Very pleasant atmosphere and delicious burgers. Highly recommended.

We waited what felt like 20 minutes until we got the menus. It then took another 10 minutes for the waitress to take the orders from the tables that came after us. I don't have that much time either. I didn't like the ambience because there were dishes lying around on many surfaces such as armrests, steps or tables. Our table was a bit dirty and didn't have any weight.

Great service. People often ask if everything was right and whether it tasted good. Ambience is also good. The burgers and fries are simply awesome! Sauces are vegan and they are on the table. You can help yourself.

Smash Burger has absolutely nothing to do with a smash burger. They were two loveless TK paddies. Fries and chicken were good. The female service person was fine, the male one was unfriendly and coughed around the area.

Went here with a large group and got a spot straight away. Service leaves a lot to be desired! Big praise goes to Ram, our waiter. Did a great job and was very friendly! Gladly again!

I waited 20 minutes for placement, no one in front of me, no one behind me. Lots of seats available and completely ignored by at least 3 different waiters. We all know about understaffing, that's just how it is. But if you spend the time there while guests are ordering left and right and have already received their food, you feel very unwanted when you aren't even offered to sit down. Therefore, in my opinion, one cannot argue with understaffing. Then I left the store.

Once again a very nice evening with delicious food, good music, and cool service (@Kai).

I happened to be in Steglitz today visiting an old friend and so we decided to go to Peter Pane. I have to say the atmosphere, as well as the food and the delicious cocktails are quite impressive! There was a good atmosphere and you could tell that the team was having fun at work. We'll be happy to come back :) If you happen to be shopping in the shopping gallery, I can only warmly recommend the store!

The perfect place to visit if you're shopping in the area and find yourself suddenly craving mediocrity. Here you'll find an elevated mall restaurant experience, featuring dirty plates and a waiter that's chewing food while taking your order. Thankfully, the food takes a while to come, so you are hungry enough to almost ignore the taste. Unfortunately, no amount of sauce (and there was a lot of sauce) could hide the consistency of the meat patty. It struck the perfect balance between too chewy to be moist and too sticky to offer a proper bite. Bottom line - if you're looking for that special place that can fill your tummy with disappointment - look no further.

The restaurant was simply fantastic! The food was excellent, with fresh ingredients and creatively prepared dishes. The service was attentive and the atmosphere was cozy – highly recommended!

I ordered the loaded sweet potato guacamoley fritten with extra BBQ beef. No beef!! I did get a extra box of regular fritten that I don't eat.

I really love this cute corner restaurant, it is so nicely located, and the service here is excellent, the service is excellent, the food too. And sit outside, merging with nature and the area. You have a lot of fun.

Was here to try their new “Smash Burger”. Sadly what they offer doesn’t have anything to do with a smash burger, it’s basically just a normal burger with smaller patties. The fries are okay, but taste like standard store bought fries. Service was a bit slow. Price performance is horrendous. I only payed half due to a coupon offer but even that was too much. Avoid!

It is a beautifully decorated burger restaurant with very friendly and fast service. The food was freshly prepared and very tasty.

Unfortunately, I can't rate the food on this visit because we simply weren't served. Even after asking for an order... the terrace was well attended but the inside area was hardly there. We sat there. No menu was handed or drinks were offered. We then decided on another restaurant. I also expressed my anger to the staff. We won't be back that quickly.

So anything other than 5 stars is probably out of the question! Not only were the food and drinks delicious, but our waiter Kai was also very friendly and in a good mood. He was immediately available to answer any questions! We didn't have to wait long for our orders either. It was a really nice evening with very good food and great conversations!

The place is really great. But this was the second time we ordered takeaway and there were always problems. Today even the chili cheese fries were bad. The cheese was so dry when I picked it up that the fries were a mess. They weren't seasoned either. Really a shame

Weird place, we arrived at 22:30 (closing time 23:30), after 10 mns the waiter came to ask if we just arrived, after that he just ignored us, started to clean, no word if we can order, we should leave because it’s closed, nothing… weird

A top service, the good Gordon did a masterful job. You won't get such good service even at Buckingham Palace. Food was good but Gordon was truly a life changing experience. If I could give 10 stars I would. Would always like to come back. Especially for Gordon, the legend.

We were there three to four weeks ago. The service was super super nice and quick (Ellza). The drinks were very good. Unfortunately the kitchen was already closed (Monday after 9 p.m.), so we didn't eat anything that day. But the citizens there are always delicious. Old experiences. 😊

Es gab keine Entschuldigung für die lange Wartezeit, und ich wurde komplett ignoriert. Der Service war nicht existent, was ein absolutes No-Go für ein Restaurant ist. Sehr enttäuschend und nicht zu empfehlen.

Very, very good and unusual burgers. Deliciously juicy and well topped. Unfortunately the ambience is a bit loveless. But that makes the food good again.

Great service, quick, competent and help with the order. The waiting time is short even when the restaurant is full. The portions are generous and filling. The dishes are tasty and deliciously prepared. Even those interested in fitness can create healthy dishes.

For me it's about the food and the price-performance ratio. I tested the Smashburger and have to say that almost every burger shop in Berlin offers better quality. In my opinion, you use frozen patties, the potato bun was like the previous day, the burger had way too much sauce on it. I'm really sorry but at the prices Peter Pane charges, what you get isn't cool. The staff is friendly and always has a smile on their faces. Maybe that's company policy.
