The food at PURiNO is fantastic. We had pizza and pasta, and everyone was very happy. The service is first-class. They have special offers for children. If an adult orders a main course, one child gets a free meal from the children's menu. The staff is also extremely friendly and welcoming to children. As a family, you feel completely at ease.

Wouldnt recommend if you have allergies. I have coeliac disease and had terrible service from the waiter when asking about gluten free options. He kept telling me to order the pasta even though it explicity states on the menu the gluten free pasta is not suitable for coeliacs. When i asked about some add ons for the salads he was aggressive and rude and wouldnt give me a straight answer or ask the chef what would be suitable so we had to leave.

Far too overpriced, and the menu is very confusing. The staff seems overwhelmed and unprofessional – perhaps they should employ fewer student workers and more experienced staff. I will not be visiting this restaurant again.

I have been a very loyal customer of Purino and went there to celebrate my anniversary the service had been amazing as usual and atmosphere is great but food was disappointing to my surprise. Pasta was tasteless and felt like plastic, quantity is reduced, pizza was also not great as it use to be …hopefully it’s just one day glitch but it made my anniversary not so special with the food part ….

I usually enjoy eating here, but my last visit was a disaster; the staff member was incredibly rude and impolite. Never again…

I like Purino; the food is good, and the service is usually very good, although sometimes you have to wait a bit longer to order, pay, etc. You can tell Purino is a chain, and it looks the same at every location: dark with LEDs, which is stylish but nothing special anymore, and sometimes just too dark. Otherwise, I would go back anytime because it's always a great experience in the end.

The staff at reception today were very unfriendly. We came in, said hello, we were a party of six, and the response was: "Good for you..." The restaurant was empty, he acted totally cool, and said we were fully booked. He didn't answer any of my questions. I've enjoyed going there with my family since it opened, but because of the unfriendly reception, I'm reluctant to go again. We felt very uncomfortable.

Reserving a table for 10 people worked. The cushion for the hard bench was only partially provided. The ambiance was very plain and austere. It lacked a cozy Italian atmosphere. Our food took 45 minutes, even though we only ordered pizza and pasta dishes. The pasta dishes tasted okay. The very thin, un-Italian pizza base didn't impress us. The interpretation of the pizza with a piece of salmon in the middle takes some getting used to. We love good Italian food, but we cannot recommend PURiNO in Karlsruhe!

Trying to reserve a table for breakfast is impossible; the AI ​​is completely clueless. It doesn't understand morning times and always suggests evening times.

The tram stop is right nearby, and there is ample parking available, which is even free after 5 pm. There is also a large parking area next to the restaurant. The food at this restaurant is of excellent quality and definitely worth a visit. However, you should be prepared to wait, as it is usually very busy. Nevertheless, it is still possible to enjoy your meal, especially since children under 6 eat for free.

Wonderful food and drinks, friendly service and quick processing.

Maybe they just don't want any customers. The service was good for a while, but on our last visit, we waited a long time at the door. They said someone was supposed to be there soon to show us to a table. Why the server couldn't do that was beyond me—it wasn't even full. Since we were hungry and we don't enjoy waiting, we left. If they don't want any customers, we'll just eat somewhere else.

Very harmoniously balanced ingredients. A very crispy pizza base. Salad and bruschetta with unusual ingredients. We'd gladly return! Thank you very much for the attentive and friendly service!

The thinnest rag you can imagine, and that's supposed to be PIZZA. - The host was unnecessarily, overly friendly and joking at the entrance, but when we didn't like the assigned seat, he/she showed his teeth... NO hospitality to be seen at all. - I was a guest there for 15 years, but this person and this PIZZA have seriously ruined my ability to continue to recommend it, as I have done for our customers and hotel guests for years. - I'm not going to fight for a seat, or order a second large pizza because they saved EUR 0.20 on flour when the drink cost EUR 10. - Either the host is clever and tries hard enough that the guest sits down at the table with a smile and leaves the restaurant the same way, or he should change jobs or close the shop. - The only things that have changed for the worse at this shop are the food and the staff.

We went there today for my husband's birthday, as it was our favorite restaurant. We specifically reserved a table at 4 p.m. because our soon-to-be 2-year-old son was coming with us. We hoped it wouldn't be too busy at that time so we wouldn't have to wait long. I'll keep it short and sweet: - There were 17 people there (the place was completely empty) - Birthday notice (what's the point of mentioning that if it doesn't make any difference anyway? I thought maybe we'd get a table with a little decoration, a table a bit off to the side, or a little surprise drink. None of that was implemented) - what a shame. - It took a while before we could order drinks. - The appetizer arrived 20 minutes after ordering (which is totally fine). - The main course took another 30 minutes, though. Only one pizza arrived instead of two due to a kitchen mishap (mind you, there was also a kitchen mishap at the table opposite). - The second pizza arrived after 10 minutes. - Regarding the food, I can say that the pizza tasted fantastic despite everything. - They used to come with free Parmesan cheese. Now, upon request, they charge 0.50 per jar. - Garlic oil and chili oil were available as always. - Our starter was Insieme... completely overpriced in my opinion. The classic version also tasted completely different than it did back then (we loved it sooooo much), the taste was okay. Some spice 🌿 was different. No idea. It just wasn't like it was back then. Conclusion: We were familiar with the long wait times, but not when there were soooo few visitors in the house. Very annoying for parents who specifically book such times so they can leave quickly. These kitchen mishaps happened quite often, of all places, at our place too :D but, the place was packed at that time. That's fine for us, but two in a row? With so few visitors and such a long wait? Hmm... What a shame...

Such a lovely, cozy restaurant. Delicious, and the added bonus is that kids up to 6 eat and drink for free. And the portions are still decent.

Despite the restaurant being empty, we were turned away as a small group by a rather rude gentleman. We've always been accommodating because everything else was always perfect, but this was our last time here.

The food arrived at different times. My mother received her food 40 minutes earlier. The food was bland, and the pizza was lukewarm.

But good things are also becoming more and more expensive.

The acoustics are very loud. Food and service are excellent.

Yes, it was really nice there. The service was very friendly. However, you're not allowed to choose your own tables; you're assigned one, which I don't think is a good idea. I would also prefer chairs instead of benches; it's always annoying when someone is sitting in the middle and wants to get up. And I can only say something about my salami pizza: yes, it was delicious, but you almost have to hunt for the salami; thinner but more slices would be better. What I also really like are the homemade lemonades, which are really delicious and highly recommended.

Unfortunately, this has nothing to do with Italian cuisine. How can you serve such a rag and claim it's "spaghetti aglio e olio"?! The dish looked like it had been heated in a microwave. It literally looked like pasta with mud. The pasta was hard and stiff, and the sauce... Disgusting. The chef doesn't understand Italian cuisine if he serves a dish like this. In my opinion, the waitress should also know what the dish should look like. We were there at the end of June, and it was very hot. We sat outside, ordered drinks and food... We had to wait over 20 minutes for the drinks alone! And they weren't complicated drinks. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it.

There were four of us here and we were sadly disappointed. Although it was barely busy, we had to wait over 45 minutes for our food. The situation with the drinks was particularly irritating: Two Wildberry Lillets were served, with the tonic already tasting stale. After complaining, we received "new" drinks, but it seemed as if the old glasses had only been refilled – a noticeable stain on the glass confirmed this. Only after complaining again and asking for a drink at the bar did we receive a fresh one. It's a shame, but the restaurant is no longer an option for us for the time being.

Waiting over an hour for food during your lunch break is simply too long. This is even more true when the number of guests is rather small. The ravioli occobuca were nothing special and rather disappointing. Overall, there's little reason for another visit.

The very attentive and helpful server deserves special mention. However, the food didn't arrive at the same time, the pizza was only lukewarm, the pasta was tasteless, and even the water was warm. Overall, just 3 stars. Definitely take all the other reviews to heart, and things can get better.

We often go here to eat with friends because there's something for everyone. Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio doesn't always match. The food is still delicious, even if the portions are sometimes a bit small.

We had to wait 45 minutes for the food, and it didn't taste good. The pizzas were cold, the dough wasn't good, and the risotto in the bowl was a solid, tasteless mush bathed in oil.

Disappointing! We sat for 1 hour and 15 minutes until the food arrived. The pizza was cold, and the appetizer of buffalo mozzarella with 8 halves of mini cocktail tomatoes and a few leaves of arugula was unseasoned, unfortunately very poorly served. The first drink was served quickly, and afterward, no one asked if we wanted anything else. We were left sitting there for almost 45 minutes without food. When we asked how long the food would take, we were kindly offered a welcome from the kitchen as compensation for the long wait. Unfortunately, this didn't arrive until after the food had arrived, and we were charged for it at the end. The staff is friendly and always helpful, but unfortunately, the flow wasn't quite right on this day. A shame!

Finally, thin pizza dough like in Italy. The pizza is delicious. Fast service and very friendly staff.

The Purino restaurant in Karlsruhe opens on Sundays at 11:30. As soon as we entered, we sat outside and received our drinks within seconds—a great start. Then we ordered two pizzas. After about half an hour, with the restaurant almost empty, they finally arrived. My pizza had a piece of raw meat in the center, not exactly appetizing. The service, unfortunately, leaves much to be desired. The empty plates were left on the table, attracting flies, bees, and even birds. In the end, we even gave up on coffee. Two positives: convenient parking and clean bathrooms with background music. I don't usually write negative reviews, but this time I'll make an exception!!! I'll definitely be back... Corca. 😀

Obviously, it's not a real Italian restaurant. The flavors are adapted to German tastes. It could be improved a bit, perhaps with a real Italian chef. We can't say we had a bad meal, but the pizza dough tasted like our frozen pizzas. If you're happy with that, it's enjoyable.

Breakfast is simply delicious, whether it's a generous portion or just a sandwich, it's lovingly prepared and delicious. We especially loved the bread basket. It was better than rolls at the bakery. The staff also deserves nothing but praise! Keep it up!

Unfortunately, the service wasn't very attentive; for example, they only took our drink order after about 20 minutes, and the drinks themselves took another 20 minutes. The staff is super friendly and you feel really comfortable. The kids get free food, which I thought was really good. However, the food wasn't special; it lacked flavor and zest. Despite salt, chili oil, and parmesan cheese, it was bland. There were six of us, and everyone had the same opinion despite the different dishes.

Well, it was okay. Maybe I'm a little spoiled, too; my wife makes pizza and pasta worlds better. On the plus side: There's a playground right next door, and the staff were friendly.

A desert of service. An imposition. Change concept or close. Completely overwhelmed. Something like this can only survive in undemanding Germany. Poor service because it's slow and disorganized, pizzas that aren't pizzas, drinks and food come as they please—when they do—and are far too expensive. It seems that free food for the kids, a nearby playground to keep them occupied while they eat, and, of course, the name of the waiter are more important to the public than quality and professional service. As the store, so the customer. The restrooms stink.

The ravioli were only half-cooked... and the order alone took 30 minutes. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was friendly.

Service is different. We had a reservation and were brought straight to our table. Everything was great. We ordered, but one of the two drinks was wrong, no big deal...it happens. We waited almost an hour for the food. As if that wasn't enough, we waited well over an hour for the bill. That's really rude. We asked twice and were told "I'll pass it on" or "I'll be right there." It's no wonder they didn't tip a cent. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

Not my first visit to this restaurant, but for now, the last. How can it be that in times of omicron and high incidence rates, there's no distancing between tables, let alone plexiglass or similar precautions? We had a lady sitting right next to us who was constantly coughing and snotting. One waitress even forwent a mask altogether and diligently leaned over the other guests. Now I've caught coronavirus, no wonder with such behavior from such not particularly intelligent people. The food, in my opinion, is nothing special, pure mass processing at rather high prices. We had a reservation and were assigned a mini table, which with two pizzas was far too small, while most of the other couples got a table for four. What criteria are used to decide on something like this?

The food was attractively presented and delicious. Children under 7 don't pay and receive a very generous portion, and even those aged 7 and over pay a small fee. Otherwise, the food is rather expensive, at €12-13 per main course. What bothered us was the long wait for the food to arrive, hence the one-star deduction. It's important to reserve a table, otherwise you might miss out. The food and ambiance are okay, and the service is good.

The food is very good and fresh. There's plenty of variety. A lot of things were forgotten in our breakfast order: half the drinks, the orange juice included with breakfast, and all the butter (from three breakfasts). The wait times are long. You have to be prepared for an hour, unfortunately. Nevertheless, you can enjoy a relaxed breakfast even in larger groups. It's nice and quiet outside.

Very long wait times, two out of four meals were not good, and the portions were simply ridiculous (see below: salmon salad with prawns). When we politely pointed this out, the server became very frosty. We won't be back.

We had a reservation for four people at 6:45 p.m. The Purino was busy. Unfortunately, we had to wait until 8:00 p.m. for the first appetizer. Then came two main courses, then two more, and finally, around 8:20 p.m., the rest of the appetizers. We were told an hour after ordering that "it's coming soon," but without any further explanation. The food itself was very tasty. However, you couldn't tell that the pizzas came from a stone oven because they weren't hot enough. The menu used to be more varied, especially for vegetarians. Positive: The idea of having different toppings for each half of a pizza. Especially with long waits, some information, a little greeting from the kitchen, or at least faster service of the appetizers would have been welcome. It's a shame, because it really was better back then.

Unfortunately, our reservation was entered incorrectly, and instead of an apology, we received only a "different system for me." So, despite having a reservation (!), ten of us had to go somewhere else to eat because the restaurant was full. How can it be that you make a reservation in person, even leave a note with all the details, and then find yourself in front of closed doors? As if that weren't bad enough, they then act as if you're to blame. Impossible!

We sat outside, and the ambiance was very nice. However, you can't compare it to a classic Italian restaurant. The pizzas are made with a very light and thin crust. The toppings were of mediocre quality, and the arugula on the pizza was yellow and had holes in it. The house wine is really not recommended, but the Merlot from Sicily was quite good. Unfortunately, we waited forever for the food, which didn't really improve the experience. So, it's more about the location than the quality.

Well today the restaurant is unfortunately dead for me and my whole family. I have never experienced the way we were treated there today, it's a shame. We reserved a table there to celebrate my birthday for 12 o'clock personally after work, but when we got there at 10 o'clock, we weren't allowed in at first and then after waiting 10 minutes, 12 o'clock turned into 3:45 p.m. a time I would never have chosen as I still have a long way home. There was no apology, nothing and it was made out as if we had made the mistake. As I said, it's a shame, if I could I would give this treatment minus 5 stars, because that's not how you treat paying customers.

I've been going to Purino in Karlsruhe for many years. The food is always good and beautifully presented. The restaurant itself is cozy and nice, just noisy. Depending on how many people are there, conversations can be very difficult. Unfortunately, as was the case today, I've repeatedly noticed that on my last 10 visits, I leave the restaurant in a bad mood every time. The service is nice, yes. However, it takes an eternity for my order to be taken. It takes at least 40-50 minutes for the food to finally arrive (today there were only a few tables occupied). Now you even have to pay extra for the Parmesan cheese for the pasta... a bit cheeky. After eating, you wait at least 30 minutes for the plates to be cleared, and then it takes at least another 15 minutes before I can finally pay. This is no longer recommended for a quick bite to eat. It used to be different; I often went here during my lunch break without any problems. You should expect to spend at least 1.5-2 hours per visit if you eat quickly. Every time I'm here, I promise myself I'll never come back. And every time I do, I get annoyed that I'm putting myself through this again. It's a real shame what this restaurant has become. What a pity!

Hello everyone, Purino is one of my favorite Italian restaurants in Karlsruhe; the food is always delicious. The wait time is always a bit too long, even when the restaurant is only half full. Unfortunately, I'm giving the restaurant 4 stars instead of 5 because the service isn't great at all. While everyone is friendly, no one really checks on the customers, and it takes an extremely long time to order, leaving you starving. It's a real shame, because everything should be just right.

It used to be better – unfortunately disappointing. The service and the processing were generally not perfect – there was a misunderstanding during the meal and the situation was not handled particularly confidently. It's a shame, because the visit used to be much more pleasant and better. The food was also significantly better. Currently, considering some of the menu options, it seems like a cost-cutting measure. We will consider other options in the future.

Great restaurant – perfect for families! We went to Purino with a large group, and it was simply fantastic. Despite the large number of guests, the servers were consistently friendly and attentive. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. A particularly convenient feature: there's a playground right next to the restaurant, so the kids could play when they got bored. Our dog was also welcome, which was a huge plus for us. Highly recommended, and we'd love to come back!

It's a very pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, we waited over an hour for our food. The service was very friendly and helpful. Here, too, patience was probably called for due to a staff shortage. The air conditioning also started up a bit late. We enjoyed the food and there was plenty of it. What was striking was the very friendly staff, who had their hands full.

I've rarely eaten such a bad meal. The food was lackluster, overpriced, and tasted awful. And then they charge extra for what? Absolutely lame.

Very friendly staff, child-friendly. The food is a matter of taste – unfortunately, I didn't like it: the pizza base is too dry and thin, and the toppings are rather sparse. There's not enough pizza to go around. The price is a bit too high for that. Unfortunately, the drink prices have also reached a level that's simply no longer appropriate: €5.xx for water with a dash of lemon (500 ml).

Really disappointed with the food. The pasta had no sauce at all! It was just boiled. The drinks were the same, no flavor—it tasted artificial.

Average. The food is okay. I had the pasta with salmon. There could have been two pieces of salmon in it. That one measly thing... oh well. For my starter, I had the bread with garlic dip. There were three small slices of bread with about half a liter of dip. It doesn't quite fit. Why not just put six slices on it? There were three of us. We would have each taken two slices, and it would have been fine as a starter. Afterwards, the waiter asked if we wanted extra bread. In my opinion, there should have been six slices right away. Without the starter, it was around €23 with a drink. So, yes. It was "OK."

The ambiance is nice. The service is friendly, but the menu was missing some pages and we had to wait a long time, even though it wasn't busy. The food is a disgrace. By far the worst pizza I've ever eaten. Inedible.

Went out to eat today, unfortunately everything tasted too cold and therefore had a moldy taste. I have to say it gets worse every time, no matter if it's the sauces or the quality of the food. I find it a real shame that the customer suffers because of the rising costs.

The visit was a complete disappointment. The food arrived far too late and not even at the same time – we had to eat one after the other. When it finally arrived, some of it was even cold. Even worse, however, was the staff: extremely unfriendly and totally condescending. At times, we were treated with downright rudeness and arrogance. Such disrespect is absolutely unacceptable. One thing is clear to us: We will definitely not be coming back.

A truly beautiful restaurant with very attractive architecture and a wonderful terrace. We were warmly greeted on a very hot day and shown to our table. The selection of dishes is very extensive. The quality is exceptionally delicious. The service is very friendly! We would be happy to return.

We had previously reserved for 4 people, but since more people arrived, we had to increase our reservation to 6. Apparently, this was a problem for the manager, as he was very unfriendly on the phone and, even when we arrived, just said in an annoyed manner that we had reserved for 4 people, then increased to 6, and now there were only five of us... I found that unfriendly. The service, however, was really good; we received good advice and our questions were answered. The food itself wasn't our cup of tea; the pasta was completely overcooked and didn't have enough sauce. This was my third time disappointed at Purino and I won't eat there again, even though it's nicely decorated and the staff really make an effort, but there are simply better options in terms of quality.

Yes, definitely recommended. The manager greeted me very warmly and friendly. We had a great seat right by the panoramic window, we had a good conversation, and it wasn't too loud, although we were allowed to be loud 😅 . The food was a bit dry for some of us; it could have used more sauce. The food selection is special, something you don't eat every day. The service was nice, but apparently they were understaffed, as we always had to wait a long time for our drinks (and it was a normal, not very busy place) and the waiters didn't come by often enough to reorder. If they had come to our table more often, we would have ordered more drinks. Furthermore, they didn't serve the food and drinks the way waiters should be trained to. They passed them around the table, served from left to right, and didn't leave the drinks for the person who ordered them 😅 This goes to the manager. The dessert was homemade and very delicious! Generally a good place to go out to eat with a group of people. I felt very comfortable with 11 people, but more and better trained service would be recommended.

Three of us were there on May 26th. The restaurant was recommended to us. Our first impressions were positive. We hadn't reserved but got a table anyway. The waiter was there very quickly and took our requests. Unfortunately, that was the end of all the positive things that evening. It started with me getting the wrong drink. I wanted a non-alcoholic shandy, but I only got a non-alcoholic beer. When I complained, I was given a glass of lemonade to mix myself. I could live with that, but I didn't think it was okay. After about an hour, we asked if our food had been forgotten. The table next to us arrived about 15 minutes after us, but got their food after just 30 minutes. When we asked, we were told that they had pizzas for children. They were regular pizzas and an excuse for us. After the said hour, our food arrived: the starter and the main course. That's completely unacceptable, as both were hot dishes. The asparagus soup was delicious, which I couldn't say before the pizza. The tomato sauce was almost unseasoned, and the cooked ham was carelessly placed cold on top of the finished pizza. That's okay with Parma ham, but that wasn't offered; only cooked ham. The quality of the ham was abysmal. It was the cheapest pressed ham. It could be much better. When we'd finished eating, the waiter quickly cleared the dishes but didn't really respond when we spoke to them. We sat there for what felt like an hour with empty glasses. It wasn't until just before 10 p.m. that the waiter came back and asked if we wanted another coffee because they were cleaning the machine. We said no and paid instead. We agreed that we wouldn't tip the waiter for his service. The waiter gets one for good work, as usual 10%, but if the service was really excellent, he'd be happy to give more. But you can't tip for abysmal service. So we paid all three. I then asked for the bill, which the waiter accepted without comment and left. We continued talking. Only when I turned around at my seat did I see that the waiter from the back right had also simply placed the bill on the table a little way away without comment. I haven't experienced such bad service in a long time. They should talk to the staff. The restaurant probably also has trouble finding good staff, but the service that evening was more of a hassle than a solution to fill the restaurant. The dining room is very open and I find it modern and cozy. Unfortunately, the ceiling and walls are missing anything to absorb the sound. When the restaurant is full, like it was here, it's very loud and you can hardly have a conversation without raising your voice.

We really enjoy eating here, the food is very tasty and so far we haven't been disappointed. The employees are always polite and you feel like you're in good hands, even with children ☺️

The pizza was good and large, but the base was too thin. The incredibly delicious bread with the antipasti deserves special mention. The service was very friendly.

Fresh Cuisine with Soul – An Evening at PURiNO Karlsruhe A visit to PURiNO Karlsruhe promises authentic Italian cuisine in a lively, relaxed atmosphere. What immediately impresses: the quality of the food, excellent value for money, and attentive, friendly service. Our Choice: Two dishes took center stage this evening – both impressed with their freshness and balanced flavors. Taglierini al Gamberetti The finest taglierini, cooked al dente, in a fruity and spicy sauce with a delicate lemon accent. The shrimp and prawns were cooked to perfection – juicy, aromatic, and harmoniously integrated. The light citrus note gave the dish freshness and lightness. The portion was generous, but never overwhelming – a perfectly balanced dish. Ravioli Fichia A creative delight: homemade ravioli with an original filling of goat cheese, ricotta, roasted peppers, and figs. The sweet and creamy composition was wonderfully complemented by caramelized walnuts and an intense Gorgonzola and walnut sauce. The only criticism, albeit at a high level, was that the hard cheese used – presumably young Grana Padano or Parmesan – was served in very coarse, elastic shavings. The taste was fine, but it lacked the aromatic depth and nutty bite of a mature Parmigiano Reggiano. Finer, more delicate shavings of a 24-36-month-aged Parmesan would have significantly enhanced the dish – both in terms of taste and mouthfeel. Service & Ambience: The service was consistently warm, attentive, and professional – present without being intrusive. You felt welcome and well looked after. The ambiance was modern yet cozy. Stylish plates, solid wooden tables, and warm lighting create an environment where you'll enjoy taking your time. Conclusion: PURiNO Karlsruhe offers honest, aromatic cuisine with creative touches. Small details – like the choice of aged Parmesan – could further enhance the culinary experience. But the overall package is already impressive: excellent food, attentive service, and an ambiance full of character. A request for the kitchen: A high-quality, well-aged Parmigiano Reggiano – served in fine shavings – would be the icing on the cake for already successful dishes. Then this excellent experience becomes a true highlight.

Phew, where do I begin?! The table was reserved for 7 p.m. We were warned that the food would take about 30-45 minutes. Our starter arrived at 8:30 p.m. There was a hair in it (in my food) – it was quickly replaced with a brief "sorry." The main course arrived at 9 p.m. It was good, which probably saves the stars... It's noisy inside. The young man who served us was polite, but very curt and did everything sideways to us because he had to leave quickly. He wanted to see everything we ordered on the menu – probably he didn't know all the dishes. Oh, and there's a new menu too. Lots of new things – dishes we loved have been removed... P.S.: I don't quite understand the insieme – we ordered four. We got two plates, each with a bowl of tomato/avocado and three small slices of bread... 20 euros for that was awful... Oh well...
