Prätor-Haus - Da Luigi in Lübeck

Había hecho reservas hace 2 meses para 6 personas el viernes 29 de noviembre. El día anterior recibí un mensaje del servicio de reservas: "Gute Nachrichten, calvo steht Ihr Essen im Prator - Haus - el Luigi an. Pero cuando llegamos al Luigi a la hora reservada ( 18 : 30 ) nos dijeron que habían cancelado nuestra reserva enviándome un correo electrónico media hora antes ( 17 : 57 ) . Afirman que habían tratado de contactarme por teléfono, pero no lo habían logrado porque había enumerado un número equivocado e indicando así que era MI culpa que nuestra reserva hubiera sido cancelada. En mi opinión esta explicación es un claro encubrimiento para ocultar el hecho de que nuestra mesa había sido 'vendida' a otros huéspedes hambrientos. Vinimos desde Dinamarca para experimentar Lübeck en Navidad y para tener una comida extraordinaria y deliciosa. Pero la forma en que nos trataron en el Luigi fue una desgracia.

Vi hade bokat bord men fick vänta 1h på bordet sen ytterligare 1h på maten. Otrevlig personal och väldigt trång lokal. Maten okej men inte mer.

Vores reservering var blevet væk. Heldigvis kunne vi fremvise en messenger samtale som dokumentation. Vi ventede 1/2 i baren og fik et bord. Lækre pastaretter med rigelig mad. Hyggelig restaurant med god akustik og mulighed for at snakke sammen.

Wir waren schon mehrmals im Luigi, waren immer begeistert und fühlten uns gut bewirtet. Beim jetzigen Besuch mit 4 Freunden waren wir doch sehr enttäuscht. Bedauerlicherweise war der Service-Mann komplett überfordert. Aufgrund der Situation, dass leider eine Person erkrankt war, wurde uns verständlicherweise ein 4-er Tisch gegeben. Wir waren gegen 17:30Uhr die einzigen Gäste. Danach haben wir eine Flasche Wasser erhalten und die Gläser wurden befüllt, obwohl wir noch keine Getränke geordert hatten. Irgendwie hat die Service-Qualität und auch Portionsmenge der Speisen deutlich nachgelassen, wobei die Preise erhöht wurden. Ferner fehlt auch inzwischen grundsätzlich der "DANKEschön-Gruß des Hauses (Espresso, Sambuca, Grappa etc.)". Das ist insgesamt sehr schade. Anmerkung zur vorherigen Reservierung: Leider ist es bisher immer bei Reservierungen per QUANDOO so, dass wir im Nachgang vom Reservierungsportal angeschrieben werden. Angeblich sollen wir nicht beim reservierten Termin da gewesen sein. Das stimmt aber leider immer nicht!!! Warum klappt es nicht? Woran liegt es? Zweimalige Nachfragen per Email bei der Chefin blieben leider unbeantwortet. Leider gibt es viel Verbesserungspotential. Zunächst wechseln wir das Lokal und beobachten die Bewertungsportale.

Wir waren schon oft im Luigi und sind dieses Mal total enttäuscht worden ! Alles ist anders geworden , kein echtes Lächeln der Inhaberin war mehr zu sehen und es kam mir lieblos vor ( das Essen leider auch ) ich hatte zb . Saltimbocca ( nicht gut ) Fleisch so dünn und lauwarm , Gemüse hart und nicht so dente , insgesamt nicht schmackhaft ! Mein Sohn Scampis ( Gemüse auch hart dazu ) die Pizzen 2 Mal viel zu dünn ! Wir mögen zwar keinen dicken Teig , aber dieser war wie Papier ! Prosseco süß und das Bier nicht kalt ! Was waren es noch für Zeiten , als Luigi noch da war ! Wir hoffen sehr , das es wieder besser wird und die Inhaber wieder Freude an ihrem Restaurant haben !

RECOMMENDED! - HOSPITALITY is very important here: Dinner for 2 adults and 2 children could be easily reserved. The pizzas and the dessert were excellent, unfortunately the Diavolo pizza was too spicy for the youngest - the result: complete understanding for our son and another pizza could be chosen to eat, although NEITHER of the two pizzas had to be paid for. Something like that has to be praised. Thank you again from our family 😃

This is one of the best Italian places I’ve been to! Top quality food and service. If you are visiting Lübeck, definitely avoid the boardwalk restaurants that pretend to be proper Italian, and come straight here. Very fair prices for very good quality!

Best Italian in Lübeck Very friendly welcome even without a reservation. Wonderful table on the "upper deck". The house exudes atmosphere and its owners are the perfect complement. Great fresh food, delicious daily recommendations and super attentive service. It doesn't get any better. A special compliment to the chef!!!

Auch ohne Reservierung bekamen wir einen tollen Platz auf dem „Oberdeck“. Der wirklich sehr freundliche Empfang war klasse. Nun zum Essen. Die tollen Empfehlungen des Tages waren vortrefflich. Der Koch versteht sein Handwerk und man spürt hier überall die Liebe zur Gastronomie. Das Ambiente des „alten Hauses“ ist nicht zum überbieten. Ich verstehe, warum der Laden hier sehr gut besucht war, und sicher auch weiter so besucht wird. Meine absolute Empfehlung und großes ein Lob ans Team. Grazie Mille a tutti

The pizza and tiramisu were very tasty, the atmosphere in the beautiful old building and garden was very inviting..

Tisch vorher bestellt und, sehr freundlich zugewiesen, auch bekommen. "Gemütlich" kann es nicht richtig werden. Dafür ist das Restaurant zu italienisch (zum Glück!) und auch zu beliebt. Also: Volle Bude hier! Mächtig was los. Musik, Hochzeitsgäste, und eben voll und entsprechend laut. Aber irgendwie auch ansprechend. Die nette Bedienung - vom Senior bis zu den aufmerksamen Service-Kräften. Eine solche Wertschätzung - egal, was von dem Besuch zu erwarten ist - das war schon angehnehm. Die Bedienung kannte nicht nur die Karte - sondern auch die Gerichte im Detail. Die Frage nach der Weißweinsose bei Saltimbocca alla romana wurde korrekt beantwortet - das kann nicht jeder. Auch das risotto frutti di mare waren perfekt. Der Caffé in den kleinen dicken Tassen war nicht nur typisch italienisch - der war sehr bekömmlich. So haben wir das Da Luigi sehr zufrieden verlassen. Alles war seinen Preis wert.

We were a little disappointed with the ambience in the backyard outside. The quality of the food was okay - unfortunately it is not Italian even if it says Italian on the label.

Wir waren gestern Abend spontan zu dritt hier. Uns wurden verschiedene Tische angeboten. Sehr nettes Ambiente - zum wohlfühlen. Die Mitarbeiterinnen wirkten am Anfang etwas unkoordiniert. Das Essen kommt heiss auf den Tisch, was wir mögen und heute leider keine Selbstverständlichkeit mehr ist. Preis und Leistung bekommt ein absolutes "wir kommen wieder". von uns. Für 5 🌟 fehlte uns noch das "I-Tüpfelchen".

Het was mooi weer, we konden fijn op het terras zitten. Het duurde lang voordat we een bestelling konden doen en heel erg lang tot we water en wijn op tafel hadden staan. Na het voorgerecht volgde vrij snel het hoofdgerecht, daarna was er niet iemand die een kaart kon brengen voor het dessert. Na ruim een half uur wachten zijn we maar naar binnen gegaan om af te rekenen. We vertelden dat we het jammer vonden dat er niemand beschikbaar was om de dessertkaart aan te vragen en dat de service de rest van de avond ook traag en matig was. Hierop een onbeschofte reactie van de serveerster. Jammer, het eten en de ambiance was oké, de rest treurig en geen aanrader.

What the restaurant impresses with is the incredibly good service. Don't talk too loudly, but always on hand and keeping an eye on all the details. Simply great. Had pasta twice, the portions were a bit small and the beef strips were cooked a bit too long. Otherwise everything was great.

Very nice restaurant, beautiful ambience with a beautiful backyard. Attentive service and a small, good menu. I had a tomato soup as a starter and spaghetti carbonara as my main course.

I recently had dinner here with my companion. We became aware of this small but fine restaurant because of the good online reviews. Of course the expectations are high, but I have to say that our expectations were exceeded. The competence of the staff and the dishes of the day were very convincing. The daily recommendation was a beef fillet in red wine which was on point. As a wine recommendation we had a Chianti classico reserva, which rounded everything off perfectly. Always happy . A beautiful old building that is beautifully and rustically, elegantly decorated. The staff were cheerful and friendly, the service was quick and the food was very good. I recommend the vitello tonnato and the antipasti plate, the risotto and the pasta with beef were also really tasty, it's a shame we were too full for dessert, they looked good too.

Very nice place, nice atmosphere, didn’t have a reservation but they were accommodating and found a place for me. Risotto was amazing. Maybe because of this I had high expectations of the Tiramisu which was ok.

A bit old-fashioned in the atmosphere but friendly and not outdated. The food is a lot better than in all possible Italian kitchens - due to the particularly fresh ingredients. Great value for money
