Unfortunately it was too crowded and too loud. This didn't create a good atmosphere. Pizzas with larger than average sizes are not optimal. The very thin floor was soaked by the covering and cooled down too quickly. The size requires larger tables. Our table was crowded! The amount of dough, toppings and cheese is the same as any standard pizza, with the difference that the competition is much cheaper. It's amazing how easily guests can be deceived. The service is attentive, friendly and keeps an overview. We prefer it more comfortable and quiet. We also don't like to be fooled by the diameter of the pizza. But everyone as they think.

We went to the restaurant with a group of friends. From the reservation to the farewell, everything went wonderfully. The food and drinks were praised by everyone. Pasta al dente and with the right amount of sauce, pizza crispy and tasty. There is also the option of getting half a pizza. The service was very courteous and friendly. Nice atmosphere and clean toilets. We were very satisfied with what was on offer and were then able to really enjoy the Karlsruhe Christmas Circus.

Just great. Food delicious, service great. An all around lovely successful afternoon. The pizzas are as big as car tires. People asked regularly if you needed anything else, but not every 5 minutes, which was very relaxing. If you want to go out for a cozy meal, at non-utopian prices, where it tastes good and you feel welcome and comfortable as a guest, you should visit the Losteria.

I was there on 12/11/24. The food was great as always! However, there was a very unpleasant smell at the table on several occasions. When asked, they said it was known and the drains in the kitchen had been closed. What???? In fact, when I went out I saw a taped up drain on the floor in the kitchen. Sorry, but that's disgusting, for me it's a case for the public order office! Close the restaurant and clean the drain and fix the problem.

You can get there very easily by car or by public transport. The service was very friendly and attentive. The drinks came very quickly after ordering and you didn't have to wait long for the food. Asking whether everything was okay and making sure everything tasted good was also very nice to see that the employees were having fun at their work. Now to eat, I had spaghetti carbonara with egg yolk, which I can only recommend, a sufficient portion so that you can manage everything and be well satisfied. All in all very well done 😇

I placed my order by phone. The staff was friendly on the phone. When I arrived at the restaurant I was greeted after a short wait. I informed the staff on site about my telephone order. I paid the outstanding bill and took my order home. When I got home I unfortunately discovered that all the pizzas were cold (5 minutes on the way home). The two positions of pasta also left a lot to be desired, as I'm used to something different from spaghetti carbonara. In the bill I noticed that the pizzas I ordered and salami were included as toppings. Topings Salami €2.50 / Schonken €3 without telling me. Although I had ordered them as pizza salami/ham and pizza special (salami/ham/mushrooms). For one pasta I ordered penne as pasta, and I was charged €0.50 without telling me. In addition, the penne with tomato sauce had cheese in it, although I didn't order it that way, only with tomato sauce. I will never order anything from this reastaurant again because the food was not good cold and was way too expensive. And this attribution of toppings is a bottomless impudence. L’OSTERIA at Durlacher Allee 73 76131 Karlsruhe not recommended.

I recently visited L'Osteria and had a great experience. The pizza was huge – and that’s really no exaggeration! The dough was perfectly crispy and the topping was fresh and generous. Every bite was a delight. The salad that came with it was also fresh and well seasoned. I remember the service as particularly positive: the lady who looked after us was incredibly friendly, open and attentive. She made the visit even more pleasant. All in all a great meal and a lovely evening. We'll definitely be back!

She was incredibly friendly, attentive and really enriched our evening. Her recommendations were excellent and she always made us feel comfortable. The food was delicious and the presentation of the dishes was impressive. I can only recommend the restaurant and especially praise Medina for her excellent service. I'll definitely be back!
