The food tasted very good, a kubideh cost 16€ and the kebab was huge, it tasted delicious, always fresh and more

We ordered for a celebration and everything tasted delicious!

We were invited and had Persian food for the first time. U (Starter) dishes were unusual for us, but everything was very tasty.

It was a culinary delight 🔛🔝, would come back again and again, the ambience underlines the food and gives off an oriental flare. There are only positive things to say about the operation. I love the restaurant so much and am glad to have been part of this experience. Kheyli khoshmaze bude

The best Persian in Hamburg. The food is really very good and the portions are huge. Service is really nice. Without a reservation it is difficult to get a place. Unfortunately there is only one vegan dish (Qabuli Polo). However, it is very tasty.

Unfortunately not recommended. The service leaves a lot to be desired —> slow, not friendly and inexperienced. The starter was not fresh and overpriced for the tiny portions. Food like Kubide or Djuje with rice is also standard. Only the interior is worth seeing. The restaurant benefits from the good location in HH. The positive reviews mostly come from fellow Germans who don't really know what Persian food tastes like. My advice to you: If you want to try top quality Persian food at moderate prices, go to Four Season in Hamburg-Harburg.

Service incredibly bad! Went there as a group and ordered plenty, were still eating and were asked by the waiters to “go slowly” because the next customers would come right after us. Couldn't finish eating and were just rushed. Definitely not recommended - if you want to have a relaxed meal as a group, you're definitely better off somewhere else.

From appetizers to desserts, everything was fresh and high quality, especially the kebabs and the excellent stews that brought the real taste of Iran to life. Under no circumstances go there! Very unfriendly and rude! We ordered dessert after the main course! Suddenly the innkeeper comes and says our time is up and we have to go! Apparently all reservations are for 2 hours only! But this was not mentioned when making the reservation! It's clear that you had guests and wanted the tables to be empty again quickly! We were treated very badly! The service also leaves a lot to be desired! The food wasn't good either, very greasy! We have never had such a bad experience!

On a Friday evening we were there with 7 people, with a reservation. Even though it was very busy, we didn't have to wait long. The service was great. The meals were freshly prepared and very filling. A real taste experience. We felt really comfortable and it wasn't too loud at all. The prices are moderate. It's really worth visiting this place when you're in Hamburg.

Am Nebentisch wurde gerade das afghanische Gericht "Qabuli Palaw" serviert, dessen Geruch mich fast in den Wahnsinn trieb. Two times in two different years, same experience. Once food was uncooked once cold and smelly!! You may think that you go to restaurants to have some nice time with your beloved one, but very Unfriendly staff will turn your day upside down. In the middle of your food asking you if you are done!! The food quality is also not good. Portions are less than normal persian restaurants and when ypu give feedback (i mean when they ask for it) they get pissed at ypu and tell you how much you don’t know and how much they know. There are lots of other good options for persian food in Hamburg and Qasr is NOT one of them.

Last weekend I was in Hamburg with my family and we really wanted to do and experience a lot this time. Of course, in the end we didn't manage to do everything we had planned because one weekend wasn't enough. At some point on Saturday we were really hungry and of course my family refused to go out for Indian food against my plans. So we risked a visit to "Qasr". The name Qasr means palace in Persian. Actually it is a Persian restaurant, but they also have Afghan specialties. We hadn't made a reservation and I normally expected that there wouldn't be a table for four people, especially on a Saturday lunchtime. The waiter at the entrance hesitated for a long time and thought about it, but in the end we got a table. The restaurant itself is small and divided into three areas, but it is still fine and cozy. Small details in particular blew my socks off. You could tell the operator's love for his culture and locality. Until our food came, we treated ourselves to a few drinks. The Afghan dish “Qabuli Palaw” was being served at the next table, the smell of which almost drove me crazy. It smelled incredibly delicious, something I hadn't smelled so intensely in a long time. Our food arrived and it didn't disappoint. I looked at enjoying, satisfied and nodding faces. The staff was friendly and competent, meaning they knew in advance what you expected and wanted. The green tea that we ordered at the end also tasted excellent. We were really full and the whole thing cost us less than EUR 120 for 4 people. I have rarely been so positively surprised and happy. From me, “Qasr” gets full marks in every area. I can only recommend it to everyone: the best Persian-Afghan restaurant in Hamburg.

We have been a customer at QASR for years, we often order home and 3-4 times a month we eat there and every time we take our little dog with us! This evening a young man stood at the door and pretended to be a shift manager. He said he wouldn't let us in with the dog and was very cheeky and repeated that he decides whether the dog is allowed in or not. It would be nice if people decided whether small dogs were allowed in or not. Don't decide according to your mood and ruin the evening for a whole family!! Because of this, they lost a regular customer.

According to Google, the store closes at 11 p.m. We arrived at 10:10 p.m., sat down at the table and were asked to take something to go because the shop was closing in 20 minutes. We didn't feel welcome.

It could be 5 stars, I went there the first day of my visit in hamburg, It was friday lunch and was everything perfect. The second day I went there again on saturday lunch, it was a bit crowd I sit there for 20 minutes and no one came to me to receive the order. Maybe it was because of crow or maybe because I was alone. They didn't even want to see me. They received order from 3 other tables which came after me. I was really disappointed and left the place. They ruined my day. But thanks to the one guy there behind computer who tried to apologize and invited me inside again. 1 star left for this problem And other star left for the rice. The rice is basmati and not Iranian rice.

We were there with 4 people. It was incredibly delicious, I've hardly eaten anything tasty lately. The atmosphere was great, authentic and comfortably furnished. The floor could have been a little cleaner, there were one or two lettuce leaves lying on the floor, but not wild. 2/3 of the employees were very friendly, the other unfortunately not so much. It was also a bit of a shame that the cutlery sets were regularly prepared at the neighboring table. That could have been made more of a background.

Service word written rather lowercase here. Came into the restaurant and wanted a table for two. The waiter told us we could sit wherever we wanted. We chose a table. Then another waiter came and said we can't sit here, it's reserved. And we were put somewhere else. Order has been placed. The waiter stood at the table, bored, with his hand in his pocket and entered everything into his cell phone. Questions were answered with yes and no. Very impolite. But the food was delicious. However, very much. When we asked to pack it, we were asked what it was supposed to do and whether we wouldn't like it. Short: Food ok. Service doesn't work. And unfortunately the price for rice and meat, starters and drinks is €25 per person these days.

When he asked for an ashtray, we were given one that was full of butts. And in the second tea there was something that looked like spit... It's a shame that people didn't learn anything about it.

Unfortunately, I recently had a bad experience on the phone. I wanted to order food to be picked up by phone, but no one followed up, what felt like 10 calls to the phone! Then he told me to wait by the phone because he had something to do. I said OK. After he made me wait for almost 5 minutes, the connection was interrupted! Just this stalling and not answering and just hanging up the phone was a level of disrespect that I had never experienced before in a restaurant! I have always praised Qasr Restaurant in all areas, but now after this experience I have to change my mind and say: "Please Qasr work on your behavior on the phone to be respectful and decent towards your customers."...."A little more professional and customer oriented tackle the matter."!!!

We stayed at the neighboring hotel "Premier In" for a few days and happened to pass by here! Looked interesting and always well attended. Read reviews and immediately reserved 5 places for the next day! It was a good thing because we already found a queue. Something new for all of us and we had to familiarize ourselves with the menu! First observation: everything Halal and no drinks with alcohol! First some starters with wafer-thin flatbreads. Everything delicious ! Then everyone has a main course according to their different wishes! Large portions but everyone was happy! So only to recommend!

We chose this restaurant after reading numerous reviews. Our group of five people noticed that the service staff, although polite, often forgot something. The drink we ordered was missing, then the cutlery for part of our group was missing, and there was even a mix-up of drinks. We had to point this out to the staff several times. We also received an unusual amount of rice with our meals. The kebab we ordered was ok but we ended up paying €150 which is not what we thought was reasonable. In the past we have experienced significantly better kebabs, a more pleasant ambience and better service at a much cheaper price. Therefore no clear recommendation

Definitely not recommended! The food was only served after 40 minutes and then it was still cold!
