My partner and I had a great time in Jamjam. Price performance ratio is good - lots of selection for Sushi and warm food. Worth the pricepoint given the variety of food. The only thing I’d say is sometimes we observed that the food on the left belt is different from the right belt - hope they find a way to equalize.

Interesting concept with the treadmill. Sushi lovers will get their money's worth here. But there are also other Asian snacks, such as chicken or fried noodles.

Great, the store has now become quite expensive for the Wandsbek district. In which you can usually expect a cheaper wage level, but the food is definitely good and the service is really great. It's a shame that you always have to sit on the treadmill. Of course, you can't sit outside in summer.

Running sushi, simple and delicious. All seats are arranged along the conveyor belt. The selection is good, the offer is great for the price. Whether vegetarian (these are listed separately on the menu), classic or with poultry, everyone will find something tasty. Asian cuisine other than sushi is also available. The menus can be rated as cheap for what is on offer. A table reservation (tables available for up to 6 people) is strongly recommended.

Although it doesn't do justice to the location and the quality of the food, I can unfortunately only give it one star. Why? Because we had reserved a table at the restaurant in Borgfelde over the weekend, then called again a day later to reschedule. When we finally arrived at the restaurant at the appropriate time, we were told that there were no reservations available. Perhaps we should have made the reservation at the restaurant in Wandsbek. After a quick call, we were told to come by, it wouldn't be a problem, and the reservation would be honored. When we arrived there 15 minutes later, the lobby was full of people waiting, and the staff were completely overwhelmed. The Asian woman who was looking through the list of reservations couldn't find our name there either. She was sorry, but she couldn't do anything in the rush. So we had no choice but to reluctantly drive home. We are truly disappointed and can't understand how this is possible despite calling twice. Our tip for staff: Take reservations more carefully and manage the number of visitors more effectively so that neither staff nor guests feel overwhelmed.

Already an enthusiastic customer before the name change. Since the change, the restaurant has been my absolute highlight. I regularly eat there with friends and everyone loves it. The selection, variations and new ideas are always delicious and fresh. The furnishings have even more charm thanks to the new decoration and you simply feel comfortable.

A small but nice “running sushi restaurant”. The restaurant is somewhat inconspicuous in the middle of commercial areas. Parking is available at the rear of the building. The management was super friendly and very committed. You were given a brief introduction to the all-you-can-eat buffet and then we started straight away. In addition to the buffet mentioned, you can also order a la carte. The food rolls past you and you can take what you want as you please. The price is in good proportion to what you can eat and as much as you want. It should be noted that you have a time slot of 90 minutes for consumption. Food and drinks were delicious and fresh. Due to its popularity, there is a lot of activity in the restaurant. But you can still eat in peace and enjoy the moment. Gladly again!

My daughter and I ate there for the first time. The food was a disaster. It was unappetizing on the plate. No flavor, nothing. I've never experienced anything like it. We left after 20 minutes. We felt sick after the meal. The service was irritating. The place smelled strange. The atmosphere was like a snack bar. For two people with two drinks. €64. We felt so sick afterwards. Not recommended.

I went to the lunch buffet today with my two sons. Everything was great. Very nice atmosphere. Very friendly and attentive staff. The food was simply great. We would love to come back and can warmly recommend it to everyone.

We became aware of this store through an Insta video. Unfortunately, the atmosphere of the video doesn't come across at all here. The flowers on the ceiling are made of plastic, the ventilation seems to be just decorative. There was an air in the restaurant as if you were in a tropical forest. Headaches inevitable... Nobody asked about our reservation, I could have saved myself. After we were seated, nothing happened for 15 minutes. Unfortunately the service is very inattentive. The quality of the sushi is positive. It was really very tasty. The warm part was sometimes strange. Shrimp were fried with the shell including the intestines. The garlic-filled scampi also looked delicious, but the intestines were sticking out again. I saved myself the treat. Too bad. The variety on the treadmill was also rather strange. It all came in fits and starts, without any variety. This means that if Steak Grad was on the conveyor belt, you had to wait about an hour for it to show up again. Conclusion: more appearance than reality. You can eat well and tasty here, and the price-performance ratio is also ok. But much more could be achieved here. I also don't understand the reason why you get half an hour less time in Hamm than in Wandsbek.

Simply great. Have eaten there several times. Even if you don't have a reservation, you can get a table as long as you wait a while.

After a wait of 45 minutes (without reservation) we were able to start with the buffet. The food was very tasty and the selection was varied. There was no skimping on salmon either. Can really recommend.

We were there spontaneously for the lunch buffet! After a short wait, we were allowed to take a seat on the treadmill! The service is really friendly and fast! Drinks were brought to the table immediately! The selection is really good for Wednesdays! Even for non-sushi eaters! Personally, the sushi rice was too sweet for me but I was still full! For exactly €20 for food and a large drink you can't complain!

Finally a nice running sushi again, with warm and cold dishes. My girlfriend was thrilled by the large selection, sushi, various meat and fish dishes, small steamers with different contents. Everything was also very tasty. As well as the beautiful ambience. And don't forget the great service, we were also asked if we had any further wishes regarding the selection. Which was promptly submitted. There was also the option of ice cream for dessert. We'd love to come back.

We used to go there (4Mosa) often. We were surprised about 3 months ago when the restaurant now has a different name, the prices were raised and there was no longer a "wok station". The sushi and the other plates from the treadmill, which are interesting for us, were delicious.

I'm a bit of a sushi expert, but for me the dishes offered on the conveyor belt were delicious and varied. Hygienically it seemed harmonious to me. The double-decker treadmills run in a tunnel made of acrylic glass and have sliding doors that can be opened for removal.

Went there for the first time today after it changed from 4Mosa to Jam Jam. Were really disappointed. The selection of sushi was small and the ones that were there were more of the simple types of sushi. It's a real shame, we used to love going to 4Mosa. We don't go to Jam Jam anymore. :(

I'm really not a sushi expert, but I really enjoyed it. Actually we were only here because of the entertainment: sushi from the assembly line ;-) It was definitely worth it. The service was also good. All in all, really recommended, be sure to reserve in advance. It is also well filled during the week.

We've been coming to our regular restaurant for years. Everything is delicious. Service is always courteous and you will be asked whether you would like to have any extra requests if something is missing on the treadmill. Keep it up, we’ll always be happy to come back🥰

In my opinion one of the three best “Running Sushi” in Hamburg. The constantly changing sushi creations (especially the nigri and the walnut California roll) are remarkable. Highly recommended - however, reservations are strongly recommended on weekends!

Super friendly running sushi restaurant! If something is missing on the treadmill, all you have to do is speak to the staff and you'll quickly get more of your favorite foods. At peak times it can be difficult to get a table. Even if you have made a reservation, you sometimes still have to wait around 20 minutes. However, there are comfortable seats for those waiting. All in all a very good experience!

The first and subsequent time I was in this restaurant with my friend was actually a very positive experience. So it's a real shame that it was so cruel and unsympathetic this time. We wouldn't go there again. This time I'm really at a loss for words. It wasn't a holiday, it was a normal Saturday, no different from the previous times. The restaurant was crowded. Even with the reservation we had to wait a quarter of an hour. At a long table with other guests who had reserved. We were then led to a table that was at the end of the line. A small table, with little space. Which they had put up temporarily. Next to our chairs guests with their backs turned to us. Constant fear that they will have to stand up and that we will have to move to the side. Just no “window” to get the food out. Directly next to us was this table in question, where we were previously allowed to sit down to wait. Looks that almost pierce you. And next to us there is also a narrow passage for staff and guests. A very depressing feeling. I didn't like eating at all. The waiter, who has a bad-tempered expression on his face (everyone will know who I mean when they see him) accompanied us to this table and said that we would be shown to another table as soon as something became available. We waited and tables became available. Nobody offered us another table. After 10 minutes, when my friend saw that another table had become available, he got up and asked the waiter in question if we could sit there because it was an unpleasant situation for us. He said we should wait because he had to let other guests come to the table first, asked for a little patience and that we would get the next one because then more tables would become free at once. The colleagues used the new free tables for additional waiting guests and another 10 minutes passed. Then my friend stood up again. The waiter in question reacted annoyed and then reluctantly let us sit at the newly vacated table. This was such an outrageous situation. This is how you can scare away guests. We would never enter this store again. There was no tip and I even left the store without saying goodbye. If you already offer reservations, make sure that they are realistically allocated.

I've eaten extremely well every time I've eaten in this restaurant. All you can eat costs €25, but for that you also get a good quality and varied selection of food from the conveyor belt. Definitely a recommendation. 😋

Me and my colleague were here today for lunch you can eat. I saw more oranges and brownies than sushi, so a very meager selection. When we asked to add more variety, we were told, oh, that's only served in the evening.

Delicious and great service. However, time management should be handled better. It cannot and must not be the case that I make a reservation and have to wait 30 minutes until I get to a table. Make a stop if there are too many people in the restaurant and it's good.

This is the best sushi restaurant I have ever eaten at in Hamburg. The ingredients are very fresh, the proprietress pays special attention to quality, and there are many varieties to choose from. Many dishes are developed and prepared by the proprietress herself. It is a great place for family gatherings.

I love it, it's actually always busy. But even if you don't have a reservation, you can usually get there very quickly. It's simple but super comfortable.

There was also a good selection for “non-sushi eaters”. Unfortunately there were few fried noodles on the conveyor belt. Sushi was delicious. The staff tried very hard. We found drinks very expensive (water 0.75 for 6.50 euros... And it was tap water)

Catastrophic! From 2 p.m. onwards, no real sushi is served, only wild combinations of surimi and cream cheese, not even maki with salmon, but the price remains the same. Other dishes are no longer refilled, bad luck, if you weren't there at the beginning you have to work off the leftovers at the same price. This is unacceptable. It used to be much better, it was better to take your money somewhere else. I used to come here all the time and won't come anymore.

Great place for running sushi. You should generally make a reservation because the store can fill up quickly, especially in the evening, but you can usually still get a seat somewhere by waiting. The food is very tasty and varied. The conveyor belt generally contains familiar Asian food such as fried noodles, chicken teriyaki, mochi, beef, fish, shrimp, squid rings, fries, etc. But also simple sushi or more elaborate California rolls, various desserts and fruits. So there really is something for everyone here. The service is also super nice and polite. I highly recommend the restaurant.

I want to share my impressions of a sushi restaurant that I visit quite often. I've been to many similar establishments, but I can say with confidence that this restaurant is one of the best! Everything was very tasty. The prices fully correspond to the quality, and the variety of the menu pleasantly surprises. In addition to sushi, they offer battered chicken wings, nuggets, French fries, fruit and even sweets. The restaurant staff deserves special praise. They are very attentive and friendly. We were offered ice cream as a compliment. I would also like to note that the establishment is very clean.

The waiters were nice, but yes, to pick up you have to wait a long time!

Very nice and nice atmosphere. It's always refilled so you don't have to wait long. The selection is great and very varied. Drinks are picked up quickly and delivered quickly. The quality of the food is very good. And people have great joy in grabbing the food like they are hunting. You definitely have to do it.

As far as the food is concerned, it definitely tastes good but there isn't that much choice and since it's rolling sushi you can only wait until the things that you like come and the things that I liked somehow don't come later at all, which really annoyed me to be honest be. Very good running sushi. The staff was also helpful. All the varieties we ate were delicious. There is also a good selection of hot food available on a second conveyor belt. Everything tasted good here too. However, the seating on the treadmill is a bit tight. We had a space that was further restricted by a pillar. After the restaurant emptied out a bit, we were kindly offered a better place!

We have come here multiple times to have dinner. I appreciate the fact that there is hot as well as cold food. The sushi is not the best ever, but it is sufficient to enjoy it. They swap some foods for others, so each time we visit there is some kind of food that we haven’t tried yet. Most of the food arrives freshly prepared. We have had some evenings where some of the food looked like it was left over from lunch - brownish wasabi that looked rather oxidized. Apart from that, most of the food is great. It’s a fun and enjoyable way of getting dinner for the whole family. My kids love the place and I do, too.
