The food tasted good, but it was cold, even though the place was empty. The waitress brought us food and drinks, but she didn't return to the table afterward. I might have ordered more, but no one else came.

I went for kokorec but was disappointed, it had nothing to do with what I've had before. I told the employee about the problem but I think it will be helpful. The prices are high for fast food. Personally, I wouldn't choose it again.

I actually love tarsusi because it tastes like home to me, but for several weeks now, it hasn't tasted good anymore. They don't serve meat, and the tantuni arrives cold, which isn't normal when the place is empty. The waitress always reminds you of the opening hours, and if she notices you want to order something sweet after dinner, she comes to the table and asks if you want to come to the checkout, even though it's just before 10 p.m. (the place closes at 10:30 p.m.). Even if you call, you're specifically told to come before 10 p.m., which is a real shame.

Really tasty and affordable menu options. I suggest to taste the künefe for desert. Friendly and cosy atmosphere with Turkish background music. I like especially the restroom pictures to distinguish women's and men's sections, you need to visit the place to get the joke.

Izmir-style kokoreç is no different from the Turkish one. The meatballs and rice are also very good. My son ate it with ease.

Well... I've eaten here often and it was always really good, so I've always recommended others to eat there. The service was always great, too. Until today. I don't know if the owner has changed or what went wrong. First, we asked a few times if it was possible to make the ciğer şiş so that it wasn't spicy, and we were told it was fine. Nevertheless, it was so spicy that we didn't eat it. What I think is great is that they made a new one. But that also presents the problem, as you can see in the pictures: it was bloody and not cooked through. We're used to it, too, that it might be a little bloody. But it was completely soaked in blood. That's only a small part where the blood is visible; the wooden tray was also completely full of blood from the meat. I'm not a picky person, but this was too much of a good thing for me. The kokoreç in the bread was completely dry and the bread was so hard you couldn't really eat it. The cheese k wasn't completely cooked, but I ate it anyway because I hadn't eaten anything all day. The Adana was just so-so and had zero flavor. The food was also cold, which I don't think is so bad, but oh well. As I said, today was a disappointment because I was really looking forward to the food, but from my point of view, it just backfired. Maybe it was a bad day, but you still shouldn't serve customers raw meat that's still completely soaked in blood. I'm sorry, but never again. Really a shame.

No, unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant. Was visiting there on May 1st with my wife and dog, The food was freshly prepared and delicious. (Portions a little too minimalistic) But what really bothered us was that our dog was refused a bowl of water at 29 degrees. If I had known this beforehand, we wouldn't have gone to this restaurant. In the future we and our circle of friends will avoid this "restaurant".

I ordered via Uber Eats and am doing a review via Google for the first time because I'm really shocked at how they fool people. I often eat out and also order from home. And the last time I was really so disappointed with the food was several years ago. I didn't get full at all because the amount was just a joke. Cik Köfte in a small box, completely crumbled over a few leaves of iceberg lettuce. There were at most 6 small pieces. 6.20 for 3 pieces of baklava. And then the lentil soup for €7.80. It wasn't like a lentil soup and should have cost €3. I can't understand these positive reviews. It just doesn't work at all. I'll never order here again, let alone eat anything there.

Unfortunately the grill was broken last night and it wasn't possible to order everything they offered, but they made an effort and overall it was a nice evening. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and at the end there is a free Turkish tea... Turkish music is played in the restaurant, but it can be heard very well.. Addendum April 3, 2025 We were there again to eat and for the first time the service was really bad... We sat down outside at 6:30 p.m. and it took a long time until someone came even though there were 3 women on staff and the shop was quite empty. But the food came quickly, as always. The taste is good as always. Went there for the first time today and it's actually the best Turkish food we've eaten anywhere else. It was very crowded and I felt really sorry for the super friendly waitress, but she did it in such a friendly manner that it wasn't a problem to wait a few minutes longer. Best falafel sandwich I've ever had. The bread was perfectly toasted with plenty of sesame seeds, the salad was fresh and lightly seasoned, the sauce was perfectly seasoned, and the falafel was plentiful. Very poor service and very rude. I was just placing an order with the woman, when the woman simply looked away and didn't listen at all, because a police officer came into the store after me and wanted to place an order. I spoke to her again, and she said, "So, what do you want to order?" in a very rude manner. I just walked out of the store and will never eat there again. I'm going to drive to Altona and eat there.

Incredibly bad service. First the food arrives 30 minutes later than announced and then the completely wrong order arrives. Instead of doing anything, the incredibly unfriendly woman on the phone just gives the excuse: "It's not our fault, the driver made the mistake." Someone else gets the wrong order too, because I have their food. The main thing is to pass on the responsibility to the driver without suggesting any solutions.

Ordered again through Wolt after a long time and, as with the first order, there was another problem - the wrong food was delivered! Instead of Cig Köfte I simply received a Mercimek. While the first time I ordered, the food I ordered was completely forgotten and I was just put off on the phone because apparently all the drivers were busy and it couldn't be delivered, I supposedly got a credit for the next time as soon as I ordered again. Now ordered again and this time received the wrong food and no compensation either. The only people who actually reimbursed me were Wolt himself! I won't order here again because things always seem to be forgotten or mixed up! 🤦🏼‍♀️

To be honest, the store is great, the offer isn't available anywhere, like the Dürüm chicken cutlet, but hey, this is the 10th time we've eaten there and every time we order something and tell them how we want it, it comes always not as ordered. We always order chicken cutlet Dürüm only with grilled green pointed peppers without salad without anything. It's absolutely not something you can't understand. Nevertheless, it always comes in salads or on chicken breast skewers. You have to be there and watch closely how they do it, but I've never been able to rely on them. I always give it a chance because when it comes out right, it tastes really great. The waiters have to work more attentively and the grillers may have to read the order correctly. But somehow it always doesn't work. I've observed it and it's really due to the lack of attention to the work you're doing. And I really want to eat what I ordered at the end of the day. I pay for that too. I really hope that changes.

Hello, I went there last night because I love kokoreç. It was my first time, but kokoreç was very, very bad, definitely not lamb, because it left a different taste in my stomach. I ordered raw meatballs, but I think they forgot to knead the bulgur. The bulgur was too firm. My intention is not to denigrate any food or effort, but I have to tell the truth in this comment. They read and correct their deficiencies.

Was quite good. The portions could be a bit larger, but with the bread and sauces, we definitely recommend it.

Unfortunately the quality has deteriorated VERY much! We were there around 3:00 p.m. and each ordered a tantuni ekmek. The service was friendly as always. When the food came, I noticed from the first bite that something was wrong with the meat - I should have stopped eating then. The meat was dry, tough and unseasoned, completely different than usual. My fears were confirmed: the meat was spoiled. The consequences were fever, abdominal pain and other complaints.

Wir waren zu 5 dort , hatten 4 x den Grillteller,dazu gab es 3 verschiedene Salate, die im Preis inbegriffen waren und 1x den Köfte Ekmek (Frikadellen -Sandwich) mit Pommes und Getränk. Uns allen hat es gut geschmeckt. Den traditionellen kleinen Glas Tee gab es aufs Haus,ach ja den çiğ köfte haben wir auch aufs haus bekommen❣️ Wir waren alle mehr als satt!

Service immer freundlich und das Essen sehr lecker. Dazu faire Preise, definitiv einen Besuch wert!

Wirklich sehr gut! Um es als authentisch zu bezeichnen fehlt mir der Vergleich zu den Ursprungsländern/Regionen. Aber die Qualität der frisch zubereiteten Speisen haben mich überrascht. Man darf das Restaurant auf keinen Fall mit einem Dönerladen vergleichen. Der Laden ist sauber, hat eine sympathische offene Küche und die Bedienung hat sich auch gut um uns gekümmert. Zur Rechnung gab es Tee aufs Haus. Empfehlen ich definitiv weiter.

Anatolische Grillgerichte ohne Döner. Fleisch in guter Qualität mit Reis, Grillgemüse und würzigen Dips. Die Preise sind im akzeptablen Bereich. Nach dem Essen wird auch ein Tee angeboten.
