When I arrived, my online order was immediately marked for pickup, even though the fries weren't even ready yet. That way, the statistics are kept clean. Great! Then I ordered a Diet Coke and got a regular one, which was great again! There weren't any ashtrays anywhere outside, great. At least the food was like any other McDonald's.

Unfortunately, it wasn't until we got home that we realized that our child's dessert was also missing. Such negligence leaves a very disappointing impression. As paying guests, we expect care and customer friendliness. For us it was an extremely unsatisfactory visit - we will avoid this restaurant in the future. Addendum: The restaurant's response only addresses the promotional glasses. In addition to the promised extras, a paid chocolate cookie for our child was missing - which we only noticed when we got home. This is not the only point, but it is an important point. Overall, it was just disappointing to be treated like that - especially in a McDonald's restaurant.

After almost 10 minutes without feedback, the voice comes again and asks for more waiting time because there is a technical problem that probably existed 15 minutes before... The store has a lot of potential for improvement... For me today was the last trip...

I wanted to get a nice mcflurry ice cream with my girlfriend at the mc drive, unfortunately we had to explain to the employee 3 times what we wanted to order, then we got the ice cream and it looked a bit strange, it tasted terrible and we threw it in the trash, never there again, the main thing is to increase the prices and the quality is completely zero.

We were there and got the new Minecraft meal (Flint and Meal). The food itself was delicious and there is always a toy with the meal, but my toy was broken and dirty and you could no longer use it (assemble it). So I asked if I could exchange it, but the staff was rude and arrogant and said, "It's a surprise and you can't exchange it." Be happy and go!" I said nothing and went out. Very long waiting times and dirty toilets.

We were here at 8:30 a.m. and found the McDonald's to be very clean, the tables had just been wiped. The floor had no food residue or anything else and was absolutely clean. We were greeted upon entering and there were a total of 6-8 people on site. The toilets were also clean. Lounge-like music and the sunshine were a good start to the day after a 500 km ride.

This is one of the cleanest McDonald's I have ever been in! Looks and feels very new, friendly staff, easy to park and served quickly. Outside eating area is clean and well presented, same as the toilets. Food was awesome, fresh ingredients and most important very hot. Looking forward to my next visit!

I got a Mc Chicken there today. I actually wanted to order a menu, but with these prices I lost my appetite. So we stayed with the burger, which also costs €6... Unpacked, the next shock followed. Lukewarm, tartar sauce inedible and salad you could look for and some of it was already brown. I would have loved to bring the burger back, but unfortunately I was in transit. Thank you McDonalds, now you have taken away my remaining doubts about avoiding this fast food chain.

The staff was very nice but the toilets were marginal. Dirty, no toilet paper, no light at the sink and the towels weren't filled but the roll was just standing there.

I was there a few days ago to order food. After I drove the truck away, it turned out the sauce was missing. Today I was there again and was served by the same girl with long hair. I ordered food, after leaving the register I checked the order. I didn't get any sauces again. I pointed out to her that I didn't get it again and she was outraged and just gave me the sauces. I wonder how many people don't receive complete orders?

Lack of knowledge of staff. Luckily I'm not an allergy sufferer. Vegan does not mean vegetarian and the McPlant is not dairy free as the staff claims. It's really unfair of you to sell it to me otherwise.

The McDonald’s is solid and better than others in the area. The branch is clean, the employees are friendly, and the food comes quickly - exactly what you expect. Yesterday I placed an order for €20, a large package was picked up for me. There were a lot of people there and I quickly looked at my order, at home I already saw that I didn't get a large burger (and unfortunately this is not the first time. Please teach your employees to collect orders more carefully. Because if this continues, everyone will switch to other institutions en masse!

When ordering 3 burgers, a drink and ice cream, doing a whopping 3 things wrong - the wrong burger, an onion on it even though you canceled it and a sticker that says so and first forgetting the fries and then getting the wrong ones is bordering on cheeky. I understand the situation of the employees, but a little more quality from the guests would be great. After all, McDonalds has not been a cheap fast food provider for a long time. Too bad!

Just a single drink...I don't understand why they stared at me like I was weird...I'm satisfied with the food, you didn't wait long.

Seldom experienced such a bad Mecces. Waiting over half an hour for two small burgers?! & then the food comes to the table cold? All orders are sent out in a jumbled manner... and the staff is super unfriendly. You won't see us here a second time.
