McDonald's in Lohfelden

Ordered twice with the damn app and twice the guy had nothing in the system. Incompetent stands in front of the McDonald’s.

Even McDonald's is getting worse and worse! Staff underground! Extremely long waiting times for the food!

Standard McDonald, not very good, not very bad.

Ordered mcplant twice, got meat twice. Garbage is not disposed of.

My McPlant chicken nuggets weren't plant based, supposedly just the "packaging" wasn't from McPlant Nuggets.

We observed staff regularly moving through the rows to wipe down tables and collect forgotten trays. 🚻 Toilets: The toilets were also fine. They weren't perfectly clean, but there was plenty of soap and paper towels. 🅿️ Parking: There are plenty of free parking spaces directly in front of the restaurant. Cons: 🔧 A small suggestion for improvement: the cleanliness of the toilets. Maybe you could take a closer look here. Conclusion: This McDonald's really surprised us in a positive way! 💯 Fast and friendly service, a clean dining room and delicious food - what more could you want? 😊 We would love to come back! 🍴 However, it should be noted that this reflects our personal experience and other customers may have had different impressions. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Average McDonald's. Our order was missing items and we had to walk back to collect the missing burger. Unfortunately this branch feels understaffed during peak times. Still friendly staff and clean restaurant.

Food is like McDonald's: some hot, some warm and unfortunately a lot of it is cold. Tiscv was also cleaned after requests, but rather poorly. The order at the table first came wrong, then in several partial deliveries... But everything was quite friendly, only the cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

Unfortunately, the terrace is not smoke-free and many people smoke there. The visibility here around the playland is very, very bad for eating or for the children. It would be nice if there was no smoking here. The food was typical for McD and this time it was there quickly for a Sunday, but unfortunately the ambience was great! The drink selection consisted of water, iced tea and Sprite. If I can't even get a Coke at McDonald's, I'd rather go to Burger King.

The clean dining room and the speed at which the food came to the table were positive. NEGATIVE: The drinks machine was broken and customers were allowed to look at Lieferando Cola at the counter and were given water or apple spritzer. The order was incorrect despite there being fewer customers. When we left, we wanted to use the sanitary facilities and found a toilet full of pee. The employees' lack of German also caused frustration to grow. You were smiled at and knew you couldn't do anything. Thanks McDonald's, I love it!

There is still a real McCoffee here. Otherwise typical McDonald's in the truck stop. Here too, everything has now been converted to automatic ordering. Sometimes it gets a bit tight with 4 terminals, but in the past it was just the queues.

MC DONALDS is always good. The only thing that's not so nice is that they often don't serve hot fries anymore. And there's nothing worse than no warm fries.

Loved the ambience. The staff was very cordial even though the place was really well crowded ! Kudos to a really good setting on our vacation route - good friendly place for a quick bite and go ! The coffee was as usual - TOP CLASS ❤️

The ordered dishes were brought to the table quickly after ordering. At least once during that time, crumbs were swept from the floor and there was no trash to be seen outside

Yesterday I placed an order for €20, a large package was picked up for me. There were a lot of people there and I quickly looked at my order, at home I already saw that I didn't get a large burger (and unfortunately this is not the first time. Please teach your employees to collect orders more carefully. Because if this continues, everyone will switch to other institutions en masse!

Nice staff, fast service, everything clean

When ordering 3 burgers, a drink and ice cream, doing a whopping 3 things wrong - the wrong burger, an onion on it even though you canceled it and a sticker that says so and first forgetting the fries and then getting the wrong ones is bordering on cheeky. I understand the situation of the employees, but a little more quality from the guests would be great. After all, McDonalds has not been a cheap fast food provider for a long time. Too bad!

What it was? Can't the staff speak English? I wasn't satisfied with my drink on the menu, so I went to buy another, separately. It took forever for them to understand what I really wanted. Just a single drink...I don't understand why they stared at me like I was weird...I'm satisfied with the food, you didn't wait long.

Seldom experienced such a bad Mecces. Waiting over half an hour for two small burgers?! & then the food comes to the table cold? All orders are sent out in a jumbled manner... and the staff is super unfriendly. You won't see us here a second time.

The inside area was very cool and clean, except for the toilets, which was a disaster. Apparently no one wants to clean them.

So, I'm scared. In this day and age where service and cleanliness are so important, I am simply disappointed!! Toilets and tables in the restaurant very dirty!!! Wrap was cold and coffee was undrinkable. This on a Saturday morning during the holiday season. It's a shame that something like this still exists

Ordering yourself on the display is unreasonable, order sent and paid for, no receipt received, and only with communication from the management in the restaurant, but still get the food, something like that shouldn't happen, food is getting worse and more expensive, really big cinema.

Sorry guys, but when the door says "open until 1am" that means: OPEN until 1am, and not: the door is closed at 12:30am!

Nice McDonald's, easy to get to. Fast food even despite special requests, the taste is typically Mc. Despite 2x Smarties, there were only a few in the McFlurry. Tables could have been cleaner and there were a lot of trays lying around. Toilets were clean and healthy.

Ordered cappuccino and apple turnover. Luckily the apple turnover was checked and found to be still in the restaurant without any heat. The complaint was answered with “takes 4 minutes”. No sorry or sorry. Which is actually right, because the cold apple turnover was knowingly packed. Probably in the hope that the customer will be back on the highway. This behavior is not acceptable.

Ordered 3 burgers + fries via Lieferando. 1x Chicken, 1x Cheese and 1x Double Chilli Cheese. I got the first two, and another chicken instead of the double chilli cheese. In the near future, I'll prefer to pick up my order directly and check it instead of using an expensive delivery service. However, I have often had errors with the order even on site. So you can really forget the employees at the McDonalds Lohfeldener Rüssel. If I worked like that, I would have lost my job long ago.

My daughter's buger was black! Generally not possible but in a happy situation even less so! The lady who was probably in charge of the shift took the burger from me and went to prepare it... without saying a word to me. She then came back to her workplace where I was still standing and said again that it didn't work that way! No apology or anything. She could give my daughter a new one was all! In broken German! I did not want. I said an apology might also be in order. Nothing, she just looked at me big. Then a colleague came and translated all of my work for this lady!!!! Still no word of apology!!!! This time it was definitely our last visit there! It has never been a really good branch!!!! But the incident now is the last straw!!! Addendum from the weekend! My childhood convinced me to go again! Maybe we're just unlucky. But there was a hair in our fantasy!!!! To add to the disgust, this hair didn't look like it had fallen off someone's head!!!!

Totally unfriendly, you get burgers with items that have been deselected and they just say puhl down. 50 things were missing, takes the table service away from you and says you can now wait at the counter and just throws everything on the tray.

Fries were cold. But the worst thing was we took a number and paid by card. Our number wasn't on the display. The young person behind the counter called out a number but it was indefinable! So when I pointed this out to people, they said: yes, but I told you. In a service there is no: yes but. That is not possible

The best McDonald's in the area! We were there for the Rüssel Truck Show and every table was almost permanently occupied. Food came to the table hot and super quickly (about 5 minutes). If McDonalds, then in Lohfelden am Rüssel!

I ordered a Happy Meal and a McSunday. With the McSunday the caramel sauce was chunky and with the Happy Meal there were no toys because there was nothing left. Yes, it can happen but at least you can offer a replacement for what you paid for. Didn't work at all.

Hello dear Mäcci, Mecces, McDonald's fans Germany, I have to say something today about a McD restaurant in Lohfelden/Lohfeldener Rüssel near Kassel!!! My girlfriend and I were eating there and, as shown on the bill, we ordered 2 wrap menus and an extra burger... After my girlfriend's first bite, we saw a crumpled up straw of paper in the wrap after I complained had, the wrap was not remade or possibly refunded, but the deeply rude "MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR" pushed the wrap back under my nose and put it back on the tray and said "WHAT IS THE PROBLEM" it wouldn't be possible for something like that to happen happened in his kitchen.... without reacting to me he continued to refuse to even begin to find a solution to my complaint and also began to speak loudly to me... Even after clarifying that I had been for over 20 years I worked very successfully in the catering/hotel industry and also explained to him that you shouldn't react to a complaint like that. He seemed too cool to accept advice (sitting on his throne) because he IS the "MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR" and nothing like that didn't have to respond... he was the boss.... even when I asked him to tell me his name, the only answer was that he didn't have to respond because of data protection... ZERO comma ZERO tolerance when dealing with the guests. ... It's an absolute disgrace that such people with so little feeling for gastronomy are allowed to run a restaurant. It's an absolute disgrace that such a situation even arises?!!!!!!! I will NEVER EVER NEVER go to this restaurant again!! I'm absolutely disgusted with how you treat your customers!!!! 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 (P.S. I'm not even talking about the condition of the food, which wasn't McD standards either) maybe you'll consider employing this employee elsewhere since this isn't the first complaint about this restaurant and the management... .

This McDonalds is just perfect, everything is very good. Employees are very correct and everything is very clean. The food was all right, warm and tasted great. If I wasn't such a poor eater, I would go there every day.

And the award for the McDonald's with the least pleasant employees goes to... LOHFELDEN!!! Never experienced such silent service providers. Unfortunately, we don't know whether they didn't understand us linguistically, because there was no exchange of words. Fries were cold. Cleanliness was okay. Gladly never again

I was in Mcdrive last night and ordered two burgers, one fries, two filet o fish, two apple turnovers and nuggets. A quick look in the bag of everything and I saw something. When I got home I noticed that instead of meat nuggets there were veggie nuggets in the bag. Also missing was the ketchup and the sweet and sour sauce! And last but not least, there was only one Filet O Fish Burger in the bag. So a total of 4 errors and 3 items that weren't in the bag. You can blame yourself for the missing burgers, but I can't unpack the whole bag in the car. I wouldn't be averse to contacting you
