Great food and mostly great staff.

I've been there a few times. The food was good, but I didn't enjoy it last time. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing.

A truly overly trendy place. We waited 15 minutes just for our meal to arrive. And we were repeatedly ignored when we tried to get a server to come to our table. Rude service.

Unfortunately, the arugula is always forgotten when ordering – even when we leave a reminder in the comments. For food that's so expensive, that should be possible. Furthermore, the stated delivery time is never met. Everything is always fine when we eat there.

Thank you so much, it was really delicious. I come here often because they have a great gluten-free option. The burger without bread is a particularly great choice. It would be nice if they also offered gluten-free bread or rolls in the future.

The worst service and management in the world Restaurant was half full and waiter told us that they cannot sit us at the empty table because there are only 2 waitors.

The atmosphere was really nice. The staff who was an Asian was very friendly to us. The food was ok though, I used Neo taste coupon otherwise I think it is very expensive with the original price.

Today me and my girlfriend went there and ordered a burger but the staff service is complete failure and we feel discriminated and the order taken staff which is a little fat guy which is 40 or 50 year old is very racist towards us and order was taken in a rude way and he is very nice to other people and we gonna never come here again and never suggest to other friends also...

I had a burger, fries, still water, and a mini frozen yogurt, and it was totally fine. Nothing you'll remember positively weeks later, but not bad either. In short, if I pay €30 for lunch, I expect more, or something different: I definitely wouldn't pay €30 for that meal again. I've had much better food for less.

A total rip-off. I wanted to eat there because a friend suggested they had the Peter's Break menu with a burger, fries, and a drink for €10, and I don't have much money right now. They had that, but the male employee who served us gave me the wrong meal. We ordered the menu twice, but he wanted me to choose a burger. I was confused because the menu only includes the classic burger, so I asked again. Another guy brought me a burger and a drink without fries, which confused me. In the end, I had to pay €25. I talked to the employee. He denied everything and was very uncooperative. I didn't have enough money with me, so my friend had to give me some money. I ate there on October 27th at around 3/4 p.m. and I will never go there again.

A bit expensive, but great food.

I wanted to make a reservation today, the guy couldn't speak any German, only English, and that's pretty sad that in Germany no one speaks German, only English, that's not right, and I had to wait for minutes until someone else came, as if no one came at all, so this restaurant should probably close, what a disgrace, and I wanted to celebrate my two-year anniversary with my girlfriend, so I'd rather go with her to an Italian restaurant where everyone can speak German

I ordered food to my home and am unfortunately very disappointed. For the price, I expected much more. The quality of the food was simply not convincing, the taste was only average, and overall, it was completely overpriced. Considering what you pay here, the value for money is completely out of the question. I definitely won't order from here again.

Loved it! I thought at first not to go, don't like shopping malls - but it's not really IN the shopping mall. Everything we ate was great. Would definitely return! :)

Food is good as in other PeterPane restaurants but every time I come here I meet very unfriendly person offering worst seats while good ones are “closed” for some reason. Everything can be treated as ok but last time same person shifted experience to the sky. Imagine you are eating your food with kid and he puts dirty dishes from another table to the barrier right in front of your eyes. Yes, it is not a table I’m eating at. But come on, is it that hard to think a bit before acting? Almost thrown dirty stuff with loud noise scared my kid as this was unexpected. UPD: seems like these reviews are checked by Peter Pane employees because last time there was an improvement. Hope it is permanent change. +1 star meanwhile.

Great food and friendly service!

I can't judge it because the information about the kitchen is incorrect. I closed it at 9:00 PM... despite a voucher valid until 10:30 PM, I was sent home.

The food was good, but nothing more. Considering some of the prices they charge.

The music is far too loud, there are too many stimuli, it's not a suitable place for children, everything is far too small, the prices are a disaster for what you get, and last but not least: the staff are constantly overwhelmed, forget orders, and are not professional at all. I really can't recommend them!

I was there yesterday with my girlfriend and my dog. The food was amazing, the vegan selection is fantastic, and we even got a free drink. We had a great time and will be back soon ;)

Worst burger in ages for €16. No flavor, frozen at its finest, and the mushrooms were beyond rubbery. Sweet potato fries for just under €10, is that even possible?

Very delicious food. The staff is really friendly, and the atmosphere is perfect! It was my first time at Peter Pane and I would go back anytime!

How a boss can burn out his employees like that is a mystery to me. If you can't hire any staff, the place just has to stay closed. We wanted to eat there yesterday. There was one of the waiters there. Three were sick. He struggled and apologized a thousand times. But all the guests still had to wait forever to place their orders. We then had to order our food online. That worked. But when there was still no food on the table after 45 minutes, we left hungry. All the guests were annoyed. You can't run a restaurant like that.

Basti was super friendly and helpful, and he kindly pointed us to a special offer. The food was delicious, as always!

Basti looked after us very well, and the burgers and fries were delicious. Peter's lemonades are highly recommended.

Great place, really tasty. I would recommend everyone to eat there. Friendly staff and really delicious food. Cozy restaurant. You can eat inside or outside. Right next door is a small shopping street with Aldi, Edeka, and dm. Keep up the good work.

Seba was a very friendly waiter, amazing service!

This was the third time in a row that the bun was hard and dry, and the burger patty tasted (slightly rubbery) when reheated. Neither was fresh or professionally prepared in my opinion. The worst of it today, however, was the poor service. He only spoke broken German (which was difficult to understand) and forgot to put the iced tea and ketchup in the bag when I ordered takeaway for my daughter at home. It never occurred to me that this could have been overlooked (large iced tea, bright red ketchup). And I also find two dishes for a "cheap" lunch menu pretty steep for just under €40, but then again, doner kebabs are now €7 (it used to be half that or less)! 🙈 We used to be Peter Pane fans, but that was a long time ago. Today was our last visit there – a real shame they've let themselves go like that!

The space is divided into a more casual dining area and a more atmospheric bar area. The food was delicious and appealing, as were the drinks. The service was friendly. It's a bit pricey, but the food is truly delicious.

Difficult. I've had really good burgers here. Unfortunately, it depends on the day and who is in the kitchen. The last burger was dry and very sparsely topped. Hardly any lettuce, tomato, sauce, or onions. The onion rings are great and the fries are great too, but as I said, burgers tend to fluctuate in quality. But with such a high price, such fluctuations shouldn't happen. And having to wait 30 minutes for an extremely dry burger is just not good. I would be happy if the quality was always as it has been in my experience; the burger was really great then, what a shame.

Well, I expected a bit more. The service was very nice, but unfortunately the poor guy didn't understand us, and since the orders were still wrong on the third attempt, we left. We didn't have to pay, and there was no discussion. The atmosphere was very cold and loud. What arrived didn't taste that good either. The side dishes were sticky. The drinks were okay.

Another average franchise restaurant. The creations on the menu sound fancy, but somehow they struggle to make it also taste fancy. I found the vegan „Naturbusche“ burger rather plain - and overpriced. Also the atmosphere was quite cold. It seemed once again like Peter Pane just copy+paste their concept, recipes, design without any love for the detail. Well, to summarize: a slightly better and more expensive version of McD…

The food was very good. The burgers were generous and the flavors were well-balanced. There was a very good selection of drinks and burgers. However, everything took a very long time: an hour for the food and another half hour for the dessert, which we ordered later. The staff was friendly. The atmosphere was fine, but everything was a bit cramped.

I'm definitely full and should now take a little break from fries. I was served by the cheerful Ellza and am absolutely satisfied. The bottled water was great!

I'd like to explain why I only gave it one star. I've been eating at this restaurant regularly for over 10 years, with my family and friends. I've celebrated several birthdays there, and I even organized a Christmas party with my colleagues. And when stress doesn't allow it, I've ordered there several times. I'm usually very enthusiastic about the food. The wide selection of different burgers and fries is delicious, even though the prices (like almost everywhere in the restaurant industry) have increased. I just find the amount of ice in the drinks a bit cheeky, so I often order without ice, otherwise you'd get a glass filled with ice that would be topped up with the drink. Despite my enthusiasm, why am I still only giving it one star? Because I hope the management will notice my review. My really huge criticism is the service. Specifically, there have been too few waiters working there for some time now. For the past few months, even years, I've encountered too few staff there, who are overwhelmed by the number of guests and serve in a completely rushed and stressed manner. Their tone towards guests is sometimes even rude. When I ask the waiters about this, I always get the answer from them—I really wouldn't want to swap jobs with them because they have my complete understanding. They usually say that management is aware of the problem, that there aren't enough staff for the number of guests, but that they're not addressing it. Hence, my request that perhaps this can be improved. On my last visit, I had to wait for 10 minutes at the entrance before the only visible waiter, who was rushing from one table to the next, showed me my table. I was then asked to get up again because another colleague had already booked it for other guests. I was then sent back to the entrance and witnessed a heated discussion between the two waiters before I was escorted to another table a few minutes later with my family. As the meal progressed, our waiter rushed from table to table, visibly stressed as we took our orders, and managed to smile at us for the first and only time when, after more than an hour (and time pressure due to follow-up appointments), we finally had our food on the table. When asked about this, the waiter apologized and, as he had done in similar situations in the past, referred the waiter to management, who was aware of the problem but would not do anything about it. A satisfied guest returns. Unfortunately, our satisfaction has been declining for some time now, but this is not due to the quality of the food. I would be happy to revise my review after my next visit if the experience is better.

We ate at Peter Pane today and were absolutely thrilled! The food was delicious as always, but what really made the visit special was Ellza's fantastic service. From the very beginning, she was super friendly, welcoming, and totally authentic—no fake friendliness, just personable and with a great feel for people. We were particularly impressed by how much she loves children—our little one immediately felt at home, and that's not something to be taken for granted in a restaurant! Ellza was attentive, humorous, and at the same time pleasantly unobtrusive—exactly the combination you'd want. You could really tell she puts her heart into her job. Thank you so much for this fantastic service—we'd love to come back, and of course, hope Ellza will be there again 😊

Most terrible service, took +30 minutes to get food, mediocre burger for 16€ (+7€ if you want french fries). Feels like eating in a mall (because it is) but takes premium prices.

The food has been better in the past. Service has deteriorated considerably; apart from the fact that we received the wrong burger, the fries were missing sauce. The colleague was completely overwhelmed and annoyed. Maybe he should work somewhere else if he can't handle it. I don't think we'll be going back there anytime soon.

We were there midweek, so there weren't many customers, but the service was very hectic. We ordered one Smash Burger and one chicken burger (we had had these once on Friedrichstrasse and loved them). The burgers arrived at our table within five minutes, were cold, and not very attractive. We barely ate any of them. Unfortunately, they weren't appetizing—a waste of money.

We ordered one double patty smash burger and one der getrüffelte. The smash burger was honestly really bad, it was just very thin patties smashed between bun and not much other stuff. der getrüffelte was a good burger and has a different taste that I quite liked and felt special. The sweetpotato fries were also good, but very pricey. the waiting time was quite long too. Its basically an overpriced burger joint. One cool thing was the interiors and how the story was being read out in the toilet like a podcast.

It is very bad service, today 31 I ordered the following food, 1 x trüffelfritten, 1 x knoblauchmayo and 1 x Erntedank menu. but the delivery I received was two small boxes of fritten (fried chips) which was not what I ordered. Try to call the following no. , a few times but only voice note and instruction to leave a message. I took a taxi to Peter Pane which cost me 15 euros. After, being for hours at the hospital today . When I got to Peter Pane I asked for the manager. It was a female who came to me and said that she is the manager. I explained to her : “ I showed her the slip and said here is what I ordered “ and gave her the bag with the food to show her that it’s the wrong food. Then she replied by saying that I took the wrong order and I must pay for this before I can get my food that I ordered. I replied by saying I did not take the wrong order , it was you guys who delivered the wrong food to me. I immediately tried to contact you guys but no answer so I decided to come to Peter Pane. At this time she called the owner, my description of him is an overweight person , bald headed with a blond beard. He pushed me until one of the box of fritten fell out of my hand. My reaction to him : I said please stay far from me, two meters from me. He then told me to get out of the restaurant . I through the other box of chips on the floor and went outside. He and two others followed me outside. As they pushed me , I feel they wanted to fight with me. Other customers came outside as well , saying they don’t want to eat here because they saw what happened and telling the manager he is in the wrong the way he was treating me. The manager called the police. There was about four police cars. I spoke to the police . The police told me I must go inside and clean up the mess or I have to pay for the cleaning. But the owner said no it’s ok, they forgive me. So I left. I just wanted to share my story, think twice before ordering from Peter Pane Steglitz

I go to this restaurant in particular quite often, and everything has always been great. Service, food, and speed. 👍🏻 And: there's something for everyone – the vegan burgers are amazing.

Honestly, the food was just okay — nothing special. What we received didn’t match the picture on the menu (appearance and quality), which was disappointing. Prices were also quite high compared to other burger spots in the area, and €4.50 for a small cola felt unreasonable. Definitely not good value for money.”

The food is very tasty, the people who work there are very friendly and helpful if you have a question about something on the menu, I have a hard time choosing my favorite dish from there, I'll explore the burger menu a bit next time! :) I tried the nuggets and was skeptical at first, but after trying them they were delicious. ❤️ I definitely enjoy being here if you want to have something snacky or even eat a menu. I always like to drink a hot chocolate afterwards. The waffles are the best here! It's best to explore and enjoy for yourself! :D I don't always just take fries with cheese sauce hehe, but it's still delicious! And there are people with a sense of humor here too ^_^ The burgers here are also extremely tasty, so I always have to hold back. 👀

Restaurant was at most 1/3 full. Waited 15 minutes for the menu. 15 minutes until someone took the order. Waited 50 minutes for the food. Because of fast food. Paid €2 extra for the parking garage. That was the last time. It was our favorite restaurant so far.

Whenever I go there, I am always completely satisfied. The staff is friendly and attentive, they are great with children and the food is delicious. I would always go there again.

I was there with my sister and my aunt and we really enjoyed it there. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the seating is also great. The waitress Elsa in particular was very personable and gave us good service ☺️

You have to wait a very long time

Food is tasty but too expensive for the price. Sometimes you have to wait an hour as a small group, even though there isn't much going on. Employees are often friendly, but last time I noticed a very rude and disrespectful manner with customers from a waiter. Overall, delicious food, but I wouldn't go there again based on my experience last time.

The ambience is quite nice, but it's also a pretty big store/mass operation. Ordering the burger was still okay, but the waitress spoke quickly and asked about any extra requests very quickly. Be careful, this can be expensive! Pricing is rather steep: normal burgers from €13 to just under €30 for one burger(!). Burger meat is probably a simple convenience product, completely fried to death. Salad already had brown corners. Drinks are also rather expensive. The special lemonade is half a glass of ice cubes and probably tonic lemonade with a piece of lemon. The desert and the café were no longer delivered in addition to the ordered menu (+10€ surcharge). Overall a disappointing experience and not a recommendation.
