We always enjoy going to Provi's Restaurant at the Hotel am Fleesensee – it's a truly delicious experience every time! The food is always freshly prepared, of very high quality, and presented with love. The owner is extremely friendly and accommodating, and you immediately sense that the food is cooked and served with passion. The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting; you simply feel completely at home. A place where you'll enjoy lingering and returning again and again. Highly recommended! 🍽️✨

Simply fantastic ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Someone knows their craft. We visited this restaurant based on the good reviews and were absolutely surprised. Excellent cuisine and very good service. You can feel and taste the passion for good, yet not pretentious, cooking. The dishes are different than you would expect and incredibly delicious. We "had" to choose three courses each: starter, main course, and, of course, dessert to top it all off. And of course, don't forget the fantastic location with a lake view. We will definitely be back and can only recommend a visit to Provi's to anyone visiting Malchow.

This was our second visit to Provi and we were absolutely thrilled again. Every dish reflects the attention to ingredients and a sense of taste. Seemingly familiar dishes are reinterpreted or combined with other flavors. A definite recommendation for anyone who enjoys discovering new things. When the weather is nice, you can sit on the terrace overlooking Lake Fleesensee. Reservations are recommended.

We've been to this restaurant many times, and the menu is unlike any other. They always offer different dishes, specially selected by the chef and his team. It's always an absolute feast for the palate. Everything fits together, even if you can't imagine it at first. Highly recommend going for something "different" for a change. They prepare special meals for children if they don't eat what's on the menu.

We celebrated a wedding there (private party) with friends. They had a barbecue for us on Friday, a breakfast buffet on Saturday and Sunday, and the wedding dinner on Saturday. No matter the day, no matter the food, everything was incredibly delicious. The food not only looked good, but tasted delicious. The chef, the chef, and the entire team are welcoming and friendly. Definitely recommended! The location, the view, and everything else are just perfect!

This is the second time I've enjoyed Peter and Marcel's creations. The menu is deliberately simple, and all the dishes are perfectly matched. I really enjoyed the flavor combinations. Trust the Provi! The ambiance is beautiful, cozy, and inviting, inviting you to linger. The owner served me personally; Peter is very accommodating! As guests of the hotel, we wanted to have dinner there. The innkeeper said: I have a party of several people, it starts at 7 p.m. Well, we, as guests of the hotel, were already there and just wanted to have drinks beforehand. That probably didn't really suit him. It took a while before we could order drinks. Unfortunately we were made to wait quite a long time to be able to reorder drinks. If you just want to take care of a society, then you should communicate that clearly and make it a closed society! Unfortunately, the taste wasn't ours: schnitzel with noodles was exceptional, but the parmesan breading was very unappetizing. Too bad. At least my child was able to eat pasta and didn't go to bed hungry. In general, I have to say about both the hotel and restaurant: more appearance than reality! By the way: the facade needs a new coat of paint and the burst flower pot in the garden needs to be replaced!

We were there last night at 6 p.m. and made reservations in advance. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, its own parking spaces behind the house and is friendly decorated. You can look at the lake. The owner served himself. As a large group, we ordered different meals. First there was a greeting from the kitchen. The main courses arrived at the same time, as did the desserts. The ingredients are regional. The menu offers exceptional dishes. Everything tasted very good. Thanks to the whole team including the chef. We would love to come back.

Yesterday we had a wonderful evening with a total of 11 people with delicious food, great service in a lovely atmosphere. The entire team works with heart and passion, our food arrived on the spot at the same time, every question could be answered in detail. We will come back and recommend this restaurant from the bottom of our hearts!

We had dinner in the restaurant 3 years ago and were already impressed with the cuisine. Nothing has changed about that. This time we also stayed at the hotel. Everything was top notch. The cuisine is exceptionally good, with many different balanced flavors. Food for the fine palate... simply delicious. The service is also excellent and the breakfast buffet is prepared with great attention to detail. Thank you very much for the lovely stay!

My husband and I were here for the evening. You should make a reservation here. The food was very good and my wishes were catered to individually. Since I wasn't that hungry and didn't want meat, the waiter (chef) put together a meal for me, which was perfect for me. My husband was also very happy with his meal. The waiting time here was a little longer as the food was freshly prepared. You can taste them straight away. The drinks were brought quickly. Even with the hot chocolate I was asked whether I wanted it with cream as described on the menu or with milk foam. The restaurant was cozy. There is also a play area for children. I can really recommend this restaurant, especially for people who want something other than run-of-the-mill food.

Also worth a visit at this time of year. It is very cozy and you have a view of the Fleesensee. The food is great and seasoned completely differently. But it also fits. For the most part, people buy regionally. The owner also served us. Very nice. Not open every day at this time of year. But if you didn't eat there, you definitely missed something.

We celebrated our birthdays with Jana and Peter last weekend. It was sensational. Jana and Peter put in an incredible amount of effort. Our 3-course menu was top class! All guests were completely thrilled and all the plates were eaten empty. Peter had once again come up with exceptional, delicious creations. The service was excellent and we felt very comfortable! We had dinner there at the end of our vacation and it was really worth it. Really upscale great food. The prices are perfectly fine. Regional ingredients. Very nice host. If we could, we would give it 10 stars.

Great little restaurant where the food is cooked with love and a lot of quality. Even a play area for children!!! Celiac disease, vegan no problem... wishes are catered for here and the boss knows his trade without any ifs and buts. No mass processing. This makes eating out even more fun.

A very cozy restaurant. Really good food, a pure culinary delight. The wine was also very good as was the music. The owner warmly welcomed us and accompanied us well through the evening - no wishes were left unfulfilled. We felt very comfortable. We are already looking forward to the next time.

We received a very warm welcome from Peter, the owner 🤗 and I was very positively surprised to see some of Ulrich Strunz's books on the counter 🤣😊 The food was fantastic, the origin of all products, which are regional, is described in detail in the menu for those interested. Each table is only allocated once and you can enjoy the evening, the food and nice conversations with the owner in peace and quiet. Definitely try it!!!!!! We're going straight back there tomorrow evening to try some more of these delicacies 🌺🌺🌺

Meine Tagesempfehlung war sooooo lecker. Das war ein Genuss, ein Fest für meine Geschmacksnerven. Auch mein Mann war begeistert. Das Ambiente ist schön und zugleich gemütlich. Auch der Proviantmeister zeigt dass er sehr aufmerksam ist und ein toller Gastgeber. Man sollte vielleicht vorher reservieren, denn es scheint ein Geheimtipp zu sein. Nun habe ich die Tomatensuppe probiert, echt lecker und dann kam das Schokoladen Tiramisu, ein Genuss. Und da ich extra nur die Tomatensuppe gegessen habe kam als 2ter Nachtisch das Panna Cotta. Beides ein Genuss. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Haben online einen Tisch reserviert, hat super funktioniert . Service war sehr gut 👍 haben zwar eine Weile aufs Essen gewartet aber es hat sich gelohnt...es war sehr gut (hatten Rumsteak) .Dort werden viel regionale Produkte verarbeitet. Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert!!!

Een fantastisch mooi ingericht restaurant van het plafond tot het peper en zout stel aan toe! De eigenaar was enorm vriendelijk en ondanks dat onze Duitse taal niet bijzonder goed is, zijn we enorm goed geholpen. Het eten is met een woord fantastisch, wat hebben wij genoten: Bijzonder, mooi opgemaakt, en superlekker! Met andere woorden een fantastische afsluiter van onze vakantie week in deze regio.

Sehr gute und kreative Küche, dazu kommen eine herzliche Atmosphäre und im Gegensatz zu den meisten anderen Restaurants in der Gegend deutlich angenehmere Öffnungszeiten, die auch auf Gäste Rücksicht nehmen, die im Sommer nicht schon um 18:00 Uhr zu Abend essen möchten.

Wenn Gerichte Geschichten erzählen: überraschend und wenig in Worte zu fassen konnte ein einfaches Tagesgericht mein Herz zum Pochen bringen. Sanft abgestimmte und hochwertigen Zutaten fanden sich ansprechend garniert inhaltlich passend miteinander in einer grossartigen Komposition vereinigt auf meinem Teller wieder. Es war ein innerlicher Tag am Meer, Gewürze aus fremden Gestaden wandten sich mir im Winde zu. Zum Tiramisu als Nachspeise könnte ich zwei Bewertungen geben, ein so wunderbares und leichtfüssiges Schokodessert habe ich bisher nicht gesehen. Dieses Restaurant ist eine absolute Empfehlung.

Unsere Familie war am 01.05.2023 zum Abendessen hier und ist restlos begeistert gewesen. Das Essen war Genuss pur. Die Anrichtung war klasse. Die Gerichte für 9 Personen kamen auf den Punkt, gleichzeitig an den Tisch. Der kleinste von uns, hat trotz nicht vorhandener Kinderkarte, ebenfalls ein lecker Essen präsentiert bekommen. Alles in allem, war es ein gelungener Abend mit richtig, richtig gutem Essen und sehr zuvorkommenden Gastgebern. Vielen Dank dafür, wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Man kann das Provis nur weiterempfehlen. Bis bald.

Ein schönes gemütliches Restaurant mit tollem Ausblick. Es gibt eine kleine aber feine Karte. Der Service war auch sehr gut. Einzig die Portionen könnten etwas größer sein. Aber so war noch Platz für einen Nachtisch:-)

Die Speisen (Fisch & Fleisch & Dessert), welche wir bestellt und gegessen haben, haben uns ausgezeichnet geschmeckt und waren mit regionalen frischen Zutaten & in top Qualität zubereitet sowie schön auf dem Teller angerichtet. Grosses Lob an den Koch. Das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Einrichtung ist modern & gemütlich. Tolle Aussicht auf den Fleesensee vom Restaurant aus. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Abend - danke dafür. Wir können die sehr guten Rezenssionen bestätigen und wir kommen gerne wieder. Klare Empfehlung !

Zwischen all den sehr touristisch angehauchten Restaurants in der Region, sticht dieses sehr positiv hervor. Der Inhaber legt viel Wert auf frische Küche und regionale Zutaten. Die Karte ist kurz gehalten, wird hatten 4 unterschiedliche Gerichte und jedes war sehr lecker und geschmackvoll. Die Einrichtung und Atmosphäre war einladend und modern. Eine wirkliche Empfehlung!

Super Restaurant, kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Eine sehr nette Begrüßung und ein wunderschön gedeckten Tisch leutete den Abend ein. Mit dem Gruß aus der Küche begann das Menü. Wir haben ausgezeichnet gegessen. Das Tiramisu am Ende rundete alles ab. Ein Tiramisu für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend!
