Prime Pizza in Lohfelden

Since my favorite supplier had closed, I had to try a new one with a heavy heart. It started with the fact that it took an hour for the order to arrive. As soon as I took it, I noticed that instead of the Diet Coke, a regular one had been delivered. Okay, small mistake. Can you look past it? However, when I opened the pizza sandwiches, I found the food burnt black. I've never experienced anything like that. So I immediately called to complain. The person on the other end became rude before I could fully explain the situation and started loudly and brazenly claiming that pizza bread always looks like that. Only after I explained that I often order from other providers and that pizza bread shouldn't be black or burnt, was I told that they would send out a replacement and didn't want to discuss it with me. The provider even managed to make a closed cola taste chemical. From the outside it smells as if it had been the only one to survive a house fire. Only those who have experienced it themselves can believe this. The fact that it takes so long to place an order and then manages to take an hour for two pieces of pizza bread that then arrive burnt with the wrong drink... That's absolute madness. And you can really only beat it by reacting to customers in such a way. All in all, all I can say is: I wouldn't order anything here again, even if someone offered me money. I'd rather starve than order food here again. Addendum: the promised replacement arrived after 40 minutes. And it was actually possible to deliver pizza bread that wasn't burnt black.

If I had ordered a pizza through Lieferando at 12.30 for the evening at 8 p.m. Pizza didn't arrive until 8.40 p.m. I probably wouldn't have called at 8.05 p.m. It wouldn't have come at all the last time I ordered there but pizza was still very good

The rotisserie dishes are all top, lamacun and kebab are well filled, the chicken is very good. I wasn't that impressed with the pizzas; they could use more seasoning.

Homemade pizza dough! The guy does it himself, unbelievable. 5 stars for that alone.

Da die Betreiber völlig ignorant sind und den Taxihalteplatz vor ihrem Imbiss permanent unerlaubt belagern, werde ich da keinesfalls jemals essen!! Übrigens auch Kollegen, Freunde und Bekannte nicht!

Pizza kann man dort super bestellen, die war das letze Mal ausgezeichnet. Dieses Mal Dönerauflauf, Sucuc-Baguette und Schnitzel mit Pommes. Man konnte es essen, aber haben leider mehr erwartet…es sah optisch echt nicht schön aus, geschmacklich war es ok.

Das Fleisch im Döner lag schon seit einer Ewigkeit im Wärmebehälter das hat mir überhaupt nicht gefallen. Wer so ein Fleisch rausgibt braucht sich über eine 2 Sterne Bewertung nicht zu wundern. Zur Sauberkeit hinter der Theke kann ich leider nicht viel sagen da man nicht wirklich viel sieht. Ich würde hier definitiv nicht nochmal einen Döner holen.

Essen war okay aber was am meisten ärgerlich war das der Bote dreimal lange hintereinander geklingelt hat obwohl bei der Bestellung stand bitte nicht klingeln wegen Baby( 1 Jahr )im Bett. Wurde dadurch natürlich war und hat geschrieen wie hulle

Danke für die gestrige weite Lieferung. Von den Pizzen waren alle begeistert, vorallem von der Pizza Prime mit Sauce Hollandaise. Zum zweiten mal alles bestens,lecker und warm.

Ich kann es einfach nur jedem empfehlen. 👍🏼 Echt leckeres Essen, egal was man isst. Alles sehr lecker. 😋 Ich habe in der Region schon vieles probiert aber solche leckere Pizzen noch nirgends gegessen. Bestelle nur noch von Prime Pizza. Von mir kriegt Ihr 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Top. Macht weiter so qualitatives Essen. 👍🏼

Preise im Verhältnis zur Portion in Ordnung, leider wird das fertige Brot nicht richtig erwärmt ebenfalls das Fleisch nicht direkt vom Spieß sondern aus einer Schüssel die es warm halten soll leider lag das Fleisch schon länger dort, war auch kalt..

Riiiiiichtig lecker... Kann ich nur empfehlen Preise gut und pünktliche Lieferung. Alles super.
