Our children were not offered anything to paint. After waiting for over an hour, without any information from the service staff, we decided to pack some food to take away. Then the EC receipt couldn't even be printed out properly and the only answer we got was a silly sorry. For the amount of just under 68.00 euros, this is a real indictment. The food itself was over the top considering the price. Definitely not ordering there a second time. It's a shame that there wasn't even a proper apology and nothing was offered.

As usual, we stood in line at the entrance to be assigned a table, while a visitor simply walked in and waited next to the waiter to be seated straight away. He seemed to have no problem at all with the guest trying to gain an advantage. Very poor service at this point and the food was only semi.

We ordered for pickup today. The service was super nice, we even got a cappuccino on the house while we waited. In total we waited about 15 minutes. When we got home we immediately started eating: mixed fries, goat salad and a raclette burger. Super tasty. We'll definitely be back.

Last night we had the worst restaurant visit we have ever experienced. The waiter in the red shirt ignored us for what felt like an eternity. We wanted to leave, but we stayed for the love of our daughter. After a hand signal he finally noticed us. It has to be said that he also assigned us the seats because we had our buggy with us. Our daughter was then given a glass with pens and something to draw with. We were happy about that at first. But now it was half full of chips and all the tips had broken off. After another long wait, we were allowed to place our order and he didn't have a kind word for our daughter or us. After we asked him to give us a sharpener, he wordlessly took the glass from our daughter, went to another table and then slammed the glass back on the table in front of our daughter. He totally ignored her. While we were eating, we noticed that other guests found the waiting time too long and left, which the waiter took as an opportunity to insult them afterwards. He coughed and made disgusting noises the whole time he was wiping the tables. He wasn't particularly tidy either. At the end we paid by card and hesitated a moment too long to give the tip. He then said he couldn't enter anything anymore and was really angry! While we were getting dressed and our daughter was still eating, he cleared the table very angrily, so our little daughter thought she had saved the fries from this man. That was a really bad visit!

Delivery fee 7€ and then only received the food after 2 hours…

Excellent products and services.

The food was good, however everything else was not. I didn’t like the restaurant itself at all. The seating was very uncomfortable and the decor was ugly. We had to order the receipt 5 times due to the waiters being extremely uncoordinated. They specifically asked me what bread I wanted on my burger, then proceeded to bring me something completely different. I would not recommend this place to anybody and I am only giving two stars because the food itself was decent.

The waiters are always incredibly friendly, the menus are great and food is always really good!! Recommended

As always, super delicious! Our waitress, dear Laura, was super nice and provided us with great treats. A little tip: Double Peter really packs a punch twice - after that I was floored! I didn't have room for dessert, even though my friends' frozen yogurt looked soooo yummy 🥲. Next time I'll come with an extra dessert stomach! However, the music was a bit weak. The same incongruous beat was laid over a series of chart peaks throughout.

In general, the website should perhaps be revised, relatively often you come across 404 pages and the address search doesn't work. Even if you take the address from the Google entry No results are displayed at first. Otherwise, the food is great - but unfortunately the online service is not.

I was there with my work colleague for lunch break (November 6th). The service staff was very friendly and accommodating. Even when the employees came out of the kitchen, we were greeted warmly, which to be honest, I rarely experience. The burger was very tasty and the fries were great too. We'd love to come back

I reserved a table for 6 people, when we arrived everything was full and apparently the reservation had been forgotten. Stood around for 5 minutes and were simply left there. My father then found a dirty table where we just sat down. The table was then cleaned as requested. It all took a long time until we got tickets. Food and drinks were very tasty. Maybe you should work on the service a bit or hire several waiters. Otherwise we were always satisfied with you.

As always, the food was delicious BUT this branch in particular is not recommended at all for parents with children. We've never experienced anything like this before. We were chased around and shouted at by several waiters (inside the castle and inside half a floor below) because we were looking for places with several strollers. We asked nicely where it was possible, but were unfortunately treated very unfriendly. When we finally sat down, it took forever for the snotty waiter to take our order (great with babies and toddlers) and then even longer for the food to arrive. In order to finally be able to pay, we had to get up and wave our wallets because no one came again. As we were obviously LEAVING the restaurant, we were shouted at again because we were in the way for a moment with the strollers. Never really again, it really spoiled our mood, we felt so unwelcome. The delicious fries aren't worth it to us either. Very unfortunate.

Great service. People often ask if everything was right and whether it tasted good. Ambience is also good. The burgers and fries are simply awesome! Sauces are vegan and they are on the table. You can help yourself.

We waited what felt like 20 minutes until we got the menus. It then took another 10 minutes for the waitress to take the orders from the tables that came after us. I don't have that much time either. I didn't like the ambience because there were dishes lying around on many surfaces such as armrests, steps or tables. Our table was a bit dirty and didn't have any weight.

Smash Burger has absolutely nothing to do with a smash burger. They were two loveless TK paddies. Fries and chicken were good. The female service person was fine, the male one was unfriendly and coughed around the area.

I waited 20 minutes for placement, no one in front of me, no one behind me. Lots of seats available and completely ignored by at least 3 different waiters. We all know about understaffing, that's just how it is. But if you spend the time there while guests are ordering left and right and have already received their food, you feel very unwanted when you aren't even offered to sit down. Therefore, in my opinion, one cannot argue with understaffing. Then I left the store.

I happened to be in Steglitz today visiting an old friend and so we decided to go to Peter Pane. I have to say the atmosphere, as well as the food and the delicious cocktails are quite impressive! There was a good atmosphere and you could tell that the team was having fun at work. The perfect place to visit if you're shopping in the area and find yourself suddenly craving mediocrity. Here you'll find an elevated mall restaurant experience, featuring dirty plates and a waiter that's chewing food while taking your order. Thankfully, the food takes a while to come, so you are hungry enough to almost ignore the taste. Unfortunately, no amount of sauce (and there was a lot of sauce) could hide the consistency of the meat patty. It struck the perfect balance between too chewy to be moist and too sticky to offer a proper bite. Bottom line - if you're looking for that special place that can fill your tummy with disappointment - look no further.

I ordered the loaded sweet potato guacamoley fritten with extra BBQ beef. No beef!! I did get a extra box of regular fritten that I don't eat.

Was here to try their new “Smash Burger”. Sadly what they offer doesn’t have anything to do with a smash burger, it’s basically just a normal burger with smaller patties. The fries are okay, but taste like standard store bought fries. Service was a bit slow. Price performance is horrendous. I only payed half due to a coupon offer but even that was too much. Avoid!
