Spontaneous visit after a long walk on the beach. Very nice staff and nice atmosphere. The cheesecake offers lots of delicious food and they were really good. Very tasty and beautifully prepared. Highly recommended.

Spontaneous visit that was worth it. Super tasty food, generous portions. A courteous but unobtrusive service. What is particularly worth mentioning for me is no unnecessary dust catcher decorations on the tables and in the dining room.

It was super tasty, herb bread with garlic was the absolute number one main course, wild boar, wow, all in all I can recommend it people

So once again I don't know how to start. OK with the onion soup, it was now more water soup with onions and a lot of salt, the cheese on it was partly burnt. We have been here several times in the last few years, and our children and we particularly appreciate the burgers. Unfortunately today there was again a menu without a burger. It would make sense to communicate this on the homepage or when reserving a table. What was frightening was the question about our desire for ketchup/mayonnaise and how many portions we would like, since they were prepackaged portions.

Wir waren am 25.12 dort essen und es war... leider nur Imbiss Qualität. Fertigsaucen, Grünkohl (TK) Kochwurst ( schmeckte nicht), Bratkartoffeln im Fett schwimmend. Ziegeunersauce zum Schnitzel aus dem großen Metro Eimer? Salat mit 2 halben Tomaten, Euer Ernst?

We were there for dinner on Thursday afternoon. We were the nesting guests, which was a shame, we ate very well Roast veal with red cabbage and, if desired, with dumplings As well as a salmon fillet on spinach, potatoes and Mediterranean vegetables. Going out for a very good and solid meal is possible here! The steak plate for those who are undecided is a good introduction to creative cuisine. Very friendly and quick service. Great food with large portions at a good price. It is also possible to make changes to the dish, especially for people who cannot eat that much, it is advisable to specify this when ordering. You can also have any leftover items packed up and taken with you. Highly recommended (according to my wife) is the mustard sauce. Only two points of criticism: The noise level is a bit loud when it's busy and there's no real option for a smoker outside.

Came because of the recessions and were looking forward to it. Ambiance: kept rather cool, the tables in the restaurant are laid out with a rest area feel. Unfortunately the tables were not wiped clean. Drinks: Waited a long time for empty glasses, then left them in exchange. Food: Viennese style schnitzel served with turkey for just under 20 euros with frozen vegetables. In the case of the burger, the minced meat patty gave the impression that it wasn't homemade, but frozen, and also rubbery, with a slice of cheese in between that was still raw. Service: friendly Unfortunately it did not meet expectations, the price was too high for the quality provided! We understand something different by a good steak house.

Schnitzel great. Plaice with bacon, still floating... in the fat. Prices, steep for what is on offer! I used to enjoy eating here, but unfortunately it's becoming increasingly expensive and worse... What a shame! But the service was very friendly!!!

The location was highly recommended to us and what can we say, it was really great. Our vacation may be coming to an end, but we will visit it again at the end.

An absolute recommendation to eat here. We all enjoyed it very much and I can only recommend that everyone try the ribs (honey-spicy). I've never had such good ribs, tender and very meaty. The burger (BBQ) was also very tasty and really huge (XXL), so if you're not sure whether that's too much, you should order Giant instead. There were four of us (3 adults + 1 child) and we paid around €100. This is definitely appropriate for the quantity and quality. We will definitely come back.

Very tasty food, the burgers are to die for.

We were there for the first time in October and we enjoyed it so much that we enjoyed the delicious food in the garden on our only day of vacation with sunshine (June 2024). (A cozy, modern atmosphere in the restaurant!) Visually and tastefully delicious food!! Attentive, friendly, honest service 🙃will be back next year, highly recommended!! (It is recommended to reserve!!😉)

We received a very friendly welcome and were served very quickly. The food was super tasty 😋 and came to the table quite quickly. I can only recommend the restaurant 👍 On a Sunday evening, the two of us got a table straight away without a reservation.

Update July 2024: We are back on Fehmarn and have already been here twice. The food is still great 👍. For me, this is where you get the best Jägerschnitzel on the island. ☺️ The steak plate for those who are undecided is also absolutely top! ................................................ ...... Everything was perfect here. The arrangement of the tables is very nice in this restaurant; here you don't sit back to back with other guests and you don't have to squeeze through anywhere if you have to go to the toilet. It was the second visit to this restaurant as it was great last year. Of course it's all a matter of taste and everyone has different ideas, but if 7 people are all happy with different dishes, it must be good. Service is nice and quick, the waiting time for drinks and food was short. For the starter I had bread with garlic sauce, which was very good, and the main course, a Wild West BBQ burger, was also great and definitely big enough. Paying separately, whether in cash or by card, wasn't a problem either. Another visit will definitely be planned. 😃👍🏼

After a long journey of 6 hours, we decided to stop at Kochs and start our Fehmarn holiday there. My husband ordered a Jägerschnitzel and I ordered the baked potato with vegetables in a herb cream sauce. The food came quite quickly. Then the positive ends. The schnitzel was frozen. The hunter's sauce probably came from the bucket. The vegetables were frozen, the herb sauce didn't taste like anything. All in all very bad. We wouldn't go there again and don't recommend the restaurant. Of course we told the waitress that it wasn't tasty and that it needed a lot of improvement!! When we got home we realized that we had paid about €15 too much.

Zufällig hier gelandet bei strahlendem Wetter auf der schirmbedeckten Terrasse haben wir das Mittagessen sehr genossen. Wir hatten einen Veggiburger, der leicht asiatisch schmeckte und eine gute Konsistenz hatte sowie ein Schweineschnitzel mit Pommes frites und Salat. Das Schnitzel war ziemlich groß, das Fleisch dick, die Panade dünn und dieses sowie die sehr leckeren Pommes nicht fettig! Beides sehr positive Überraschungen für 14 bzw. 15 €. Der Salat zum Schnitzel war frisch und grün und die Orangenscheibe richtig saftig. Keine Sterneküche sondern ein ausgezeichnetes, schmackhaftes Mittagessen zu eines wirklich sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich!

Booked spontaneously one day in advance with 12 people and 5 dogs (Vizsla). We had an extra room and were greeted very nicely. The food came quickly and was very tasty, something for everyone! The portion could be a bit larger, but the price-performance ratio is great compared to other places on the island!! We would like to come again! Certainly, because we are on Fehmarn every year

Unfortunately the shrimp were over seasoned. The fries were way too cross. Steaks and ribs 1 A. The service is a bit older, but very friendly and not intrusive.

Even if the restaurant doesn't look too appealing from the outside, you should still plan a visit. It is worth it .. Large portions, very nice staff and damn good cuisine. Be sure to reserve in advance during peak season.

When I walked in I thought what a lovely restaurant. Unfortunately we only got a seat in the back room. The acoustics there were so bad that you couldn't understand the person you were talking to. Unless you spoke loudly. After we had straightened the very wobbly table with several napkins, a nice waitress served us. We all liked the food. As soon as I finished eating, I felt bad. I thought I was getting gastroenteritis, but when I described how I was feeling to my doctor, he told me it was because of the food at the restaurant. I'm sorry about the recession, but something like that just doesn't work.

Ich war mit meiner Familie dort und muss ehrlich sagen seit langem nicht so gut gegessen und so freundlich bedient worden. Wir kommen aus Baden-Württemberg und nach einer langen Reise hat das Essen und das Ambiente uns wirklich entspannt und glücklich gemacht. Die Bedienung was Top, man hat es gemerkt wie sehr Sie die Arbeit lieben und wie zufrieden Sie sind. Der Chef höchstpersönlich hat uns bedient, mit seiner Bodenständigkeit und mit seinen Witzen uns überrascht und amüsiert. Koch’s Restaurant war immer eines unser Favoriten aber die neuen Inhaber haben das „Gute“ nur „Besser“ gemacht. Wir kommen im April wieder und freuen uns wieder bei Koch‘s zu essen.

Leider kann ich dem ganzen nicht mehr als einen Stern geben. Ich gehe in ein Restaurant um mich mal genusstechnisch verwöhnen zu lassen. Mich haben die ganzen positiven Bewertungen auf Google neugierig gemacht. Ja, wenn man daheim auch nichts anderes außer "Tüte" kocht mag es schmecken, aber wer sich in einem Restaurant über TK Gemüse und fertig Pettys für Burger freut, dem kann man dann leider auch nicht helfen. Also, Gemüse war TK, Rotkohl völlig verkocht, das Burgerfleisch auch TK und dann überall diese Orangenscheibe,tut mir leid aber das macht man seit den 90ern nicht mehr. Wenn man bisschen was vom Kochen versteht und Wert auf frisches Essen legt, geht man besser woanders hin.
