The food was delicious and fresh; we were very satisfied. The waitress, a gentleman named Kambiz, was also very attentive and friendly. If something was missing, it came within a minute.

The food was delicious and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I would love to come back again.

We wanted to redeem a 2 for 1 deal from Neotaste. We were literally told: “Do you want to mess around for 7 euros” and rejected the voucher. Why do we offer such vouchers? To insult customers? This is not Cologne friendliness.

Had tickets for the party on March 1st. Tickets alone cost €20 per person in advance. We then ordered a wreath from a young waiter in the store for €30. They didn't have enough money and even gave the man €35. He said he would bring change with the wreath. In the end, the wreath we ordered didn't come and the above-mentioned waiter and everyone acted as if they didn't know anything about the order. We were then cheekily asked to simply order a new wreath and pay for it. Juice shop with bad service staff!

We are always happy to come back, the service is top. The portions are large and super tasty. My highlight is the Borsalino pan :-) The cocktails are really tasty. There are no children's cocktails on the menu, but if you ask, you can get a delicious, fruity cocktail for children. Every wish of the guest is taken into account 100 percent. Our children would like to give 100 stars for the pizza margarita and children's cocktails.

My favorite Italian restaurant in Cologne – best pizza in town! There are many Italians in Cologne, but none come close to my favorite Italian. Every time I'm here it feels like a little piece of Italy in the middle of the city. Above all, the pizza is unbeatable! The dough is perfect – crispy on the outside, airy on the inside – and the ingredients are always fresh and high quality. You can simply taste that there is real passion in the kitchen here. I've tried a lot of pizzas in Cologne, but none come close to this one! But it's not just the food that makes this place so special to me. I have many personal memories with this restaurant - conversations, special moments and just the feeling of being welcome. If you are in Cologne and are looking for a really authentic pizza, then there is only one address for me. My absolute favorite!

The Borsalino is a real gem! From the first moment you feel welcome here - the atmosphere is stylish and cozy, the service is extremely friendly and attentive. The menu offers a great selection of Italian classics, prepared with love and fresh ingredients. The pasta and pizzas in particular are an absolute highlight! The quality of the food is consistently excellent and the portions are more than fair. There is also a nice selection of wines that go perfectly with the dishes. Apart from the good location, which can be reached by various lines and is in a student area, the restaurant offers all kinds of dishes. From fresh tomato soup to homemade pasta to a good burger, you can find plenty of delicious dishes on the menu. The cocktails also taste great and there is generally a very good selection of wine, long drinks, sours, etc. The staff is very friendly and responds to requests. You feel welcome and comfortable. In addition, football games are shown very well on a large screen. I have been there more than once and will visit the Borsalino restaurant more often in the future.

Great place! Service professional and really know their job! Everybody really kind and smiled. Coctails served fast and cold. We orderd pasta mit gambas and steak. The pizza was very good and had plenty of toppings. First of all, there were pizza rolls with Kreuter butter for free. The friendly waitress, Ömer, had everything under control. We'd love to come back.

We went to this restaurant because of the good reviews. Unfortunately neither the food nor the service was good. The restaurant is dingy, tables with leftover food and dirty seating. The dishes also had stains. After the appetizer was eaten, it was mentioned that there was no burrata and that we should choose something else. Then we chose Italian-style carbonara - but pasta with cream sauce and lots of salt. The freshness could not be found in the lasagne either. The service is unhygienic and not attentive, and one person for the entire restaurant is definitely not enough. Price-performance ratio is definitely very bad.

The salad we ordered was really tasty, but the drinks were a disaster, worse than at Burger King. Neither the Sprite nor the ginger ale had hardly any carbonation, and then there were 3-4 large cubes of ice. I realize that the industry makes its revenue from drinks, but do you have to exaggerate it so much?

I was here with my family in mid-October and unfortunately I wasn't very satisfied. The rice bowl with chilli-mango dressing that I ordered was inedibly spicy. Really absolutely inedible. There was no mention of this extreme spiciness on the menu and I didn't expect to get THAT spicy food in an Italian restaurant. In fact, I vomited for several days after our visit to this restaurant... I don't know if that was just from the spiciness of the food or if I was intolerant to something. In any case, I was more than dissatisfied with the food and only now was I able to get myself to write a review. There is a plus point for the service. The one waiter who served us at the beginning was super friendly.

We had the lasagna and turkey bowl. The bowl was served much later than the lasagna. Nice sandwiches. The bowl was way too spicy. And too dry. The lasagna was too sweet because it was mainly cheese and little meat. Cocktails were superb.

Karlos made our evening we where with a rather big groep. The staf was nice friendy and in for a joke. Great place with good food and service

Were having dinner with 18 people. Very nice and skilled host "Karlos". He resolved a few mistakes from the kitchen in no time. The atmosphere he brings while serving is formidable. Thank you little friend for an unforgettable experience!!

To be honest, when I order something I want to get what I pay for!!! So if you write down VITTEL and San Pellegrino water for almost 5 euros and then send me cheap Turkish water, that's just a rip off...!!! Food was ok, but I won't order here again!

Discovered by chance after a long day at university, the atmosphere invites you to linger, the team is super friendly, the waitress highly recommends it. Well priced and tasty, both pizza and cocktails. We will come back and drink our way through the rest of the cocktail menu :) Highly recommended!

Bolo and lasagne were delicious. I cannot recommend the potato gratin; the kitchen should rethink the recipe here. Waiter was very polite and attentive. And, to my amusement, insulted the dry pot.

Great little location with super motivated and friendly service. The food is also very good. When it comes to pizza, you have to keep in mind that the dough is a bit heavy, so it's not original Italian.

Very nice restaurant from the inside, but the exterior is missing a little star. Very small terrace to enjoy eating and above all quiet.. Street where the tram passes so a lot of noise.. Delivery van which stops next to us. Regarding the restaurant, very polite waiters, the quality/price ratio is excellent. The plate is well loaded and very varied. A pleasure to eat in restaurants when we are hungry. I recommend!

Restaurant looks nice and the service was also friendly. Every pizza or burger dish on the menu says “Go Vegan +2€”. So you pay an extra €2 for a burger, for example, to be prepared vegan. That would be fine in itself. However, I was then informed that all non-vegan ingredients would not be replaced by vegan alternatives, but would simply be removed from the burger and even the sauce would be replaced with ketchup. The vegan patty is half the size of the burger and dry. In the end, you pay an extra €2 for the cheese and any other extras to be removed from the burger, for a shot of regular ketchup to be slathered on instead of good burger sauce, and for the burger patty to be cut in half. Mega!

We were at Borsalino this lunchtime to celebrate my son's birthday. The food was delicious, but the highlight was definitely the waitress - she was exceptionally friendly and lovely. Unfortunately I have forgotten her name, but I think her name was Anisa or Anita, as I was told that name before, she said she was new to borsalino but her warm nature really made our day special. She even gave us tiramisu as a gift on the house. I was overjoyed and my son was also thrilled. We will definitely come back soon because of the nice service and also the food.

Nice little restaurant in the middle of Bonn. Not only is it beautifully furnished and strikes the perfect balance between rustic design and elegance, but it also impresses with very good food. My pizza was big, crispy and as tasty as in Italy. The service was very courteous and tried to accommodate every request.
