We had very good food and very good service, would love to come back

The restaurant has declined significantly. There seems to have been a change of operator. The employees are also new. We are disappointed and won't be coming back.

Absolutely not recommended! The Coppers had been one of my favorite bars for years, but unfortunately not anymore, because we (only women) were suddenly insulted in the worst possible way by an unknown man. Even after repeatedly asking us to leave us alone, the man didn't stop bothering us and we desperately asked the waitress for help. She said the man was a friend of the boss and walked away. We then wanted to speak to the boss, but unfortunately he wasn't there. We would have liked to hear his opinion on such business-damaging behavior from a “friend”. (We reserve the right to take legal action against the man.) We now advise our friends (and especially women) not to eat there.

Great service, great food, and very pet friendly.

The food is ok but would recommend female guests NOT to visit this restaurant. Here, misogynistic and invasive verbal comments from male guests are accepted because they appear to be close to the host. The complaint to the service staff about the guest in question was not taken seriously - on the contrary, it was dismissed in a rather unfriendly manner. Although the waitress even noticed the inappropriate sexist insults against our group (3 women), which were suddenly, completely unprovoked and aggressively fired in our direction, she said: "That's the boss's best friend, so it's ok". The restaurant owner himself was not present at the situation last night. Unfortunately, super unpleasant and very unfortunate and damaging for the store. We will definitely not be coming back and will advise those around us not to visit Coppers.

I'm surprised at some of the reviews here. Some people always have something to complain about. Personally, I can only advise against the suggestion of going to Opposti, the service there was bad and so was the food. The Coppers are in a better league. Our food was fresh, tasty and not at all convenience! The service was attentive and courteous and I cannot confirm the alleged exaggerated smell of the service staff. After the meal we had the absolute best cappuccino (home-roasted!) that I have ever had, definitely try it!!! The tables are at a completely normal distance from each other, I have to smile that people are messing around with them. Parking spaces were also free, it probably depends on what time you are there. We'd love to come back.

Today's visit to the restaurant at Coppers actually started wonderfully. But unfortunately the mood changed abruptly and out of nowhere when a guest, who had already consumed a few alcoholic drinks, started shouting at us. His comments were invasive and insulting, both regarding the topics of our conversation and our appearance. He even speculated about our upbringing and our supposedly low income. This man, who appears to be a friend of the restaurant's manager, called us stupid little girls. When asked to sit somewhere else, he refused. He also ignored the request to leave us alone. Instead, he continued to listen to us and made more condescending comments. When we approached the waitress and asked if such harassment would be tolerated in this restaurant, we received a disappointing answer. She explained to us that the man was a friend of the boss and then simply went back inside the restaurant. This reaction is and was completely unacceptable to us. Of course we ordered the bill straight away and forewent a tip. In my opinion, someone who ignores such incidents and does not intervene has no place in this profession. It's obvious that you just have to be a friend of your boss to be able to freely express your personal grudges without fear of consequences. It's a real shame because we've enjoyed visiting Coppers often and often. But after this incident we will avoid the restaurant in the future. We neither want to be in the company of such guests nor support a restaurant that tolerates misogynistic sympathizers in any way.

We were able to reserve a table here at short notice for 6 people and 2 dogs. The atmosphere of the restaurant, the ambience is very appealing. We received a very friendly welcome and service here! Due to the large number of guests eating at the same time, we had to wait a little too long after the starter for the main course, but we were rewarded with excellent food! We would love to come back and highly recommend eating here!

Very disappointing! Actually it's a scam. The truffle parmesan fries consist of a mini bowl of fries with a few crumbs of parmesan and no truffle (and for €8!). The Caesars bowl was more of a soup with tarnished lettuce leaves. Neither good nor tasty. The waitresses were apathetic and bored. Very, very bad for the money. Never again.

Was at Coppers for 2.3 years but now it's just a rip off. Pasta now sometimes costs €20, while the same dish, which is 100 times more delicious, costs €13 at Rocco. There is a €3 surcharge for vegetarian patties. Given the fact that the good origin of the meat is advertised, I wonder how preparing a veggie patty can cost so much more? When it comes to purchasing it is much cheaper than a real beef patty from a good farm. You can now only get bread after asking several times. In the past it was always placed directly on the table. I and many of my friends will no longer go here. The price-performance ratio is no longer right!

I ordered a Wiener Schnitzel. Unfortunately it was inedible. Visually it's already off-putting and also tough, tasteless and nowhere near the level of a schnitzel at "Blaue Blume" or "Restaurant Klövensteen". Therefore either cheap goods and/or a kitchen problem. My feedback from the service staff was unresonant. I'm not coming back.

The ambience and service were great. The steak we ordered was cooked perfectly (medium). However, the Mediterranean vegetables contained carrots (rare in the Mediterranean). What was worse, however, was the fact that the rice was not freshly prepared but warmed up. Nevertheless, all dishes were tasty.

We got the recommendation from the family and were not disappointed. The ambience is very dignified and relaxing, the food (especially the airy, crispy fries) is very tasty and plentiful and the service is very attentive and on the ball. Even when we had a drink returned (well done, but unfortunately not to our taste), a new drink was made without any problems and charged accordingly. The design is based on the name of the restaurant and so many copper tones can be found everywhere. All in all, we were very satisfied and if we are in the area again, we would like to come back!

You almost sit on the guest's lap at the next table, privacy is nil, food is almost just convenience that was poorly prepared, waiters smell so strong that you lose your appetite, but it's clearly overpriced, definitely no risk of repeat. Also far too few parking spaces.

Excellent food, very friendly staff, very comfortably furnished. Unfortunately, a point is deducted in the service as only cash or ec card is accepted. Payment by credit or debit card not possible.

Were there for dinner on Sunday with 4 people. Nice welcome, got a nice table. Nice atmosphere. Friendly welcome. The food was okay. After 1 hour we still didn't have our main courses. After asking, the female waiter said it was because of the order of the meal... we had ordered a starter and then the male waiter didn't pass on the main course??!?. An apology was then made, but the reasoning was not understandable to us. Well…… when we had flaky canned milk with the final coffee and complained about that too…. Of course, a new coffee came and the explanation from the female waiter: We should have shaken the packaged milk pot first, didn't really explain itself to us. Do you always shake these milk pots before opening them? - not known to us. Well….. Conclusion: Criticism was corrected, but the handling of it was somehow downplayed by this female waiter…..at least that's how it seemed to us….. It's a shame, otherwise it's been a feel-good restaurant so far . Now take a long break from Coppers...

I had a Pasta e Limone on my lunch break. This tasted as if someone had simply poured a bottle of lemon juice concentrate over it, maybe a little salt and pepper and that was it. Since my break was limited to an hour, I didn't order again. But actually it was inedible. I also let the person sitting next to me try it. He said the same thing. The criticism was not taken seriously and there was no discount. So food that probably cost 50 cents and tasted really horrible was paid for €15.60. Unfortunately I'll never come back. The previous time I had curry, which was very watery and not seasoned enough. Things used to be better there. Quality has deteriorated rapidly!

Great atmosphere but we waited too long for the food

Nice and cosy place, delicious food and polite friendly staff! Fancy,new, well decorated place with firewall who is making the atmosphere more warm.

By chance for lunch, super attentive staff, the highlight was the espresso, best of the last 3 years, next we will stop by in the evening.

Ambiance is very pleasant. Prices are okay. I had the crispy chicken burger with fries. Everything was solid, but nothing special. You come because of the ambience and if you don't feel like going to Hamburg.

Service was ok, seemed annoyed at times. Food was delicious. But bruschetta only 2 pieces are not enough for the price here in the star restaurant. The rump steak had several pieces of cartilage, which was a no go for me personally, as you can see that during the preparation. Dessert is way too expensive for the amount, I would have liked a scoop of ice cream with the cheesecake. Coleslaw too runny. They can't come close to Champs coleslaw. Update 03/31/24 Staff very nice and reliable, unfortunately fries were oversalted.

I liked the atmosphere, nice music, large room. We ordered steak and fish and were pleasantly surprised that they also brought us salads, which we did not order, it turns out that salads come as a bonus to the order. We also liked the dark beer.

Yesterday we had a lovely evening with our friends at Coppers Bar & Kitchen. The atmosphere is very inviting, cozy and decorated in beautiful colors. Each of us ordered a different meal and everyone was very satisfied. I can also only praise the nice service staff. We will be back!

I went there for dinner with my friends for the first time today and it was just great. The staff was totally friendly, in a good mood and attentive. My steak was so bad Fried perfectly 👍 I love it medium and with the baked potato, luckily with a lot of curd, really to my taste 🫶 Everything was just perfect Finally, an ice cream sundae with lots of cream I would recommend this great restaurant again and again 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

A cozy location with a counter and seats. It was the first visit to Coppers. The staff is very attentive, friendly and competent in providing advice. The food is very attractively prepared and is of good quality. We will eat there again.

But unfortunately the tables are assigned twice on the weekend, which means that if you have reserved a table at 6 p.m., you have to leave shortly after 8 p.m. We can really recommend the Coppers, but for those of us who like to sit for a while and have something to drink, this unfortunately doesn't suit us at all and unfortunately ruins the comfort accordingly.

Today we went to Coppers for the second time, after our first attempt wasn't great (non-carbonated Aperol). Had reservations for 6:30 p.m. because Valentine's Day. It was easily 20 minutes before someone took pity on us and asked us what we wanted, and another 20 minutes until our drink arrived (Aperol). We then got nachos and then no waiter was seen. Very very weak. The store was full, but there were three waitresses, which was easily manageable. This time the Aperol had more carbon dioxide, but completely skipped the alcohol and was €8 for mostly seltzer. Sorry, that was the second and last time I was here! It's actually a great shop with a nice atmosphere, so I'd rather go to Lustig 53.6.

... Here it is tolerated... As a guest, you spend your money on mediocre food.. The ambience is very nice.. The service.. subterranean.. Once you have managed to order after what feels like an eternity.. You will get the rest no longer paid attention to in the evening. It could happen that the service staff is bothered with work. In this respect.. For anyone who still wants to know.. Order yourself a large drink.. Because otherwise you'll probably be left out to dry for the rest of the time. Conclusion.. For an average burger at a hefty price.. I'll visit the opposti again next time.. The price, ambience and service are right... Sorry

Great ambience, great food and nice waiters. Definitely worth a visit

Very nice atmosphere. Very nice and attentive service. We had two complaints while eating. These were acknowledged without hesitation and the food was served again. A good restaurant is characterized by the fact that it handles complaints professionally and constructively. Mistakes can happen anywhere. Varied menu. Nice selection of delicious drinks. We, a family with two children and a grandma, will definitely come back because everyone felt very comfortable.

I really like the ambience of Coppers. The service was also completely OK and attentive. But unfortunately the food was a complete failure. Grill plate...meat tough, cold and the beef was well done instead of medium. Spicy Dry Aged Burger.....there was nothing spicy here and you first have to get it right so that the entire burger doesn't really taste like anything, maybe you forgot the spice? The prawns as a starter, which cost €15, were unfortunately fried for too long... here I would also write on the menu that it is not one king prawn, but four small ones. There was also way too much chili on the shrimp. Lava cake for dessert was great and also delicious. Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio is not right here, given the quality. The kitchen urgently needs to be improved!

I specifically said I was allergic to carrots. Still got salad with carrot. The plus point is that after I complained about it, the salad was replaced. Had ordered grill plate. The food arrived cold. Cold meat doesn't taste good. The fries were warm and tasty. The drinks were delicious too. But we won't be coming back. Cold food doesn't taste good.

Mir persönlich ist der Preis deutlich zu hoch für die Quali-und Quantität des Essens.

Super Atmosphere und Service, Burger und Steak sind gut. An folgenden Punkten muss noch gefeilt werden: - Die Vegan Bowl war ein einfacher Salat mit unangenehm saurem Dressing. Ich würde mir andere Zutaten wünschen, z.Bsp. einen Linsen Salat, sowie ein leckeres (und gesundes) Dressing. - Die hausgemachte Limonade / der hausgemachte Eistee war leider nicht gut. Viel zu süß und sauer. - Die Burgerbrötchen sind zu trocken und schmecken nach Lebensmittelgroßhandel. Bei einem Burger für ca. 12 Euro der Aus einem Brötchen, Patty, und Guacamole besteht, erwarte ich mehr. - Der Falafel Burger braucht eine Soße zusätzlich zur Guacamole. Mit Ketchup war der Burger gut, mit der richtigen Soße wäre er überragend. - Ich würde mich darüber freuen wenn Burger mit Fleischalternativen wie z.B. "Beyond meat" angeboten würden.

Spare Ribs waren lecker, Nudeln waren viel zu weich und bei einen Nudelgericht haben die Pilze gefehlt. Kürbissuppe war sehr lecker. Bedienung kam mir abwesend vor.

Gemütliches Ambiente mit passendem Essen. Wir waren zu sechst hier essen und haben ohne Reservierung einen Tisch bekommen. Der Service war freundlich und hat zeitig reagiert. Das Essen hat uns ebenfalls gut gefallen, allerdings waren die Portionen recht klein und die Pommes nicht wirklich knusprig. Daher einen Stern Abzug. Wir kommen trotzdem wieder und können das Coppers weiterempfehlen!

Das Ambiente an sich ist schön und man kann hier gut verweilen, allerdings waren wir von Service und Essen nicht gänzlich überzeugt. Wir mussten relativ lange auf Bestellung, Getränke und Essen warten, was natürlich bei der Menge an Gästen verzeihlich ist. Wir hatten vier Mal das gleiche Essen bestellt: Steak, medium. Leider waren alle Steaks unterschiedlich, das eine war eher well-done, das andere eher rare. Die Fritten waren okay und das Brot etwas trocken. Man wird satt, aber ist bei Steak anderes gewohnt.

Sehr spontan zu Weihnachten noch eine Platz bekommen. Das Essen und alles andere war Super. Kommen gerne wieder. 👍

Essen toll, Ambiente wirklich schön aber es ist extrem kalt. Bloß nicht an den Fenstern sitzen dort zieht es wie verrückt. Überwiegend nette Mitarbeiter der eine oder andere bedarf noch Einarbeitung ( z.B. wie voll gieße ich ein Weinglas) sonst wirklich ein schönes Lokal.

Sehr gutes Essen und ein wirklich außergewöhnlich schöner Laden. Immer wieder gerne.

Wir waren heute mit der Familie dort, der Service ist freundlich, aber leider sehr unaufmerksam, bestellte Desserts wurden vergessen, dreckiges Geschirr nicht abgeräumt. Die Gerichte waren okay, aber leider ist die Qualität in den letzten 3 Monaten deutlich schlechter geworden! Wir waren oft und gerne dort, heute aber zum letzten Mal!

Personal freundlich und motiviert, schickes Ambiente, immer tolles Essen! Wir kommen wie immer gern wieder. Waren auch schon zum Weihnachtsessen dort und zu anderen Gelegenheiten und sind immer wieder positiv überrascht.

Essen war okay Mein Salat & das Brot zu Gericht sind vergessen wurden ,das Fleisch zu durch gebraten . Noch nicht 1 mal gefragt ob es Medium sein sollte,was man eigentlich erwartet beim Steak. Und dann noch 3Kellner die uns bedient hatten...fand ich auch nicht so gut. War nicht so begeistert, da es auch noch eine Essen für Freunde war zum 1 Hochzeit Tag.😏

Super schöne Lokation und leckere Getränke! Jedoch konnten wir leider um 21:35 Uhr kein Essen mehr bestellen obwohl online eine Küchenzeit (Samstag) bis 22:00 Uhr angegeben ist... grundsätzlich super liebe Kellner, wir haben wohl nur einen Kellner am falschen Tag erwischt..

Wir waren zu 6 geschäftlich dort und es war ideal. Gedämpfte Akustik, superfreundlich obwohl wir 2x ! die Startzeit verschieben mussten. Die Steaks waren top und genauso die Burger. Einzig der Salat hat wohl schon etwas gestanden und war zu trocken. Gutes Essen, toller Service und eine gute Akustik Perfekt- auch für Geschäftsessen👍👍👍👍👍

Das im Jahr 2023 keine Kreditkarten in einer selbsternannten Szenegastronomie angenommen wird, verwundert schon sehr. Ist hier aber leider so. Doof, wenn man keine ec Karte besitzt und mindestens seit Corona auch ein Bargeld mit sich trägt. Sonst passt alles.

angefangen mit sehr leckerem aperitif folgte ein mega-leckerer pannfisch. die bedienung sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. eigentlich waren wir schon völlig satt, aber das dessert hörte sich zu gut an und bestätigte sich. auch das ganze ambiente gefällt uns sehr gut. wir kommen auf jeden fall wieder!

Waren im coppers zum ersten Mal und ich muss sagen es war ausgezeichnet. Die Location, das Essen und der Service alles war perfekt .

Das Ambiente ist gut. Das Essen passt nicht zu den Preisen. Man kann mehr erwarten. Kein weiterer Besuch geplant. Mittelmäßig.

Am 2.4.2022 ab 21 da gewesen, Stromausfälle kann passieren, aber als der Strom wieder da war um 22 gibt es nichts mehr aus der Küche ... Leute das geht gar nicht , nur Trinken ohne Essen...

Wir waren zu viert hier, alle vier zum ersten Mal bei Coppers. Der Impfstatus wurde kontrolliert und Perso angesehen. Das erste Mal fpr mich, dass der Perso auch verlangt wurde. Endlich ein Restaurant der korrekt kontrolliert. Das Essen war wirklich lecker und gerade richtig, nicht zu viel oder zu wenig. Es war relativ voll und trotzdem konnten wir uns gut unterhalten ohne laut reden zu müssen. Die Bedienung war freundlich und wir mussten nicht lange auf das Essen warten. Ganz klare Empfehlung, wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Geheimtipp: Mittagstisch, immer vorzüglich, chic hergerichtet und echt preiswert. Abends ein Highlight, elegant-leger und eine schöne Karte, eine echte Bereicherung für Schenefeld...

Zu den Preisen könnte man zumindest einen netten Umgang erwarten, aber leider war dies nicht der Fall. Essen war ok, aber bei so einem Service komme ich nie wieder!

Wir waren heute bereits das 3 x dort. Auch heute wurden wir nicht enttäuscht. Die Vorspeisenvariation sowie die Burger, als auch das Rinderfilet echt super!!! Rund Macht das Ganze der wirklich freundliche und aufmerksame Service und das tolle, moderne Wohlfühl-Ambiente dieses ganz neuen Restaurant- und Barbetriebs! Bravo 👏 und unsere ganz klare Empfehlung!

Sehr gemütliches Ambiente, angenehme Lautstärke man kann sich gut unterhalten, nette und aufmerksame Bedienung. Der einzige negative Punkt sind die Cocktails, die leider mit Zuckersirup hergestellt werden und nicht mit braunem Rohrzucker, für mich waren sie zu süß und der typische Cocktailgeschmack z.B. beim Mojito geht total verloren. Für einen Cocktail Abend würde ich nicht hier hingehen. Ansonstenzu empfehlen auch ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Das Essen, der Service, das Ambiente - alles drumherum einfach super! Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen, Entspannen, Relaxen und Genießen!
