The food was solid, the portions were large, and the prices were reasonable! I had roast pork, my wife had fries, and a colleague had schnitzel. Everything was good. Another colleague had the sausage salad, which was bland in taste and appearance. So far, everything was fine! But the service was abysmal. The lady who served us obviously didn't care about her job. From unfriendly to not customer-oriented to slow, we waited about 30 minutes with her baby before we could pay. She also constantly complained loudly behind our backs and got annoyed with people. Successful trip to the Fasaneriesee! The food came quickly, tasted great and was beautifully and lovingly prepared!!! Our little one was also immediately provided with painting supplies and toys! Yesterday at lunchtime, after a short wait, the friendly waitress came and took my order: 1 Helles and a Schäufele! The beer came straight away and the food after about 10 minutes. The Schöufele looked great and tasted great too! The crust alone was a feast for the eyes! The bowl of coleslaw completed the meal. I can recommend this beer garden to everyone.

Since changing tenants, I have had mixed experiences. Roast pork with dumplings was always great, as was the lumberjack steak with fried potatoes, and schnitzel was always good too. The potato salad is sometimes not so good, the cheese spaetzle is too oily for me and I don't do well with it because of that. Let's see what experiences the other visitors have.

The side salad was already dressed and was covered in oil and had no taste. We tried it out after the tenant changed, it used to be much better. Unfortunately we won't be coming anymore. Cheap prices are of no use if it doesn't taste good. It's better to pay more and have quality food.

This is undoubtedly one of the best traditional restaurants in town. There's nothing quite like relaxing over a beer after a long day of meetings among a group of jovial locals. The food is authentic, the beer is mellow, and the price is reasonable. Since I came alone, my unreasonable request of wanting to try everything was met. Thank you. Turned in at 8:45 p.m. Drinks were okay. Food was placed at the table with great fuss and force by the kitchen staff and then pushed. The cook had an apron on but no hat or anything similar for hygiene purposes. The waiter was very unmotivated, seemed very unfriendly and did his job very efficiently. He sat around at the table for 5 minutes and stared at us, looked at the clock at least 3 times in 5 minutes and you could tell by his looks and his Constantly checking to see if we're finally finished because he doesn't feel like doing this work anymore. Food was more than obviously frozen and very greasy from the deep fryer, neither brushed nor dabbed (pork schnitzel). The side dish was actually quite good (fries). Overall, unfortunately not a good restaurant and cannot be recommended. Invoices were posted on May 3rd because there were no cash balances from the last 2 days according to the cash register device.

Heute waren wir zum 5.Mal in seit der Eröffnung beim Mittagessen. Das erste Mal war der Hammer - hervorragendes Essen. Danach ließ die Küche jedesmal weiter nach. Heute habe ich Schweinebraten gegessen - hartes, altes Fleisch und ungenießbare Kruste. Knödel ohne Eier und wässrig. Gut es war günstig, aber so etwas setzt man keinen Gästen vor. Der Aushilfskoch hatte verdreckte Kleidung an und war dauernd beim Rauchen. Das Bier schmeckte seltsam. Nein - das war es. Die eigentlichen Köche - Sohn und Vater hatten wohl etwas anderes zu tun. Das war nix und mir tut das Geld leid. Keine Empfehlung.

Food subterranean, service chaotic, Lumberjack steak was a minute steak, and cold. Munich schnitzel consisted only of mustard and breading, if you cut it all down a lot. The bottom side was still white and not through.

I only know and use the outdoor dining area, i.e. the small beer garden. Food and drink okay, location on the Fasaneriesee too. The only “criticism” is that the service staff occasionally takes a long time to realize that you want to order something. Update March 29, 2024: new tenant since February 2024, tested outdoor dining for the first time today. Service was terrible (drinks were only brought after the meal, the food after about 25 minutes). The food (1x breaded pangasius fillet, 1x pike-perch, both with potato salad) was bland and lukewarm, the pike-perch was not fully cooked). No risk of repetition... 🤐

We had to wait a relatively long time for the food. The children got it last and only after the first adults had already finished. The meat from the turkey schnitzel wasn't cooked through, the spaetzle was homemade, but very soggy and tasteless. We weren't asked for any more drinks during our stay, even though there were a lot of empty glasses on the table. The coffee was too thin for all guests. The Kaiserschmarrn, on the other hand, was very good!

The two of us went to the restaurant for dinner for the first time today and were thoroughly impressed. We had tender boiled beef with good potatoes and fresh vegetable strips in the stock and an excellently fried onion roast with roasted potato sauce and fresh roasted onions as well as a small, very well and lovingly prepared salad. I was there for the first time with my family a few days ago and I have to say, the staff, the food and the atmosphere were very, very good. What is important to me personally is that my children are treated very warmly. The food was very tasty and the price-performance ratio was good. We didn't have to wait long for our order, even though we came without a reservation! All in all, I can warmly recommend the restaurant!

Had dinner with 5 people today! Unfortunately, the table reservation didn't work out! Food was brought after an hour of waiting! Cutlery was brought after 5 minutes when the food was already on the table! Side salads were forgotten and brought when requested! Roast pork was okay, Munich schnitzel with potato salad (potato salad tasted strange), Viennese back meat was very dry, the pike perch was a mini portion! When paying, the bill was typed into a cell phone, and after asking for a bill, the waiter became a little annoyed! When the bill came, in addition to our meal, there were two other meals on it that we didn't have, but the drinks were missing from the bill! When I complained about this, the waiter became loud and said if I didn't see how busy it was today! I think every guest has the right to receive a careful invoice! We don't go there anymore because the chaos there was too big for us!

There is chaos, in the kitchen and with the orders. Long waiting times for the order to be taken (up to half an hour) and then another 30 minutes or longer for the food or drink to arrive, if it does. But then it wasn't a culinary delight, the fried potatoes tasted like soap and the salad was forgotten. From 3 p.m. onwards only drink orders were taken as there was chaos in the kitchen. Lt. According to one guest, it would be like that every day. It's a shame about the formerly good restaurant, I really can't recommend it.

The food is average but it is compensated with fair prices and genuine Balkan hospitality - you can expect a friendly chat with the waiter, maybe a complimentary rakija and a warm and welcome feeling. Definitely one of my favourites.
