Great atmosphere, good service, expensive but definitely good value for money! Wishes are fulfilled - whether it's drinks or food. In the right place in the restaurant, with a good view of the kitchen. A small round bar. In summer it is also possible to eat outside. Definitely worth a visit.

Noisy atmosphere and service was not good. We are a married couple on valentine's expecting good and attentive service. For the x amount paid for such a fine dining experience they should make the atmosphere better by being friendly or nice to guests and not move around so much in haste. Food was well prepared.. but again the service

Henriks simply has the best carpaccio in Hamburg! My boyfriend and I really enjoy coming here - the food is great, it's always really nice and fun, and we love spending long evenings here. Absolute recommendation!

We had a very successful business lunch with a total of six people. The waiter was very attentive and put together a starter variation for us that was excellent. The Chateaubriand as the main course was very tender, we were all thrilled and would certainly recommend HENRIKS.

I can only recommend this beautiful restaurant, excellent service, very tasty food. We'll definitely be back.

Too loud, service overwhelmed and not organized.

Can't go wrong here. On point entrecote with great wine pairing. (Maitre should ask for a price point though rather than suggesting a €120 wine) Terra di Montevero was a wonderful bordeaux like Tuscan that matched perfectly! Very attentive service always keeping glasses poured and ensuring all is up to expectations. One small improvement would be the legibility of the menu in such low light environment. Everyone used there mobile phone light. 😏

Dieses Restaurant gilt als gehobene Adresse! Ist es meiner Meinung nach nicht! Es ist Systemgastronomie ! Sehr enttäuschend. Der Tuna war ertrunken in Sojasauce. Die Udonudeln verkocht. Der Kaiserschmarren aufgewärmt. Die Preise sehr hoch. Der Schein ist hoch , dass Sein sehr niedrig. Sie können viel, aber eins sicher nicht KOCHEN!!

We went this restaurant for dinner with our guests at 20/12/2024. Foods was excellent. But servis was not good. There was one person who was take food orders and she was ineligible.. End of the dinner we want to eat some deserts and she bring deserts cards but she never come back to take desert orders for 10-15 minutes back. finaly I waked up and be obliged to warn her to help us. Also there was noise too much in the restaurant. We never heard each other good. Every body was shouting to talk.

That's not how it works! Very good food, nice waiter, but after starter and duck. The main course then came with a nasty surprise: the duck took 45 minutes to prepare. While we were eating it, it was said, “Unfortunately, you have to pay now.” The table will be reassigned from 8 p.m.! Even the waiter was uncomfortable. At this price, you can't continue out in the cold with the leftover food and the remaining bottle of wine!!!

A great place to eat quality food

So this is how criticism is dealt with... Unfortunately, as in the restaurant, there is no apology and even better, the first review is deleted! As already written in the first review, now only in the short version, ambience is great, food and service unfortunately a flop!

The fillet steak boscaiola served with mushroom sauce and puréed potatoes…I highly recommend, I cannot fault it! It was cooked perfectly. Care is taken to the finest detail of brunoised vegetables for the sauce. Just lovely. The interior design creates a beautiful and refined ambiance at night, but the acoustics lets the whole experience down. When the restaurant is at capacity it is very noisy and difficult to converse. The service was professional.

A really nice evening for four...unfortunately we sat in the most terrible chairs the world has ever seen. When we sat, the chairs gave way at least 10-15 cm...we were sitting like frogs at the table. The ambience, the service, the food…excellent!

I recently dined at Restaurant Henriks while visiting Hamburg, and unfortunately, the experience did not live up to the restaurant's upscale image or pricing. While the food was well-prepared and tasted good, the service and atmosphere fell short. From the moment we checked in, the tone from the staff was overly casual. The most interesting part of the evening was the couple seated next to us with a dog on their lap. At this price point and in a fine dining setting, this is absolutely unacceptable. The staff seemed fine with it. The rest of the process from getting the bill to retrieving our coats at the end of the night felt really disorganized. I shared my feedback privately with the restaurant after my visit but received no response, which was disappointing. For a place with such high ambitions, these service issues should be addressed to provide an experience worthy of the price and reputation Henriks is trying to build.

Ambiance: From the outside, the Henriks presents itself as an inviting building that impresses with its attractive lighting design. The first impression is positive and raises high expectations. Service: Unfortunately the reception was not optimal. The organization seemed chaotic as guests waited in the entrance area and there was a lack of clear structure. After a wait of about 5-6 minutes, our reservation was finally found. Unfortunately the table wasn't chosen well at all. After 10 minutes we received the cards, which is not acceptable in a restaurant. Food: The wait for the starters was about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, various types of bread were served without seasonings such as salt or pepper, which diminished the overall impression. - Starters: 1. Tuna-Tataki: Visually appealing in a caviar tin, but tastes good. 2. Tempura shrimp: The taste is also good, but the presentation is rather simple. The main courses took another wait (35 minutes). - Main courses: 1. Surf and Turf (beef tenderloin and 1/2 lobster with truffled mashed potatoes): The beef tenderloin was ordered medium but arrived rare. After grilling, it was brought back as medium rare in the form of medallions. Although the mashed potatoes were flavored with fresh truffles, they lacked basic spices, which made the entire dish disappointing in taste. 2. Grilled Octopus: Again, the taste was bland and uninspiring, which is unacceptable in a restaurant of this price range. Value for money: For a total of €220.50 (excluding wine) you would expect much more in terms of both the quality of the food and the service. Conclusion: Overall, the visit to Henriks was disappointing

Rebecca does a great job and has the place under control even though the kitchen was completely overcrowded that evening.

We came to this restaurant spontaneously on a Friday evening and were warmly welcomed. The food was simply fantastic. I had the lobster salad for starters, which was the best lobster I've had in years. For the main course I had a beef ragout, it was excellent. The service was very nice and the entire evening was a success. We will definitely come back!

Really good restaurant with a nice atmosphere and brilliant service. I think visiting that place is a must. Every dish is fresh and delicious. When they promise a truffle in your salad or pasta, there is a lot of it freshly shaved. 😋 The meat melts in your mouth, and the beef tartare is just perfect. 👌 In my opinion, they could use slightly less salt for people like me who don't eat that much of it.

The Henriks restaurant is always worth a visit when you are in Hamburg. On a mild summer night, the best place to enjoy your stay is on the restaurant's terrace. The staff is always extremely friendly and accommodating, even if we take our time and sit at the table beyond the opening hours because we forget the time. A dessert is sometimes even possible even though the kitchen is actually closed - I would want to give more than 5 stars for that alone if I could. The food is always a taste highlight and I can only warmly recommend it to everyone. The starters such as tartare or carpaccio and the steaks as the main course are particularly convincing. On my last visit I also had the beetroot salad, which tasted fantastic and I would have liked to order it a few more times. I would even prefer the Corn Crispy Fries over regular or Sweet Potato Fries and the dessert was the icing on the cake. The combination of warm cherry cake with the chocolate sorbet on top that melted was to die for. I can only warmly recommend a visit and it is one of the highlights for me every time I am in Hamburg

La comida no es nada especial, pero el mayor problema era el servicio. La señora mayor era bastante grosera cuando queríamos pagar me dejó esperar de pie a su lado mientras hablaba con sus colegas... tan grosera para un restaurante de ese nivel por ese precio. Así que normalmente doy un 10% de propina pero esta vez 0% de offcourse, así que no fue inteligente de su parte. El camarero obeso está dando un servicio como si fuera amigo de todo el mundo no de una manera que debería ser en un restaurante de este nivel... Así que en general el servicio no es bueno en absoluto, aunque la cocina es bastante buena, pero necesita un buen gerente de restaurante muy pronto. Estuve allí el 2 de agosto para almorzar.

HENRIKS is one of my favorite restaurants in Hamburg. EVERYTHING is delicious here. My favorites are the appetizers and the tomahawk steak. The wine selection is also extremely good. For dessert we always eat a scoop of homemade salted caramel ice cream (even if we can't fit any more). Not a bargain price but worth every cent!

Un lugar agradable y muy ocupado, donde nos trajo por nuestros amigos locales y que tenía una mesa vacante en un corto plazo de aviso, mientras que un par de otros restaurantes que estábamos ansiosos por llegar estaban llenos. Había un poco de lío con los camareros tratando de estar en todas partes al mismo tiempo, pero lo hicieron bien, y la comida era impecable: ya sea gazpacho o sarro de res y el filete con chanterelles al lado. Pero mi favorita era la ensalada de langosta, que era rica y muy sabrosa.

Everything all around great. A safe bet for the finest food, wine and great service right from the start. In contrast to many others, a good beer is also poured into good tulips here - for a wonderful aperitif from the bar. Our guests from the Heinshof riding stables in the Lüneburg Heath and we are always happy to come back! And we are also happy to take advantage of the catering. Top class. Das Henriks ist ein hervorragendes Restaurant. Wir waren heute Abend das erste mal auf Empfehlung dort. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr zuvorkommend, jeder Extrawunsch wurde uns erfüllt. Wir hatten als Vorspeise das Tatar und als Hauptgang das Chateaubriand für 2 mit Pfifferlingen und Trüffelsauce. Wenn es möglich wäre würde ich hier sogar zehn Sterne vergeben. Es war sogar insgesamt besser als im Grill im Hotel Vierjahreszeiten. Zusammengefasst absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder. Lieben Dank an Sven für seine Geduld mit uns und ein Lob an die Küche.

Great selection of dishes! Super idyllic location. We sat on the sunny terrace! Service seemed a bit overwhelmed at times; we sometimes had to remember to order drinks and the bill. First there was an incorrect bill...that should have been noticed as there were 5 main courses and there were only three of us, i.e. about twice as much! Given the prices, I expect top service and, above all, a clean tablecloth, so only 4 stars for the service! Room for improvement!

Very nice restaurant with a great ambience. The service on site was extremely good and courteous. The dishes were beautifully presented and really tasty, shout out to the chefs, it was absolutely delicious! First class work! Fine workmanship down to the last detail. I would be happy to recommend this restaurant, with its staff and excellent cuisine, we will definitely come back when the time comes. Moin Folks, nun, letztes Jahr hier gewesen und jetzt aktuell zu Pfingsten, die Hütte war ganz gut besucht und selbst Sylvie Meis war gestern da. Es war gut, die Speisen sind ein Traum, der Service ganz gut, könnte immer etwas besser sein, nun Claas hat auch was, dort waren wir bereits in der kurzen Eröffnungszeit schon zweimal. Hier im Henriks ist es schon geil, richtig geil, guten Appetit.

Cadre, ambiance, deco très très sympa. Repas excellent et haut de gamme. Ce restaurant est au guide Michelin et c’est totalement justifié.

Food tasty, not cheap but quality costs money. Service good, very nice and friendly. Location is ok, nothing special. But €11 for a 0.7 water… sorry but what is that? Am I here in St Tropez? 😂

I've already visited a few restaurants in Hamburg, but Henriks, right next to the Grand Elysee Hotel, is one of the best. The menu is constantly being supplemented with seasonal dishes and is also diverse in other ways. The tartare with quail egg is a perfect starter. The asparagus with fillet tips was really great. The very extensive wine list covers many well-known growing regions in Europe and also offers wines from overseas. Quality has its price and this quality is worth it.

The restaurants is well designed and decorated. Professional and friendly staffs. Food are diversity and amazing. Fresh seafoods.

SAP canteen, which is also part of the restaurant, is great, super nice employees and very helpful.

Perfect ambience, exciting menu with small highlights and always super polite staff. I always enjoy going to HENRIKs. The outdoor area is particularly recommended in warmer temperatures. Wine list is very extensive.

Spaghetti Vongole (with olive oil, parsley and garlic) = €31.00. Cost of goods estimated at €1.00. At first I thought these prices were a joke. Not recommended for a private visit (without expenses), even for the wealthy, because the price/performance ratio is not right here and as a guest you just feel like a milk cow! I lost my appetite pretty quickly.

Casual Dining with Friends (02/24) Cozy ambience with a modern flair. The open kitchen and the floor-to-ceiling walk-in chambrer look very sophisticated and inviting. Service very relaxed, perhaps a bit too casual for some, but still professional enough for the restaurant; all in all a pleasant atmosphere. A bit hectic atmosphere every now and then due to a lot of quick movements in the guest room by many employees and relatively few guests. All the employees were extremely friendly and had a welcoming atmosphere. Extensive international wine list with a focus on Germany and France, which covers the most relevant; Exquisite nuances from all over the world round off the whole thing. The menu reads very attractively and is of high quality in terms of ingredients. The implementation is definitely satisfactory, but just at the limit of price-performance tolerance. The quantity of food and the quality justify the price, which is quite high. In detail: Three types of tartare - €38 The beef tartare is served plain, so you can refine it yourself with various ingredients - good idea! The tuna tartare is very tasty with seaweed salad and wasabi cream. The salmon tartare, on the other hand, is unfortunately a bit strange in terms of consistency. Instead of being finely chopped, it looks as if it had been mixed with a blender into a fine paste, which completely destroys the look and feel in the mouth. However, the taste is impressive again. In detail: Chateaubriand - 59€ Excellent meat quality pays off! Buttery tender and pleasant on the palate with excellent taste and perfect cooking level. It's nice to see on the menu that the meat is only served rare to medium. Anything else would simply be a waste! Side dishes can be freely chosen from the menu... Unfortunately, we made a big mistake here with the truffled mashed potatoes, which simply tasted bland and boring. 12 euros for 4 tablespoons for free. The fried potatoes with the Wiener Schnitzel unfortunately agree with this sobering assessment, although the schnitzel itself was excellent. As a wine connoisseur you will definitely make one or two strokes of luck here. The rest of the card is fairly calculated! Conclusion: clear recommendation for a dinner with friends, family or in a business setting. However, that special something is missing for the fifth star. We would love to come back and recommend the restaurant!

We had a really nice table and the shop had a great atmosphere. The champagne & wine fridge was particularly good. Everyone gets their money's worth.

Leider empfanden wir die Preise als überhöht. Für eine Ente Gin mit Tonic und eine Cola zahlten wir insgesamt 160€. Statt einer ganzen Ente erhielten wir nur 4 Teile, und der Rest blieb im Restaurant. Es wäre angemessener, wenn der Kellner nach den Präferenzen des Gastes bezüglich der Ente gefragt hätte. Abgesehen davon war alles großartig – das Restaurant ist beeindruckend und sehr belebt. Das gesamte Personal war äußerst freundlich. Trotz dieser kleinen Unannehmlichkeit würde ich das Restaurant weiterempfehlen.

Erstklassiges Essen, top Service.

Einfach mega. Essen ist immer top, tolles Ambiente und super Service.

Selten so schlechten Service auf diesem Preisniveau erlebt. Das Dreierlei vom Tatar mit verschiedenen Dips war an sich topp. Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn man beim Servieren kurz erklärt hätte, was man kredenzt. Selbiges beim Tomahawk- vier Saucieren wortlos auf den Tisch stellen und schnell weg, fast wie im Baumarkt. Das Nachlegen des Fleisches muss nach minutenlanger Wartezeit mehrfach eingefordert werden. Überraschend auch, dass auch die Weinflasche gar nicht leer ist, sondern einfach das Nachschenken vergessen wurde. Nun denn. Leider hatte man es nicht geschafft, den Tisch wie vorgesprochen anlässlich des zu feiernden Geburtstages zu schmücken. Dafür sollte es dann „einen Geburtstagskuchen“ geben - leider hat man auch die Auslieferung versäumt. Stattdessen genießt nun vermutlich das erschöpfte Personal die Backware zum Feierabend. Gar nicht auszudenken, wenn der Laden voll gewesen wäre …. Zum Glück bietet Hamburg ausreichend Alternativen auf diesem Level.

Essen: 2 Personen haben Doraden vom Grill bestellt. Es wurden sehr unterschiedliche Größen serviert. Ein Fisch in normaler Größe, der andere ca. 10 cm (!) im gesamten Umfang kleiner. Beide Doraden vom Grill (?) mit Panade überzogen und leider auch Übersalzen. Salate waren in Ordnung. Service: Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam aber manchmal etwas zu übertrieben bei den Nachfragen (Nachtisch, Getränke). Man hat das Gefühl, dass man etwas bestellen muss oder schnell gehen sollte.. Ambiente: Die Plastikstühle waren "sehr interessant". Die vorderen Stuhlbeine gingen, sobald man sich gesetzt hat, auseinander (obwohl wir alle nicht übergewichtig waren), das führte dazu, dass man am Tisch sehr tief saß und nicht mehr gemütlich essen konnte. Alles in allem.. für ein Restaurant welches mit einem "Starkoch" wirbt, eher enttäuschend.

Excellent. Angefangen vom Ambiente und jedes Gericht ein Treffer. Egal ob zum Lunch oder Abendessen. Manchmal könnte der Service etwas aufmerksamer und schneller sein. Aber man ist ja auch nicht auf der Flucht. Super Lokal. Weiter so

Seht cooles modernes Restaurant mit tollem Personal. Mittags Karte war sehr abwechslungsreich und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Das Service Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine Reservierung ist von Vorteil, da es immer sehr gut besucht ist.

Atmosphäre und Ambiente haben für ein tolles Gesamtbild schon beim betreten des Restaurants gesorgt. Essen und und Getränke waren fabelhaft! Lockere und dabei professionelle Beratung hinsichtlich vieler Fragen, konnten perfekt und charmant beantwortet werden.

Tolles Essen,aufmerksamer Service und tolle Terrasse. Bloß schade,das es bloß weil es ein paar Idioten nicht passt, es keine Foie Gras mehr gibt.

Das Essen ist einfach nur super, ABER die Kellner/in sind leider sehr unfähig. Vielleicht hatten wir nur Pech, aber das einfach eine halbe Flasche Wein verschwindet und die Kellner relativ arrogant sind.. war es am Ende trotzdem ok.

Mein Partner und ich waren heute dort zum Essen. Wir haben ein 1150 g Rib Eye Steak für 2 Personen bestellt mit einem kleinen gemischten Salat. Dazu gab es Pommes nach Henriks Art. Das Fleisch hat eine ausgezeichnete Qualität! Wir haben noch nie irgendwo besser gegessen! Unsere Bedienung/Servicekraft Kai Kruse war sehr aufmerksam, freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns ein ausgezeichnetes Dessert empfohlen! Wir haben Spaghetti Eis bekommen, dies sollte eigentlich eine kleine Portion sein. Serviert wurde aber eine sehr große Portion, die hervorragend geschmeckt hat, wie auch alle anderen von uns bestellten Speisen! Das Restaurant hat auch eine sehr große und gute Weinkarte, Cocktails und Spirituosen! Wir können nur jedem empfehlen, hier einmal essen zu gehen, denn der Service, wie auch das Essen sind ausgezeichnet wir können andere Bewertung nicht verstehen! Wir werden in jedem Fall wiederkommen. Ein wunderschönes Restaurant mitten in Hamburg. Die Qualität der Speisen ist 1A und der Service könnte nicht besser sein. Besonders hervorzuheben sind Rebecca und Anna, vom Service, sehr viel Empathie und Aufmerksamkeit hat für den perfekten Abend den Ausschlag gegeben.

Ordered and bought champagnes, and service were out of touch. Called the classic Rossini Pork Knucckle towards the guest after 2 up market champagnes to be cocky knowing he is a non pork eating guest. Just dont!! Idiotic behaviour of waiters, not just one. Must say anti-muslim experience. Meat was great quality but cooked to French standards. Ask for medium and you get bleu….Thay pretend to make great cocktails, but make Negronis with Martini Rosso and Old Fashioned without using proper bourbon… An embarresment to fine cuisine and bringing guests to have a great experience in Hamburg

Wir haben im Henriks unsere Hochzeit gefeiert. Und vom Eintreffen der Gäste gegen Mittag bis in die späten Abendstunden war das gesamte Personal stets um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht, ob Klein oder Groß. Die Stimmung und die Atmosphäre war entspannt und locker. Die Krönung war natürlich das ausgezeichnete Essen am Abend. Unsere Gäste waren durchweg begeistert und viele wollen nochmal wiederkommen. Danke nochmal an das gesamte Team vom Henriks für eine unvergessliche Hochzeit!

Bisschen schräger Laden :) - die Location ist relativ spießig, der Service aber sehr locker und freundlich. Diese merkwürdige Mischung hat mir gut gefallen.

Wir hatten einen Tisch bestellt und leider ist etwas mit unserer Bestellung schiefgegangen. Kein Problem für das nette Team. Sofort hatten wir einen perfekten Tisch. Das essen war fantastisch. Vor allem müssen wir aber den guten und netten Service erwähnen. Vielen Dank an Rebekka die einen perfekten Job gemacht hat. Beim nächsten Mal in Hamburg sind wir wieder am Start...

Wir hatten als Familie einen Tisch für fünf Personen reserviert, um einen kleinen Familienevent zu begehen. Abgesehen davon, dass das Restaurant extrem dunkel und „unterklimatisiert“ war, erhielten wir einen Tisch am Eingang, der uns nicht zusagte. Wir hatten freundlich um eine Alternative gebeten, damit einige Familienmitglieder auf der Bank und nicht auf den fragilen Stühlen sitzen können. Unsere Bedienung war bemüht, aber der „Empfangschef“ war im Kasernenhofton unterwegs und rief der redlich bemühten Bedienung „Wir haben halt Stühle - isso!“ zu und suchte keinen verbindlich-freundlichen Kontakt zu uns. Für diese „Abfertigung“ ist das Henriks leider bekannt, aber wir wollten einen neuen Versuch wagen. Die Restaurantleitung ist das Kernproblem für die Atmosphäre im Henriks. Er hat den Charme einer Rasierklinge und reißt sich - wenn überhaupt - nur gegenüber Stammkunden zusammen. Nach uns betrat ein Bekannter Sternekoch das Restaurant und wurde auch schroff auf zwei Tische im hinteren Teil des Restaurant verwiesen - getreu dem Motto „Take it or leave it.“ Wir haben uns für „leave it“ entschieden und haben dem Restaurant den Rücken gekehrt. Unser Lieblingsitaliener war nur wenige Minuten entfernt, und dort wird jeder Gast sehr freundlich empfangen, das Personal ist sehr zugewandt.
