Reo Steakhouse in Schenefeld

We went there for breakfast today and treated ourselves to the Grand Slam, a very generous breakfast with pancakes and much more. It was really delicious, the scrambled eggs were fantastic! And the service was excellent too; we really enjoyed it.

After months, we thought, "Come on, let's go again; maybe it was just a one-off that we didn't like it the first time." Unfortunately, we were wrong. We could forgive the fact that the place was a bit full and we had to wait a little longer. We ordered breakfast twice. The cutlery was generally clean, but showed signs of age—not just the forks, but also the small spoons. It wasn't pretty to look at. They should replace it. We moved to a different table once because the tabletop was wobbly, and the other table was too. The coffee pot, which is always used to refill the coffee, wasn't clean. The cold cuts didn't look like they'd been kept refrigerated, and the spreadable sausage was already discolored. They should show a little more respect for their customers. We won't be going back.

Upon arrival, many tables inside and outside were not cleared. So we sat down. We ordered drinks, appetizers, and main courses. One of our ordered main courses was delivered incorrectly, and the empty appetizer plate wasn't cleared away. Many guests had to wait a long time to pay. Restrooms weren't clean, with lots of water on the floor. The food was mostly frozen and microwaved. The beef fillet wasn't asked how it was done, a no-no in a steakhouse. A side salad was supposed to accompany the two main courses we ordered, but it was completely forgotten. The mayo and ketchup bottles were dirty from previous users. We complained, and we received completely new bottles. The server was unemotional. We won't be back anytime soon.

Yesterday, four of us went there for the first time, but definitely not the last. Lovely shop, great location, very friendly staff, and delicious food and drinks! ☺️👍

Breakfast is highly recommended. The service is incredibly friendly. You feel welcome from start to finish. We always had a great time here. You absolutely have to go.

The schnitzel was filling. The breading was delicious, golden yellow. The salad was also good. Almost 19 euros per portion. Top value for money, 5*****

Very friendly service, if only the food were a bit better

The ambiance is quite OK, and the seating is good and comfortable. We were there for breakfast this morning. The server was very unemotional, and his shoes made such a loud noise when he walked that you thought he had chewing gum stuck to them. The sausage and cheese on the platter were already yellowed and unappealing. The coffee pot was sticky and dirty. Sorry, but I don't recommend it.

Very tasty food at reasonable prices. Large portions that fill you up. We were totally satisfied with the food and want to try breakfast next. The atmosphere is nice. The waitress was great. A big compliment to Elfie (we think we caught her name that way), very friendly, very attentive. We'll be back!

The breakfast is good, except for the rolls, they are pre-baked rolls, some of them so baked that they taste like rusks, you can hardly cut through them, a shame, but we got three of them like that.

Perfect for breakfast and lunch

Steak restaurant in the Schenefeld shopping center or Schenefeld town center. Surprisingly good food at a reasonable price.

I've only had breakfast there so far and it was always sufficient and tasty. The service is very friendly and always available for a quick chat.

I dunno man… was it good? Not really. Was it good in the Mall-in-Northern-Germany-on-a-weekday-at-lunch? Somewhat. Went there with my wife and small kids, everybody got fed, it didn’t break the bank…

Had little time and came here. First impression: Dirty, sticky tables and crumbs on the floor. The waiter was nice though and wiped our table clean when we asked. We wanted a small breakfast: my daughter ordered pancakes and I ordered the French breakfast. The croissants were the ones we know from Aldi/Discounter, for baking. Plus jam, butter, honey - and a slice each of cucumber and tomato - which surprises me a lot. The pancakes were like the ones from the refrigerated section, to be warmed up. I'm very disappointed - of course I don't expect luxury for the price but I don't expect everything out of the box.

We were welcomed very politely and friendly. The food (burgers with fries) was incredibly fresh and tasty. After serving, the waiter also asked if everything was OK and if we needed anything else. Precisely. Clear recommendation.

Leckeres Essen ( sowohl Tageskarte als auch à la Carter), freundlicher Service. Und schnell geht es auch.

Die Preise sind zwar gut, aber alles andere ist daran angepasst.

Besser Frühstücken geht nicht für den Preis. Haben eine sehr freundliche Bedienung vorgefunden. Immer wieder .

Wir sind immer sehr zufrieden mit dem Essen, egal was wir bis jetzt bestellt haben, es war immer lecker und die Portionen sind groß und frisch zubereitet. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und aufmerksam, Preise sind in angemessen.

Sind heute seit langem mal wieder dort gewesen. Essen war sehr lecker und die Portionen groß. Auch bei einer großen Bestellung kam das Essen schnell an den Tisch und war warm und genau richtig gegrillt. Fleisch war super und die Pommes nicht pappig. Preis/Leistung stimmt hier voll überein und man kann hier auf jeden Fall noch mal essen gehen und das Restaurant weiterempfehlen. Auch für mehr Personen ist hier genug Platz zu finden.

Sehr freundlich, sehr lecker ,Portion Schwiegermutter und ich gut satt geworden vom Salat mit Pute und Knobibrot ,Muddern schönes Steak mit einer Backkartoffel hat ihr sehr gut geschmeckt wir waren satt ,kommen wieder

Ich war gestern zum erträglich Mal dort gewesen und es war sehr lecker und preiswert!! Ich hab mich für ein Gericht aus der Mittagskarte entschieden und hab mehr bekommen als ich erwartet habe!!Und es war sehr lecker 😋 !

Naja, ist ok die Spareribs und auch die restlichen Fingerfoods sind Fertigprodukte aber der Service ist nett. Das Steak haben wir nicht probiert dazu kann ich nichts sagen.

Das Essen war sehr lecker! Die Atmosphäre hätte etwas angenehmer sein können. Aber das ist vielleicht auch der derzeitigen Situation geschuldet.

Restaurant sehr gut, Essen Top. Hätte gern draußen gesessen nur das geht leider nicht wirklich, da es so kalt ist das man man nach innen gehen muss. Die Centerverwaltung ist wahrscheinlich der Meinung, man müsse ab 19 Uhr alle Fenster öffnen so das man sich dort den Arsc.. abfrieren kann.

Wir waren dort zum Brunch , es war alles lecker und reichlich, es wurde stets alles frisch auf gefüllt. Auch die Bedienung war freundlich und aufmerksam!!!

Wir sind bis jetzt immer zum Frühstück dort gewesen. Das war immer sehr lecker und sehr nett angerichtet. Mit Kaffee und Tee satt. Die Bedienung ist immer sehr freundlich.
