One slice of bacon for when you order extra bacon. Burger was a lot of bread, almost no salad.

I've wanted to try a burger there again for ages. Inedible! Still! My child and I got diarrhea. Even though he only ate a hamburger with ketup. Meat is never done! This isn't a steakhouse, it's a burger shop! You don't serve them raw! In my opinion, no one should go there! Money laundering like the whole street there!! Can't you let the workers process food there without training!!! SALMONELLA pre-programmed... really bad! Never again! No matter how hungry you are!!

After trying many places, Burger city specifically Frankfurter Allee one is the best and I’m eating now from there since many years. Tex Mex is my favorite one.

Ordered from Uber Eats. Chili Cheese Fries delivered without jalapenos. Halloumi burger with old, very hard halloumi slices. Hot dog without fried onions. Generally very much degraded back then.

I often order the burgers online, which are delicious, but the communication with Lieferando is a complete disaster. You order 3 times and you only get 2 times the offer. Apparently Lieferando is to blame and the burgers are cold

The restaurant is doing the delivery and it took so long (almost 2 hours) eventhough it promised me it would only take 30 minutes. Really pissed, because i had to call them and then the driver just started to go on the way. Food mediocre, not good enough to make me not be pissed of the lateness

The burgers are good, as is the finger food. However, the prices (especially for finger food) are now really too high. In my opinion, the big deficit is that there is no decent burger sauce. The standard burger sauce used is really not good!

Just to manage expectations, if you are bringing the family here because you believe that there's a whole city made out of burgers, you are naive and will be disappointed. If, on the other hand, you simply fancy a fast food meal, this will do nicely.

Burger always arrives cold, even if the delivery distance is a few meters away. And the fries or potatoes always arrive as if someone didn't eat them all the way through and they packed the leftovers for you. Not recommendable.

I placed my order quite late. But unfortunately I was delivered the completely wrong burger! My wishes were not taken into account and some of the burger's ingredients were missing. I was otherwise always very satisfied, as I always ordered with colleagues at work. Maybe next time will be better.

The service was great, the man working there was very friendly and I am aware that this is not his fault, he just cooks the recipe, but this was by far the worst veggie burger I've ever had, and the person I was with thought the same about their veggie burger. Every bite was incredibly dry and tasteless, and the amount of "avocado" in it was tiny. For almost 8 euro this is very unfair. The sweet potato fries were good.

We ordered via Lieferando. The food came quickly and was very tasty. Unfortunately the drink was forgotten. No one answered the call, but the call came back after half an hour. The promised quick delivery came after another hour and unfortunately the promised compensation coke wasn't given. A pity!

I ordered through Lieferando for the 2 in 1 promotion but Lieferando messed it up. I only got one burger delivered, called and got the second one delivered. Very nice man on the phone. I can't say anything about the ambience since I ordered from home. Burger tastes great and is really bigger than expected! Had the CityBurger :)

Unfortunately they were so overloaded that the morzarella sticks simply weren't warm or liquid. The sauce doesn't have much flavor and unfortunately the jalapeños aren't spicy either. A bit disappointing but definitely doable for a quick evening

Upon request, I got my burger without meat. The bread was fluffy and crispy on the outside. I liked the combo of pesto, jam and cheese. There was just a little too much jam and I didn't like the pickles. The staff was friendly

The place itself is so-so, but the burgers are excellent - with the xxl menu they give you two drinks and the burger there is really huge, with three cutlets.

I ordered online and had the "Mom's Favorite Burger" and the Chili French Fries. The taste of the burger was ok, but unfortunately there were cucumbers on it, even though I said please leave them without. The fries were good and the chilli sauce, for my taste, very spicy but good. Maybe it tastes better there, but I wouldn't necessarily order it again.

Da wir nicht dort waren kann ich über das Ambiente nichts sagen. Wir haben bestellt und sind begeistert. Die Burger kamen innerhalb 30 Min. bei uns an. Sie waren warm und absolut köstlich. Das Fleisch ist saftig und auch alle anderen Zutaten sind frisch und von sehr guter Qualität. Besten Gewissens weiter zu empfehlen.

Kurz und knapp: überraschend gut. Sehr freundlicher Service, sauberes Geschäft und ein guter Burger (+ fries!) für einen absolut fairen Preis. Der XL Burger ist wirklich gut. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Kann ich nur empfehlen. Die 🍔 sind richtig gut. Personal sind super Typen und man wird hier 100 % sat. Es könnte etwas gemütlicher sein. Aber wer einen guten Burger will, der ist hier erstmal richtig.

Burger und Beilagen schmeckten hervorragend. Einrichtung des Ladens und des Außenbereichs könnte ein Upgrade vertragen, aber Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Burger-Läden.

Leider keine Kartenzahlung möglich. Und das in der heutigen Zeit. Deshalb nur 3*. Ansonsten schmecken die Burger sehr lecker.

Ich bestelle hier schon seit längerer Zeit, immer konstant sehr gute Qualität und das sogar bei Lieferung. Heute gab es erstmals ein paar Schwierigkeiten bei der Lieferung und ich habe noch nie so einen wundervollen, freundlichen Service erlebt. Mir wurde unfassbar gut entgegengekommen, so dass ich es hier direkt als Rezension schreiben muss. Das ist für mich Kundenorientiert ! Zum Essen selber, für mich sind es nach wie vor die Besten Burger die ich in Lichtenberg bekomme. Das Brot ist frisch und fluffig, das Fleisch hat einen sehr guten Geschmack und die Pommes, Nuggets etc. kamen immer frisch bei der Lieferung an.

Sehr gutes Preis /Leistungs- Verhältnis. Lecker,schnell und freundlich !

Wir haben hier schon mehrfach online bestellt und waren immer sehr zufrieden. Die Burger sind groß und alle sehr lecker. Die Pommes sind knusprig, aber leider keine Pommes sondern eher total überwürzte breite Fries (im Übrigen mit zu wenig Mayo). Heute waren sie so scharf, dass ich sowie unser 4-jähriger Sohn sie nicht essen konnten. Bitte denkt bei euren Speisenangebot auch an die Kleinen und bietet ganz normal gesalzene Pommes an.

Absolut leckere Burger egal ob standard Burger wie den Cheeseburger oder orientalische Burger wie den Turkish Deluxe. Ich bin am Rumprobieren und finde jeder Burger hier ist eine 10/10. Absolute Empfehlung von mir!!

Sehr schönes erstes Erlebnis in diesem Laden. Fleisch perfekt Soße gut Brot perfekt Pommes sehr gut Alles in allem absolut fähig. Preisgestaltung ist gerechtfertigt und nicht zu hoch. Mehr Mayo für die Pommes wäre das einzige was ich zu beanstanden hätte, aber das ist keinesfalls ein Minuspunkt

Waren um 23.30 dort und trotzdem wurden wir nett bedient und die Burger waren einfach nur geil. Das trifft auch auf die Pommes zu. Das alles auch zu einem super Preis. Kann den Laden nur empfehlen.
