My first choice when I want to eat burgers!!! 👍👍👍

Very annoying. Ordered 2 x sucuk burgers 2x hamburgers 4 x 2 for 1 chicken burger promotion (8 burgers) Got 2 sucuk burgers and 2 hamburgers and 4 chicken burgers (2 for 1 promotion). After we called and said that 4 burgers were missing, everything was downplayed and we were stuck with the costs. The food was tasty but the service was really not good.

Wir haben uns am 31.10.24 bei Burger City Cheeseburger zum Abendessen geholt. Es gibt auch noch jede Menge anderer Burger zu Auswahl. Die Burger werden komplett frisch gemacht und das schmeckt man auch. Der Salat ist frisch und knackig, die Tomaten noch schön saftig und das Fleisch ist 100% Rindfleisch. Der ganze Burger ist einfach nur super lecker. Die Preise wirken vielleicht erst etwas teuer, aber Preis-Leistung ist völlig in Ordnung. Einer der besten Burger die ich bis jetzt gegessen habe und ich habe schon viele Burger gegessen. ;-) Das Personal ist auch nett und freundlich. Wir haben uns das Essen mit genommen, aber man kann auch dort vor Ort essen und bei gutem Wetter sogar Draußen sitzen, Lieferservice ist auch möglich. Es ist etwas klein, aber liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder vorbei.

Delicious hamburgers and potatoes. All the meat is halal according to an employee. Definitely a place to try out.

I used to like the food, but back then an employee refused a tip because the boss kept the money anyway, he said, so I didn't go there for a long time until recently. I went in and immediately got out again. The menu was sticky, the child's high chair was sticky and in general the shop looked very untidy and dirty... What a shame.

We ordered through Lieferando. I wonder what that was about the crispy chicken 😅 But you get two stars instead of one because the fries were good and the cheeseburger was OK (nothing special but not very bad either), but my citizen with chicken wasn't tasty at all Sauce was very overpowering, it tasted a lot like vinegar and the bun was much bigger than the meat and rest of the ingredients. And the chicken was burnt too. As a customer you simply feel cheated. By the way, the chilli cheese nuggets didn't taste good either. The dough was soggy.

Best burger I've had the chance to take a bite of in my entire life

We were there spontaneously. Ordered 4 burger menus and paid 64 euros. Was delicious. We sat outside and unfortunately our table was greasy and dirty. After a long wait, I took a rag that was lying around and sprayed it and cleaned the table. Unfortunately, I expected more for 64 euros, at least when it came to the cleanliness of the tables outside.

I was delivered a normal hamburger with moldy cheese and as an apology I was offered free fries for next time. Just paid €12.60 for a cola with onion rings.

Without exaggeration: the best burger I have ever eaten. The people who work there are great and fulfill every wish. My recommendation: Cheeseburger with chilli cheese sauce, curly fries with chilli cheese sauce. I'm going there again with family now.

I like the tex mex burger with chilli cheese sauce. Only order with this combination if you really want to eat spicy otherwise either change the burger or skip the chilli cheese sauce.

I like eating at this burger joint as the food is really good. However, I found that the hygiene leaves something to be desired. For example, the staff does not wear gloves when preparing the food. It would be great if more attention was paid to hygiene standards here.

Vor ca. 2 Jahren habe ich im Burger City in der Frankfurterallee 255 mir einen TEX MEX Burger gekauft, damals schmeckte er und es waren auch Jalapenos auf dem Burger. Heute, 20.06.2024, habe ich mir dort mal wieder einen TEX MEX Burger geholt, zu einem saftigen Preis von 12,30€, für ein von einer unidentifizierbaren Brühe durchweichtes Brötchen, die Fleischscheiben hatten keinen Geschmack und die Jalapenos fehlten. Ein Fraß der das Wort Essen nicht verdient hat!!!

Steak burger is very tasty but too expensive. The delivery service there is always running at full speed, so you have to wait half an hour when you get there. The homemade fries are a great highlight. Rustic, crispy and totally delicious

I just ordered here. Often yes. I can't complain about the food. Burgers and hot dogs are good and the fries are awesome. But unfortunately it has become quite expensive in the last few weeks, so the competition has unfortunately become more attractive. “Our vegetable burger” is advertised outside. Calling the cheapest vegetable patty from the metro “our burger” and selling it for €7.50 is a decision. For me it was definitely the first and last decision to go in. The young man at the counter was very nice.

A burger chain that knows how to do it. Burgers taste like they are supposed to taste, but what stands out compared to other burger shops: the fries! They are simply flawless. Could order again and again.

You should reconsider your prices. 12 nuggets cost just under 10 EURO. Are you serious?

TOP Very tasty, fair prices, large portions, nice service, very clean and you don't have to wait long for the freshly prepared food. There is a disabled toilet, high chairs for babies/toddlers, stools at the tables. The food is also halal. In summer you can also sit outside. There are enough parking spaces directly at the restaurant. I can only recommend. We'll definitely be back.

I ordered via Lieferando on February 10th and unfortunately they forgot the mayo and ketchup, which was paid for. Today the company called me personally and personally apologized for the mistake and sent me a free supplement with the next order. I think that's great They contacted you personally. Great... I had the Tex-Mex burger with mixed rye bread. Really tasty and spicy as hell. Prices are reasonable, although the menu prices seem a bit excessive to me. The decor is cozy, although a bit chilly in the evening. Staff is in a good mood. If you're ever in the area, definitely try it. Halal certificate available.

The blue cheese burger is good, the photo shows the smallest size (l) and I ate too much of it. It's a bit bustling inside, with a lot of orders for delivery.

Aus Neugier rein und mit Hunger die Karte studiert. Dank des lächelnden Mannes hinterm Tresen traf ich auch zügig meine Wahl. Auf Empfehlung wurde es der "Burger in Blau". Saftig, lecker, würzig. Durch den appetitanregenden Geruch hat er nicht lange überlebt. Zwar liegt die "Burgerbude" direkt an der Straße und bietet im Freisitz nicht gerade Entspannung und Ruhe während der Mahlzeiten, ist andererseits jedoch an diverse Öffis angebunden.

Die Burger haben gut 15 cm im Durchmesser und sind reichlich mit Salat und Tomaten bepackt. Texmex Burger: Geschmack , Größe, Handling sind sensationell. Für Menschen die nur wenig scharf essen !!Bitte vorsichtig!! Cheeseburger: Ebenfalls lecker Fazit: Wir hatten echt Kohldampf und haben uns je 2 Burger hinter die Tanne geklemmt. Die haben Jungs sind hier freundlich und bringen dir den Burger an den Tisch. Wir kommen wieder.

Heute das erstmal bestellt. Nach 35 min. wurde geliefert. Wahnsinn, schon lange nicht mehr so einen leckeren Burger geliefert bekommen. Und diese kartoffelships (pommes) der Hammer. Werden definitiv bald vorbei kommen und vor Ort essen um den Rest zu bewerten.

Tolles Burgerrestaurant, hier schmeckt es sehr gut. Preislich eher höher angesiedelt, aber die Burger sind auch echt riesig und sehr lecker.

Ein guter Burger-Laden in Reinickendorf, der XL ist Burger mächtig, geschmacklich wirklich in Ordnung und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Das einzige was ich besser finden würde, wenn man sehen könnte welche Gramm Zahl an Fleisch auf den Burger bekommt.

Bester Burger und sehr leckere Hot Dogs. Nehmen das Essen meist mit, ohne lange zu warten

Ich habe mir einen XL Cheeseburger Menü bestellt. Preisleistung ist richtig gut und der Burger ist wirklich Lecker !!!! Die Pommes waren von außen knusprig und von innen weich ! Ich empfehle den Laden zu 100% die Terrasse ist auch schön und genügend Platz.

The burgers are really good. Good vegetarian options too. We really liked their potato chips/fries with the burger menu!

I have ordered from the restaurant, and they told me that the food was going to be at my place of work after 40 minutes. After waiting for 1 and a half hour, they told me that the order is being prepared and I can cancel the order if I want. Terrible customer service, terrible management. I don't care how good it tastes, I would never order from there again.

Einer der besten Bürger Berlins

Döner und Burger sind sehr zu empfehlen (was eher selten ist in Läden, die Döner und Burger zubereiten). Preise sind ok. Parkplätze gibt’s auch. Und dafür, dass der Laden direkt an einer 17 spurigen Hauptstraße liegt, ist das Ambiente trotzdem ziemlich gut.

Auch wenn ich beim Service und Ambiente nur drei Sterne 🌟 vergebe, ist das trotzdem der beste Burger 🍔 in Berlin. Komme fast jeden Sonntag mit meiner Familie her. Sooo saftig das Fleisch, so knusprig das Brot und die Kartoffeln dazu sind der ober Hammer. Einfach nur ein Gaumenschmaus. Macht weiter so!

Burger und Pommes waren der Hammer Burger waren riesig und saftig, alles frisch zubereitet, das schmeckt man auch Preise sind etwas gestiegen aber immer noch gut Außenbereich ist schön gemacht aber gegen den Lärm der Hauptstraße kann man leider nichts machen

Das ist einer der besten Burgerbuden in Berlin die ich bisher besucht habe! Die Burger sind Groß, frisch und lecker, auch die Beilagen sind zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist freundlich und versucht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Die Preise sind leider zum Vorjahr gestiegen, deshalb essen wir hier nicht mehr so oft wie früher.

What I had written to them, verbatim (again, not a word on response): Hallo! Ich bin vor Kurzem von San Diego nach Berlin gezogen und war so froh, Burger City mit seinen leckeren Hamburgern zu entdecken. Ich war inzwischen schon 5 Mal dort und habe jedes Mal das Menü bestellt. Immer sehr lecker! Aber meine Enttäuschung am vergangenen Sonntag hat mich doch dazu bewegt, Ihnen zu berichten. Ich hatte am Tresen in Person das Menü zum Mitnehmen bestellt, mit 2 großen Portionen Pommes Frites. Als ich zuhause ankam, war meine Überraschung sehr groß. 1. Zuerst sah ich, dass das Brötchen mit den Sesamkörnern ziemlich dunkel, also verbrannt war. 2 Die 2 Hamburgerscheiben waren knochentrocken, also auch viel zu lange auf dem Grill. 3. Ich hatte gebeten, ein paar extra Dillgürkchenscheiben mit einzubauen. Tatsächlich habe ich keine Zwiebeln, keine Tomatenscheiben, und stattdessen gerade mal EIN Dillgürkchenscheibchen gefunden! Das war wirklich kaum essbar. Ich hatte beim Bestellen gesagt, auf jeden Fall bitte Zwiebeln und die Tomatenscheiben mit drinnen zu haben, also Alles das, das typisch in einem Hamburger gehört. Ich habe bar inklusive Trinkgeld etwa 20€ dafür bezahlt. Es wäre wirklich sehr kulant von Ihnen, wenn Sie mir für das nächste Mal für meinen nächsten Besuch einen Coupon zukommen lassen würden, um mich für das Ganze etwas zu entschädigen und mir somit entgegenkämen. Diese detaillierte Nachricht hat auch den Zweck zu kommunizieren, dass das Personal vielleicht etwas mehr Training braucht … Ich hoffe auf Ihre ermutigende Antwort! Mit freundlichen Grüßen,

Waren in der Filiale in der Uhlandstraße. Super leckere Burger. Frisch zubereitet und appetitlich angerichtet. Die XXL-Klasse macht mehr als pappsatt, auch als guter Esser. Preislich okay im Hinblick auf Qualität und Quantität. Der Service müsste allerdings etwas mehr Begeisterung zeigen.
