No recommendation. I upset my stomach yesterday and have been vomiting ever since.

Totally disappointed. We had a family celebration with 10 people and were almost ignored by the service. The table, which had been reserved well in advance, was only pushed together when we were already there. The appetizer came before the drinks were served. The pizza was cold and tasteless. totally disappointing!!!

Loud, crowded, hectic. Service lousy, food subpar. Terrible shoe sole pizza and rotten salad. What's wrong with you, there are restaurateurs who really make an effort? Never again Purino.

The service was friendly but the rest was an absolute disgrace. It took almost 30 minutes for the order to be taken. Over 1 hour after ordering, the appetizer arrived along with the drinks! The main course took another 90 minutes to arrive. We would be put off several times with "others feel the same way" and "only 5-10 more minutes" while we saw the same dishes being served to people at other tables, some of whom had arrived more than an hour after us. Mind you the restaurant was half full and there were 6 of us. I can only advise against the main course salad. For €16 you get a portion that would be too small even as a starter salad and with the wrong dressing. The person sitting next to me ordered vegetarian and received chicken. The person sitting next to me added walnuts to her salad despite the suggestion that she had a walnut allergy. No apology, no discount or anything like that.

I really liked the ambience of the restaurant. The only negative point was the pizza, which unfortunately didn't suit my taste with its very thin base and tomato sauce. What is particularly positive is the child-friendly pricing: children up to 6 years eat free, and children aged 6 and over only pay half price!

Despite the long wait for food, again and again. The food is simply delicious 😁, whether pasta or pizza The size of the pizzas and pasta fills everyone up 😂

Great chain and food is good too! Otherwise, appropriate ambience but not romantic or anonymous!

The food is lower midfield. The pizzas were thin like a tarte flambée (perhaps their concept - I'll leave it at that) and the tomato sauce was spread so thinly that the already "crispy" base was even drier. No trace of mozzarella and yes, the pizza was declared to have cheese. Unfortunately it was only lukewarm when it came to our table. My knife was dirty, but was replaced without any problems. All in all, I would have gotten more out of a frozen pizza (more in my stomach, more enjoyment while eating, more money in my wallet). Maybe we had a bad day today and needed to skimp on ingredients. I have no idea, the dirty toilets actually did the rest for me. I don't have to go there anymore.

Beautifully located in the green area at Gottesau Castle with enough parking space right in front of the door, indoor/outdoor catering, barrier-free, friendly staff, eCash payment without any problems but: I can't recommend pasta/penne arrabiata...it tasted more like a ready meal, cherry tomatoes were rather sour without any taste of their own, and were carelessly brought to the plate without any garnish...and the best thing: individual sprinkling of parmesan by the guest Extra charge🤦‍♂️sorry, but you put a little more effort into the kitchen somewhere else...so there's no risk of repeating it🤷🏼‍♂️

Delicious food and a great atmosphere in the igloo. The service Zehra was great. All in all very good 👍🏻.

We really enjoy eating here, the food is very tasty and so far we haven't been disappointed. The employees are always polite and you feel like you're in good hands, even with children ☺️

I was supposed to go to the center of town but got lost and ended up at this restaurant. Unlike the ravioli I eat in Japan, it's huge and dry, and I can't tell if it's delicious or not. The pizza had so much arugula that I had never eaten it before. Let's just say that the salad tastes pretty good. However, I am concerned that the carrots in it are thick. Still, I think the staff working with the small number of customers did their best.

Irene was very friendly. Responded very quickly to all requests. We ate the Strisce di Manzo and the Fettuccine Pollo e Cicoria. Tiramisu tastes more like a cake from my childhood in Bulgaria 😉 but everything is good

I enjoy eating there, but you should plan on waiting a bit as the service doesn't keep up that quickly.

We've been coming to Purino Karlsruhe with the whole family for years and absolutely love it! We always receive a warm welcome as soon as we arrive, and what's particularly nice is how child-friendly the team is. A big compliment goes to our waiter Max: so attentive, warm and personable - you can tell that he really enjoys his job The food is great: fresh and delicious. Our children love the pasta, and we adults are always more than satisfied. We keep coming back!

Beautiful, especially in summer! The food is often very good, but I've noticed that when it's very busy, it doesn't taste as good. On my last visit, the pasta dish was unfortunately not good and rather sticky. But that was the first time, and it was extremely busy! Otherwise, everything was great!

The pasta was homemade, which means it tastes fresh and unique every time. The shrimp in my friend's dish was also incredibly delicious, and the pasta with pesto was just as pasta with pesto should be—you can't go wrong with that. I had the fettucine with gorgonzola and was super happy with it. It met my taste exactly. Max's service left nothing to be desired.

The service was very good. We received quick and friendly service from Costa. The pasta, Ravioli Formaggio di Pecora, was extremely tasty and also a good portion size. The ambience is, as always, pleasant and beautiful. All in all there is nothing to complain about.

The Pizza Tutto at Purino is truly unique – both in size and taste! There is also probably the best tiramisu in Karlsruhe. The service, especially from Max, was great and rounded off the experience. Absolutely recommended!

Very tasty food in a nice atmosphere. The homemade lemonade is also highly recommended. The service is consistently very polite and attentive. Especially Michelle. There is one star deduction for the pizza. This is very thin and crispy and is more reminiscent of a tarte flambée.

Something like this can only survive in undemanding Germany. Poor service because it's slow and disorganized, pizzas that aren't pizzas, drinks and food come as they please - when they do - and are far too expensive. Free food for the kids, a nearby playground to keep them occupied while they eat, and, of course, the name of the waitress seem to be more important to the public than quality and professional service. Like the shop, so the customer. Recently, they've also been buying positive reviews, like on April 29th.

Trotz Reservierung und genügend freien Plätzen war die Wartezeit auf den Tisch lang. Danach haben wir sehr lang auf Getränke und noch viel länger auf das Essen gewartet, obwohl das Restaurant nicht voll besetzt war. Alles was wir bestellen wollten, war leider aus. Wir haben uns dann für Pizza und Pasta entschieden: Pizza war geschmacklos und kalt, die Pasta Carbonara trocken und fad. Parmesan kostet extra! Trotz Reklamation kein Wort der Entschuldigung. Eine bevorstehende geschäftliche Reservierung habe ich aufgrund der heutigen Erfahrung storniert. Früher war das Purino eine tolle Empfehlung, heute leider nicht mehr.
