The food and service are good. That is, if you get a table. Out of 10 visits they didn't have a table for us 9.9 times. Although sometimes we saw a lot of empty tables there... Of course, sometimes we make reservations... But if you want to eat there spontaneously, don't you have a chance? Also, the receptionist was quite rude when he heard we didn't have a reservation... The day before yesterday it rained quite heavily. I was there with my toddler in my arms. He said there was no table and I said okay, let's look somewhere else... He just ignored us and kept looking at the computer... Maybe I was sensitive, but I felt very unwelcome. It was the time when I loved her tiramisu so much.. But now all the feelings are gone...

The restaurant itself looks really great, but it's just way too loud. You don't even understand the person you're talking to. Unfortunately the food was just okay. The pizza tasted very bland and was definitely not worth 16.9. The supposed basil pesto tasted like Gorgonzola. The only positive thing is the good service. But you absolutely can't recommend the pizza there, especially not for the price.

Some of the food was served lukewarm at most. The smell of the toilet was pungent.

A very large room that is very loud when there are a lot of visitors. Child-friendly, so the little ones run around all over the place. The wardrobe is nowhere near enough. The billing is a little more complicated because you are not billed per meal but per table. The food was very good and plentiful!

We were always happy to be customers with our whole family but lately you can never get a table without a reservation! Even if you stand directly in front of the lady at the entrance and ask if someone is going to pay in the near future, you will get the answer that she still has too many reservations. Leaving a small contingent free would be really great, but you're just taking the safe route. Too bad, that was the last attempt today!

The food here actually always tastes good. But unfortunately I find the prices now just outrageous. I find 18 euros for a Pizza Piacere to be very steep compared to all the other very good Italian restaurants in the area. That's why I deducted 3 stars because I only eat there once a year.

The restaurant is very stylishly decorated and makes you feel comfortable. Service is also OK, nothing to complain about, if the shop is very full, you may have to wait longer for your food. Food very good.

I received a winter igloo meal in one of the heated plastic tents as a gift and I just loved it! The experience is very special and is perfect for a date or a special evening - you really have privacy and can enjoy the time undisturbed. Visually, the setting is really cool, and of course the food was delicious too. I would definitely recommend it!”

We weren't really impressed with breakfast today. Coffee was cold until the food finally came. Unordered extras, Daddelcreme tasted like garlic. Dirty staff. Plus excessive prices. 3 extra dips cost more than a whole breakfast. Anyway, very expensive. All in all, it didn't work out for us.

For the prices the food is below average. Pizzas are quite expensive and in a strange style.

The previous recession is likely to remain widespread, but unfortunately I now have to criticize the service a lot. We repeatedly had to wait a very, very long time for the order to be taken. There are obviously empty glasses lying around and you have no chance of ordering more. Waving is overlooked (active or real), "right away" becomes a common word. This time after 40 minutes we abandoned the dessert order and had to leave. That's far too long for 3 scoops of ice cream, especially since there was a lot of waiting time beforehand. It's a shame, because the food is unbeatably delicious and the ambience (with the exception of the background noise) is great. We gave the restaurant another chance today, but unfortunately not so quickly. When leaving the restaurant, people used to say “bye” at least once. Today we were completely ignored by a total of 8-10 waitresses bustling around. As a customer, I don't want to be treated like that, especially not with the service described above. Always very good food, especially the pizzas. A restaurant we like to go to with the whole family. Very family friendly. Sometimes it's a bit loud, but I'm happy to ignore that.

Extremely delicious food, also vegetarian. We ate three courses, every dish was delicious. The service is very courteous, fast and friendly, even though it was quite busy. The dog was also brought water without asking. We found the atmosphere very cozy and nice. Only small downer is that it was a bit noisy, but it was still ok. Overall a great experience, will happily go again. There are only a few restaurants where everything is right, Purino is one of them.

The dips at breakfast are really great. Even the bread! You can tell it's freshly baked. We like to have breakfast here :)

Full restaurant, queue, but still got a table after a short wait without a reservation. Nice service, no one seemed stressed. All three meals came at the same time and were delicious.

Modern restaurant with very loud acoustics. The breakfast, no matter what type, was always perfect and the quality of the individual products was very good. We waited over an hour for breakfast even though the restaurant wasn't completely full. The volume is very loud and not suitable for entertaining. All in all, the restaurant is recommended! There are plenty of parking spaces!

Es war wirklich enttäuschend, besonders wenn du bisher nur gute Erfahrungen dort gemacht hast und das Restaurant sogar deinen Freundinnen empfohlen hast. Von Resten bedient zu werden und dann auch noch unfreundlichen Service zu erleben, ist definitiv frustrierend. Es ist immer schade, wenn ein Restaurant seine Standards nicht mehr halten kann, und man dann das Vertrauen verliert.

Pasta was tasty, but the pizzas were too oily for my taste. We had to wait quite a long time (but it was also quite full). What struck me as particularly negative is that you're rarely asked for a bottle of water while you're sitting down. It would be nicer to offer a (free) carafe of tap water straight away, as a few cafés and restaurants already do.

Unfortunately service was bad, long waiting time. But food was delicious. Plates were not cleared away and no questions were asked for further drinks. Otherwise we would probably have stayed and had dessert. Even when there weren't many guests left around 9 p.m., there were still dishes on all the tables because they simply weren't cleared away. It was very messy. A few guests even simply left because they weren't served at all. Nice restaurant, modern design but very loud.

Beautifully furnished restaurant with free parking spaces within walking distance (in the evening). Bruschetta was very tasty. The salads are solid, but relatively expensive. The ravioli with Gorgonzola sauce were not to our taste, the sauce was very thick and greasy. The service was friendly, but only brought a missing drink after several reminders.

I can't say anything about the food because I waited 1.5 hours for my pizza and then left. Other tables arrived later and had already had their food. All I heard from the waiter was “coming soon”. Ambience is actually quite nice, albeit loud.

Something like this can only survive in undemanding Germany. Worse because slow and disorganized service, pizzas that are not, drinks and food come as they want - when they come - and far too expensive for that. For the audience, free food for the children, a playground nearby to keep them busy while they eat and of course the name of the waitress seem to be more important than quality and professional service. Like the store, like the guest.

I am extremely allergic to an ingredient and when I asked for it to be removed the waiter started making fun of the situation! The pizza took a long time and arrived cold. To put a simple beer on the table I had to wait almost 15 minutes, not to mention that the prices don't even correspond to the service!!! Well recommended!!!

So the food is a disgrace for the price. Ordered a “provolone with corn and porcini mushrooms” pizza. The porcini mushrooms were completely missing. When we asked, we were told that porcini mushrooms and porcini mushroom sauce had run out. Or can you also get salami pizza without salami here???? Pfff.......so I only got a pizza with provolone cheese with corn (see picture, pizza is left over from yesterday, but look at the toppings and the thin dough, WHAT IS THAT!!!!!° ), looked more like a thin tarte flambée and completely without porcini mushrooms AND THAT for €14.50. And you pay money for something like that. An absolute impudence and has nothing to do with culinary manufacture and doesn't convince us either, it's just a rip-off!!! We avoid locality. Every other pizzeria or trattoria offers more quality and value for money than you. Hey guys, you're upsetting and upsetting a lot of people with this, sorry.

After my repeated visit, my opinion is clear: Unfortunately, the restaurant has lost its charm. So I definitely can't recommend it. The service was completely inattentive and the waiting times were unbearable. Even the drinks came half an hour later and were already served with melted ice. The quality of the food has also declined significantly. The location is still very good, but this alone is not enough to make the visit a pleasant memory. Too bad.

I've been there twice now and both times the service left a lot to be desired. King customer? Are you kidding me? Are you serious when you say that. Today the pizza came while we were still eating the starters, went back and was then brought to the table lukewarm. The Parma ham was the cheapest kind and the buffalo mozzarella was a cold, hard lump on the pizza. A good price-performance ratio looks different. Probably won't go there again.

Ambience OK so far. Very cool and very loud due to the large hall. Charm of a train station hall. Food expensive and very little. Taste ok. Pizza look good. Staff unprofessional and service very poor. It takes forever for someone to come record. Food is handed over to the first person at a large table to be passed on. If you have any questions, the staff has no idea, but doesn't make any effort to clarify. The only plus point is the playground.

The best thing about this restaurant is the ambience. The food is average and so is the service. It's a shame, the concept sounds good. But the pizza is courted by a long-matured dough. Unfortunately, it doesn't taste good at all. Absolutely dry.

Unfortunately, I have to say that my visit to Purino was anything but pleasant. If you come here, be prepared for a long wait and frustratingly poor service. When we arrived, we were completely ignored for a good 15 minutes. No friendly “welcome”, no question as to whether we had reserved a table, not even a simple “good evening”. After finally managing to get a waitress's attention, we were shown to our table. However, this was just the beginning of an evening that would have required more patience than a multi-course meal. We ordered our drinks right away, hoping to at least have them served quickly. But this hope disappeared after about 20 minutes when there was still no sign of our drinks. Another 20 minutes passed before the drinks finally arrived - a total of 40 minutes of waiting time just for a few simple drinks! And this despite the fact that the restaurant wasn't even overly full. The food arrived after another long wait, which took longer than expected, but the real height of the outrage was that it sat on our table for a good five minutes without any cutlery being brought to us. So there we sat, hungry and frustrated, the food right in front of us but no way to enjoy it. After we finally asked for the cutlery, it was thrown on the table with a pained smile, as if we were the problem. At least the food was okay - the dishes were tasty, well prepared and the quality was acceptable. But even the best food cannot disguise such disastrous service. If you wait almost an hour for drinks and the food is served without cutlery, even the best taste no longer has any value.

We ate at Purino today, unfortunately our visit didn't get off to a good start. We would have liked to sit on the terrace when it was 22 degrees and sunny, but an employee told us it was still too “cool” to sit outside and the terrace would not open until 1 p.m. So we were forced to sit inside in the nice weather. Among other things, we ordered scrambled eggs that didn't contain all of the ingredients listed on the menu. Unfortunately, the vegetarian scrambled eggs also tasted totally like bacon. We also ordered a breakfast platter with freshly squeezed orange juice, but we didn't receive any freshly squeezed orange juice. When we spoke to the waitress they said, “Unfortunately the oranges are empty but I'll check again” - then they suddenly had oranges and we received our freshly squeezed orange juice. To top it all off, shortly after we had eaten, the terrace opened at around 11:45 a.m. instead of 1 p.m. as we were told. Unfortunately our visit was very disappointing.

Nachdem wir im Sommer 2024 schon einmal im Außenbereich des Restaurants gegessen haben und sehr zufrieden über die Qualität der Essen waren, sind wir gestern zum Mittagessen erneut im Restaurant gewesen. Entspannte Begrüßung, kleine verbale Späße und Wortspiele mit den Mitarbeitenden und höfliche, freundliche Mitarbeitende im Service erzeugen bereits zu Beginn eine positive Stimmung. Die Nudelgerichte sind frisch zubereitet mit selbstgemachten Teigwaren und frischen Kräutern und tollen Saucen. Die hausgemachte Limonade erfrischt und schmeckt fruchtig. Insgesamt eine sehr positive Atmosphäre rundet das Erlebnis ab. Für den schnellen Mittagstisch ich das Restaurant allerdings nicht geeignet - und das ist wohltuend gut so. Gerichte und Mitarbeitende setzen sich wohltuend von der breiten Masse in der Gastronomie ab.

Ambiance and location are good. Waiting times to order and for the food to arrive are forever. It took about 1.5 hours for the food to arrive. The wrong drinks and wrong dishes were also brought to the table. It's not all that cheap for the expandable service. Edit: Paying also took 4 attempts. Wrong prices, then no change.

Ich war innerhalb von 3 Wochen 2 mal zum Essen hier. Nach dem ersten enttäuschenden Erlebnis von schlechtem Service und mittelmäßigem Essen, wollte ich dem Restaurant letzte Woche ein zweite Chance geben. Leider wurde es noch viel schlimmer. Wieder habe ich nach der Bestellung des Getränk genau 30 Minuten warten müssen, bis ich endlich mein Getränk bekommen habe. Als Einzelperson warten man hier scheinbar besonders lang auf seinen Service, da einige Tische um mich herum mit mehreren Gästen und späterer Bestellen sogar schneller ihre Getränke bekamen. Der Service ist komplett aus planlosen Schülern/Studenten oder sonstigen Service-fernem Personal zusammengestallt, das ziel und planlos permanent im Restaurant im Kreis läuft. Das Essen war dann eine absolute Zumutung. Zu salzige Tomatensoße an einem lieblos zusammengekippten Nudelgericht. Das übelste, war das vermutlich nur schnell angewärmte vorgekochte Hähnchenfleisch, das vermutlich schon ein paar Tage auf seine Verwendung gewartet hatte und so trocken war, wir der staubige Gehweg vor dem Restaurant. Das Restaurant ist ein trauriges Beispiel, wie man es schafft mit totaler Planlosigkeit eine Restaurant an einem tollen Standort komplett in den Graben fährt. Der Eigentümer oder Pächter sollte sich schämen!

We were at PURiNO on a Thursday evening. The table reservation worked without any problems. The ambience and location is nice, but there is a catastrophic parking situation during the open-air cinema at Gottesaue Castle. It's better to arrive by train or bike. We were there 10 minutes before 9:00 a.m. and were brought to our table after a short wait. And then... nothing happened until around 1930, when we asked, someone took the first round of drinks. This came around 1945. After almost an hour we were able to order the food there when we asked again. And then again... nothing happened until around 2045. When the waiter first served the food at the next table, who had ordered shortly after us. Of course, the drinks were empty again, but no one passed the table who was "authorized" to take an order. When our food, only lukewarm, was brought to the table around 2050, we took the rare opportunity to immediately order something to drink, which was then served at 2115. Conclusion about the food: Pizza was almost cold and the base wasn't browned, as if it had been in the oven for too short a time. The pasta was a little warmer than the pizza, but the taste was average. Conclusion on the service: Eternal waiting times and no apology or accommodation. We were only served when we specifically asked someone to do so. Conclusion on the ambience: Nice decor and nice location. In the men's toilet the paper was empty and despite the open window there was a strong smell of urine. No parking spaces in the evenings during the open-air cinema. We agreed not to go back to PURiNO Ost after this disappointment.

A really wonderful child-friendly restaurant! Super nice service and delicious food and drinks. One point deducted because we sometimes had to wait very long for the food. Nevertheless, we always like to come back.

The location is really very nice. That's pretty much it. The rocket salad was ok, a pizza with Parma ham and mozzarella was at least edible. By the way, mozzarella means that a complete ball of mozzarella is popped into the middle of the pizza. Too lazy to cut up? The second, Capricciosa, was inedible. Service terribly bad. Waiting for everything, then wrong, then the notepad is broken, then booked on the wrong table. Last but not least: almost 20 for a pizza, 7.50 for a water. Are you crazy?

The two of us came on a Sunday evening at half past seven. More than half of the guest area was free, we were first sent out again and told to wait outside until we were asked to come in. We did that and stood outside for 10 minutes while the waiters walked past us several times and, when asked, always just said they didn't have time at the moment, but without visibly bringing anything out, instead a waiter was probably too busy Friends sat at the table and chatted. After more than 15 minutes someone came out and told us that they had no more capacity today and that we should leave now. All in all, the worst team performance I have ever experienced in Karlsruhe and a complete farce from everyone working there.

As has already been criticized here: Unacceptable service, endless waiting times, food not coming at the same time, drinks with melted ice cubes after 30 minutes. The operations manager said laconically, “It’s just full today,” while the waiters chatted with each other inside. The guests at the neighboring table sat with dirty plates for an hour after eating and then simply left. By the time we were finally able to pay, the main film in the open air cinema had already started! Hire a new manager, only chance for the otherwise nice restaurant.

Especially during the open air cinema period, it is very well attended on beautiful summer evenings. The food was delicious, the service could be improved. Even after asking, the ice cream we ordered didn't arrive before we had to pay. Maybe next time.

First of all I would like to praise the staff. The hut was packed, there were absences due to illness and the existing staff were in constant stress. Nevertheless, you were all very friendly and accommodating. The ambience and location are great. Unfortunately, you have to wait in line despite making a reservation in advance. In our case it was the case that the guests had not reserved beforehand and we then had to wait for a free place despite the reservation. But this is due to logistics and not the staff. Unfortunately, the kitchen is far too small for the size of the restaurant. Even the most experienced pizza maker cannot cope with just one pizza oven. Unfortunately, the quality of the dishes suffers as a result. Nevertheless, we had a very nice evening thanks to the staff. We noticed that other guests had not paid a bill of over €300 due to the waiting time. I really hope you read this review. That doesn't work at all. Especially since you have the option to pay directly in the guest room... For the staff ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The logistics can still be fine-tuned.

Actually such a great restaurant! Actually... We are frequent guests and on our last 3 visits we unfortunately waited at least 20 minutes for our drinks each time. Often the food comes before the drinks. The service seems very disorganized. Unfortunately, this spoils the visit. But if you have a lot of time, you can have a great time here. The pasta is highly recommended and all the drinks and food are delicious.

Cool shop, great food but very inexperienced and sometimes invisible staff.

Very tasty and cozy, the staff were all relaxed and friendly and professional at the same time. It's almost like you're sitting on a lake, even though you're in the city. Unfortunately, you have to expect long waiting times.

Beautifully located in the immediate vicinity of Gottesaue Castle. There is a playground and skate park right next door. The food was very tasty, the service was really good.

The food is okay, but the service is quite disorganized and not very customer-oriented. Not getting the starter until you've already eaten half of the main course is an absolute no-go! Until you can pay your bill at the end, you also have to rely on the goodwill of the waitress.

Das Ambiente im Aussenbereich ist ganz angenehm. Die Bedienungen waren auch nett. Ich hatte einen Feldsalat mit Hühnchen. Das Hühnchen war geschmacklich gut, der Rest des Salates jedoch enttäuschend, überwiegend matschig und zusammengefallen. Hollunderschorle war extrem süß und viel zu teuer. Mehrere Bestecke waren schmutzig und mussten reklamiert werden. Auf unsere zweiten Getränke mussten wir ca. 25 Minuten warten. Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.

That's why we avoid the restaurant Everything seems very uncoordinated and the young waitresses with no experience are completely overwhelmed. It's a shame, especially since the conditions locally are really great.

Food is so good but the service is not. Only one lady is so kind and Friendly to us. We forget to ask her name. Wish you all the best!! The rest of staff just don't care about us, even I am asking some drinks for my two kids!!

Das Restaurant soll ein italienisches Restaurant sein, wir haben dort eine Pizza bestellt, was wir bekommen haben, war ein belegtes Cracker für stolze 18,5 €! Der Belag war gut, aber derTeig war hart, maximal 1 mm dünn und kein bißchen fluffig, gleichmäßig braun am Rand und mit perfekten runden und glatten Ränder, sah aus wie ein industriell vorgebackenes Blatt. Es ist unverschämt sowas Pizza zu benennen , mir als Italienerin blutet das Herz!

Tolles Lokal mit viel Platz, hervorragender Auswahl und zuvorkommendem Service. Sowohl die Pizzen als die Pastagericht schmecken wunderbar, das Ambiente ist ansprechend und preislich ist alles im Rahmen. Top Adresse!

Obwohl wir reserviert haben, haben wir keinen Platz bekommen. Telefonisch reserviert.
