I generally like going to Peter Pane. The restaurant is nice, the food was good and the service was also very good. Unfortunately the prices are now really quite expensive, hence only four out of five stars.

If you want to be scared out of the restaurant with strollers and children, you should definitely come here. It couldn't be more unfriendly to children. No effort was even made to make room for the stroller. When we first asked we were turned away because there was apparently no space and when we came back there was finally one available and we were sent away because we were there with a baby and a child. Customer-oriented equals 0.0 Good service would have tried to find a solution. Moms and families should save themselves the trip there. Staff extremely unfriendly.

We made a special trip to eat at Peter Pane for the first time. Unfortunately, the angus was a bit poorly seasoned and there was no salt at all. The truffle fries were stale and didn't taste good at all. For the price of 65 euros for two people, I hoped for more. Last but not least, I've been sitting on the ceramic with a thin whistle for half an hour. . The location is nice but the seats were pretty dirty. The staff came every 3 minutes to ask if everything was okay, they were very attentive the first two times, but they quickly turned into an annoying feeling. All in all, I cannot recommend the shop at this location, as there are other food restaurants on site which made a much better impression.

We were very disappointed. We had a reservation and were assigned a seat by the first waiter. Shortly afterwards the second waiter came and asked us in an extremely unfriendly tone why we sat at the table that is only intended for reservations. We informed him that we had been assigned the table based on a reservation. We should find another table. A complaint to the first waiter did not bring any insight from the second waiter. We were looking forward to the visit because we know Peter Pane from other locations where we have not been disappointed so far. Because we wanted to go to the Schlosspark Theater afterwards, we stayed. During our stay, the first waiter asked again how we were, which we found positive. However, having to wait 45 minutes for drinks (glass with lipstick imprint) and 1 hour for a burger wasn't a great achievement either. The fact is that we will no longer visit this restaurant.

The burger had well-known Peter Pan quality. The food was prepared quickly, but there was only moderate attendance. When the front door was opened there was always a cold draft (the visit was in winter), hence a star deduction

Prices are sometimes a bit high (hardly any price difference between the menu and individual orders) and there are fewer promotions, but the food always tastes good and the location is well located! Feel free to come here every now and then. Thank you very much and keep it up! :)

The three of you for 3 hamburgers and a drink each for over €60, that's no fun.

Our children were not offered anything to paint. After waiting for over an hour, without any information from the service staff, we decided to pack some food to take away. Then the EC receipt couldn't even be printed out properly and the only answer we got was a silly sorry. For the amount of just under 68.00 euros, this is a real indictment. The food itself was over the top considering the price. Definitely not ordering there a second time. It's a shame that there wasn't even a proper apology and nothing was offered.

As usual, we stood in line at the entrance to be assigned a table, while a visitor simply walked in and waited next to the waiter to be seated straight away. He seemed to have no problem at all with the guest trying to gain an advantage. Very poor service at this point and the food was only semi.
