers were dry. No cutlery, only after request and we were allowed to share a napkin with 4 people. The toilets dirty and without paper. You should slowly take down the Christmas and New Year's decorations because it's Easter. just terrible

We wanted to stop there for lunch today, everything was closed, no information about opening times. But several pieces of paper about finding employees. Lt. Google should be up, but bad luck for us. Everything was really delicious, but as we all know, that's a matter of taste. Getting a parking space in front of the door is difficult but you will be rewarded with a large, delicious selection of waffles and ice cream. The fruits were very fresh and delicious. Toilet very clean although a bit small. Not suitable for wheelchair users. They would have a very difficult time getting in there. But the ladies would definitely come up with something too.

Selbst ein Stern ist zu viel. Wir haben geschlagene 1 1/2 Stunden auf eine Currywurst und Kartoffeltaschen gewartet. Die Bedienung hat einen nicht verstanden, was kein Problem wäre, wenn man vorweg sagt dass man nur englisch spricht. So wurde die Bestellung aufgenommen und eine halbe Stunde später von einem anderen Kollegen nochmal. Sowohl Wurst als auch Pommes waren kalt. Sauce war der Curryketchup von Hela mit ein bisschen Currypulver. Die Kartoffeltasche war die aus der Tiefkühlung die man kennt. Absolut keinen Besuch und keinen Cent wert.

Diese Preise für das Essen ist eine Frechheit. Wir haben 16 für ein schnitzel mit Pommes und ein bisschen Salat.

Das war die schlechteste Pizza die ich je gegessen habe🤢🤮. Es handelt sich wohl um Fertigpizzen. Ein richtiger Pizzaofen ist wohl nicht vorhanden?! Der Preis von 13,90€ sowie der halbe Liter Bier für 5,90€ schlägt dem Fass den Boden aus. NIE WIEDER!!!!!

Tolle Lage, sonst eher schlecht. Bier nicht kalt. Pizzateig war Fertigteig und innen noch nicht ganz durch. Die Kommunikation konnte nicht stattfinden, die Servicekraft hat uns nicht verstanden. Von der Karte viele Sachen gestrichen. Keine Empfehlung.

Ohne Reservierung 2 Plätze bekommen. Getränke und Essen bestellt und auch zeitnah bekommen. Es hat uns beiden sehr gut geschmeckt. Und satt geworden sind wir auch. Eine Pizze, ein mal Gyros mit Pommes, 2 Bier, ein Aperol und ein Grappa. Gemütliche Plätze (wie saßen Draußen), guter Service und leckeres Essen in schöner Umgebung.

Alles in indischer Hand, kein Problem für uns, leider kam das zweite Essen 10 Minuten später als das Erste, darauf habe ich den Kellner angesprochen man sagte zu uns er würde das Erste Essen für uns warm stellen. Besteck wurde nur auf Nachfrage gereicht und das beim Schnitzel. Wir haben herausgefunden das das fehlende Essen vom Restaurant gegenüber geholt werden mußte. Der Kellner oder Chef hatte die Aussage, er ist keine Maschine. Die Abrechnung gab es nur auf Zuruf, also nicht mal einen handgeschrieben Zettel. Man hat den Eindruck Urlauber seh zu das Du fertig wirst, zahle und lasse mich in Ruhe.

Richtig leckeres Eis, nur aufgrund des Saisonendes nicht mehr in allen Geschmacksrichtungen. Mit direktem Blick auf die historische Hubbrücke saßen wir recht bequem auf wärmenden Decken.

Badestelle wird von Neptun beschützt Natur pur sehr sauber

Solides schmackhaftes Essen, bemühter Service. Gerade auf der Terrasse sehr gemütlich. Leider wurde der Eindruck durch den sehr unfreundlichen Gastwirt getrübt.

Barschfilet (teuer) schmeckt für mich trocken, ledrig und wie mehrfach aufgewärmt. Bier sehr teuer. Bedienung lustlos. Person, die auf Chef macht, meckert. Ich werde dort nicht mehr einkehren.

Tolle Lage direkt an der alten Hubbrücke von Plau am See. Das Essen war lecker. Preis und Leistung passen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir sind heute hier eingekehrt und haben sehr leckere Spaghetti und Kartoffeltaschen, sowie Sanddorn Quarktorte gegessen. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Getränken und vor allem Kaffeespezialitäten. Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Aussicht ist toll! Es ist 100% empfehlenswert hier einzukehren, wir kommen wieder!

Ich habe das gleiche Problem, wie der Koch und bekomme starke Probleme durch petrochemische Duftstoffe. Leider gilt das Parfümieren auf Armeslänge, bei vielen Menschen, nicht länger als eine Form der Höflichkeit. Es riechen praktisch alle gängigen Weichspüler, Waschmittel, Cremes, Deos und Haargels bereits deutlich weiter und die meisten Menschen merken selbst nicht, wie sie einen Mix aus diesen Chemikalien in die weitere Umwelt ausdünsten. Diese Behinderung ist so sehr einschränkend und stößt selten auf helfende Hände, was man aus einigen Bewertungen leider auch rauslesen kann. Wir wünschen Ihnen von Herzen alles Gute und viele Unterstützer!

Kuchen und Getränke waren reichlich und lecker. Preis/ Leistung sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr nett. Tolle Lage direkt an der Hubbrücke, man kann viel beobachten.

Essen leider nur unteres Mittelmaß, Service eher unfreundlich und mürrisch. Kein Aushängeschild für Plau am See.

Wir waren heut auf einen Milchkaffee und Kartoffelsuppe dort und waren sehr angenehm überrascht. Ich habe seltenst so leckeren Milchkaffee getrunken und auch die Suppe war lecker. Alle Coronavorschriften werden dort vorbildlich umgesetzt und freundlich war der Service auch. Dazu der schöne Blick auf den Kanal - einfach schön!

Schönes Restaurant direkt an der Hubbrücke. Speisekarte während der Corona Zeit per QR-Code. Bestellung ging schnell und auch auf das essen mussten wir nicht lange warten.

Schönes nettes Cafe, j das jedoch hier über 60 verschiedene Kaffespezialitäten serviert werden, sieht man leider nicht im Cafe, sondern muss man auf der Hompage erkundigen..... ansonsten sehr nettes Personal, Speise-Getränkekarte ist nur per QR-code zu ersehen!!!

Der Service ging fix, das Plätzchen war fein. Der Kuchen nicht so Süss, aber kein super Geschmackserlebnis. Mehr Boden wäre für meinen Geschmack von Vorteil gewesen, der Cappuccino war OK. Aber nicht besonders
