Q-Pizza in Kerpen

Well, until a while ago I was actually really impressed with Q-Pizza. It's usually pretty tasty and the delivery time has always been reasonable. Until a while ago. In the last four orders, the delivery time was either significantly exceeded (at least 60 minutes more than stated), something was missing almost every time (which was, however, delivered promptly) and today the icing on the cake came, namely it came at the end simply nothing at all for us! There was also no attempt to contact us (no call, no email, nothing). Of course, no one answered the phone anymore, so the whole thing couldn't be sorted out in any way. My roommate has to get up at 4:30 a.m. Anyone reading this can probably imagine how lucky he was to be able to start cooking at 10 p.m. This, together with the fact that the last two times the food was a more than significant deterioration from the usual level of quality for Q-Pizza, means that I will carefully consider whether I will order from Q-Pizza again in the future. It's a shame actually.

Always order burgers from Q-Pizza, but today I'll let the picture do the talking. Didn't even respond to email. Lost myself as a customer.

Luckily, Q-Pizza is back from the summer break. I had to test the competition in Kerpen for a few weeks and found that the local competition is hopelessly inferior in every respect, especially when it comes to burgers.

We order there often and I have to say, no matter what we order there, we are always very satisfied and the delivery times are completely fine

They are called Q-Pizza but should be renamed Q-Salates. Sure, the pizza, burgers and schnitzels are good to very good but not outstanding. However, nowhere else are the salads as tasty and fresh as they are there. I don't know how they get the roasted flavors into the vegetables, it tastes fantastic. The quantity keeps even the big boys full. The only thing I don't like is the kebab meat. Maybe you should change the meat supplier as a test.

The food here is of a good standard for the amount of dishes on offer. The service is also nice here. Q-Pizza is one of the better restaurants in Kerpen where you can order food to take home.

It's a shame, I order regularly and it always tastes good. Delivery always came very quickly. Now I had something to complain about and had to be told by the lady on the phone that the order I always received couldn't be delivered. And even though I said I always do it this way I got it, it was made out that this wasn't true. It must be possible to deliver a kebab completely without fries and not with a measly side salad and without fries, which I canceled. I'm sorry, but in the future I'll order where my wishes can be met.

Yes, it's always delicious there. The staff was very nice and the delivery was always very punctual!

We had lunch at this restaurant. The food was really tasty and of very high quality. We recommend the lunch specials from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. During this time there are many different dishes for €10 (pizza, pasta, burgers, schnitzel and kebab dishes). We were even able to eat the lunch specials on site. The preparation time was completely okay. The employees were all very friendly, courteous and helpful. There are lots of comfortable seating areas on site. Toilet is also available. The bus stop directly opposite. And now for the food: we ordered 1x schnitzel with hunter's sauce and French fries and a side salad, a large mixed salad, pizza rolls with herb butter, 1x aioli dip and a brownie. Everything together cost €30. The price is really okay. The pizza rolls with herb butter were definitely homemade (yes, the butter too!). Really outstanding. If it works, we will definitely come back. Absolute recommendation.

Unfortunately, the kebab is simply unloving, you could put an onion or something similar on it to make it more appetizing. You are not asked for sauces, you are simply given one. Pizza itself was ok, but unfortunately the edge was much too hard. Service 5 stars because the people are very nice and it doesn't take too long to get your food. Just dry and loveless

Food was not recommended, the fries were rock hard. In addition, the pizza dough tasted very old. This has happened to us several times now. Today was definitely the last time we ordered there.

Very tasty kebab compared to the poor kebab selection in the region. Nice service!

I ordered food for the first time today. A large mixed salad, there were 6 warm pizza rolls, and pasta gratinati. The food arrived on time, hot and tasted delicious. We recommend! It's definitely not the last time I've ordered there. Thank you.

My friend and I ordered there for the first time and we were very satisfied! The portions are really very sufficient 😂😂 And the burgers are super delicious! I myself had a kebab plate and the portion was so big that I couldn't finish it 😂 No matter, I don't have to cook anymore tomorrow :) I was also able to see the ambience on TikTok. It looked very nice on the video back then, but since I've only ordered it so far I don't have my own impression. I/we will definitely order there again! Really recommended

Unfortunately there were no sauces for our falafel and kebab plates, even though it says so on the menu. Of course, this ensured that it was very dry and therefore probably contributed to the fact that both meals didn't taste good at all.

I don't normally write reviews, but I have to here. It's a shame that there are only five stars to give. We can always eat twice per serving. Where others have fries, here there is meat. Salad is specially separated, as is the sauce. Just crazy!

Very friendly service, quick preparation of the food, which was fresh and very, very tasty. Well thought out: The seven-year-old was the first to get his food 👍 Small drawback and therefore the star deduction in the ambience: whenever the delivery service left the restaurant or came back, it became briefly cool when the door was opened. Still a clear recommendation 🏆

There is a busy atmosphere on site, very pleasant. However, I wouldn't eat there because there's too much packaging material lying around. Which of course shows great sales. The highlight is the smell when you enter the restaurant. My son is a regular customer here and I'm considering it too.

We ordered there today and it was super tasty... Simply great burgers, great kids menu, delicious fries, just great. The food arrived home super appealing and was hot and juicy. The fries weren't soggy. A huge compliment. We will definitely order again.

Unfortunately, I noticed a few things during a food visit. - The toilet was empty of soap and paper towels were missing - In the back of the restaurant all the windows were tilted, unfortunately it was so cold that you had to sit inside with a jacket and eat. -The chicken wings were in the deep fryer for too long and unfortunately they just didn't taste good -Unfortunately, the kebab meat wasn't particularly tasty either -All of the clothes were then ready for the washing machine because they smelled like a chip shop Was positive -The price - The friendliness of the employees

Sehr gutes Essen sehr gute Portionen kommen gelegentlich bei der Arbeit den Q-Chilli Cheese holen hier Trift Qualität auf Preis Leistung einfach nur zu empfehlen.

Wir haben telefonisch bestellt und das Essen selbst abgeholt. Alles war sehr lecker und reichlich. Der Service ist überaus freundlich und kundenorientiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Burası gerek çalışanları gerek yemekleri olsun çok güzel bir mekan. Denediğimiz her şey çok güzeldi, porsiyonları da gayet büyük. Özellikle pizzaları çok leziz. Fiyatları da oldukça makul. Tavsiye ediyorum👌🏻

Wir haben zum ersten Mal hier vor Ort gegessen, nachdem wir schon etliche Male Verschiedenes bestellt hatten und waren noch mehr begeistert, als wir es ohnehin schon waren. Die Qualität und der Geschmack des gelieferten Essens war schon immer sehr gut. Aber direkt frisch vor Ort war es sogar noch eine Spur besser.

War heute das dritte Mal dort. Sind sehr begeistert vom leckeren Essen und tollen Service. Und die Riesen Portionen schafft man kaum. Abholung funktioniert reibungslos! Danke!!!🥰

Wir haben oft schon nen leckeren Döner geholt aber uns gestern entschlossen endlich mal die Burger Menüs auszuprobieren.Super Auswahl,mega lecker und riesig. Auch die vielen verschieden Möglichkeiten bei den Beilagen,megaa.Preis angemessen.Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.Sehr freundliches Personal 😉

Nach Bestellung war das Essen 15 Minuten später abholbereit. Sehr leckere Pizza. Knusprig und gut belegt. Alle waren freundlich. Man kann recht gut draußen sitzen. Drinnen hat es mir nicht so gefallen, muss es aber auch nicht, zumal ich an einem Abend da war, an dem es sehr heiß war. Jedenfalls bin ich ein neuer Kunde 😊

Über die "normalen" Burger mit Fleischpatties kann ich nicht viel sagen, sie scheinen aber ganz gut zu sein. Der vegetarische Burger ist leider absolut einfallslos, ohne wirkliches Fleischersatzprodukt, die es aber heute wie Sand am mehr gibt. Zuletzt habe ich mir eine Pizza bestellt, die war leider so schlecht, dass ich sie nicht ganz herunterbekam und der Rest in den Müll wanderte. Was da schiefgelaufen ist, kann ich wirklich nicht sagen. Hier in der Gegend gibt es wirklich nicht viele Lokale, die gute Veggieburger anbieten. Es wäre schön, wenn Q-Pizza in Zukunft dazu gehören würde.

Nach zwei herben Enttäuschungen in der Vergangenheit (vor Corona und als Stammkunde!) hatte ich für lange Zeit ausgesetzt. Bei einem neuen Bestellversuch Mitte Juni 23 wurde ich nun positiv überrascht. App-Bestellung wurde pünktlich und freundlich geliefert, das Essen war echt lecker und auch für gute Esser ausreichend. Werde von nun an wohl wieder regelmäßig bestellen...

Mega grosse Burger sowie Pizza ist empfehlenswert. Mega lecker. Freundliches Personal.

Кілька столиків, невелике приміщення, все в диму, в жіночому туалеті не тримається кришка унітазу і не вмикалось світло. Це якщо почати з мінусів. Але... більшість заходять, беруть своє замовлення і їдуть додому, тому всі ці мінуси зовсім не проблема)) особисто я мегазадоволена обслуговуванням. На ламаній німецькій мові замовлення я зробила, мене зрозуміли, все зробили, каву принесли, дітей нагодували. Усе з посмішкою. Кухня смачна, що ще потрібно? Дякую за гостинність

Wo andere trockene oder fade Soßen zu den Nudelgerichten servieren, haben eure Soßen Geschmack. Macht Spaß hier zu bestellen!

Leider haben wir keine gute Erfahrung gemacht - haben aufgrund Empfehlung bestellt. Bestellt wurden vier Gerichte - lediglich eins davon wurde korrekt geliefert - Burger und dieser war auch ganzgut. Der Rest stimmte hinten u vorne nicht. Dazu Wartezeit von fast 1,5 Stunden! Und zu allem Überfluss mussten wir dem Fahrer vorrechnen, was wir an Wechselgeld bekommen. Wir gaben eine zweite Chance, leider klappte auch da nichts ;/

Q-Pizza ist Spitzenküche zum nachhause liefern. Die nachhaltige Verpackung und der super Service sind einfach nicht vergleichbar mit anderen Lieferdiensten im Umkreis. Gerade die App ist super, da man dort bei Selbstabholung 10% sparen kann. Es lohnt sich aber nicht nur wegen der 10% sich Mal dort hinzustellen und dem Treiben zuzuschauen, es wirkt wie ein perfekt studierter Tanz in der jeder weiß was er zutun hat. Da ich mich schon quer durch die Speisekarte gegessen habe kann ich den Sweet Q Döner empfehlen, dieser wird allerdings erst mit dem Schafskäse zur einer perfekten Kombination aus Fleisch, Pommes, Soße und Cremigkeit! Nicht zu vergessen sind auch die Nachspeisen, gerade der NY Cheesecake ist super und passt selbst nach Dönerteller noch rein! Macht weiter so!

Schnelle Lieferung, super frische Zutaten, perfekt abgeschmeckt,Burger und Pommes super lecker, Pasta mit Tomaten/Hühnchen/Knoblauch/Rucola auch der Hammer! Qualität hat ihren Preis. Wir bestellen auf jeden Fall gerne immer wieder!!! Die Pizzabrötchen die bei der Pasta dabei waren, waren kalt und trocken. Nur als kleiner Hinweis, ansonsten alles perfekt!!!!! -Nochmal bestellt und wieder super lecker!!! Hätte etwas heißer sein können, aber dennoch richtig gut😍

Essen war ok. Bei einem Burger Menü wurde die Pommes vergessen Bei Dönerteller die soße vergessen.
