I ate here last week and the food tasted really good. Especially the pizza with its generous size for a fair price. I think it's usually common for people to like to take something away given the size of the pizza, so this shouldn't be anything new for the service... I wanted to take my pizza (a little less than half) with me and the gentleman also said that it wasn't a problem and that he would pack it for me. I waited several minutes and had already paid. But when I had to wait another 15 minutes for my packed pizza, I thought I'd ask if he hadn't forgotten it. I asked very politely because I also work in service myself, so I wasn't angry with him. However, a very stupid answer came back that he must have accidentally thrown it away. (Very annoying when I paid the entire price) So I asked what I could do now. He just cheekily said he could look in the trash and get them out of the trash for me, I didn't even get an apology, let alone a goodbye or have a nice day. Very unfriendly service despite the good tip I gave him beforehand. I'm more than disappointed and annoyed, normally friendliness should come first.

Seldom eaten so badly. Noodles cold and hard. Little cheese, no parmesan. Beer without foam. Spoon only if asked three times.

Prima gegeten, maar niet bijzonder. Niet de kwaliteit, niet de gerechten. Mooi modern restaurant, niet typisch Italiaans. Druk en erg veel lawaai. Heel vriendelijk en goed personeel. Carpaccio wat waterig, pizza had wat meer smaak mogen hebben en wat royaler belegd. Pizza’s zijn dunner en iets groter dan normaal.

Very good pizza, service also extremely courteous and friendly (Lilly). All in all a top restaurant.

The table reservation for our large group worked wonderfully. The food was great, everyone enjoyed it. Lili is great, a really nice and friendly service. Unfortunately the music was way too loud. We hardly had a chance to have a “normal” conversation. For our older people in the group with hearing aids, this was terrible. That could be reconsidered. Hence the star deduction for the ambience.

We had a nice visit to Losteria. The food was very tasty and our waitress Lili was very nice. The only drawback was the loud music, which unfortunately couldn't be turned down.

The food was amazingly tasty and beautifully presented. Exceptionally good for a chain. The waiter who served us was moderately motivated, in contrast to the others who served there, who were very friendly and accommodating. When we responded that he had received little or no tip, he left without saying a word. We didn't even get a goodbye. Therefore, unfortunately, 2 stars deducted for the service, but I don't think you can generalize that because the other person who served there (unfortunately not us) seemed pretty friendly. You can definitely go there again.

We were just eating in the restaurant, 4 adults and 3 children. In fact, two adults didn't order anything to eat and it was just fine. The taste was great and Lilly served it perfectly. We'll definitely come back. Additional info: We received a little attention for rating. There was no specification regarding the amount of the assessment. It comes from the heart.

It's been a long time since I visited a L'Osteria again and, like before, I wasn't disappointed. The pizzas are huge and well topped. The spaghetti carbonara was also excellent. The regional beer was also good. The waitresses were all very nice and attentive.

We ate at L’Osteria Karlsruhe and overall it was a very nice visit. The food was – as always – really tasty. The pizza is huge, freshly topped and tastes simply great. The pasta was also excellently prepared. The atmosphere is lively, modern and inviting – perfect for a relaxed evening with friends or family. What struck us negatively this time, however, was the service. Unfortunately, our waitress seemed very annoyed, unfriendly and not attentive. That dampened the mood a little and therefore deducted a small star. For us, friendliness is simply part of the equation, especially at such a popular restaurant. Important to know: You should definitely reserve in advance! The restaurant is almost always full, so getting a seat spontaneously is quite difficult. Despite small weaknesses in service, L’Osteria remains a good address for delicious Italian food in Karlsruhe.

I've been a regular here for a few years now. I've always had a good experience, especially with the service. A friendly branch!

We were there on a Sunday afternoon. There wasn't much going on. The service was a disaster, it took almost 30 minutes for our order to be taken, no one seemed to feel responsible. The food was fine as usual. Finding an employee who felt responsible for paying took 15 minutes. The staff here should definitely be trained better; it works much better at other locations.

Pre-ordered food for delivery on New Year's Eve via their website and paid in advance via PayPal. After the food should have been delivered for over an hour, I called the restaurant. At first they didn't know anything about the order. After a few conversations between the employees, I was informed that the website was configured incorrectly and that no orders should actually have been accepted. Instead, deliveries should only be made via Lieferando. When I asked how I and my guests should get the food, I was asked to pick it up personally. This was not possible for me. Instead of finding a solution as to how I as a customer (who had done nothing wrong) could now receive my food (e.g. arrange for a delivery via Lieferando), I was told that I should arrange a refund using the contact form on their website. Now my guests and I were left without food on a New Year's Eve. The highlight of it all, however, was that when I contacted me about the refund, there was never a response. Neither via the official email address, the contact form on the website or via PayPal buyer protection, which I was fortunately able to turn on. In the end I had to wait about 2 months for my almost €100 to be back in my account. This really sucks! I will avoid this chain in the future, you would expect service here in vain.

I ordered a Togo pizza. Ketan, Georgio, and Hammer were very nice! The wait was fun!

This afternoon, after a stroll through town with my better half... I just got hungry. And L'Osteria was nearby. The place was full, but we were seated quickly. The food was delicious and freshly prepared. The only thing is that the service is a bit of a problem when it's busy, especially when it comes to paying. But otherwise, very satisfied.
