We ordered online from Lookma. We were happy with the food and it was tasty, but the whole ordering process doesn't work at all. Than 40-50 minutes turned into over 2 hours! The time always jumps back and forth and you couldn't even begin to rely on a delivery. So we will never order online there again.

We came on a Friday and it turned out to be drunk and now it says that it is open on Friday?

Eaten 8 Lokma Box on site. So far the best I've eaten in Hamburg and just before closing time. Employees were friendly. Owner very friendly. Gladly again.

They don't even deserve one star. Delivery was not possible because the address was incorrect. Customer service told me I could go to the store and pick up the product there. When I went there I was told my order had been thrown in the trash and I had to purchase it again. Stay away if you don't want to waste your money. Update: I see that you are trying to manipulate people through exaggerations and lies in order not to lose customers. You didn't tell me that I could pick up the order from the restaurant until 7:00 p.m. Will DHL confiscate the goods if the address is incorrect? And that's exactly what you did. I have warned everyone around me and will continue to warn them not to buy anything here.

So far everything tastes ok, super friendly staff Only cleanliness is a foreign word there😅 what the clothes look like and the counter A little wiping of the counter makes a much better impression Just like when the nice gentleman behind the counter eats something like that just doesn't belong in the restaurant

Never seen such inefficient service in my life. We waited 1 1/2 hours for food. But at least it was tasty

Lookma were good, staff very friendly. Only the place was in a bad area, very shabby and unfortunately the tables, benches and floor were quite dirty and no one cared.

A small shop that has a lot to offer when it comes to smut 🤤👍🏻 The initial ordering is a bit confusing, but once you got the hang of it 😅 pretty straightforward. It was so delicious 🤤👌🏻 Thanks to the team for their patience and nice service. We'd love to come back.

Yesterday we were there with the family and ate Lokma. It's something new and tastes very good. You have a lot of choice. Price-performance is ok. There are star deductions for the service because the tables were dirty when we arrived. The employees didn't clean up afterwards either. This needs to be more controlled. Otherwise a great shop if you're in the mood for something sweet. :)

Was für eine unvergessliche Erfahrung! Von der Atmosphäre bis zum eigentlichen Highlight den Lokma Bällchen war alles vorzüglich. Ich komme definitiv wieder.

Ich war sehr oft in Berlin Kreuzberg essen, muss aber um ehrlich zu sein sagen das es in Hamburg besser schmeckt. Die Jungs machen das mit sehr viel Leidenschaft, und Fleiß! Ich war heute da (Sonntag) und der Laden war wirklich sehr voll, und trotzdem wurde ich sehr höflich und respektvoll empfangen. Außerdem fand ich es super das ich mir die Zubereitung der Boxen sehen konnte. Bin wahnsinnig überrascht und komme wieder! #lieblingsdessert

Super Laden, Hammer Location mit hoher wohlfühl Atmosphäre und große Portionen mit einer flexiblen Auswahlmöglichkeit. Auch die Bedienung ist super freundlich die bei der Auswahl unterstützen, wenn man sich nicht entscheiden kann. Danke das es euch gibt!

Schön eingerichteter Laden, gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeiten. Sehr nette Bedienung, hat ohne Stress unsere Bestellung aufgenommen, obwohl sie alleine war und der Laden sich immer mehr füllte. Die Süßspeisen waren super lecker, die 5 er Box macht gut satt. Man kann die eigene Box nach eigenen Wünschen kreieren. Preis Leistung ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Aufjedenfall einen oder mehrere Besuche wert.
