Pronto Pizza in Hamburg

We ordered pizza there. Once through Lieferando and once in person. Pizza is okay, but it's cheaper through Lieferando than ordering in person...

Ordered pizza, service took 12 minutes. Removed from our address. It took 60 minutes for the pizza to arrive (ordered Saturday at 8:30 p.m.). The boxes were completely soaked and the pizzas were therefore sticky. The pizzas actually taste good, but unfortunately not like that.

We had the food delivered, today it wasn't so good, the potato wedges were cold and the burgers weren't warm either. It's a shame maybe you had a bad day..

Disaster! We ordered schnitzel. Plus a whole lemon. Also chicken wings with sweet chilli sauce and spaghetti carbonara. The schnitzel can hardly be recognized as such. Flattened is a complete understatement; it was a little more than the thickness of paper. The whole thing is breaded in a totally dried out breading. The lemon, calculated at 1 euro 50, was missing. With the chicken wings, instead of the sweet chilli sauce I ordered, there was an indefinable brown something that was probably supposed to be barbecue sauce. When we asked the driver about it, he replied that we would have to call and disappeared. Of course he knew that it was closed at 2:45 p.m. until 5 p.m. and that we wouldn't be able to reach anyone. This insolence cost us 43 euros 70. The food, service and friendliness were simply subterranean.

The lasagne was oversalted and, in my opinion, taste and visually very poor even without the salt. I didn't see any tomatoes either. We had to throw it away. We didn't like the pizzas. Service but good.

The food was good, with a school grade it would be a 2. The service was top, the food was delivered unfortunately you couldn't hold it so hot it was. The employee then packed everything back into the warming box and took it to the apartments on the 1st floor. That's what I call top service. The friendliness and helpfulness received a grade of A+.

Totally intrusive advertising. No thanks.

I enjoyed it very much and the price was also right 👌 I will definitely come again.

Pizza tastes like frozen pizza.

Supplier rude and insulting. Complained that it was raining - sorry, but we are in Hamburg, that will probably happen more often. The change to the name on the bell apparently wasn't passed on to the supplier by the restaurant, but that's not our fault. Outrageous!

The pizza that was delivered was honestly one of the worst I've had so far. You can taste the finished base, very sticky. The broccoli had a strange taste. Delivery over 1 hour. Not again.

We ordered a large party pizza from this delivery service and provided precise information about the toppings. Unfortunately, the pizza arrived with completely the wrong toppings. When we called to clarify the problem, we were not answered. Instead, we were told that “there is no line break on their screen” and therefore they had done nothing wrong. Such customer service is really disappointing! Instead of finding a solution or at least apologizing, we were virtually ignored. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we absolutely cannot recommend this service - what a shame about the pizza and the money! The quality and taste of the pizza is actually really good, but in my opinion it's unsustainable with such customer service. really a shame. After this experience, I will finally change my standard pizza delivery service.

Pre-ordered 3 party pizzas for the company farewell and asked by phone the day before delivery whether the order had not been lost. Unfortunately the order was still not delivered 😂

Everything is constantly full of advertising from Pronto delivery. By the way, it is also illegal to throw it into mailboxes that have “no advertising” stickers on them

There are always Pronto advertisements in the hallway, even though everyone here has signs against advertising. If they aren't let in, the pile of flyers will be thrown out the door 👍

Stop flooding your mailboxes with advertising every day and teach the person responsible for it to read. Very counterproductive strategy to get new customers

Despite a large "No advertising" sticker, Pronto illegally inserts unsolicited advertising (08/15/24) and thus violates §1004BGB and §7UWG. UPDATE: just 5 days later (08/20/24) advertising in the mailbox again. I wouldn't be surprised if someone who so blatantly ignores laws also treats food safety the same way.

If there is no advertising on the mailbox, then please don't put any in there

Very tasty food. I just ordered, it arrived quickly and tasted very good!! Especially the sauce for the mozzarella sticks. Expectations were met.

Service good, delivered very quickly and smooth processing. Unfortunately, from our point of view, the quality of the pizza was not particularly good. The pizza dough is underground. The salad, on the other hand, was completely sufficient.

Good day, First of all I would like to say that the supplier did not deliver the Fanta. Then he called the restaurant to say he would bring another Fanta in five minutes. In these five minutes he didn't say which year, because so far no one has delivered Fanta. On the second point: the four cheese pizza should actually have four cheeses on it, especially if there are mushrooms on it and paid extra!

Small restaurant on the street. We had a really delicious meal and would go back at any time

The quality of the pizza is really bad. Definitely not a recommendation.

We (8 people) ate there. Everything top 1A+++ I can only recommend everyone to eat there. My recommendation is the Party Pizza, which can easily feed 5 normal people or 3 monsters/Hayvans. From the staff to the ambience, everything is perfect. Very friendly, open-hearted people. I'm there at least once a week. Top!!!

We always like to order the party pizza, it is extremely tasty and the price/performance ratio is great. You can also eat on site , the store is very stylishly decorated and the staff is very nice. Highly recommended!

Pizza war lecker, das Jägerschnitzel und die Bratkartoffeln schmeckten hauptsächlich nach altem Fett.

Spontan für eine Pizza und eine Portion Spaghetti angehalten, vor Ort gegessen und gut bedient wurden. Das Essen hat gut geschmeckt. Gerne wieder!

Die Pizzabrötchen mit Schinken und Ananas sind schon mal mega lecker. Und die Pizza sieht sehr köstlich aus. Habe zwei Extrawünsche / Änderungen gehabt. Die sind sofort umgesetzt worden. Ambiente einen Stern abgezogen, weil der Schwerpunkt auf dem Liefergeschäft liegt.

Hähnchenschnitzel mit Pfeffer Rahm Sauce! Mega lecker und definitiv weiterzuempfehlen. Meine Begleitung hatte eine selbst zusammengestellte Pizza. Ebenfalls sehr lecker. 5 Sterne und ich komme wieder!

Der Laden ist Top und ich bestelle immer wieder und auch gerne dort!! Das Essen dort ist sehr vielfältig und alles schmeckt auch sehr gut. Außerdem sind die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und den Laden kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. :))
