Very friendly staff, but the restaurant is unfortunately a bit plain and the food is a bit expensive, but only of semi-good quality. (Except for the plum cake, which was definitely worth it!)

The schnitzel was tastier than at the Schnitzelhaus Fehmarn. Very friendly and welcoming staff, and fast service! Thank you, it tasted delicious.

The marzipan cream cake, cherry crumble, and potato soup were delicious. Service was friendly and quick.

The hunter's schnitzel and the vegetarian vegetables were good

We ate at Niobe yesterday and today. The food was okay, although the fried potatoes were cold both times and the schnitzels were full of grease, but the fish was very good. 👍 Young waiters full of humor and enthusiasm. We even learned a few Polish words from them, which was super fun and challenging. We'll definitely be back. 👍

The various cakes are indescribably good.

Delicious food, fresh, tasty fish dishes (better than the fish restaurant in "Burg"), homemade potato salad, delicious fried potatoes, delicious fried arugula as a topping, great homemade cakes, delicious drinks, fair prices, and friendly service. The terrace is across from the parking lot, but close to the dike and natural beach with both sunny and shady spots. Dogs are not a problem there! The best food far and wide. We went there several times during our vacation and would gladly come back anytime.

As always, it's a great idea to eat here with friends. Great service (shoutout to Gino!) and good food at reasonable prices! We'll be happy to come back.

We've been coming here on holiday every now and then over the past three years. But after today's visit we are more than disappointed. (Some of the service was very unfriendly. This young man was probably having a bad day, otherwise he should change jobs ASAP. Card payments only accepted for amounts over €15. We then ordered a little more. The drinks were clearly not filled to the mark. The food (in this case pancakes) was the quality of frozen products. We are aware that it is becoming increasingly difficult to find good staff in the restaurant industry, but with prices now rising considerably, the price-performance ratio is no longer good in our opinion. It's a shame, we always enjoyed coming here.

We stopped by after a long walk. The food was delicious and good. My son loved the schnitzel. Before dinner, we were given a card game called UNO Flip, which we hadn't heard of yet. Before we even knew the rules, the food arrived. The staff was very friendly.

We've been to the Niobe campsite several times now. And we've eaten in the restaurant here several times. The service was always friendly and attentive. The food itself is good, and I couldn't complain about the taste. Today, while eating, I accidentally knocked over my Coke, breaking the glass. Since some of the glass got on my wife's food, I ordered another meal. When I got the bill, I noticed that I wasn't charged for the new Coke or the second meal, even though I broke the glass myself. Thank you so much. We'd be happy to come back.

Schnitzel was very tasty, the fried potatoes were a bit greasy but overall we were very satisfied.

The food was okay. The supposedly boiled potatoes were reheated with water/steam, leaving them white around the edges. The salt was undetectable. The herring noodles were delicious.

After a day of excursions we returned here today. The welcome was friendly and open, the order was taken quickly. The food came quickly after ordering and was very tasty. It's a good place to stop off and get good food at a fair price.

Schnitzel “Holsteiner Style” and “Jäger Style” are very tasty. I can only recommend it. Service and location are great!

We ate very well today. The food was really good and really reasonable in terms of price/performance ratio. The service was really nice, but maybe a bit unsure. There was a single white wine (Riesling) and a single red wine and we had to read that on the label first. The restaurant is very large and offers plenty of space. It looked a bit "sober", but exuded order and cleanliness. At the end of our visit we both went to the toilet and there we got the star deduction. The locations are functional and outdated. It should still be cleaner and old pieces of paper that are only just holding up with a strip of scotch tape indicate that little attention is being paid. The window dirty. You then hope that things look different in the kitchen. Since the food was really very good, we will definitely come back!

The price-performance ratio is okay. There were very tempting cakes on display. The service was very good. Everything was clean. I like it better inside than outside. We the campers had a delicious meal. There was sour meat with fried potatoes and Holsteiner schnitzel. Portions were completely sufficient. Fried potatoes didn't swim in fat and were therefore very tasty. Sour meat tastes very good. The Holsteiner Schnitzel was tender and well breaded. Service and ambience could be improved. Rather unfriendly welcome, the place looked closed and it was cold and smelled strange. The toilets were also old and cold. We had a rhubarb cake and coffee. That was totally fine.

We spent three nights at the campsite at Niobe and actually had enough stock in the refrigerator in the motorhome. Unfortunately, we now have to take half of it home with us, as we ended up either eating in the restaurant every day or ordering the food and picking it up. It was just too delicious to pass up. The service was good, the food was really excellent and the prices were absolutely reasonable. This added even more value to our short vacation. Thanks for that…

The food was very good and freshly prepared. It tasted delicious and was plentiful. In the afternoon there was homemade cake, it tasted like mother's. We sat on the terrace and were served very friendly.

We wanted to try this restaurant with 2 adults and 2 dogs. According to the recessions it sounded good... Unfortunately, I have to say that we definitely CANNOT confirm this! We can actually only judge the behavior of the staff here, as we didn't even get around to ordering anything! Unfortunately, I can't understand how things work there, but we sat at the table for about 10-15 minutes and waited for a waitress to come to us. Other people came after us and were served first! To me it looks like you don't keep track of which guests come to the tables and when! There are two gentlemen, quite nervous for me, lying back and forth between the tables and passing us several times! Unfortunately we were ignored, so after another 10 minutes we got up and left! I don't even know anything like that! Even if it's hectic and/or there's a lack of staff, you can still point that out! Then the customer knows about it and can adapt to it! But for me personally this behavior is unacceptable and completely unprofessional! No thanks, we'd rather leave our money with friendlier people!!!!!!!!

The moderate drinks prices are positive and the food prices are also okay. The schnitzel was tender and juicy. The fried potatoes okay, but without salt and pepper. Negative: The salad with lemon oil dressing was too oily, too little acid/lemon and without pep. The tomatoes are really bad for the season. The Aperol Spritz was unfortunately pitiful. Too little Aperol and unsuitable Prosecco/sparkling wine. Overall, you can do it, but you don't have to.

We ate here as a family (two adults, 1 child and 1 baby). We received a friendly welcome, even with a dog, and there was also space for the cart. The selection of dishes is good. The quality of the food is excellent. My husband even thanked us for the good food. It will definitely be fresh, high quality and well cooked. We also took cake “to go”. So fresh out of the oven that the apple pie was still warm and fell apart when cut. Like grandma's at home. 🥰 The restaurant makes a clean impression. The only thing we would have been happy about was perhaps getting a coloring sheet with pens for the waiting time, possibly with an integrated children's card on it. Always something special for children and easier to bridge the wait for impatient little guests. Thanks for the good lunch.

Contactless payment with a savings bank card did not work. Instead of an apology or a nice phrase, we were greeted with “Great, now the amount is already in the cash register…”. When the innkeeper was asked about it, he only became aggressive. Even when we allowed him to apologize. Finding fault with the customer really shouldn't be the method of choice, nor should venting your frustration on them.

There was no friendly greeting there! The waiter seemed ignorant Guests who arrived after us were served. Unfortunately you have to give one star, the store doesn't deserve one.

Excellent food and value for money. The cakes on display also looked very good. We had schnitzel Holstein style and herring stew.

So I can only warmly recommend this restaurant. Ordering goes quickly, the waiting time is more than acceptable and the taste was simply amazing. The meat was “soft as butter”, the sauce was so creamy and the fried potatoes/chips were extremely seasoned. (Jägerschnitzel with mushrooms in cream sauce and fried potatoes/fries) We had a special gravy boat brought to us. The location is great if you want you can take a walk by the sea before and/or afterwards. So from me it's just TOP!!! 👍👍👍

After a few lovely hours with my dog ​​on the beach, I ate the Schnitzel Jäger Art here and will definitely repeat it. The schnitzel and fries were very tasty, the portion was generous and the service was very friendly. I sat outside and found it nice and cozy. If you consider the location of the restaurant (right on the beach) great price-performance ratio.

We took a break from cycling at Gammendorfer Strand and found a sunny spot in Cafe Niobe in the outdoor area, which was very busy. The service was very attentive and we received the drinks we ordered very quickly. Since a lot of homemade cakes were served to the other guests, we curiously ordered cakes too. - And it was just very good. It really tasted like grandma baked it. Before we started cycling again, we ordered cake to take away again.

Very disappointing. We have been here every year, unfortunately we were hugely disappointed this year. The schnitzel was so small and thin that we thought we had a children's plate in front of us :(. The fried potatoes were also very poor. The prices have risen and the portions have been saved. It's a shame, we won't be coming back under any circumstances again.

Unfortunately the website is not updated regarding opening times. We hiked here specifically and found ourselves in front of a locked door, that's shit and not nice and doesn't have to be that way anymore these days.

The food was okay. But children don't seem welcome. We were there last night (10/20/23) and looked at the storm surge. Afterwards we returned here with three children. The youngest, less than two years old, was a little excited. But that was probably too loud for the innkeeper. However, it didn't bother the guests. Well, it's a shame. The beach itself is very beautiful.

The only point of criticism. Broken toilet seat and a worn toilet seat as well as the lighting in the toilets being too dark. Food was first class.

Das Essen können wir nicht bewerten weil wir keines bekommen haben. Offensichtlich werden nur bestimmte Stammgäste bevorzugt und der "Rest " muss warten. Wir waren abends mit einem Kleinkind dort beim Essen und es war viel los. Darauf hin wollten wir unser bereits bestelltes essen stornieren weil wir schon eine Stunde gewartet haben und das Essen immer noch nicht da war. Da würde uns gesagt das unser essen schon in Arbeit wäre. Andere Gäste die nach uns kamen haben dann alle vor uns das Essen bekommen und wir sind dann nach 2 Stunden ohne essen mit unserem kleinen Kind gegangen weil sie ins Bett musste. Entschuldigung gab es keine. Es würde uns dann nur erklärt das unser Essen wohl vergessen wurde und das man als Mensch nun mal Fehler mach. Ich kann es nicht weiter empfehlen geht lieber mit Kindern wo anders hin. Eine Frechheit...

Bedienung sehr freundlich, zwanglose Athmosphäre. Preis war okay, Größe des Schnitzels gut aber die Bratkartoffeln etwas spärlich. Essen hat gut geschmeckt, meiner Meinung nach war aber Kräuterquark bei der Kartoffel und kein Sour Creme. Werde trotzdem gerne wiederkommen.

Wir waren 3 Tage auf dem Campingplatz und 2 Mal am Abend zum Essen im Restaurant auf der Terrasse . Sehr leckeres Essen und sehr freundlicher Kellner . Kommen gerne wieder..

Fisch war auf den Punkt, Sauce sehr lecker- Bier vom Fass, freundlicher Service, Strandlage, große Auswahl an Kuchen und Torten und anderen Desserts. Was will man mehr :) Ich empfehle den Hamburger Pannfisch :)

Sehr leckere Sahnetorte. Große Stücke die aber für 4,50€ nicht gerade billig sind. Der Service ist Verbesserungswürdig. Wir wurden zwar schnell bedient, aber die Kommunikation könnte besser sein. Vielleicht hat die Bedienung nicht deutsch gesprochen. Kann ich aber nicht sagen, weil ich weder ein "Guten Tag , bitte, danke oder auf Wiedersehen gehört habe. Trotzdem wegen der Torte zu empfehlen.

Essen ok, Preis-Leistung, aber unangenehme Atmosphäre. Man fühlt sich beim Essen beobachtet, alle Essen still und zahlen direkt, etwas ungemütlich... Gute P Möglichkeiten und direkt am Strand.

Ein Stern für die Lage. Zweiter Stern für die Freundlichkeit. Das Essen hat leider gar nicht geschmeckt. Pommes zu fettig, Fisch schmeckte lasch, Bratkartoffeln waren säuerlich, Preise viel zu hoch.

Super lecker Essen, Personal zuvorkommend und immer bemüht die Wünsche zu erfüllen. Sogar dessert und lecker Kuchen gibt es dort. Kommen gerne wieder ins Land der Meere
