Pucky's in Troisdorf

Unfriendly, arrogant, completely out of place, and they seemed stoned. I definitely don't call customer service that! They didn't change their gloves, and they touched everything.

The food was so spicy it was inedible, sorry, never again, and as a regular customer, that's outrageous!

On the way back from the airport from Saturday to Sunday at around 3:50 a.m., the kids wanted another cheeseburger. We weren't allowed in with the excuse "we have to get ready for the next shift," even though the restaurant's opening hours are stated to be 5:00 a.m. and 6:30 a.m.

Never again! Dry pizza! People, stay away from it!

I don't know what's going on here – the prices are completely exorbitant. I just paid €10 for two small dips. If this continues, you'll probably have to submit a Schufa credit report before you can order from here. It's completely unreasonable.
