The meat patty is interspersed with cartilage and pieces of bone. According to the employee, they have new meat, apparently the cheap variety. Half of the bread was very cold. The sweet potato fries, however, are highly recommended!

Definitely the best burgers in the neighborhood. The dry aged burgers are a poem and the sweet potato fries are also excellent. The team is very accommodating and friendly.

It’s a hat-trick. Let’s start with the matured burger - classic sauces accompanying the star of the show - patty so fluffy and delicious it defines how a burger should be enjoyed. Dirty fries is some next level s*** though - you just can’t believe it can be so good, every bite through and through. Boys have done some serious magic there battering them in potato starch for extra crispiness and sweetness. They come with perfectly pickled onions, grated cheese and jerk sauce to balance the flavours and blow your mind. To wash it down and complete the symphony of flavours one must indulge in Thistly Cross - a scotch whisky cask matured cider - best cider in the world and I dare you to convince me otherwise. All that for 27€ and you got yourself a bargain as good as Cantona signing for United.

We ordered the beef burger and the homemade fries. The fries with truffle mayo are recommended, the burger itself was also good, whereas the meat - as customers commented several times - was served too raw for our taste. In response to the owner, I often read that the meat was always fried medium rare unless ordered otherwise. However, we ordered it differently, as the nice employee recommended: medium. I fluctuate between three and four stars, the tendency is more towards three, as the overall taste experience is in the middle and I would come back again if I had four.

Very good burger, the fries are simply awesome and the prices are absolutely reasonable. The ambience is also great - you sit in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the market hall, which creates a lively atmosphere. The service was super friendly and attentive. What's particularly cool: I was even offered the more expensive burger for the price of the cheaper one, just so I could try it out. Clear recommendation for all burger fans!

Fantastic dry aged burgers! Never regret going

Super nice service and very courteous staff! Unfortunately there is only 1 veggie burger version with red cabbage/beetroot falafels, if you like it, you like it :) The fries are unfortunately over fried and have a white fatty crust :/ But it's nice in the market hall and the music isn't too loud, you can have a good conversation. :))

The atmosphere in the halls is really nice Now let's talk about what really matters: the burger It’s incredible, the bread is soft, the meat is tasty, crispy and juicy. You won't find better for less than 12€

So i had the dry aged burger + cheddar, their homeade fries, chili mayo and radler. The burger looked a bit tall, but when once in my hands, it was nice and compact and I could easily take a regular bite and taste all of the components, as one should when eating a burger. The medium patty + toppings were of very high quality and I can only describe it as an explosion of flavour in my mouth. Delicious. The fries also looked a bit weird, but I think they coat it with something before frying (like corn starch or something) and they were excellent - crispy, airy, not greasy, really well seasoned. The only downpoint would be maybe that the chili mayo was not up to my preference and the price for all of the items was a bit steep alltogether (24 €). However, nothing tragic enough to deduct stars, as this is one of the best burgers I have had in Berlin and I will come back here again for certain.

I had 2 different ones 🍔 and both were super good. Price was a bit high, but I would still buy it again.

They mainly offered beef burgers and a chicken burger with an interesting name, which I forgot. My friend ordered the aged beef burger. I wanted the chicken burger, but it was still in the freezer, so I opted for the veggie burger instead. The veggie burger was different from what I expected, featuring a slice of grilled cabbage seasoned with mango curry sauce. The taste was okay, but it seemed a bit pricey without a side dish. I wouldn't order the same burger again, but I'd be interested in trying a different one if I visit them again.

We had a very tasty Crispy Chicken Tikka Burger here. Not a run-of-the-mill burger, but super tender meat and overall very enjoyable with the sauces, you have to try it. The staff are also very friendly, we will definitely eat in the market hall there again.

For us the best burger in Moabit. We had beef burgers with bacon and cheddar. Good, juicy meat with flavor. The fries were homemade, crispy and delicious. Burger stand in the Armenius market hall, where only card payment is possible. Certainly not cheap at €10.50 for a burger, but the taste is really good. Great food, primarily because the cooks understood my food allergies immediately and quickly opted to make me a delicious meal that hit the spot. Had the chicken with a salad instead of bread and fries. The food and especially the feldsalat wa SO tasty with a dressing I can’t quite describe. Service was quick, thoughtful and helpful.

The best hidden gems of berlin actually have the best burger in Town so far. Dry aged burger with cheddar and bacon taste amazing. Fries could be a little bit more crispy, but they have they way to fry them, and they are also delicous. Salt on the table is needed. But suaces and the taste and the selection of the beer amazing. If you are searching for a great burger, go and try it.

Preisleistungsverhältnis ein schlechter Scherz 30 Euro für 2 Cheeseburger, Saucen wurden mit 2,50 Extea verechnet. Dafür kann man schon was erwarten. Burger fleisch total knorpelig und Pommes nicht richtig durch, labberig , wahrscheinlich weil man schon kurz davor war, Feierabend zu machen. Sorry aber dann lieber fairerweise sagen, dass man nach Hause mõchte als das Zeug halbherzig zuzuber.

Die Fleisch Qualität schmeckt man förmlich heraus. Dazu eine sehr leckere Trüffelmayo. Würde hier jederzeit wieder vorbeikommen.

Der vegetarische Burger schmeckt sensationell. Auch die Pommes sind hier ein absoluter Traum. Die Service-Kräfte verstehen es Gast zu geben. Man fühlt sich hier wunderbar aufgehoben und ganz toll beraten. Auch finde ich die Markthalle einen ganz besonderen Ort zu verweilen. War da - komme wieder!

5 Sterne für Pound&Pence in der Arminiusmarkthalle Ich war kürzlich in der Arminiusmarkthalle in Berlin und habe dort Pound&Pence besucht. Ich war absolut begeistert von den Burgern! Der Service war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr aufmerksam und haben sich viel Mühe gegeben, dass wir einen schönen Abend hatten. Ich kann Pound&Pence in der Arminiusmarkthalle uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wer auf der Suche nach einem wirklich guten Burger ist, sollte hier unbedingt vorbeischauen.

Nach längerer Pause sind die Jungs wieder am Start. Sowohl der Dry Aged Beef Burger als auch die Trüffelpommes waren der absolute Hammer. Wenn ein Galloway Rind geschlachtet wird - dann wird es hier zumindest ausreichend gewürdigt! Konnte beim Essen kaum fassen, dass es wirklich so gut schmeckt. Hat einfach alles gepasst. Bevor ich noch weiter Schwärme, würd ich sagen: einfach selbst probieren!

Ganz klar einer der besten wenn nicht DER beste Burger in Berlin. Nicht der kleine Imbiss - hier geht ihr hin, wenn Ihr so RICHTIG Burger essen wollt. Auf den Punkt medium-rare gebratene 220g pattys mit Fleisch speziell für diese Burger vom Schlachthof mit eigener Erzeugung bestellt. Burgerbroetchen, die speziell hierfür gebacken wurden, hausgemachte soßen, kleine Karte, beste süßkartoffel-fries dank staerkeüberzug nicht matschig. Dazu importiertes Bier vom Sammler. James Doppler ist ein waschechter Gastronom und weiss was er tut. Einzig die relativ frühen Schließzeiten der aber ansonsten sehr empfehlenswerten Markthalle (Tankbier!) kommen mir als Nachteule nicht unbedingt entgegen und es wäre wünschenswert geschlossene Veranstaltungen per google zu kommunizieren, dass man nicht unverhofft von ein paar Türstehern zurückgewiesen wird.

Sehr unfreundlich und überheblich, sind super unfreundlich empfangen wurden und zum essen ist es gar nicht gekommen… sehr unangenehmer Mensch …

Leider kann ich das Essen nicht bewerten, da uns der Burger schlichtweg verweht wurde. Bei unserer Bestellung hat man uns kommuniziert, dass wir mit 20 min Wartezeit rechnen müssen. Aus den 20 min wurden 50 min. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass unsere Burger leider einem anderen Kunden zuvor mitgegeben wurden. Als wir unsere Enttäuschung darüber mitteilten, hat der Koch uns patzig mitgeteilt, dass es für uns hier keinen Burger gibt.Das Servicepersonal schien schlichtweg überfordert und total unkoordiniert. Schade!

Best Burger place in town, its like a gourmet restaurant. love it!

Auf der Suche nach dem besten Burger Berlin's nun auch hier gewesen. Bei der Aufgabe der Bestellung wurden 30 min. angegeben. Kein Thema! Gekritzelt auf Backpapier sah ich wie voll die Liste zum abarbeiten war. 27 min. später bekam ich, wie soll ich sagen, eine Offenbarung. Ich hatte den DRY AGE BURGER, der ein Symbiose in sich ist! Alle Zutaten aufeinander abgestimmt. Dazu die selbstgemachtenTrüffel-Pommes mit echtem Sommertrüffel. Ich war vor 2 Wochen da gewesen und bisher verging kein Tag an dem ich nicht an das Essen denken musste. Bester dank geht raus, für dieses übertrieben gute Essen.

Eine Stunde warten, wurden mehrfach vertröstet. Dann sind wir gegangen

Ich muss meine ursprüngliche Rezension definitiv anpassen! Leider mussten wir wirklich lang warten und das wurde vorab auch so nicht kommuniziert. 20 Minuten wurden angekündigt, ca. 50 wurden es. Das ist echt lang, ABER: möglicherweise gibt es hier den besten burger in Berlin. Der beef burger ist herausragend. Der chicken burger ultra zart ! Zudem kam der Wirt extra nochmal zu uns an den Tisch, hat sich mehrfach entschuldigt, Getränke aufs Haus angeboten. Leider haben wir zunächst auch erst 2 beef burger bekommen statt eines beef und eines chicken burgers. Dieser wurde uns selbstverständlich dann auch nicht berechnet sondern auch hier uns einfach nur ein guter Appetit gewünscht. 5 Sterne sind es geschmacklich definitiv, der wirt ebenso. Hangry Rezensionen zu schreiben ist einfach keine gute Idee.

Hier stimmt das große Ganze :) Der Laden befindet sich in einer alten Markthalle was schon allein den Charme ausmacht, sehr cool. Die Pommes und Burger waren echt 1A muss ich sagen. Dazu gibt es eine tolle Auswahlen an Bieren und Limonaden die man nicht sn jeder Ecke bekommt. Inklusive eine tolle und mega nette Beratung vom Chef 👍🏻 Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Berlin kommen wir wieder.

Bin hier öfter mal Essen und bis jetzt immer top, Burger sehr lecker und die Leute vor Ort alle super freundlich. Auch die Fries mit der Trüffelmayo waren super. Während wir auf das Essen gewartet haben, saßen wir ggü bei einem Bier an der Bar und haben dort auch gegessen. Die Arminiusmarkthalle ist immer ein Besuch wert.

I am not afraid to say that this is the best burger I'ver had, and I have tried many in different countries. The cheff is really passionated about burgers and the sauces he creates. You can really taste that he only uses high quality and fresh ingredients. The fries are good but depeding on the day they can be a bit too oily.

Still the best burger in town! Try the beef dry aged burger or the lamb burger! All produce from known sources. And the price is reasonable for this crazy good quality. Ask for the ingredients of the dirty fries, before you taste them! The truffle fries are also delicious. ☺️

Das war leider ein Reinfall. 50€ für 3 Bürger, 2 Pommes und 1 Getränk, zu viel Geld für wenig Erlebnis. Burger kamen nicht zeitgleich sondern in 20min Abstand, Bedienung etwas überfordert. Ein Patty komplett durchgebrate und trocken. Fries noch teilweiße roh. Die Soßen waren nichts besonderes. Atmosphäre ungemütlich an Stehtischen. Burger Grundpreis einfach zu teuer und alles kostet extra (je 1,50€ für Soßen, Käse, Bacon usw.) McDonald's wäre da die bessere Wahl gewesen

Der Lammburger war super und die Pommes mit die Besten die ich bisher gegessen habe. Die Bierauswahl wusste ebenfalls zu überzeugen, und der Besitzer, der sich kurz mit uns unterhielt, schien ebenfalls sehr sympatisch. Alles in Allem empfehlenswert :)

Wer hier Burger isst, wird woanders keinen Burger mehr essen wollen. Preis Leistung top. Atmosphäre top. Danke james immer ein Erlebnis :)

As a born Moabiter, I was never able to suggest someone a burger place in Moabit. But that changed today. I am truly happy to say this was a top 3 (of my life) burger experience. And I ate burgers all over the world. The chef was so kind and welcoming. You can taste the love he puts into that burger. I ordered my dry aged beef medium and it was spot on. The sauce is unbelievable, the buns are perfect and the meat...omg. As you can tell, I am very passionate about food. But imagine you stand 9 hours a day in the kitchen by yourself 4 days per week and you still create such a masterpiece with the same love everyday. That has to be appreciated! Just wow! Recommend this place 100%.

I was very excited to try a Burger because here are a lot of positive comments. But then I met rarely arrogant guy there. He told me that I need to wait 15 max 20 minutes to get it, I accepted it without any problems. After 45 minutes I asked him politely when can I expect my burger, he told me again that I need to wait 15 to 20 minutes more. After I told him that I got the same answer when I placed an order, he said to me unkindly: WAS SOLL ICH MACHEN.....

VORSICHT, HAT OFT WÄHREND DER ÖFFNUNGSZEITEN GESCHLOSSEN. Gut angefangen, leider ungut geworden. Jetzt das dritte Mal, dass wir während der Öffnungszeiten vor verschlossenen Laden stehen. Es gibt keine Nachricht zu Urlaub o.Ä. Burger sind leider auch nicht mehr was die mal waren, die letzten Male entweder zu roh oder komplett durch, das erste halbe Jahr waren sie dagegen immer in Point (war mehrmals die Woche da, bis es schlechter wurde).

Einer der besten Burger die ich bisher gegessen habe. Das Fleisch war sogar medium, was ja fast einer kleinen Sensation gleichkommt. Die Süßkartoffelpommes waren definitiv die besten die ich je gegessen habe. Für mich auf jeden Fall eine kleine Offenbarung und ich werde hoffentlich bald wieder hin gehen.
