Friends invited us here. The food is really delicious, and you get a free salad and lunch beforehand. The portions are great, and the prices are very reasonable for the time.

From the moment we entered the restaurant, the warm hospitality and inviting ambiance set the perfect tone. We had a lovely evening here with the family. The staff was attentive and the food came quickly. The biryani had the perfect aroma and spice level, and the gulab jamun for dessert was divine. Clean, cozy, and delicious—what more could you ask for?

During the week, there's a daily changing lunch menu from 12:00–17:00 – starting at just €7.90, which is really fair for Berlin. And if you come in the evening, you can enjoy happy hour starting at 18:00: all cocktails are just €6.90.

I especially recommend the Indian buffet, which takes place every first and third Sunday of the month from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. For just €14.90, you can sample a wide variety of dishes. Ideal if you can't decide or want to try something new.

The ambiance is cozy and stylish, and the service is friendly and attentive. For me, this is one of the best Indian restaurants in Prenzlauer Berg!

We came here for dinner as two families. The service and the food itself were absolutely fine. But what wasn't clear at all was the many UberEats and Wolt drivers hanging around at the tables in the guest area, talking on the phone and waiting for the orders. It really felt like a train station because of the constant in and out and it ruined the ambience. Other restaurants do a much better job of keeping their take-out sales and restaurant operations separate. If you want this atmosphere, you can also go to a snack bar. Please come up with something, otherwise you'll scare away your local guests. We weren't the only ones who were annoyed by that.

I have ordered food here several times and have always been completely satisfied. Now this time I ordered a Mango Lassi through a delivery service from Houdini. I immediately noticed that the lassi smelled strange (like yeast) and it also tasted completely fermented. I disposed of it and luckily drank little of it. The condition of the product was definitely dangerous to health. I wonder how long the lassi had been sitting around before it formed carbon dioxide and tasted like yeast.

Sadly i won t be able to eat your amazing food anymore as Delivery prices from WOLT are CRAZY (4€) which was ok from time to time but now combined with the new price-raise that i noticed today on the WOLT side i can t afford this luxury anymore. I really hope that at least the 4€ delivery fee goes to your team but i have a feeling it s probably not like that. What a shame, Thanks for the food, wish you all the best. <3

Absolute favorite restaurant in Prenzlauerberg, now an institution, super super great food, warm friendly atmosphere and a great team. Very helpful, quick, and friendly. I love the curry chicken and the mango lassi. Sitting outside in the summer, there's nothing better, big menu not much choice for everyone

Disaster Service and arrogant Support. I ordered a dish through uber eats but my delivery never arrived. Aftrer calling the restaurant I was told that they can't do anything and I should go to uber and ask them. In the end I never got any help or a response or my money back and ended up paying 20€ for no food and no money back.

The Paneer Tikka was delicious. The creamy cheese, paired with the masala spices, was grilled to perfection and so flavorful

Hatte ein vegetarisches Sabzi Gericht ( gebratenes, gemischtes Gemüse in einer herzhaften Currysauce, dazu Reis, 12 - 13€). Wurde frisch auf einer heißen, gusseisernen Platte serviert, reichliche Portion, vielerlei Gemüse, Pilze, indischer Rahmkäse. Dazu ein 0,33 Liter alkoholfreies Warsteiner Pils (2,90€). Das Essen sehr schmackhaft, die Bedienung sehr freundlich, das Lokal sehr gemütlich. Und deshalb sehr zufrieden.

Today it wasn't good in the restaurant... service was slow and there was no time... apparently there were too many guests. I was there with my family...there were 6 people. An appetizer was ordered as well as a main course and drinks. The starter came without a dip, which we had to sort out. Then there was just one dip for 5 adults with an appetizer. And not per person. Main course was very tasty. But unfortunately the Batura bread was very dark and was still very oily. Then the waitress came and asked how many Cokes we had. Then we got screwed because we wanted to pay separately. And because we paid cash. The waitress didn't say thank you for the money and we didn't get any mango schnapps at the end. No goodbye and glad you were there. I thought it was a real shame. I like this restaurant very much. To date, all the people in this restaurant have always been very friendly and helpful and have read your every wish. This is the only Indian restaurant nearby. What is affordable. And then something like that. I'm really upset. Very very very unfortunate.

Disaster. I don't know what kind of chicken is this and it's definitely not grilled and definitely not tandoori. And I don't understand WHY IT'S BRIGHT PINK? The garlic naan is not baked at all, it's raw dough. The best thing was the free papadam that came with the food, those were actually good. I guess to compensate for the disappointment.
