Amore Mio in Lübeck

The food is delicious, but the portion size could be a bit larger. The staff is great. The atmosphere is okay, but it's a clubhouse, so I couldn't even find it. ☺️

As soon as you enter, you wonder if you've found the right place. From a guest's perspective, the restaurant consists of just one room plus the kitchen. The smell of sweat in the hallway also takes some getting used to. The food was very disappointing. At first, I thought I'd ordered something wrong. When I got home, I checked the menu and realized: The shrimp pizza only came with the shrimp and the basic topping. The cheese, garlic, and parsley were completely missing. I won't be going back.

We were invited to a birthday party and were completely satisfied. Very delicious buffet and friendly service. Great restaurant!

Simply perfect! From the very first moment, everything was just right – a warm welcome, prompt and attentive service, and an atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The food was an absolute highlight: fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Every course was a delight, and you could tell that a lot of love and quality goes into the cooking. Excellent value for money! I will definitely be back and can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

This restaurant was serving drinks yesterday at the summer festival in Badendorf. We ordered several Aperol Spritz drinks. We're used to a different drink, much more intense in color and flavor. Here we got a light-colored mixture that was poured or mixed in the back of the kitchen. Four original bottles were standing at the counter in the blazing sun and weren't moved. The whole thing was strange.

Burgers - on-site catering - great! We loved it... and appreciated it 🥳

First time there. Great pizza with perfectly crispy, thin crust! The price is also perfectly reasonable.

We ate here for the first time last night and were thrilled. The food was excellent. We had penne gorgonzola and tagliatelle with scampi for the main course and pizza bread for the starter. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We felt at home and will definitely be back.

Visit on 03/15/25 We had reserved a table for 6 people. Unfortunately we had to wait a whole 2 hours for our food. During this time there wasn't even a question as to whether we would like to drink anything else. Very sad. In addition, there was not even an apology for the long waiting time and no accommodation either. When paying we didn't want to leave a tip for the poor service, but the staff just kept it and took it for granted. But the food was very tasty and sufficient.

Way out there! Or just a little out of the way is this beautiful Italian restaurant. But it's worth taking the short journey. The service may seem a little chaotic at first glance, but it is always charming. The food, whether meat, fish, pasta or pizza, is simply delicious. The antipasti starters are particularly delicious and one meal is easily enough for two. The sea bream fillets are a revelation. When it comes to desserts, one tiramisu is easily enough for two. The wines are also really good. Lugana is definitely recommended here. In terms of price, the restaurant is certainly not at the lower end of the scale, but it is not expensive either. Four of us have starters? Had 4 good main courses, 3 desserts, 2 bottles of wine, water, coffee and sambuca and had a bill under 250 euros. We were completely satisfied and will definitely come back.

The best Italian in Lübeck and the surrounding area! The ambience is excellent. The adjacent riding arena is always worth a look. The food is perfect, the wine is delicious. The staff and the boss are very friendly and warm! We have finally found our regular Italian restaurant! Please keep it up!

Today we ate at Amore Mio. I was very excited. All three courses were very tasty and sufficient. I drove home full. The price is also attractive and completely okay. I paid under €40 for 3 courses and a bottle of water. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. We didn't lack anything. Parking spaces are available right in front of the door. We'll definitely come back. Thanks!

We were guests here as a family last night. Reservation over the phone and subsequent welcome in the restaurant was very warm. Locally a bit hidden but rustic / cozy. Extra Christmas menu and drinks requests were continually asked. A little greeting from the kitchen was a nice surprise! Antipasti plates and pizza bread as starters were very tasty. For the main course, even though it was quite late, there were various variations: pizza, spaetzle with game ragout, wild boar goulash and steak. Everything came together at the right time, warm, great cooking points and delicious! We felt comfortable and would like to come back. 🥰

We went to Amore Mio for the first time today and actually fell in love. Pizza Frutti di Mare is simply amazing. Starting from the floor to the topping: what gourmets! Penne Gorgonzola: Not flooded with sauce, but delicately flavored and with walnuts as the icing on the cake. For dessert, a warm chocolate cake. And last but not least, attentive, clever service. Going out for an Italian meal is fun and a real treat.

The food was really awesome. Highly recommended are the tagliatelle scampi with roasted pine nuts and basil. The tiramisu was excellent. The service was great, gladly again!

We had reserved a table for our son's birth and were really pleasantly surprised. The role of host was carried out perfectly here. The atmosphere is very cozy. The pizza is super tasty and enjoyed by all guests. As a token of appreciation there was a small greeting from the kitchen and the finale was dessert for my son's birthday. We will definitely come back and can recommend this restaurant. Price-performance fits very well here.

Die Küche ist sehr langsam und scheint überfordert sobald eine Gruppe größer als 2 Leute ist, 1 Stunde bis Vorspreise erschien, 2 Stunden bis das Hauptgericht serviert wurde. Gäste die aus 2er Gruppen bestanden, haben ihr Essen schneller erhalten und verzehrt, als das eigene angekommen ist, selbst wenn sie 1 Stunde nach dir ins Restaurant gekommen sind. Service war leider auch sehr langsam bis gar nicht vorhanden. Getränke wurden erst nach etwa 30 Minuten aufgenommen, geliefert 20 Minuten später, in 2 Stunden wurden wir einmal gefragt ob wir was trinken möchten. Das war leider auch schon die zweite Chance dort, beim ersten Mal, die gleichen Probleme mit der langsamen Küche und halb rohes Gemüse auf dem Teller.

Rarely have I experienced such an incredibly child-friendly restaurant. Children are spoken to at eye level and treated with love. The food was very tasty and the service was great. Individual wishes are implemented immediately.

The restaurant is located in a remote location in Steinrade am Reiterhof. You can watch the riders in the restaurant. It is comfortably furnished If the weather is good you can sit outside, not covered. The food is good, wishes are implemented when ordering, Price/performance is consistent. It's remarkable how with every dish, even with the first bite, there's a real force of flavor explosions that I've never had the pleasure of experiencing before. Truly an unparalleled masterpiece. I call on every fellow citizen to embrace this experience at least once in this already limited life. In these sense-beguiling realms it is important to recognize what characterizes a true taste experience. Let me say a word about the absolutely innovative waterfall system and the rest of the ambience. The waterfall system, probably operated by a pump, is able to create a circuit between the carp pond and the pile of stones. As a diner, this is something to behold with great joy. Alternatively, there is the option to dine in the heart of the building, where you can enjoy the original sight of running horses. However, these animals are not suitable for consumption. Otherwise it can be added that the menu is really classy. Consequently, I also rate the atmosphere with five full stars. Last but not least, it is important to devote a few appropriate words to the service. I have never felt so thoroughly pampered. The feeling can be described with a warmth and security that I last felt in the womb. The staff, with whom it was impossible to establish contact, darted from kitchen to table with an impressive speed that can only be observed by cheetahs. So top performance here too. In summary, it should be emphasized that the Amore Mio represents a restaurant like no other. It goes into my list of top three experiences in life and deserves a full 5 stars. thank you very much, Carry on!

We spontaneously went to Amore Mio on Friday following a recommendation...we had a pizza and a pasta dish...both excellent...very good service...we would love to come back!!!!!!!

It was my first time there myself. I'm really more than positively surprised that such an excellent quality of food is served in the small kitchen. I had pasta with shrimps in garlic oil with tomatoes and onions, gets a 1 My wife ordered a steak (she's actually raw 😅) with the cooking level Blu... around Lübeck only the BlockHouse gets that sometimes no one else! Now we have a second beautiful restaurant. Completely satisfied! 😃

Stopped by spontaneously due to the very good reviews, were greeted very nicely, great service, great ambience! Food from the very tasty greeting from the kitchen to pizza, spaghetti carbonara, salad and affogato was very, very good!😋👍 If we are passing through again, we would be happy to come back! Food is super tasty for people who like Italian cuisine, the service is also very good, super nice and polite people who do a very good job in service and the ambience is simply a dream in summer as well as in winter. In summer you can have the best Weather put out with a super beautiful environment and not to mention the wonderful terrace with a wonderful view of the lake. I ate in Badendorf. Delicious. The rooms are still a bit “bare”, but the nice service makes up for it. However, you can only pay with cash, hence 4 stars.

A beautiful restaurant with a very romantic outdoor area. The restaurant invites you to linger and we always enjoy eating here. The staff is very friendly, the food (we've almost finished the entire menu) is fantastic and the toilets are always very clean. The latter is always very important to us. Always happy 👌

Best conditions for an insider tip! In the middle of the village, where the asphalt road ends and there are only riding halls and stables. Small Italian restaurant with a nice atmosphere and very pleasant staff. The food wasn't quite perfect yet, but I think it's on the right track 🚀 Recommendation because you get a unique view of the riding arena while you eat.

Nice atmosphere, nice staff, the boss himself asks if everything was/is ok. We had a very tasty starter, a very tasty main course and a great dessert. The wine was just great so it ended up being a whole bottle. The presentation of the desserts was different than expected but still very good. You feel very comfortable and it was a great evening.
