We were at Coppers in Schenefeld today and were truly satisfied! 😊 Since we had to go to the Musicum afterwards, we let them know in advance that we were a bit short on time – and it worked out absolutely brilliantly. We received a very friendly welcome, the team was attentive and incredibly welcoming, and the food arrived in a flash. Despite the short time, everything was fresh, incredibly delicious, and lovingly prepared – you can tell the cooking here is done with quality and passion. The ambiance is also really nice and inviting. We finished everything in time, were able to eat in a relaxed manner, and left feeling full and satisfied. A huge compliment to the entire team – the service, speed, flavor, and atmosphere were simply top-notch! 👏🍽️ We will definitely be back and highly recommend Coppers.

I was absolutely thrilled with my visit to this restaurant! I received a warm welcome upon entering and was immediately shown to a comfortable table. The service was attentive, friendly, and yet pleasantly unobtrusive, just as you'd expect. The food was the absolute highlight: The burger was huge, juicy, and perfectly prepared, the meat cooked to perfection, and the cheese melted beautifully. I particularly want to highlight the crispy onion rings, which gave the whole thing a great texture. The fries were golden yellow, crispy, and salted just right – simply delicious. The drinks were also served quickly and were the perfect temperature. Everything seemed fresh, high-quality, and lovingly prepared. The ambiance is modern yet cozy, so you immediately feel at home. The value for money here is absolutely spot on – for the quality and portions, it's more than fair. I'll definitely be back.

The restaurant makes a very well-maintained impression. The waiters were all friendly and reliable. Special requests were not forgotten. The steak, burger, and side dishes were perfect. We have rarely felt as well looked after as we did on this Monday evening at Coppers. Thank you!

The restaurant is incredibly beautifully decorated. We felt very comfortable. An attentive, very well-groomed waitress showed us to our seats. The steak was unfortunately overcooked, although we ordered medium. The garlic bread side dish was a bit burnt for my taste, and it also lacked the juicy garlic flavor. My fries were too dry for me. However, the salads were crisp and delicious, and the food otherwise tasted good. I had the mixed grill, my companion had steaks. Everything was presentable and well-presented. Two homemade lemonades weren't quite our cup of tea. However, that's a matter of personal preference. Everyone has different tastes. We were asked at one point if everything was okay and tasty. We found that very thoughtful. Unfortunately, card payments weren't possible! At almost €43, that's obviously not ideal. Not everyone carries that much cash. We'd be happy to come back.

Good modern interior design, delicious food and decent service.

Great ambiance, tastefully decorated, and very pretty decor – a feature that permeates every area of ​​the restaurant. Top-quality food, very flavorful, and plentiful. A bit on the pricey side, but definitely worth it! Only the "veggie burgers" are a bit "drab" – a small salad or something similar would make up for that. Service is extremely attentive and very friendly. In short: a place to feel good!

We really enjoy going to Coppers because the location and staff are fantastic. The food is also inventive and delicious. Unfortunately, the vegetarian selection is very limited.

Beautiful and cozy restaurant, the staff are very friendly and, above all, open to special requests. No eye-rolling, no snorting, so it's great! The food is delicious, not pretentious, yet modern. Even Grandma enjoyed it today. We now have a new, additional restaurant where you feel comfortable and can go. We'd love to come back.

One small quibble (which I also pointed out): the rump steak was NOT asked how you'd like it cooked; unfortunately, it was almost well done. Otherwise, everything was great, with very polite and competent service.

I would like to complain about an incident that, as a mother, was both unpleasant and incomprehensible to me. My two daughters (7 and 8 years old) ordered two iced tea drinks. They assumed they were regular iced tea, but they didn't like it because it was pomegranate juice. They then asked to exchange the drinks for passion fruit spritzers, which the server did. In the end, I had to pay for all four drinks (the two iced teas and the two spritzers). It is the responsibility of the server to consult with the parents of such young guests before taking orders. I find the additional comment that I should "watch my children better" disrespectful and inappropriate. My children sat at a table next to them with two other friends because there wasn't enough room for everyone. Not family-friendly at all and very rude. Additionally, the young man who was so cheeky was also quite grumpy at times with my girlfriend, who just wanted to order something. Our last visit to Coopers was definitive.

We went there for dinner with some colleagues. The food was excellent, as always. The waitress could definitely come to the table more often (to check if everything is okay or to order more drinks). One negative point is that starting at 9:45 p.m., you're reminded that the restaurant closes at 10 p.m. This could be a bit more relaxed in the restaurant industry. A gentleman at the next table wanted to order a small beer - the waiter's reply was "as an exception."

We wanted to give the store a new chance today after a two-year break. At that time we said goodbye to Coppers because the food quality was poor. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be any improvement. Because the chicken breast with fried potatoes we ordered today, among other things, was absolutely inedible. The chicken felt like it was 90% water. The fried potatoes were disgusting. The rest was also more than modest. It's a shame, because the ambience of the store is inviting, the menu is good and the location is convenient. But none of this is of any use if the food isn't right. At least solid quality would simply have to be offered. We'll try again in two years...

As always, the food at Coppers was really tasty - the quality and taste are impressive every time. The service was quick, friendly and with a touch of humor, which made the stay pleasant. Unfortunately it was really cold in the dining room this time - so much so that we were completely frozen in the end. A nice touch: The waiter gave us a schnapps on the house to warm us up a bit. Nevertheless, it would be nice if the room temperature could be adjusted better in the future, as that has somewhat tarnished the otherwise very positive impression.

We were there yesterday and were very impressed. The service was great and so friendly. The food was delicious and we really liked the value for money. Thank you very much, we'll be back.

Nice service. Already knew on the third visit that I was a Köstritzer fan. The food is always delicious and affordable. I always feel welcome with my (admittedly well-behaved and small) dog. Addendum 11/27/22: I'm there today for my very first brunch. It is very tasty. Unfortunately it wasn't publicized enough. Nothing even hangs on Anden's own discs. People! It's again on the 3rd of Advent. Go! It's worth it... 👍👍👍 April 10, 2025: 👍👍👍 - had a sandwich for the 2nd time. I left out the fries. They're tasty, but too much.

5 stars for the ambience. 1 star deduction for prices that are too high, 1 star deduction for the taste and 1 star deduction for the service. For me that makes 2 stars in the overall rating. The burgers are too small, the pasta dishes are very simple and the meat is sometimes fried this way and that way. I gave it 3 tries but it won't work a 4th time. On 2 out of 3 visits, some cutlery was forgotten, orders were mixed up and even though you mentioned that something was missing, you had to wait a long time until something was brought. One of us picked up his knife himself from the kitchen counter, the other one's food was no longer hot until the cutlery arrived.

We have been here again for a long time. Unfortunately we didn't think the grill plate was that great. That was never 330g of meat. The fried potatoes with it were a joke, very little and sizzled bacon, pretty cheeky. After I pointed this out, there was no response. It's a shame, it was our last time there.

It's a very nice bar and burger restaurant. They have a large selection of fresh draft beer. Next time, we'd reserve a spot to the right of the entrance.

The food is really tasty, the portions are good, and the selection is large - whether it's burgers or pasta, everything has been great so far. Price-performance ratio is also good, you really can't complain. The only small catch: paying by card is always a surprise. Sometimes you can use a credit card or Apple Pay, sometimes just a debit card - and I don't have that. Luckily I was able to pay with PayPal, but it would have been more pleasant if it were a little more consistent. Nevertheless: Absolutely recommended! Delicious food, fair prices and a relaxed atmosphere.

Good morning! Basically recommended. The food is generally good, but the prices are slightly higher. However, some of the patties have almost burned recently. It still worked somehow, but actually not okay. - especially the veggie patty's, more krusty crap instead of patty. The staff is always friendly, but mistakes often happen, the wrong dish comes, drinks have to be confirmed again. Things are forgotten.. you ask for the bill or sauces.. 1-2 always have a great overview and in the end everything is sorted out without any fuss, but when I go out to eat I want to relax and not think about the staff.

A big compliment goes to the entire team. Highly recommended. Delicious food and a great ambience. We would love to come back 🙋‍♀️

It's been a long time since we've been here for a burger. Last time it was actually quite good. Unfortunately, this time it was absolutely the opposite. The meat had been fried for so long that it was far dry. Absolutely not tasty.

Top food, very good service, but on January 8th, 2024 it was really very cold, there was no trace of comfort when sitting!

We had dinner here. The service was attentive and friendly. We never had to wait long either. The food was tasty, but the beef fillet was only lukewarm. The garlic bread was almost cold and sticky. For dessert I had lava cake. In this one too, the filling was only lukewarm and not hot, as I know it from other restaurants. For a good piece of meat I go back to the butcher's exchange or to the Delta Bistro. Thanks again to the service.

The whole thing looks pretty nice. But it is very loud. The acoustics mean that you have to listen to various conversations. The service was impersonal, distributed among different people, and the question of whether the food was okay only came up when paying. The food came very quickly. Fish and Chips: Fish had good texture but was extremely salty. The dough was completely tasteless and soggy. The so-called chips were a kind of dried, floury potato wedges, also not cross. Roast beef was good, fried potatoes were mushy. You get iceberg lettuce with it. It was wet and tasted mostly like water, which tasted slightly better than the dressing. The cappuccino was actually a kind of latte. After the question I said that the food wasn't good The answer was that others had not complained. These others are welcome to go again.

Of course, at first glance the ambience looked very comfortable and good. Waiting staff were nice. Unfortunately there were too many dogs from the guests and that's why it didn't smell that pleasant. Now to the dishes: The food we ordered came only after 50 minutes. the turkey pans looked like hospital food, not hot enough (lukewarm), the gravy was a bit watery and unappetizing. The cheeseburger for kids was covered in ketchup (without asking us about it first) the Caesar salad was ok. Conclusion: For me it's understandable if there are a lot of guests to be served shortly before Christmas and maybe one thing or another isn't going so well. But I find the arguments bad, like: “We always have the turkey pan like this” I emphasize that my reviews were heard very well by HR managers. He gave me the impression of being professional. Maybe we will go again in the future, but not in a timely manner.

We were there for a Christmas party. The staff were nice but unfortunately the food was not recommended. and almost all of the guests at our table confirmed this. The recommended burger didn't taste good, it was completely soggy because of the sauce in it. Overall we weren't satisfied and we will be looking for a new location next year.

My husband and I went to Coppers for the first time today. We had dinner here. We were particularly impressed by the very committed staff. It's something we no longer know that waiters are so service-oriented. The employees are 1A. We enjoyed the food and the location is very nice. The menu focuses on the essentials. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the door. Otherwise you can park in one of the supermarket parking lots next to it. We recommend the Coppers.

It used to be our regular place. Since there was a change in the menu, I've tried it again and again, but unfortunately I've always been disappointed. The food has deteriorated a lot and has become a lot more expensive. It's a shame, we had a great evening here.

Das Essen und Ambiente war sehr gut. Leider wurde der Gesamteindruck des Abends getrübt. Leider ist beim Abräumen ein Getränk vom Service Personal verschüttet worden. Dadurch wurde die Bekleidung von 2 Gästen am Tisch nass. Das kann immer mal passieren. der Kellner hat sich entschuldigt und ist verschwunden. Leider gab es nur auf ausdrücklicher Nachfrage ein halbvolles Ersatzgetränk. Nach einem Handtuch musste ebenfalls nachgefragt werden. Hier hätte ich ein entsprechendes Entgegenkommen mindestens erwartet. Leider ist nichts in dieser Richtung erfolgt. Schade!!!!!

Ambiente sehr schön, Personal sehr freundlich. Preise befinden sich schon im höheren Bereich. Leider wenig vegane Speisen im Angebot, die Burger kann man mit einem veganen Patty bestellen, dann aber mit Aufpreis und trotzdem kein veganer Käse, Mayonnaise ect. Ich fand den Burger okay, Süßkartoffeln Pommes sehr lecker.

The place is beautiful! And the staff were very nice and we were regular guests for a while! However, we have changed our attitude towards meat consumption and only eat meat that has been slaughtered “Helal”. It would be nice if their meat was up to this in the future, as then we would definitely stop by again and in general they would only benefit from it! Thank you very much!

Absolutely not recommended! The Coppers had been one of my favorite bars for years, but unfortunately not anymore, because we (only women) were suddenly insulted in the worst possible way by an unknown man. Even after repeatedly asking us to leave us alone, the man didn't stop bothering us and we desperately asked the waitress for help. She said the man was a friend of the boss and walked away. We then wanted to speak to the boss, but unfortunately he wasn't there. We would have liked to hear his opinion on such business-damaging behavior from a “friend”. (We reserve the right to take legal action against the man.) We now advise our friends (and especially women) not to eat there.

Die Beschwerde beim Service-Personal über besagten Gast wurde nicht ernstgenommen – im Gegenteil, sie wurde ziemlich unfreundlich abgewunken. Obwohl die Kellnerin die unangemessenen sexistischen Beleidigungen gegen unsere Gruppe (3 Frauen) sogar mitbekam, die plötzlich, völlig grundlos und aggressiv in unsere Richtung gefeuert wurden, hieß es: „Das ist der beste Freund vom Chef, ist also ok“. Der Restaurantinhaber selbst war gestern Abend in der Situation nicht zugegen. Leider super unangenehm und sehr schade und schädigend für den Laden. Wir werden definitiv nicht mehr wiederkommen und unserem Umfeld von einem Besuch im Coppers abraten.

The food is ok but would recommend female guests NOT to visit this restaurant. Here, misogynistic and invasive verbal comments from male guests are accepted because they appear to be close to the host. The complaint to the service staff about the guest in question was not taken seriously - on the contrary, it was dismissed in a rather unfriendly manner. Although the waitress even noticed the inappropriate sexist insults against our group (3 women), which were suddenly, completely unprovoked and aggressively fired in our direction, she said: "That's the boss's best friend, so it's ok". The restaurant owner himself was not present at the situation last night. Unfortunately, super unpleasant and very unfortunate and damaging for the store. We will definitely not be coming back and will advise those around us not to visit Coppers.

I'm surprised at some of the reviews here. Some people always have something to complain about. Personally, I can only advise against the suggestion of going to Opposti, the service there was bad and so was the food. The Coppers are in a better league. Our food was fresh, tasty and not at all convenience! The service was attentive and courteous and I cannot confirm the alleged exaggerated smell of the service staff. After the meal we had the absolute best cappuccino (home-roasted!) that I have ever had, definitely try it!!! The tables are at a completely normal distance from each other, I have to smile that people are messing around with them. Parking spaces were also free, it probably depends on what time you are there. We'd love to come back.

Today's visit to the restaurant at Coppers actually started wonderfully. But unfortunately the mood changed abruptly and out of nowhere when a guest, who had already consumed a few alcoholic drinks, started shouting at us. His comments were invasive and insulting, both regarding the topics of our conversation and our appearance. He even speculated about our upbringing and our supposedly low income. This man, who appears to be a friend of the restaurant's manager, called us stupid little girls. When asked to sit somewhere else, he refused. He also ignored the request to leave us alone. Instead, he continued to listen to us and made more condescending comments. When we approached the waitress and asked if such harassment would be tolerated in this restaurant, we received a disappointing answer. She explained to us that the man was a friend of the boss and then simply went back inside the restaurant. This reaction is and was completely unacceptable to us. Of course we ordered the bill straight away and forewent a tip. In my opinion, someone who ignores such incidents and does not intervene has no place in this profession. It's obvious that you just have to be a friend of your boss to be able to freely express your personal grudges without fear of consequences. It's a real shame because we've enjoyed visiting Coppers often and often. But after this incident we will avoid the restaurant in the future. We neither want to be in the company of such guests nor support a restaurant that tolerates misogynistic sympathizers in any way.

We were able to reserve a table here at short notice for 6 people and 2 dogs. The atmosphere of the restaurant, the ambience is very appealing. We received a very friendly welcome and service here! Due to the large number of guests eating at the same time, we had to wait a little too long after the starter for the main course, but we were rewarded with excellent food! We would love to come back and highly recommend eating here!

Very disappointing! Actually it's a scam. The truffle parmesan fries consist of a mini bowl of fries with a few crumbs of parmesan and no truffle (and for €8!). The Caesars bowl was more of a soup with tarnished lettuce leaves. Neither good nor tasty. The waitresses were apathetic and bored. Very, very bad for the money. Never again.

Was at Coppers for 2.3 years but now it's just a rip off. Pasta now sometimes costs €20, while the same dish, which is 100 times more delicious, costs €13 at Rocco. There is a €3 surcharge for vegetarian patties. Given the fact that the good origin of the meat is advertised, I wonder how preparing a veggie patty can cost so much more? When it comes to purchasing it is much cheaper than a real beef patty from a good farm. You can now only get bread after asking several times. In the past it was always placed directly on the table. I and many of my friends will no longer go here. The price-performance ratio is no longer right!

I ordered a Wiener Schnitzel. Unfortunately it was inedible. Visually it's already off-putting and also tough, tasteless and nowhere near the level of a schnitzel at "Blaue Blume" or "Restaurant Klövensteen". Therefore either cheap goods and/or a kitchen problem. My feedback from the service staff was unresonant. I'm not coming back.

The ambience and service were great. The steak we ordered was cooked perfectly (medium). However, the Mediterranean vegetables contained carrots (rare in the Mediterranean). What was worse, however, was the fact that the rice was not freshly prepared but warmed up. Nevertheless, all dishes were tasty.

We got the recommendation from the family and were not disappointed. The ambience is very dignified and relaxing, the food (especially the airy, crispy fries) is very tasty and plentiful and the service is very attentive and on the ball. Even when we had a drink returned (well done, but unfortunately not to our taste), a new drink was made without any problems and charged accordingly. The design is based on the name of the restaurant and so many copper tones can be found everywhere. All in all, we were very satisfied and if we are in the area again, we would like to come back!

You almost sit on the guest's lap at the next table, privacy is nil, food is almost just convenience that was poorly prepared, waiters smell so strong that you lose your appetite, but it's clearly overpriced, definitely no risk of repeat. Also far too few parking spaces.

Were there for dinner on Sunday with 4 people. Nice welcome, got a nice table. Nice atmosphere. Friendly welcome. The food was okay. After 1 hour we still didn't have our main courses. After asking, the female waiter said it was because of the order of the meal... we had ordered a starter and then the male waiter didn't pass on the main course??!?. An apology was then made, but the reasoning was not understandable to us. Well…… when we had flaky canned milk with the final coffee and complained about that too…. Of course, a new coffee came and the explanation from the female waiter: We should have shaken the packaged milk pot first, didn't really explain itself to us. Do you always shake these milk pots before opening them? - not known to us. Well….. Conclusion: Criticism was corrected, but the handling of it was somehow downplayed by this female waiter…..at least that's how it seemed to us….. It's a shame, otherwise it's been a feel-good restaurant so far . Now take a long break from Coppers...

I had a Pasta e Limone on my lunch break. This tasted as if someone had simply poured a bottle of lemon juice concentrate over it, maybe a little salt and pepper and that was it. Since my break was limited to an hour, I didn't order again. But actually it was inedible. I also let the person sitting next to me try it. He said the same thing. The criticism was not taken seriously and there was no discount. So food that probably cost 50 cents and tasted really horrible was paid for €15.60. Unfortunately I'll never come back. The previous time I had curry, which was very watery and not seasoned enough. Things used to be better there. Quality has deteriorated rapidly!

Great atmosphere but we waited too long for the food
