So if you can eat somewhere else then that would be an option. Unfortunately I didn't like it.

I don't understand the bad reviews at all. I went there yesterday with my family. Of course there is some food that you don't like, but I think the majority of it was fresh and tasty. Always happy

It used to be such a good buffet restaurant... we always enjoyed eating there. Unfortunately, things have gotten progressively worse. It's a shame, because the atmosphere is quite nice. Especially if you have a table with a view of the lake. It would be nice if the quality of the food increased again

The plates weren't washed thoroughly, some of the food was already dry because it had been left for so long, an employee didn't even respond to questions, and potatoes weren't cooked through. Plate of grilled food never arrived.

There was nothing to complain about. We were about 20 people. Food was plentiful and tasty. The buffet was very well signposted and was constantly being refilled. Service was quite quick and any special requests were taken care of immediately. Many thanks also to the man at the grill who prepared everything perfectly. Dessert is also recommended, especially the ice cream.

If I could I would give it one point - the food was mostly cold and soggy that you could tell it was the leftovers from lunch, it's a matter of taste but I didn't like it at all and it was also on the floor and in the toilets very dirty

Unfortunately the location has a bad reputation but there are new tenants and you should give them the time, there isn't a huge selection but what they offer tastes very good and it is freshly refilled in small quantities.

The food was good but it should have been seasoned better. The food was plentiful, everything was there. The restaurant was very clean. The service was very nice and accommodating. We had a nice view of the lake again. Went to the restaurant more often and we will come back .👍

A delicious restaurant. The atmosphere is very cozy, especially in summer with the lake. I can recommend ordering dishes from the menu other than the buffet.

The selection of the all-you-can-eat menu was poor. A few dishes tasted bland and dry, and many seemed to have been under heat lamps for hours. Overall disappointing, only the friendly service could brighten the evening a little.

View this restaurant is the worst everything is dirty floor windows! The food is greasy and cold, honeydew melon and fresh Garnier was expired after eating stomach ache, diarrhea and had to vomit. At worst, a rat inside was running around and they didn't do anything. 5 eyewitnesses

This restaurant used to be really good but over time it has deteriorated a lot. Waiting too long to refill. The taste is no longer what it used to be. The toilets are in poor condition and dirty. That was the last time I was there.

We were there on Saturday evening (7:30 p.m.). Almost everything at the buffet was empty and dry. At the desert there were a few pieces of jelly red and green....and let's not even talk about the fruit.... Too bad...

Apart from the view, this restaurant is the worst! The food is greasy and cold, the menu looks like it was reheated yesterday. After eating there, my husband and I had stomach pains, diarrhea and vomited. We had food poisoning. So save your money and your health!! We're never coming back!

Definitely can NOT confirm the previous reviews. Super fresh and super tasty. The buffet is not overcrowded and there is always fresh refills. Everything is crispy and tastes as it should be. We celebrated our grandpa's birthday here and everyone enjoyed it. Very friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere. We say thank you

We've been there several times and no matter whether it's a buffet or a la carte, the food is always fresh and delicious. Very nice and friendly service... would be happy to come back at any time...

We went to this restaurant with the family today. All I can say is that unfortunately the management of this restaurant has stopped working on the quality. For example, fresh pineapple was mixed with canned pineapple in the fruit plate. Is that ok? Some of the food was cold and what particularly bothered me were the lamps that hung over the dining tables and were full of dust. All of this can end up on your plate. I know there is a lot of competition, but that doesn't mean you should get any worse. You have to do everything better to win new customers. Instead, they lost customers today, unfortunately. The only positive thing is the friendly staff.

The only good thing there was the ambience, the lake view and the service. Unfortunately, the food was subpar and disappointing. The selection looked good at first glance, but a lot of it was very tasteless or very greasy. The crispy duck was very fatty, the peanut sauce was like a mud puddle. We ate our fill of fried rice and dry crispy chicken. Great! ... The dessert also looked great at first glance. Fruit, jelly, vanilla sauce, tiramisu, ice cream, baked banana, foam kisses... Nothing good found here either. Baked banana tasted like nothing, as did the jelly and custard. Foam kisses were solid on the inside because they were old and the ice was crystalline. Shame about the money!

Prices are not current!!! So for adults that's 22 euros per person. According to the website 13.80 or so. Food was relatively fatty. Unfortunately very little choice for too much money. Unfortunately not again. Internet page is not updated when requested. But there was a stomach ache for free.

Overall the stay was okay! Both waitresses were friendly. The cook who prepared the fresh produce used too much salt, which unfortunately made the food inedible. When I asked to use only garlic on the next plate, he replied that he would decide how to prepare it. I think hospitality works differently. That was the last visit there, at least as long as such behavior is exhibited. The two wait staff were friendly and apologized.

Unfortunately the food was lukewarm. We didn't like it either. The selection for the price was very little, especially the selection of salads was very small. We definitely won't come again.

Disappointing experience at the Chinese Restaurant Lohfelden I had the opportunity to visit the Chinese Restaurant in Lohfelden today and unfortunately my experience was anything but satisfactory. The buffet, which should normally be a highlight, was a complete disappointment. The first thing I noticed was that many of the dishes on offer were cold and obviously dried out, as if they were from the day before. This contributed significantly to the food losing flavor and freshness. Even the rice cooker, which should normally be filled with fragrant, fresh rice, was almost empty and contained only a pitiful remnant of dregs. The selection of dishes also left a lot to be desired and unfortunately I didn't find anything that satisfied my taste. The quality of the ingredients seemed questionable and it was obvious that there wasn't much emphasis on freshness or care in preparation. After a disappointing meal, I left the restaurant hungry and dissatisfied. The experience at the China Restaurant Lohfelden was anything but pleasant, and unfortunately I cannot recommend it. Hopefully the quality of the food and service will improve so that future guests can have a better experience.

Sorry that you have to give one star for a review, unfortunately the whole thing wasn't worth it, the food didn't taste like anything or was too salty, nothing was crispy, just greasy, nothing else that was supposed to be baked wasn't baked through but was half raw Sesame balls or small spring rolls are quite disgusting. The voucher we received for this restaurant was very well-intentioned but unfortunately not worth the price. Price performance is not right at all, even the Zero Cola was non-carbonated and tasted quite strange. We will never enter this restaurant again, let alone recommend it.

A very nice Chinese restaurant on the market square in Lohfelden. Behind the restaurant there is a small pond that you can see very clearly from the restaurant. The service is very friendly and the food is delicious. There are even 3 vegan dishes.

Tolles Ambiente, super Auswahl an Speisen und spitzen Service. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Essen ist sehr gut. Leider kommen sie bei hoher Auslastung nicht mit dem zubereiten hinterher. Das wird uns aber nicht davon abhalten, wieder hin zu gehen.

Wir waren eigentlich immer ganz gerne hier, nur hat die Qualität der Speisen was den Geschmack angeht über die letzte Zeit so stark nachgelassen. Außerdem sind die Speisen teilweise recht kalt in der Auslage. Wir kommen leider nicht mehr wieder. Schade.

Mittagsbuffet ,Speisen lau warm da aufgewärmt, nicht frisch zubereitet. Die Soßen dünn wie Suppe,auch die vanille Soße. Leider nicht zu empfehlen.

Wir waren auf der Suche nach einem Chinarestaurant mit Buffet. Im Internt fanden wir dieses und auf der Homepage waren sogar die Preise mit 14,80 € für Erwachsene und 7,40€ für Kinder angegeben. Das fanden wir in Ordnung. Vor Ort stellte es sich wie folgt dar: die Preise waren auf 21,80€ bzw. 9,80€ gestiegen. Trotzdem blieben wir, wo wir nun mal da waren, auch wenn eine Steigerung der Preise um 50% heftig ist, aber die Kinder hatten Hunger. Das Buffet ist absolut durchschnittlich und bietet nichts besonderes, leider nicht mal Sushi, was man für knapp 22€ erwarten könnte. Für den Grill standen keine Marinaden bzw. Soßenoptionen zur Verfügung, so dass alles in der gleichen scharfen Soße gebraten wurde, was für die Kinder nicht essbar war und alles gleich schmecken lies. Zu unserer Überraschung fanden wir auf dem Dessertbuffet Tiramisu, was nicht zum Chinese passte. Das hätte uns eine Warnung sein sollen. Hier fehlte der Espresso komplett, so dass es nur nach Mascapone schmeckte. Der Service war ebenfalls unterirdisch, die Bedienung war mehr mit Ihrem Handy beschäftigt als mit den Gästen, was dazu führte, dass wir nicht mal vollumfänglich die Getränke der ersten Bestellung bekamen und es keine zweite geben konnte. Fazit: Essen durchschnittlich, Service schlecht und Preise vollkommen überzogen. Zumindest die Preise im Internet wurden nach der Reklamation angepasst.

Dieses schön gelegene Restaurant hätte eigentlich alles - hat allerdings eine eher durchschnittliche Küche. Es schmeckt wenig chinesisch, unglaublich vieles ist zu Tode paniert, so dass es teilweise kaum möglich ist, den Fisch vom Huhn oder sonst was zu unterscheiden. Es schmeckt alles irgendwie gleich... Das Buffet wirkt nicht wirklich frisch. Die Preise sind soweit ok, aber es gibt da deutlich bessere Vertreter der chinesischen Küche

Sehr schönes Ambiente, sehr guter und freundlicher Service. Manche Speisen vom Buffet wirken etwas lasch, aber das ja überall so. Sauberkeit Fußboden und Toilette kann man noch verbessern, aber es nicht besonders schmutzig. Das Angebot vom Buffet kann durchaus mit den anderen mithalten. Das Essen vom Buffet könnte noch etwas wärmer sein. Alles in allem auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert.

Ich war zum ersten mal in diesem Restaurant und habe für mich festgestellt, dass die Moderne Einrichtung auch zu meinem Geschmack sehr gut passt, aber es ist auch Geschmackssache. Das Essen war sehr zufriedenstellend, auch wenn es nicht immer gleich heiß sein kann, wenn man sich für das Buffet entschieden hat! Da ich selbst aus der Gastronomenfamilie stamme, weiß ich, wie es ist. Der junge Mann der im Service tätig war, dürfte sich gerne mal etwas adrett kleiden, denn in einer Jogginghose zu bedienen ist nicht gerade Stielvoll. Der Ausblick an der Fensterfront ist sehr schön, vorallem ein kleiner See als Orientierungspunkt für's Auge macht das Restaurant zu einem Highlight. Der Service war sonst sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, werde sicher wieder kommen.

Waren gestern Abend zum Buffet essen dort mit Freunden und was soll ich sagen, es war top. Alle angebotenen Lebensmittel waren frisch, der Service war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich kann nur sagen, wir kommen wieder…😀

Bei den frisch zubereiteten Speisen eine fast 3/4 Stunde gewartet. Keine grosse Auswahl. Bei den fertigen Speisen war das Essen fast kalt. Unser 1.und letzter Besuch dieses Restaurants.

Wir waren abends hier zum All-you-can-eat. Es war ein schönes und angenehmes Ambiente. Alles war sehr sauber und die Stühle/Sitzbnak sehr bequem. Sehr leckeres und frisches Essen. Die Auswahl war sehr gut und man wurde satt. Die Mitarbeiter/innen waren sehr freundlich. Toiletten waren ebenfalls sehr sauber. 5 von 5 Sternen komme gerne wieder, wenn ich die Ecke von Kassel unterwegs bin.

Das Essen,Buffet ist gut.Das Ambiente ist eher trostlos.Ich finde es sehr steril.

In Corona-Zeiten ist alles etwas schwieriger, deshalb gab es Probleme mit den Parallelen Möglichkeiten Menükarte oder Buffet in abgewandelter Form. Die Fischplatte - sehr lecker!- müsste Meeresfrüchte heißen, da Garnelen und Muscheln dabei waren. Zu den Spezialsuppen müsste dem unerfahrenen Gast erklärt werden, dass eine große Suppenschüssel auf den Tisch kommt, welche 3-4 Personen reicht! Hat ebenfalls gut geschmeckt. Die anderen Tischgäste lobten ihr Essen allesamt.

Wir waren schon sehr oft hier Essen immer gut im Dezember 18 war ich das letzte mal da und ich kann nur sagen das hat mich sehr geschockt Buffet ständig leer und noch schlimmer kaltes Essen geht gar nicht ich weiß nicht woran es liegt ob es an Phönix liegt oder am Besitzer ich werde wieder kommen sollte es wieder so seihen dann zum letzten mal.

Wir waren hier mit 6 Personen. Wir kennen das Restaurant schon seit Jahren.Nun waren wir nach sehr langer Zeit mal wieder dort und waren mehr als enttäuscht. Es ist zu einer richtigen Glutamat Hochburg geworden. Zwar ist die Auswahl an Gerichten gut aber es schmeckt alles gleich und gleich salzig. Preis von 12,90 € zum Abendbüffet ist sehr niedrig aber dem Geschmack angepasst. Wir kommen nicht nochmal.

Wir waren zu 5 zum Buffet da, essen ist ganz in Ordnung, aber nicht herausragend. Preis -Leistung könnte besser sein.

Kommt man zu Stosszeiten braucht man Geduld, Zeit und starke Beine, da man am Buffet ansteht.... Aber starker Andrang verheißt ja eher Gutes - und das findet der hungrige Gast dann auch! Leider sind die Speisen am Buffet ab und zu zu kalt, hier gibt's Verbesserungspotential. Die ungepflegten Aquarien sollten lieber abgeschafft werden, sie sind so eher nicht mehr zeitgemäß und potentiell unhygienisch.

Estábamos cansados y hambrientos después de pasarnos 6 horas en un atasco, así que no esperábamos que ningún restaurante nos dejase entrar a comer tan tarde. Ellos no sólo nos dejaron comer a pesar de la hora, sino que lo hicieron con una amabilidad encantadora, un servicio impecable y una comida deliciosa. ¡Un diez!

Wirklich schönes Ambiente, leckeres Buffet (Mongolisch und "normal"), Service sehr aufmerkssam.....leider ist das Publikum aufgrund des Preises entsprechend "ordinär"......Leider ist das auch dder Grund warum ich nicht wiederhingehe. Fressschlachten von eingewanderten "Mit"bürgern sind unappetitlich. Schade, der Laden hat Potential. Ohne Reservierung wird es schwer, da immer voll abends!

Wir gehen schon seit vielen Jahren in das China Restaurant Lohfelden. Hauptsächlich nur zum Buffet essen. Persönlich fand ich das Restaurant vor ein paar Jahren besser, da die Auswahl beim Buffet größer war als aktuell. Jetzt gibt es zwar einen Sushibereich und eine große Salatbar aber dafür wurde leider die Auswahl beim Buffet reduziert. Alles in allem ein durchschnittliches China Restaurant.
