We visited an Osteria in Heidelberg and thought we would give it another go, this time in Karlsruhe. We weren’t disappointed- the menu is very good with lots of choice and our food was as delicious as in Heidelberg. The waiting staff were friendly and kind and we left with happy tummies 🙂

Wir waren, wie immer, wenn wir in einer LÓsteria sind, sehr zufrieden. Die Pizza war, ebenfalls wie immer, sehr gut, und die Möglichkeit, eine Pizza zweigeteilt zu bekommen, ist einfach klasse.

Wat een geweldig concept! Heerlijke grote verse pizza’s en de pasta’s doen ook echt niet onder. Wij zaten binnen waar een gezellig muziekje de sfeer maakte. Vriendelijke bediening. Een minpuntje; binnen is het net zo warm als buiten. Terwijl er wel airco aanwezig is.

L'Osteria ist einfach unschlagbar, wenn es um Pizzen geht! Von dem Moment an, als die riesigen, knusprigen und perfekt gebackenen Pizzen auf unseren Tisch kamen, waren wir begeistert. Der Teig ist dünn, aber unglaublich geschmackvoll und die Zutaten sind immer frisch und von höchster Qualität. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Vielfalt der Beläge – von klassischen Margheritas bis hin zu ausgefallenen Kreationen ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Kombinationen sind kreativ und harmonisch abgestimmt, sodass jede Pizza ein kleines kulinarisches Meisterwerk ist. Auch der Service war hervorragend: Freundlich, aufmerksam und schnell. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist gemütlich und einladend, was den Besuch bei L'Osteria zu einem rundum gelungenen Erlebnis macht. Wer auf der Suche nach der besten Pizza in der Stadt ist, sollte L'Osteria auf keinen Fall verpassen. Absolute Empfehlung!

l'Osteria Karlsruhe is a nice restaurant with a great ambience. A large table that is shielded from the rest and offers some peace and quiet is particularly great. Despite the location of the table, the service was on point, friendly and the food was great. Gladly again!

Food in general is good, but the service is not. Sorry, but this is not my first time here. I’ve ordered pasta and salat for takeaway for specific time at 16:00 I arrived in time and waiter without any excuse said I have to wait 20 more minutes. If you cannot prepare order in time, just do not put it in your service. To get the order you also have to find the right guy in the place. No one cares what you want.

When I order espresso in Karlsruhe, I always get an almost full cup that isn't espresso at all. At this facility I got espresso as it should be, a little less than half a cup. That means a lot to me.

We ate pizza here. The selection isn't big but that was ok. Personally, I think the prices for drinks are too high. Drinks and food came quickly, it took less than 10 minutes. However, the pizza was only lukewarm, so it was cold after a few bites. It was quite crispy and burnt black in some places. The toilets look cool at first glance. However, at second glance it was dirty. I don't think frosted glass in the cabin door is that cool. There are two toilets in one cabin. Probably for mom and child? Otherwise I can only agree: music inside is way too loud. Normal conversation not possible. Conditions vary... Ours probably didn't have the best day. Won't come back

We went to Osteria for dinner last night. Since we were traveling with the child and there was very loud music inside, we wanted a table that was a little secluded. Unfortunately, this was not possible due to the limited number of service employees. But the manager was very nice and accommodating and turned the music down especially for us, which made us very happy. Compared to him, his service employees are not very competent and overwhelmed. We had to wait a long time until someone came to take our order. After that, the food came very quickly, but the drinks only came a while after the meal (which wasn't supposed to be). We had to point this out to the waitress. The food and drinks, however, were top notch at an affordable price.
