Unfortunately, the restaurant has deteriorated considerably. I've been there before, and the ambiance and food were better. There was no receipt when I paid; the total was calculated by typing it into a calculator on my phone. Very unprofessional.

One of our regular spots. North of Frankfurter Allee. Despite being in Friedrichshain, it's completely off the beaten path, on an anonymous residential street. The quality is consistently good, in a small, welcoming atmosphere. Burgers now cost double what they did ten years ago, and here a spareribs, a Rembrandt, or an Old Amsterdam with fries will set you back €15. The bun is always soft, and the Susskartoffeln are adorable. For locals like us, delivery is also good.

Simply the best. Tasty, well made, nice.

Their classic burger is one of the best burgers I ever had and the ginger tea was also excellent. The only issue I had is that they do not allow card payments.

25 guests were superbly looked after! After a restaurant didn't open as planned following a funeral service, the group moved on and ended up here. What followed was truly fantastic! Professional, friendly service, super delicious burgers, and they even "organized" a coffee even though there wasn't a coffee machine.

The burgers were okay, I've definitely had better ones. Outside, you sit on wobbly benches at small tables; it's not a place where you want to linger.

Perfect, that's how you could describe it. The staff is relaxed. The selection is great; we focused on the vegan options. The burgers were perfect. Not too big, the ingredients were fresh, and the flavor was amazing. The fries were well-prepared, and they came with two dips. The chili mayo was a real hit, and the mango was superb. Definitely recommended, thanks. One small downside: no card payments.

We were visiting Berlin and had the best burger we've had in ages at Rembrandt – highly recommended. The fries were also fantastic. Crispy and delicious, sweet potato fries + "regular" fries 🍟 amazing!

Cute little Burger restaurant, great place to grab a bite or lunch as well. They have a lot of different, really tasty and special dips, especially different mayonnaise. The food tastes great! They have some typical Dutch food. They don't accept cards though, only cash.

Really nice burgers, lot of vegan and meat options available, outside seating is plenty. The service is nice and fast. Only problem is that its cash only which bugs me a little.

A friend and I were in Berlin for a concert and visited Rembrandt Burger beforehand. The service was friendly and attentive, and we didn't have to wait long (we visited on a weekday). The burgers (RB Smash Burger, Old Amsterdam Burger) were very tasty, but the highlight was the buttermilk-marinated chicken nuggets with their own sweet and sour sauce. The interior has a rather hip decor with numerous references to the artist and his origins, which overall left a fitting impression. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd love to have another burger there. I would also recommend Rembrandt Burger to anyone.

En mi última visita a Berlín tuve hambre y salí a comer una hamburguesa cerca del hotel (SLY Berlin). Encontré este lugar y conseguí una mesa, que era fácil teniendo en cuenta la hora del día... Lugar acogedor con bonitos detalles para ser visto. Fue por la Hamburguesa de Amsterdam con queso extra y esto se sirvió junto con papas fritas. No hay cola ordinaria (Coca - Cola o Pepsi) en el menú, lo que no es tan sorprendente estar en Alemania. La hamburguesa era de muy buen gusto y el pan era esponjoso, pero bien en combinación con la carne. Las papas fritas también eran sabrosas, así que nada que comentar para la comida. Pero, sería bueno ver restaurantes alemanes dando el paso hacia la aceptación de tarjetas de crédito - Quiero decir, ¿quién usa efectivo en estos días? Además de efectivo me ofrecieron el pago con PayPal (que está conectado a mi tarjeta de crédito) así que opté por esta opción por primera vez en mi vida en un restaurante.

Burgers used to be better. Unfortunately, they're quite dry, and the portions are relatively small for the price. No card payments accepted. A real shame!

It tastes delicious, yes. But it's really too expensive now... I also have the feeling that the portion and the fries are a little less/smaller than before... (I've known the shop since the beginning, so I'm taking the liberty of writing this). Can't you lower the price again, at least a little? Or do offer days or something similar? Then maybe we would come back as often as we used to. I don't see the point of paying that much :( I'm not alone with this opinion. Many neighbors confirm this to me. And it doesn't have to be just for tourists. Please don't forget the beginnings... things like that are important. It will pay off in the end. I'm sure.

It’s just a great freaking burger. I’m not even sure what else to add. I’m happy Berlin has so many nice burger joints that you don’t actually need to stuff your face with subpar fast food from the corporate big names nor are you forced to go to some fancy steakhouse and pay triple the amount. The meat is perfectly medium rare and full of flavor, there are plenty of combinations and versions that will ensure you never get tired. I love the classic, the smash, the Rembrandt, the chorizo. Yes, there are vegetarian versions here as well if you need to know but I don’t recommend being here as a vegetarian as beautiful smells of cooked burger will probably make you a bit nauseous. Lovely, friendly, wonderful.

Live nearby and was always so curious!! Idk why people don’t talk about this place much. So so good burger, so many options, cozy atmosphere. And on top, so caring and fast service!! I would definitely come by again if I ever have burger cravings. Much love to rembrandt!!🙏

Better quality burgers, love the option that you can order vollkorn or without bread and salads! Finally a place that can accommodate burger fans and not so fans at the same time! This time I had a burger with bread, I found it quite tasty, though a bit cold (the bun wasn’t hot, not sure it’s intended this way). Fries were good, not thin and crispy but more on the chunky Side, JP sauce was great. Other than this, food was very quickly Brought to our table by lovely staff. Will go again!

We tried the Rembrandt restaurant which the hamburger shop opened next door recently. Excellent dishes and good quality! The desserts were out of this world!!! The cuisine takes its time but it fits in an illuminated atmosphere for post-tourist relaxation! Advised! A special thanks to the service guy who, being Italian, helped us with the choice of dishes!

Undisputed: it tastes good. But nothing more! This pseudo-Dutch posturing is just plain silly. The same food is at least as good at any street snack bar in the Netherlands, but at half the price. It's better not to know exactly what is in the kroketjes or bitterballs. And the fries? Frozen food in the hot air fryer beats what is offered here by far.

I always order the same burger from Wolt (Blauwe Pear). Actually, this is the best burger I know. Unfortunately, it's been like playing the lottery for the past few months. Sometimes the burger is good and sometimes (like today) it's not edible. Ice cold (inside) and completely without salt. And well done means well done and not almost raw! It's a real shame that you can't manage to deliver consistently good quality. Therefore only 1 star. I'm really disappointed.

A very good, cozy burger restaurant with a touch of the netherlands in berlin. Burgers are crafted very well and are of course tasty! They're well crafted, medium cooked like they should be and have some interesting "burger-designs" that work very well. And on top they're one of the few or maybe only restaurants where you could get some authentic netherland food like frikandel, bitterballen or kaassouffle! Honorable mention: the fries with some authentic netherland sauces like joppie sauce.

I've had such good experiences both locally and with the delivery route via Wolt. The burgers and fries are delicious, they were always flexible when it came to my allergies and when I was forgetful they even replaced a burger even though that meant losing money for the shop! This is absolutely honorable customer love! ✨

Very tasty burgers, very nice employees and owners. After a delivery error from Lieferando, the dish was prepared again for us shortly before the kitchen closed. Really good service, both onsite and takeaway/delivery. Absolutely recommended!

The burgers are okay, as are the fries. The atmosphere is quite nice, the Lieferando driver who is always present is probably included in the price. Overall the location was more lukewarm than hot and in my opinion. clearly overrated.

Anyone who has tried Dutch potatoes knows very well that the food here has nothing to do with Dutch food. Not potatoes or even burgers. To be fair. The burgers are delicious. But unfortunately potatoes, although very generous, differ from Dutch potatoes with a luxurious taste. I was waiting for the sauce to be at least a mayonnaise like Dutch mayonnaise, but it is wrong to attribute this food to Dutch cuisine

Cool, small location, delicious burgers, nice service

I especially come to Rembrandt when the family comes to visit. We always think it's great and tasty and enjoy it thoroughly with all the extras there are. Unfortunately, the time to sit is limited, which is the case in many restaurants. That's a real shame because it just takes away the charm of everything. So I constantly look at the clock and let it stress me out.

This restaurant is a burger lover's paradise! The burgers are simply great, accompanied by incredibly tasty potatoes that perfectly complement any dish. The sauces are fantastic and add a special touch to every bite. The menu is creative and makes the selection even more exciting. My personal recommendation is the burger with blue cheese, pear and red cabbage. It's just incredibly delicious! The combination of these ingredients is a real taste explosion. It's not just a burger, but a real gastronomic experience. Absolutely recommended!

Pros: tasty, not greasy, staff speaks English, location. Cons: expensive, ~13 euro for basic burger, ONLY cash. C'mon with flag of Netherlands in your burger you must be as modern as there. + paying 13 cents transaction fee must be affordable with such prices

Bad service, mediocre burgers at, in my opinion, overpriced prices. Unfortunately the fries are not good. The sweet potato fries, on the other hand, are a dream. Drinks great. Ambience more like a pub, lots of delivery drivers. My comfortable sitting and eating. Too bad

Oh well. I had an Old Amsterdam that was average at best. The few fries that came with it were tasty, but selling the whole thing for €14.50 is a bit sporty. Our waitress was again someone who was actually way too cool for this job. And of course the WE-TAKE-BUT-NO-CARDS game again. But hey, you can pay with PayPal! But of course only with one payment per invoice, meaning we had to send the amounts back and forth to each other. Thanks, but not again.

The burgers are fine, but underwhelming. For 14 to 16 EUR, I expect better. If they were priced around 9-10 EUR, then I would be happy. Basically, it's pretty overpriced.

Everything was delicious, we ordered several burgers and the truth is that they were all very delicious and in just the right amount, without excesses. I personally ordered the RB smash and highly recommended! If you like sweet potatoes, you have to order them as a side, they are delicious!
