The old lady with the spectacles should be fired She has no Idea what customer service is. Wrong names were placed against the food. I ordered the one with seeing the name placed against it but then she says rudely that it isn't Bismarck fish this is the one and she refused to give me the other one . But she has placed the names in incorrect places. I don't know how Bismarck fish looks like because this is my first time eating it. Never again I will go to Nordsee

Hello everyone. This North Sea in Pasing Arkaden is a disaster. The fries are rock hard and have no color. The counter was already empty at 5 p.m. What was still there looked old and cold. My fish was also very cold and hard. Will never eat there again.

The older woman with the glasses immediately packed the fried fish baguettes without asking me whether I wanted them warm or cold. When I pointed out to her that I wanted it warm, I received a hateful look and a very cheeky tone that said it would take 20 minutes until it was ready. I left afterwards because I don't want to be served by someone as disrespectful as this woman.

Don't you want to rename yourself Nazisee? I mean, North Sea is to friendliness like foxgloves are to tadpoles. But the unfriendliness and downright antipathy that greets you in the Pasing Arcades should be brought straight to the attention of the United Nations. Good thing no one can force me to set foot in this juice shop again!

Eating with wooden cutlery at this price? Yuck! This didn't even happen during the war or after the war. Metal cutlery is also more environmentally friendly than disposable wooden cutlery. So I said goodbye to NORDSEE forever!

Counter almost always empty For 15 euros you get a piece of fish that had probably been kept warm for more than an hour and was extremely dry and hard, plus pre-cooked lukewarm potatoes and a 0.2 liter cola. Every other store in the Foodcort has tastier and cheaper food. Even with McDonald's right next door. The fried potatoes were strangely discolored, lukewarm and tasteless. My recommendation: definitely not Staff tries hard, but seems overwhelmed and haphazard.

Extremely unfriendly staff and really rude! I just wanted to scan the Payback card (since I didn't know that NORDSEE had ended its partnership) and was immediately barked at by the saleswoman in bad German: "What is that?" I then said that it was the Payback card and was then barked at again: “We don’t have it!” and then I asked, surprised, why. The biggest mistake! The saleswoman then shouted at me with the sentence “we don’t have it and we’re done!”. I work at the center myself and have never had such a devastating experience during my lunch break where the food was gone before you even received it.

Hat mir leider die Lust auf Nordsee erstmal verdorben... Das bräunliche Salatblatt am Baguette deutete daraufhin, dass es schon länger auf einen Kunden wartet. Die lätschigen Pommes haben das nur bestätigt. Sehr schade, weil Nordsee sonst immer Lust auf Fisch macht.

Es gab keine Zitronen (was essenziell für Fischgerichten ist (Begründung: Personalmangel für Einkauf), und es gibt keine Besteck (nur Einweg). Außerdem sind Kartoffeln und Gemüse immer reichlich zerkocht!

Ab und zu kaufe ich eine Fischsemmel, meistens Matjes, da mir dieser besser schmeckt! Die Portion ist soweit ausreichend. Der Service wirkt manchmal genervt. An der Imbiss-Theke kann man dazu nicht mehr erwarten... aber was mich im besonderen stört, man kann nicht einmal in Ruhe eine Semmel essen, da die Sitzgelegenheiten gegenüber zu wenig sind und zugleich einen schäbigen Eindruck hinterlassen!

Das Ambiente in den Pasing Arcaden im Foodbereich könnte mal erneuert werden. Zerkratzte Tische. Aufgerissene Sitzmöbel. Außerdem überschneiden sich verschiedene Wlanbereiche, wodurch das Smartphone nur mit Einloggversuchen beschäftigt ist, anstatt die App des Foodshops zu öffnen.

Nepp pur. Matjesbaquettes sind für 4,99 € ausgepreist und auf Augenhöhe liegen solche mit 2 Filets. In die Tüte kommen dann die Baquettes aus dem Regal unten mit einem Filet. Das 2. kostet 1,50 € extra.

Leider im Vergleich zu anderen Filialen mehrfach keine gute Erfahrung gehabt. Der Fisch war hier immer halb vertrocknet und es gibt nur ein zerbrechliches Holzbesteck dazu. Zuletzt war auch noch Remouladensauce aus, das hatte ich noch in keiner Filiale erlebt, die von mir sonst genommene Dill-Limettensauce gabs auch nicht. War angeblich vorher tagsüber viel los. Als ich dort war, war aber nichts los, obwohl bei den Restaurants nebenan viel Betrieb war.

Four of us went there for dinner. A disaster!!! 1x pork schnitzel with fries, 1x turkey schnitzel with fried potatoes, 1x Regina pizza, 1x vegetarian pizza with corn, peppers and without olives, ordered without champions. Two plates of schnitzel were brought, each with fries. When I asked what turkey it was, the answer was "I think this one, I'm just bringing it." When I pointed out that fried potatoes had been ordered and I didn't eat fries, I was asked if I could eat them instead of fried potatoes , which isn't available today, would like a cordon bleu with my schnitzel. When I said no, the waitress just said "and now". It is not up to the customer to find a solution. We were then able to agree on Djuvec rice (which was very tasty), the only problem was that the schnitzel with the fries was left and only the rice was brought after 20 minutes. Now the two pizzas arrived. Regina, it was perfect, everything was right. Now the vegetarian pizza, this one had no corn, no peppers, but had olives and champion on it. The waitress was immediately made aware of this, all we got in response was: "The corn and peppers are out, you have to eat them, you know, I'm serving until 5 a.m. I'm exhausted," my daughter then explained to the waitress that she was They should have told us that the corn and peppers were out and they weren't eating the pizza. The waitress just said she didn't have to tell us that she was here to serve us and not to distribute information. When we wanted to speak to the boss "Lisa", the waitress just said, OK, then I'll bring you the right pizza, which came after 30 minutes and was delicious. Why didn't we just leave?, it was 9 p.m. We live one house away and were hiking all day, we were happy to sit. But never again as long as this service is there, on any other day as the food was delicious.
