Lookma Berlin Hamburg - Lokma Spezialitäten in Hamburg

Früher war es deutlich besser. Leider wurden wir dieses Mal von einer Mitarbeiterin bedient, die sehr freizügig gekleidet war. Sie trug eine Hose, bei der ihre Unterwäsche sichtbar war. Das empfand ich für ein Gastronomiebetrieb als unpassend. Außerdem wollte ich mein Lokma mit Erdbeeren bestellen. Zuerst wurde mir gesagt, dass keine Erdbeeren mehr da seien, obwohl direkt daneben eine Kiste mit Erdbeeren stand. Als ich darauf hingewiesen habe, wurde mir in einem unfreundlichen Ton gesagt, dass ich dafür 1 € extra bezahlen müsse. Der Service war insgesamt unfreundlich und enttäuschend. Leider hatte ich zudem Zweifel an der Hygiene. Insgesamt eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung.

Leider hat die Hygiene nachgelassen. Ich hab hier früher immer gerne gesessen.

Sehr leckeres Essen und gute Ambiente, also die Bewertungen sind gerechtfertigt. Frische Früchte und sehr leckere Süße Sachen.

Wir waren mit sechs Freundinnen dort, um Lokma zu essen, da wir sie bereits aus Berlin kannten und begeistert waren. Leider wurden wir dieses Mal enttäuscht. Die Lokmas an sich waren lecker – dafür gibt es den einen Stern. Allerdings waren die Erdbeeren darin leider verdorben. Als wir die Verkäuferin darauf hingewiesen haben, kam lediglich ein knappes „Näh“ als Reaktion. Eine Entschuldigung, eine Erklärung oder eine kleine Wiedergutmachung gab es leider nicht. Auch der Service hat uns insgesamt nicht überzeugt. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft nicht begrüßt, obwohl wir mit einer größeren Gruppe dort waren. Ein freundliches „Hallo“ oder ein kurzer Empfang wäre aus unserer Sicht selbstverständlich gewesen. Das Personal wirkte insgesamt eher unfreundlich und wenig interessiert. Außerdem machte das Geschäft keinen besonders sauberen Eindruck, was den Gesamteindruck zusätzlich verschlechtert hat. Ein weiterer negativer Punkt war die Preisgestaltung. Am Tresen hing eine Preisliste, nach der wir unsere Bestellung aufgegeben haben. Erst beim Bezahlen haben wir bemerkt, dass wir einen höheren Preis zahlen sollten. Auf unsere Nachfrage wurde uns lediglich gesagt, dass die Preisliste am Tresen veraltet sei. Darauf wurden wir vorher jedoch nicht hingewiesen. Wenn die Preise erhöht wurden, sollte die Preisliste aktualisiert oder die Kunden vor der Bestellung informiert werden. Schade, denn geschmacklich hätten die Lokmas durchaus Potenzial. Mit besserem Service, mehr Sauberkeit, transparenten Preisen und einem sorgfältigeren Umgang mit den Zutaten wäre unser Besuch sicherlich deutlich angenehmer gewesen.

Heute war ich das erste Mal bei Lookma und ich bin wirklich positiv überrascht. Die Lokma waren frisch, außen knusprig und innen schön weich. Besonders die große Auswahl an Toppings und Soßen hat mir gefallen. Alles wurde liebevoll angerichtet und hat nicht nur super ausgesehen, sondern auch hervorragend geschmeckt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und man wurde herzlich empfangen. Man merkt, dass hier auf Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit geachtet wird. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und kann den Laden jedem empfehlen, der leckere Desserts liebt💕

Ein großer Fehler. Das über Lieferando bestellte Essen sollte innerhalb von 30 bis 54 Minuten eintreffen. Nach anderthalb Stunden riefen wir an, um nachzufragen. Die Lieferung sollte in 20 Minuten erfolgen. Nach 40 Minuten riefen wir erneut an, und der Kurier sollte in 8 Minuten da sein. Währenddessen beobachtete ich ihn durchs Fenster. Er stieg mit einer Tasche aus dem Auto und stand einige Minuten da, wobei der gesamte Inhalt der Tasche herausfiel. Er holte eine neue Tasche und warf das Streetfood hinein. Wir weigerten uns, die Bestellung anzunehmen. Zu allem Übel ließ der Kurier auch noch Müll auf der Straße zurück. Wir riefen erneut an, und alles, was uns gesagt wurde, war, wir sollten die Bestellung über Lieferando stornieren. Eine Katastrophe. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

War gestern das erste Mal da, weil meine Kinder unbedingt etwas Süßes essen wollten. Wir sind reingekommen, ich habe freundlich „Hallo“ gesagt, aber leider kam kein Gruß zurück. Kann passieren, aber auch kein Lächeln oder freundlicher Empfang – das wirkte auf mich leider eher unsympathisch. Schade, denn gerade mit Kindern erwartet man etwas mehr Freundlichkeit. Ich könnte mir erzählen aber diese Kurzfassung reicht auch.

Früher sind wir immer gerne gekommen, aber diesmal waren wir leider sehr enttäuscht. Der gesamte Eindruck wirkte ungepflegt und unhygienisch, schmutzige Tische und Stühle sowie eine offene Theke. Nach unserem Besuch hatten wir außerdem starke Magenprobleme. Auch der Tee im Pappbecher hat nicht gerade zu einem angenehmen Erlebnis beigetragen. Wirklich schade, denn der Laden hätte eigentlich viel Potenzial. Ich hoffe, dass sich dort künftig etwas verbessert. Für mich und meine Freundinnen war es leider der letzte Besuch.

Super Personal richtig leckeres Essen

Sehr lecker und viel Auswahl. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist Doa, die dort arbeitet– sie war super freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat sich wirklich Zeit genommen. Insgesamt eine tolle Erfahrung, ich komme gerne wieder!

The work environment here is incredibly unclean and chaotic. The female employees let their hair fall into the food. Friendliness is sadly nonexistent. The tables and chairs are dirty and neglected.

Unfortunately, you forgot one of the Bueno Bombs; there should have been 8, but there were only 7, hence the one-star deduction.

No menus, lots of steam and smell, the shop seemed unclean, the door was broken and constantly open. The balls were hard and not fresh.

We really enjoyed this dessert after our main course. The selection is enormous, so that everybody is able to find something. And the workers were very polite, which we also want to highlight.

One star is unfortunately too much. We ordered from Lookma last night. My wife and I have had severe gastrointestinal problems since eating there, throughout the night and this morning. These started about an hour after we ate the Lookma food. The health department should really investigate, as we can only echo the negative reviews. A restaurant that causes food poisoning in its customers due to poor hygiene should either be shut down or undergo a complete overhaul. Instead of wasting money on marketing, they should invest in cleanliness, order, etc. Definitely not worth ordering from again.

Delicious food, friendly service... but such an uncomfortable atmosphere. I find that very disappointing. The place is dirty, there's stuff lying around everywhere, and in -2°C weather, the door was constantly being flung wide open because the ventilation system apparently wasn't working. It was freezing cold. We didn't feel comfortable there and therefore probably won't be coming back.

Yes, you can overdo it. If you eat a Lookma box, there isn't a single square millimeter in your mouth, sinuses, throat, pharynx, and palate that isn't filled with chocolate sauce, cream, or something similar, but it is delicious!

The staff was terrible. We ordered over an hour ago and then received a call informing us that they didn't have any pancakes. Instead of being accommodating, they rudely replied that if we didn't live around the corner (we live a 7-minute drive away), we'd have to wait. It's just not their style to treat their customers. We definitely won't be eating there again.

The dough balls were delicious. The lady behind the counter was very friendly. But the upholstery, tables, and napkin holders were unfortunately not clean. It doesn't make a good impression upon closer inspection. We definitely won't be going back.

Don't order! The food took a full two hours, even though the delivery time was only 45 minutes. After contacting the restaurant twice, we were told we could cancel the order via Wolt. When we tried to do so, we were suddenly told that the restaurant didn't allow it. We felt a bit ripped off and won't order from there again in the future.

Money wasted for nothing. A year and a half ago, it was still quality, but now the sauce dispensers are unhygienic, and the lokma unfortunately tastes like old fat.

I used to really enjoy coming here, but unfortunately, the situation is no longer acceptable. The quality of the food has declined significantly – the lokma was hard, some of the strawberries were rotten, the taste was disappointing, and definitely not worth 1 out of 5 stars. The staff were friendly, but initially completely ignored us. A quick greeting or at least a "We'll be right there" would have made a big difference. The ambiance was also disappointing: The place felt dirty and run-down, with chocolate sauce sticking everywhere and papers lying on the floor. Overall, I can't recommend it anymore – a real shame!

Frustration instead of enjoyment. Was there today shortly after opening – 30 minutes of waiting time even though there wasn't a soul there, while two Wolt drivers were served after 2 minutes. An employee said to a colleague: "You still have an order outstanding." Answer: "Yeah, yeah." – Nobody wanted to work. Packaging? A disaster. Torn, sticky, sauce everywhere. Bags cost extra. Card payments only from €10? Illegal (§270a BGB). Bags? Costs money. Disrespectful, dishonorable service – many reviews show: Lookma is downsizing. Unfortunately, this is no longer an isolated incident. And to the owners (fear your master, this is extremely unchristian)

Pure disappointment – ​​matcha drink inedible I was really excited about the matcha at Lokma Hamburg, but unfortunately it was a complete failure. I ordered an iced matcha, but what I received was a lukewarm drink - no ice cubes, no freshness, and absolutely nothing that tasted remotely like matcha. The taste was artificial, bitter and just overall gross. It really had nothing to do with real matcha - more like poorly dissolved powdered tea. Absolutely not justified for the price. I definitely wouldn't order it again.

In the store itself it was a bit chaotic in places, there were sometimes leftovers on the tables. But they took care of it straight away. The price is not cheap, but you already know that from many cute shops. Overall, still a nice visit!

I've been a customer there for a long time, since day one. Unfortunately, the service has deteriorated considerably, and the friendliness is gone. Yesterday we ordered something to go, and the filling was simply forgotten. That simply shouldn't happen with such high prices.

I wanted to use Neotaste at Lokma Berlin Hamburg and asked the employee if it worked. After thinking about it for a long time, he suddenly said that it would not be accepted on weekends - even though I had already used it on weekends several times. It seemed very much like he (probably the boss) just didn't want to give a discount in order to make more profit. This is not only non-transparent, but also customer-unfriendly. If Lokma is officially listed on Neotaste, the offer should apply consistently - regardless of the day of the week. Such arbitrary decisions are disappointing and damage trust in the restaurant. I hope that management will comment on this and take a clear line in the future.

Tasty and delicious Schoko dream

I recently tried the Lookma and absolutely loved it! It was really delicious – warm, juicy and perfectly sweet. The selection of different variations was also impressive, so there is something for every taste.

Children were thrilled (you can see in the picture)!!! Really wanted to try Lookma. Freshly prepared - super tasty - delicious toppings! The nice lady was very patient with the children because the kids were totally overwhelmed by which look they wanted with which filling, sauce and topping. In the end everyone got their favorite - and after a busy RABATZ day - recharged with new energy! Even though the prices are a bit high, overall I was very satisfied. We will come again.

We ordered 8 pieces and only received 7

Went there and specifically asked if the Lokma were fresh and we were told that everything is always made fresh, etc. We got our Lokma in no time and saw that they were already lying around... well, we chose our toppings and tried them... It's a shame.. because of freshness.. there is a 3 star deduction for that and 2 stars deduction for the service because of the lying. It's better to go somewhere else and eat fresh food or see if they're already lying around. If so, just don't order anything.

My girlfriend and I shared a portion of pancakes. Unfortunately it was a flop in terms of taste. The pistachio cream was green but didn't taste like pistachio. Our brownies were just plain chocolate cake that had been cut into small pieces and were very dry. Unfortunately I'm very disappointed. But the service was very friendly. The ambience was also nice, but most of the tables were full of spots and crumbs.

I really enjoy coming here – the lokma is truly delicious, and the atmosphere is pleasant. One small criticism: After my visit, my clothes unfortunately smell very strongly of frying oil, which is a bit annoying. Perhaps something could be improved? Otherwise, a great place for those with a sweet tooth!

Extremely delicious combinations of Lokma with sweets, fruits and sauces are possible - you have to find out your preferences yourself. Unfortunately it all goes straight to the hip, but it tastes heavenly!

The service is top. We were greeted, advised and served very well by Dilara & Anastasia. The food is super tasty, but also heavy on the stomach. You should come with some space and hunger in your stomach. The tea is fresh and delicious. A suitable warm drink for a dessert.

We ordered online from Lookma. We were happy with the food and it was delicious, but the whole ordering process was awful. What was supposed to be 40-50 minutes turned into over two hours! The time kept jumping back and forth, and you couldn't even begin to rely on delivery. So, we will never order online from there again.

They don't even deserve one star. Delivery was not possible because the address was incorrect. Customer service told me I could go to the store and pick up the product there. When I went there I was told my order had been thrown in the trash and I had to purchase it again. Stay away if you don't want to waste your money. Update: I see that you are trying to manipulate people through exaggerations and lies in order not to lose customers. You didn't tell me that I could pick up the order from the restaurant until 7:00 p.m. Will DHL confiscate the goods if the address is incorrect? And that's exactly what you did. Yesterday we were there with the family and ate Lokma. It's something new and tastes very good. You have a lot of choice. Price-performance is ok. There are star deductions for the service because the tables were dirty when we arrived. The employees didn't clean up afterwards either. This needs to be more controlled. Otherwise a great shop if you're in the mood for something sweet. :)
